So I did give Hiby siblings at some point, but I guess they, like their sister, are due to an redesign/design study so they can become their own character (I also need to separate Hiby from bee properly)

Kohaku is the twin sibling of Kanata, the polar opposite of their brother; they are extremely outgoing and often get told they’re too loud by their brother. The twins personalities clash a lot and they are definitely prone to arguing a lot with each other, underneath all the tension however they do care a lot about each other.
After a bad argument with their twin, Kohaku ended up storming out of the house; something not entirely uncommon for either twin. But this time was different, they ended up encountering a demon and they were taken away to the demon realm. They managed to remain calm, feeling hopeful that their friend Keita who is a demon hunter would help them.
They were found by their friends and were saved from the demon realm but unbeknownst to them, their twin had ended up becoming possessed after the guilt had consumed him. In an unfortunate accident, Keita’s younger sister Yua ended up getting hurt trying to save Kanata from the demon. With the help of another demon hunter Rui, Kanata was saved; but once again consumed by guilt.
Kohaku enlists the help of their friends to tell Kanata that what happened wasn’t his fault, Kohaku had long forgiven him from the fight; and they told him as much. Hugging their brother and telling him that they loved him even when he annoyed them. Kanata still blamed himself a lot for what happened, but the relationship between the twins started to improve from then on.

More about Kali (and some *new characters)
*These characters aren't new at all in terms of existence, and have existed for... quite some time.
So, this is my character Kali!
Art credit: myself
She is my self insert character I use to interact with my faves, and represents me.
But do I have a story about her? Yes, actually-
In the original story i made years ago (which is now lost to time) she was a character who, like Ink and Error, did not have an original au and existed in doodlesphere somewhere (how did she get there? I think she was part of an au originally but.. don't remember what happened but she's there now-)
Which is where aus come in. There are a few alternative stories I've made with her.
The simple one, where she's still in the doodlesphere and hangs out with Ink. They have that "best friends or couples? Can't tell cause of how close they are" sort of relationship
The harem one (which I've written a whole fic about, still continuing but is private) about a few of au sanses having feelings for her with a pinch of yandere
The family one, which I will explain here-
As it might be obvious by the name, i have made a family with the skeleton.
What family? Well-
Meet Amaryllis!
^art with watermark to not be stolen/reposted
She was the first daughter that existed since early 2021, but originally didn't have a name. She wasn't even actually ment to be a long lasting character, but now she definitely is.
About her:
Other than what is already on the sheet, here's some points-
She is first born child (more on that later)
She can come off as creepy to people she meets, because she tends to stare at anything new to her.
She also spaces out and stares at the ground when other's attention is not on her.
Rarely talks to new people, as she doesn't know how to socialize yet. She however does talk like any other 5 year old with her family.
She has a liking for fluffy things.
She is more similar to her mother.
And Hibiscus!-
^still watermarked
She's the one who's pretty recent, and was made in October 2022
About her-
Despite being made after Amary, she's the older sister.
She's much more mature for her age, and knows it.
She has the main goal of wanting to protect her family, and she's willing to do anything to keep them safe.
She takes fighting lessons from her father, and has learnt bone magic, and can even summon her own gaster blaster.
She has super strength! The effects of which depend on her determination.
She loves to play with Amary, and is always by her side.
That's pretty much it about them enough to get an idea on what they're like...i think.
So, how were they made?
Irl wise: Amary was made when I wanted to try something out, but the character i already had were not suitable for trying it. So i somehow decided to make her on the spot!
Hibiscus was made after i thought that living alone in the doodlesphere with perents with little consistent friends would make Amary feel alone, so she was the result. I'm still surprised at how everything came together so nicely!
Cannon story wise: now, what fun would it be if you were married to a multi-universal god person with the ability to make things real by drawing them, and still made children the traditional way?
Basically, Amary and Hibi were brought into the world by Kali drawing their appearance and giving them personality, and Ink bring them to life!
That's all for now, until next time i simp!(which won't be long)
Og Ink sans belongs to @comyet
Every other character mentioned belongs to me!

