Did a bit of an edit (god I love the âreplace allâ function) of an old work after seeing a particularly cute piece by @soybean--oil! Synopsis: a prince rescues a starving beggar from the streets and decides to fill him out.Â
Prince Avenel smiled to himself as his faithful servant, a tan young man of 21, set the table, reminiscing on the changes heâd undergone since his first days at the castle so many weeks ago.
When heâd first found him, he was but a starving beggar, skin tanned from the relentless sun of his home country, his stomach having retreated so far within his body his bones were on display for the world through paper-thin skin. Avenel had seen him there, dirt and coal smudging his face, huddled beneath a snow-covered shelter of shirt fibers and sticks, halfway to death. Despite his shabby appearance, Avenel could only see cherubim in those sweet brown eyes, his body radiating with broken promises.Heâd asked the people in the market who the man was, demanded his name in his usual mighty fashion; the people could only tell him heâd wandered in from the forests and introduced himself as Colynn. Without another thought Avenel had swept him up in his soft arms and delivered him to the castle himself, tasking his maids and butlers with nursing him back to health. Slowly but surely, beyond many bedside visits and constant vigilance, his newfound treasure regained life.
At first, he was quiet, like an animal resigned to death, but after a number of personal callings from the prince himself, he found his voice. He spoke of forlorn lands a sea apart, of his daring escape by boat, of his further misfortunes in the wilds beyond the kingdoms. Avenel had listened, enthralled and enamored by his wondrous stories, waiting on bated breath each night to visit him again in the morning for another round of stories. One morning, however, Colynn grew very quiet. When asked why by the portly prince, he answered in somber tones that his guilt would not permit a longer stay in the castle. Despite Avenelâs convincing that he burdened no one, Colynn spoke that he had already made up his mind to leave the next morning.
It was at this time that Avenel presented him with an offer: stay and be his servant to earn his keep. Colynn had no objection; he had no other place, so why not start here?
So it was, then. Colynn appeared the very next morning, all dapper in his bowtie and button-up shirt. It was all Avenel could do to keep his tyrant cheeks from blushing as he ordered his usual morning meal of a half ham, platter of flour biscuits with copious amounts of honey, and several generously portioned pancakes thicker than a horse hoof.
Colynn delivered them himself on the wooden food cart. Plate by plate, he set it all with the grace of an acrobat. Avenel watched with a catlike grin as he set the last plate and bowed to ask if he needed anything else.
Just as heâd opened his plump pale limps, Colynnâs tender stomach growled audibly. His cheeks had gone red beneath the ornate black mask around his eyes, the customary finishing touch for each servant in the castle.
Avenel grinned and spoke those three fateful words, the three words that would change their very bodies for the next several months:
âJoin me here.â
Colynn was nervous at first.
âAre you sure?â heâd asked.
âPlease. Eat.â the prince replied.
And so he did. The tan boy began with slow, measured bites of biscuit dabbed with honey. Avenel ate as tenderly as he, watching him out of the corner of his eye as to not disturb him. He watched with no small amount of joy as his breakfast partnerâs reservedness rapidly dissolved, his pace quickening exponentially. Before Avenel could finish two biscuits, heâd finished 6 and half of the ham. His cheeks reddened as he realized what heâd done, a small belch escaping his lips before he could begin his apology. Avenel simply pushed the pancakes towards him, setting up on the table with his chin resting on the backs of his hands.
âContinue.â He urged, waiting patiently for him to obey. And obey he did, wolfing down the last of the syrup-soaked cakes in only a few moments. He let out a happy sigh, his belly painfully full yet radiantly warm, filling him with a swirl of emotions he had never felt before.
With lunch came another feast, and with the feast came more delightful stuffing that entertained Avenel to no end. Dinner cemented the trend, Avenel taking meager portions while his newfound friend stuffed himself silly. The next day, more of the same, with the two jesting and chatting lightly all the while. Two weeks in, and Avenel had two new wardrobes ordered: one two sizes smaller, for himself, and one two sizes larger, for Colynn. For indeed, Colynnâs body swelled, from his drooping buttcheeks to his pudgy moobs, he swelled out with the princeâs affection and fancy confections while the princeâs frame moved in an opposite direction.
And beneath it all, prince Avenel had never been happier.
He pranced lithely amongst his corridors while Colynn waddled along, each matching eachotherâs prior weights in merely a month. Yet neither had a sour word to say at any of their daily meals, only content in eachotherâs company. In fact, neither spoke of the changes at all. Not even as the prince slimmed to the width of an acrobat. Not even as the servant widened enough to brush each side of the dining hall doors.
That is until the eve of December, only one night ago.
Avenel, bored and cold, had leapt from his throne and stole into the castle keep, quiet as a felt-footed cat as he wandered among the many halls. By chance, he found himself in the servantâs quarters, each room dark with slumbering occupants. All except one, that is.
Colynnâs room emitted the warm glow of a flickering lamp from a door slightly ajar. Struck by a sudden overwhelming curiosity, Avenel snuck to the door and peered inside, his heart leaping at the sight.
There, standing before a mirror in nothing but tight-fitting underclothing that gripped his bottom like that of a bawdy ladyâs wardrobe, was his beloved Colynn, the boyâs chubby hands gripping two fistfulls of belly fat. A rush of blood flushed fast into Avenelâs face as he realized that, not only was he nearly naked before the mirror, he was smiling as he examined himself. He looked happy, joyously happy, as he poured over each and ever flabby fold and dimple that graced his caramel form. Colynn struck poses, looked over at his back fat, down at his thighs and up at his sagging arms. Avenel watched with private glee as he slipped off his underwear slowly, revealing his bare brown bottom to the candle light. Not realizing his breath had been held the entire time, Avenel swiftly collapsed head-first against the door, tumbling into the room in a heap.
When next he awoke, he was on the servantâs bed, his cheek pressed against the warmest, softest pillow heâd ever been graced to lay on. He reached up and touched it tenderly, eyes slowly opening to realize that he was gripping the belly of his servant, who was now back in semi-decent clothing.
âWait, donât move.â Colynn whispered, fingers slowly pressing his head back against his belly. âYou bumped your head something awful, so I decided to bandage it before you woke up. And⊠there we are, finished.â he smiled softly, securing the bandage round his head with a tiny pin.
âMy⊠thank you. Goodness, you must think me evil for prying in like thatâŠâ he whispered, blushing in heavy embarrassment.