風景はせはしく明滅し続ける世界の考察について
You can let other people get into the details of the art philosophy discussions and the Naoya/Kei relationship in Sakura no Toki because there will be none of that here. Instead I will talk about one aspect of the game that really elevated it for me and how it made me realize something I love about Tokyo 7th Sisters and other media.
I will tell you right now that I did not expect to enjoy Sakutoki as much as I did. While I did enjoy certain parts of Subarashiki Hibi and Sakura no Uta, there was a lot of stuff to get through before I could feel that way. In that regard Toki hit me like a truck with how much more consistently I found myself thinking it was good, although I will never forgive the scene in Chapter III where Nei declares Mizusu Kei’s murderer and the latter rushes outside where Naoya finds her... trying to pet a cat.
I largely attribute this to how the concept of 刻 is embodied in the game’s atmosphere. On the most basic level, this is natural due to the game continuing the 10 year time skip that happened in Sakuuta Chapter VI. But what really enchanted me was the atmosphere, the ロマン imbued in the very passing of time. This would not have been possible without the foundations of 因果的交流電燈 that were built back in Sakuuta. In that regard between Sakuuta and Sakutoki, I felt the latter to be more of a “main” game. The glimpses shown in Sakuuta VI were more than enough to attune my sensors to it in Sakutoki and eventually find a way to put a concept I had brewed in my head for a long time into words.
This revelation first came in the scene in IV with Kei and Kenichirou on the bike. This scene is also a homage and origin really of the same scene in III with Mizusu and Naoya. I did find that scene fascinating as well but it really hit the second time around due to it taking place after Kenichirou discussing the link between mind and body, as well as the interaction of memory and the self. This was probably also something in Subahibi but I forgot most of that. So with that on the brain, the two of them set off, playing loud rock music as they watch the passing scenery. The term 流れるもの達 comes up again. Both the passing scenery and the music disappear beyond the horizon, making way for new sights, newly visible instants in the field of vision. In that moment my brain formed the connection between having 地続きfor things both visible and not:
時間経過(=連続性があること) + ロマン = 刻
Like all of the concepts swirling around in my brain, it is extremely vague. It’s the notion of cause and effect both realized and subconscious in everyday life and the strength of affections. Having time pass and characters reminisce about the past is not enough by itself. It’s not just talking about ossan things and growing older. Ideas passed from one person or generation to the next is something I would consider to very closely grasp the concept of 刻, but even then there is a measurable gap. These can be the most recognizable forms, but this is a not all rectangles are squares situation. ロマン is a critical factor but it is also much harder to pinpoint. I intend on expanding on this on a future post.
In Sakuuta, two of the scenes that got me the closest to crying were the Kenichirou epitaphs scene and in VI when Makoto makes her first reappearance and headlocks Naoya and Sakurako goes on about the legendary Yumihari art club those two participated in even though Naoya avoided ever talking about it in detail up until that point. つまりそういうものだぞ。(説明になってない)
In the case of Sakutoki, I felt it the most with Mizusu never telling Naoya the identity of her 師匠 while going on about their influence on her while Naoya notices in a brief moment in V, Naoya and Makoto being very casual during the majority of her route while having the last scene maintain that and have a proposal, and of course the evolution of the relationship between Naoya and Ai. The Gauguin quote and its relation to 春の大曲線 is a runner up. It’s absolutely a je ne sais quoi that I arbitrarily decide, and that is exactly why I find it so attractive as a concept.
Now presenting some screenshots with commentary that may or may not be related:
藍、お前…お前……
The presence of legally distinct brand names does portray their increasing ubiquity but I do think your knock off Shimamura shouldn’t have しわ in the name because it is a clothing store.
While Misuzu is this hilariously precocious child with unlimited stat points in art, I like the moments where she shows a certain kindness towards the world and you can tell this stance is possible thanks to her meeting with Kei.
I think this scene is the scene that got me closest to crying in Sakutoki. In the Sakuuta V Ai end, she is doing her best to comfort Naoya as he gives in to his self-loathing in the wake of a traumatic event. In Sakutoki V though, the fact that Naoya has started to move on ever so slightly and the weight of 10 years since that time pushing Ai to practically beg for Naoya to live to watch her final moments is at the same time heartbreaking and filled with a kind of love that is hard to express in words.
You could just describe that love as the kind that entails wanting to growing old with someone but that is something I find myself outright denying when I look at what Naoya and Ai have gone through up to this point. It may be close to 運命共同体 but going into the details makes it more delicious.
Naoya having this quiet reflective moment with Kei’s “origin” near the very end is good.
Some other things I feel execute 刻 well are the 櫻子さんの足下には死体が埋まっている novels and Soukyuu no Fafner. For Sakurako, seeing both Shoutarou and Sakurako grow over the course of the series and dealing with things like the effects of grief and loss over time and ending in a fitting finale was quite the experience that I didn’t think I would get so into after having watched the anime (if you’re reading this kadokawa give us season 2). I was similarly impressed with the lengths Fafner takes with the ここにいる theme and the Exodus 2nd cour opening really makes everything come together; the first time I saw it seeing the Right of Left characters was what really got me. god exodus was pure kino just rewatching this OP for this post makes me emotional uoohhhh (still haven’t finished the beyond here haha...).
There are many other things that partially embody this concept that I like such as the Tears to Tiara series and what the Ace Attorney seven year gap could be if they did more things with it. Honorable mention goes to how finally playing Gyakuten Kenji 2 helped me fully accept Edgeworth becoming the chief prosecutor. Of course 刻 is not a requirement for me to like something but it can considerably raise the chances when it hits.
Now what does this topic have to do with Tokyo 7th Sisters? Before you go any further go read this article reviewing the main story, especially if you have no interest in the game/story otherwise. Even if you do read it anyway because it’s a good article that introduces some of the things I will be talking about. Then go and play the game and read the story for yourself instead of reading this blog post.
If it were not for Tokyo 7th Sisters (aka Nanasis) I may have note even written this, because in my mind it is the number one thing I associate with my previously unarticulated concept of 刻. This is not anything out of the open mind you, as the seeds of this idea first got planted when I was playing Sakuuta.
In Nanasis the words アイドルはアイドルじゃなくてもいい form the backbone of the entire series. It’s a phrase that I’ve thought about a number of times when reading the stories of that game and even now years after the final chapter I still struggle with finding a concrete interpretation of it. While it does deal with both the “outer” aspects of idols seen by others and society at large and the “inner” aspects of the characters’ ideals and visions of the self that clash with those external forces, at the end of the day they are words of affirmation and of the self. The “answers” presented at the end of Episode 6.0 fits in splendidly with the ‘i-DOL n-EW g-ENERATION‘ found in the game’s logo and the concept of ‘ing=進行形’ presented throughout the game.
With that in mind I came across these lines in Sakuuta VI. The first line clearly correlates with the phrasing of アイドルはアイドルじゃなくてもいい and the following ones are very reminiscent of the themes present in Nanasis. And just as in Sakuuta/Sakutoki, these themes are only strengthened by the depiction of 刻.The events of the game occur because the Seventh Sisters broke up two years before the start of the game, and it does not shy away from the overwhelmingly negative effects this brings to idols. I first found myself invested in game’s story with Episode 4U, which is about a band (explicitly not idols, although they do have cards in the game) led by a girl who despises idols after the the advent of the “idol ice age” forced her to realize their innate impermanence. The only other idol game I had played before this was Love Live School Idol Festival so it came as quite the surprise to me. Later on the shady parts of the entertainment industry and the question of if how someone can maintain themselves under the weight of it all come up and while it is easy to sum it up as some “dark idol story unlike the other ones,” I think it is more a matter of the presence of 刻 being a perfect match for the impermanence of idols.
Because idols are impermanent, it is important to keep in mind your own unique relationship to the concept. In Nanasis the role of idols as people who can 一瞬でも誰かの背中を押す is greatly emphasized and the songs are no exception.
The lyrics of 僕らは青空になる
一瞬でも カケメケルイマは 確かに想いと手が重なりあった
and FUNBARE☆RUNNER
I could probably also connect this with 弱き神 but I don’t think I understood it enough...
And like Sakuuta/Sakutoki, Nanasis is no stranger to large amounts to passing time. Episode 5.0, the one released after Episode 4.0 sends the timeline forward to 2043 when 4.0 took place in 2035.
The emotions felt from seeing this video out of nowhere were unparalleled. Besides the obvious point of seeing the idols that were children grown up it was then that I felt Motegi truly understood 刻のロマン and the resulting scenario did not disappoint in that front. I feel the fact that this released before 6.0 is a result of this understanding.6.0 advances the time from 4.0 to 2036, where even more harrowing developments than 4.0 await. But due to the existence of 5.0, you know that the image of “idols” 777☆SISTERS holds will continue to the new generation, which helped tremendously when reading 6.0. The credits of this final chapter feature the future plans of each of the 12 members of 777☆SISTERS to further show how they will continue to grow no matter what path in life they take.
I really do love Nanasis and I never knew it would become my favorite story in a mobile game when i first downloaded it nearly eight years ago. While the story team is now different than before, they’ve taken the timeline even further into 2053 (with a completely different player character) and I wonder what they are planning to do with that.
刻 is a crucial element in Sakutoki and Naoya’s final painting in V is the embodiment of this. While it is indistinct, the act of trying to define it for yourself is also important so if you managed to make it all the way down here I encourage you to think about it on your own.
そこにロマンがなければならない。
時間がなければならない。
音楽も、風景も、地平線の彼方へ消え去るように。
つまり刻とは、
足が立つ、この大地。

I can trust that God will guide and help me regardless of my situation
We have two dogs named Sugar and Pepper. We have a long table beside our window, and it's been their routine to run around the house. Kun ano na lang ang ila pagdlagan-dlagan palibot sa balay, panglagas sang mga paka kag ilaga, pangutkot sa garden, kag kun maswertehan, manggabot sila sang mga tanom or mangkitkit sang tsinelas.
After a day of their routine, they would always climb on top of the long table outside our window. Dira gid na sila pirme gapahuway. Ina nga bintana, bintana sang amon kwarto. As we sleep, they would also sleep on that table. And when we wake up in the morning, they will be there kag matamwa sa bintana.
I call that place our dog's sanctuary. And it is such a fantastic gesture to know that dogs have their own sanctuary.
What is a sanctuary by the way?
Sanctuary is defined as a place of safety or refuge. A place offering favorable opportunities or conditions.
Humans, by nature, also have their own sanctuary. But let me ask you, brothers and sisters, where is your sanctuary? Where do you feel safe? Where do you feel comfortable? Where do you feel the peace of mind that you are looking for?
Most likely, our answer will be, in our homes. But brothers and sisters, aside from our homes, you may also find your sanctuary to be inside the church.
I was caught on the line from this week's topic on Come Follow Me which says, "I can trust that God will guide and help me regardless of my situation". As I would remember, kun nagainulan, grabe ang pagpangilat kag panaguob, ang amon mga ido nagasige na hibi sa bintana. And we would come out of the room to pet them, to make them calm.
I know that this week had been so tough for most of us. Ginaulanan, ginakilatan, kag ginadaguoban. But when we come to church, we pray, and we trust that Heavenly Father is beside us. It is normal to feel sad or worried once in a while. We are sad because we're out of budget. We are worried because we don't have a stable source of income.
Sadness and anxiety are natural human emotions. However, if we are constantly sad, our sadness blocks our ability to feel the love of our Heavenly Father and His Son, and the influence of the Holy Ghost.
As Elder Calimag would share about love and sacrifice, let us love God and sacrifice to follow God’s commandments so we may always have His Spirit with us. Let us do the small and simple things that will give us spiritual strength, and let us all remember to trust that Heavenly Father is beside us.
Just like dogs who feel safe beside their master, we as Latter-day Saints, believe that may Ginoo, kag ara siya pirme sa aton tupad. We just have to think that at the end of the day, no matter how hard is our situation, Heavenly Father is beside us.
"Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness; and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind, and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in nowise deny the power of God." – Moroni 10:32
I share these things, in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Oh baby, my time has come!
I'm actually a huge name nerd and most (not all) of my brainchildren have a very meaningful names. Let's start!
Samir Rihh
He is my dnd character: rogue/wizard air genasi. We play in an fantasy setting inspired by India, Africa and Middle East. He was inspired by the tale of Alibaba and Forty Thieves.
First of all, his surname is, I think, morroccan and it means "wind". I'm not 100% sure since it was a wild google search some time ago, and I can't find this page anymore.
His first name was given to him after his great grandmother - Samira, who loudly and proudly banged a djinn for money. The name actually has two meanings, depending on a country of origin. In India it would mean "a light breeze". In arabic countries it means "companion in evening talk". Both match him pretty well, especially after heartfelt conversation with Lia during night watch.
Now, before he was using his bithname, he used a lot of nicknames. Our dnd party met him under "Nine". It was simple, he only got nine fingers at the time. I really wanted to play with someone with a weird nickname then. After he get his missing finger back, he began colling himself "Spectre", because that is what Tanit, our necromancer and his best friend, was calling him, after their first meeting in the desert. She saved his life, as he was stumbled upon a caravan she was traveling with, almost bleeding to deat due to his famous finger getting chopped off. His other known nicknames include "Dragonfly" and "Blackbird". Granted, all of them sound different to us, since we play in Polish.
Lanaya
She was my first dnd character. A wood elf druid, who is secretly a werewolf.
I must say, I did not do her justice. I had trouble playing her properly as I never really get a good grip of who she is.
She was raised in a pretty hippie elven society, where there was a druid in every family. Everyone knew each other, so nobody bothered with surnames. Therefore she doesn't have one.
As for her name i ripped it of from Dragon Age Origins, but also kind of meaningfully. In the game, Lanaya was a First to the Keeper of the Dalish clan, that the Warden may recruit to stop the Blight. However, the Dalish currently have problem with werewolfs attacking their camp.
Mash
Mash is my sweet baby warforged warlock.
The thing is there are some gender shenaningans about them. As his owner never gave him a proper name and called them simply Machine (Maszyna in Polish), they were officialy refered to using feminine pronouns and conjugation (maszyna is a feminine noun in Polish). However, since Mash in a concious being and wishes to be his own person, he uses masculine pronouns and conjugation, while talking about himself. He also calls himself Mash, instead of Machine.
Honorable mention of my FFXIV babies:
- J'lico Khat: she is goooone, but au ras are prettier, what can I say? She was my main miqo'te girl from Seekers of the Sun. Her name was 100% lore friendly, but also a huge troll, as it was a sorta phonetic way to spell "Jellicle Cat". You know, like from Cats the musical? I started playing in pandemics and it was the last movie I saw in the cinema at the time.
- Suiren Aijiro: us what J'lico has become. Did I mentioned au ras are prettier? Anyway, it was a bit of a spontanious decision, but I needed a nice, old-timey japanese name. To be lore friendly! And there is a character named Suiren in a comic I am making with my sister. So I stoled it. From myself. I feel kinda weird about it tbh. Primarly I came upon it in a manga Hibi Chou Chou (this is not a recomendation, this shoujo is bland). It means "water lily". As for Aijiro i took it from list of traditional japanese coulors. This one is white with a hint of indigo.
-Soren Wolpertinger: my beautiful bunny boy. Ok, so Soren means "strict, severe" and that's not a vibe, but I adore the sound of it. And Wolpertinger is a german cryptid - a creature with rabbit head, squirrel body, deer antlers and wings of a pheasant.
Now, I don't really know who to tag, as Vio already tagged everyone I know, who would be intetested. So feel double tagged! Spill the beans!
OC name meanings tag!
Stealing from @albatris :3
Rules: Search and post the meaning of your OCs’ names (if you made their name up or they go by a nickname, post an explanation of how it came to you)! Bonus if you can find something for their last name too
Emerald "Emmy" Acero:
"So, uh. Don't think I ever got the chance to give you my name. It's Emerald—" "—Like the gemstone?" "-Yeah like the gemstone. You can just call me Emmy though. Everyone else does."
Emmy's first name is pretty self-explanatory. His last name, Acero, is Spanish for Steel. His father, Orion Acero, picked it out when transitioning as a way to distance himself from his dead identity and any ties to Emmy's other father (whom has no idea he even is a father). Therefore, once Emmy was born, it became his last name as well. The only thing Emmy has even been told about his other biological parent was that he is a 'deadbeat musician' and that Orion didn't want Emmy to end up going down the same path.
OOC, Emerald was an import of my D&D rogue, Immeral (Immi), when I was invited to my first VtM game and had trouble coming up with a character thanks to Long Covid brainfog. What started as a modern clone of an existing character ended up evolving into his own being and is hardly recognizable from his D&D origins. The most notably being Emmy is an absolute heart of gold, dumb of ass. And Immi is a Lawful Evil dumpster fire. Which brings us to...
Immeral Ethanasath:
The character that would become one of my most replayed and AU'd to death (quite literally in most of his games) was a last minute randomly generated lawful evil rogue as a loyal subordinate for my buddy CerberusKnight's Conquest Paladin, Ajexs. Everything from his appearance to his subclass was randomly assigned in a scramble to have the character ready for a D&D one-shot. I had so much fun playing him I put him in a longform campaign to determine his origin story. Then COVID absolutely bodied me in mid 2020 and left me with less than stellar focus or creative function. I stopped playing spellcasters altogether because I couldn't keep up with the complexity and found it hard to create even new martial classes that didnt feel like cardboard cutouts. So I played Immi again. And again.
As for how he got his nickname, English is not CerberusKnight's first language and he had a lot of trouble pronouncing Immeral, often adding a 'd' to the end and accidentally calling him 'Immerald'. So we made it canon that Immeral loves nicknames because Common is also not his first language, so he told the paladin Ajexs that he could just call him 'Immi' as long as Ajexs let him call him 'A.J.' in return.
So of course, you can see where once I imported him to a 'human' setting, 'Immeral' naturally became 'Emerald'. I've only just recently gotten into a place of recovery where I can create new characters again, but I've been playing iterations of this disaster since 2019 and he holds a special place in my heart.
And as far as I know, the name means absolutely nothing and in canon, Immi picked it out himself when he hit a century old, aka elf adulthood.
Javier Andres Peña:
Emmy remembers the little message he found once he was awake again. Scrawled on a sticky note and left stuck to his cracked phone screen: Don’t walk home by yourself anymore, okay? —Javier
Javier, the Spanish derivative of Xavier, means 'new house'. Andres is a derivative of Andrew, meaning 'manly' or 'warrior' (hilarious, considering this man is the walking personification of toxic masculinity). Peña originates from 'de la Peña' or 'by the cliffside' or 'by the rocks'
I can't take the credit for this one. Javier started as a backstory character for Emerald (the one responsibly for Emmy's turning, specifically) created by that game's Storyteller. However, the original version of that game flopped horribly and I left it after being treated quite poorly by the storyteller and one of their players. Myself and two other folks from the game liked our character interactions so much we decided to split off and keep running the game, set in a new city. And of course, Emerald ended up reaching out to his renegade ex to escape one court and arrive safely half a country away.
Javier's role ended up being upgraded from a backstory character to a proper NPC by @zeeseal, but while sorting out Javier and Emerald's history, Javier ended up becoming our shared brainchild. Our beautiful disaster son. And of course, Emmy endearingly refers to him as 'Javi'.
I finally got a chance to play Javier as a true PC when I was invited to a game set in 1982 Melbourne Australia, as Javier's backstory included being turned in the 1980s and it seemed fun to explore what he was like before he became jaded with his new lot in unlife as an eternal 20something. I often poke @zeeseal for her input on how our terrible terrible son would react to certain things for the first time and the game has been a blast so far. Especially being American and playing an American character stuck with no home and no money in Australia with other Australian players/PCs and Storyteller.
As for tags, I'm sniping @bludoods, @whispering-jabberwocky @mayaminamoto, @sayonaramidnight, @raceofhearts and @ichithecupcake.
(And anyone else who wants to do it)

Hibi's new Bio
Name: Hibi
Nicknames: Pretty much everyone- Princess or Princess Hibi, Asch- My jewel and Ray of light, Ava- the good one, and Pierce- Little one
Species: Daemos
Magic: Fire Magic
Wife of Asch
Likes: defending herself, proving to herself that she is not that weak, having long talks with her brothers, getting to know Asch that other people don't get to see from him, learning everything about Earth or learning about anything in general, and human cookies and milk
Dislikes:How weak she is (or what she believes), her sister trying to take Asch away from her, her father, and been found out
Fun Facts
She is just as weak as Noi when it comes to magic and/or strength, but no one can tell (somehow)
Her and Asch's marriage was out of love not to get something out of it from each, even though she lived in a little town with little to no trades
She has two older brothers named Ares and Heph and an older sister named Cyana (Yes she’s the baby in the family)
She's really close to Pierce and sees him as a big brother and he always tries to look out for her whenever he can (and she does that same for him)
Doesn’t get along with Lady Bish when Hibi joined the royal family
Just like how Rhys loves ice cream and Noi loves pizza, she love human cookies and milk
She’s nice as long as you’re on her good side
She learned at a young age if she acts tough no one will expects her of being “weak”
Asch can be vulnerable around her and show her his softer side and she loves it
She can tell Pierce, Ava, and Sarah anything
She’s learning how to read from Rhys
Like how Rhal “gave” Asch, Pierce. She was given to Asch by Lady Grandma to be his sixth knight, because she was scared for his safety. (mainly think about Pierce’s safety first though)
That should be it for Hibi’s new bio, hope you all like her. Also yes I changed the color of her outfit, I like how this one came out more so I'm going to keep this one, still hope you like her though.💚💚💚

Hibi do you have any thoughts abt carlando as dads? Because all I can think about is lando getting that mclaren toy car for their little girl and carlos acting like a grumpy old man bc it’s not a ferrari but he can’t help feeling like his heart is about to burst out of his chest when he sees his favorite boy chasing after his favorite girl in her papaya car in their garden!!! so he just smiles all teary eyed watching from afar and petting their old dog who taught them how to care for a living being together.
I'm cooking for Thanksgiving anon but I can honestly say there is no future in which I don't imagine carlando adopting several children and animals. Especially once Lando retires also (because, as we have established - #WAGCarlos/WHABGCarlos) it brings him so much joy and keeps them young for years and years. Their daughter becomes an F1 driver. Their son does something chill, like becomes a pastry chef or something. But he spends a lot of time trackside with his sister. (they have more children than this tho)
And now i will make this cheesecake with tears in my eyes.

Precolonial HWS SEA Rant Post, feel free to ignore
If you're still reading, then you're probably looking for evidence or some juicy tidbits to throw back at me or to try and find dirt to cancel me, like typical Tumblr/Twitter. Go ahead, I don't really care.
First off, let me just say that If you like Precolonial South-East Asia AUs, feel free to keep enjoying them. I will respectfully support your passions from afar. This post is just to explain why I don't like it, especially the way they keep insisting/portraying PH in it.
Still here? Then let me begin.
Since the recent confirmation that the ASEAN Six Majors (Can't really say ASEAN 10 atm since it's still missing some people) Were completed and the Ma-Phil-Indo Trio was included, there has been a large surge in 'Precolonial' fanarts and portrayals of South East Asians, those three especially.
Even long, long before, circa 2010's ish, a rather well-known fan universe known as 'Maaf' dealt with their story and how their Author thought their intertwined histories went. Written by (my best guesstimate) an Indonesian writer who wants to explore the old, SEA bond.
When I first stumbled across Maaf (I was in Highschool at the time, around age 16-ish), I took a casual interest in it and tried to read it through. But, I will wholeheartedly admit that at the time, Pre-Colonial cultures of South-East Asia in general, let alone Philippine, did not really interest me that much. The focus (I think) was mostly on Indonesia, a country I didn't really know back then, and the liberal use of 'ancient' names and artwork just made it feel like an entirely Original Work (that needed a degree in History to really appreciate) and not something from Hetalia. I also completely disagreed with what I could gather was the story's portrayal of PH but I'm getting ahead of myself.
Do I hate 'Maaf'? No, I don't hate it. Do I wish I never came across it or that it didn't exist? Of course not. Just because I didn't enjoy it or appreciate it that well doesn't mean I wish any ill toward it, its fans, or its creator.
Fast forward to April 2021, the long awaited inclusion of South East Asia to the canon Hetalia verse. I was happy, the other fans were happy, all was good.
Then started the questionable fanarts, fan theories and fan pairings.
Especially the expansion of Precolonial! PH.
Let's go back to Maaf for one moment. From what I understood of Maaf, PH there was a character who once was like all the other South East Asian cultures, trading with them, all around being a nice family.
But all that changed when the Spaniards attacked, so cry the precolonial buffs. They destroyed everything, ransacked and marginalized the tribes, erased everything that PH was!
Did that happen? ABSOLUTELY. The Spaniards had this vision in mind that they must spread Christianity to all of the 'savage, unchristian heathens' of their realm. :V /s
But back up a second, back to PH's portrayal in Maaf. The way she (yeah, she) was portrayed there was that she was slowly losing her memories of being a 'true' South East Asian and grew more and more westernized in the process, like some sort of Culture-specific Alzheimer's or something.
Firstly, that is seriously depressing, and secondly, I just really don't see that happening.
Here's why.
Point 1: Even before Colonial Masters, Filipinos as a people cannot agree on anything.
I'll just begin this segment with a Philippine proverb that outlines what Filipinos call 'Crab Mentality' or 'Crab Bucket Mentality'.
"You don't need a lid for a container when you're keeping multiple crabs. If you keep at least two crabs together, they will just pull each other down instead of helping each other up."
I don't know how it goes with Indonesian or Malaysian history class, but what I know of my homeland, both pre- and post-colonial history, we were never really 'united' or 'together' in the sense that Indonesia and Malaysia were (from what I assume).
Let me pull up a somewhat related question on r/AskHistorians.
The reason I brought this up as it shows the reasons why, in my opinion, a single entity that is 'Precolonial Philippines-tan' is an impossibility.
The answers are long and would extend this already long post to stupid proportions, so I'll just quote relevant sentences. The link is here for those that wanna deep-dive into the answer.
"All this to say that there wasn't a name used for the entire Philippine islands before the Philippines that people now would agree to. An interesting comparison would be the Holy Roman Empire, which might also be characterized as disparate politico-geographic groups of relatively small size that had a history of relations between each other, but one thing they had that the Philippines did not was a common language, or at least a family of mostly mutually intelligible languages, so that the name Deutschland or Germany isn't terribly offensive to anyone. If you called the Philippines the 'Lupang-Tagalog' or even 'Lupang-Tao' the other ethnic groups would protest."
For those in need of translation, 'Lupang Tagalog' means 'Land of the Tagalogs' and 'Lupang Tao' means 'Land of People', specifically. The first one is already exclusive and offensive, as the Tagalog peoples are but one of many ethnicities here.
And for the 'Lupang Tagalog' suggestion specifically, it's even more offensive as they are the majority ethnicity (not by much, just around 28%) From this chart from Geography Now! It would basically be alienating everyone else in the 72% remainder that isn't 'Tagalog'.
And even 'Lupang Tao', the most generic name in a local language you can think of, would be met with contempt because the name itself is in the Tagalog language.
Just travelling between two individual island groups today would sometimes require a translator because the words can change very rapidly and very drastically. Here's a sample of some differences coming from a friend living in Visayas (in Red) vs. the words I know living in Luzon (In blue).
Ate vs. Manang = Older Sister
Ibon vs. Pispis = Bird
Tumawa vs. Kadlaw = To laugh
Takot vs. Hadlok = Fear
Kain vs. Kaon = To eat
Ngayon vs. Subong = Now, at this point in time
Iyak vs. Hibi/Gibi = to cry
Talampakan vs. Tiil = Foot (in Tagalog, the word retains its 'body part AND unit of measurement' meaning)
Tulog vs. Tuyo = to sleep (Tuyo in Tagalog is either a dried salted fish or 'to dry')
The kicker is that just like Tagalog is just one of many languages here, so too is the language my friend speaks. Ask an entirely new person, like someone from Mindanao, they'll probably have an entirely new set of words.
It's not just Luzon vs. Visayas vs. Mindanao, either. Here's a map listing some of the ethnic groups here.
Even the way they're written differs from location to location.
While we're on the subject of Island divisions, a casual skim across Twitter and Tumblr has shown that their Precolonial PH has been one of the following ancient civilizations: Tondo, Butuan, Sugbu, Namayan. There may have been others but that was what I have found.
Notice how even today, the posters of Precolonial PH can't seem to agree on what he's supposed to be? With Indonesia it's either Majapahit or Srivijaya and Malaysia it's usually Malacca iirc.
What is the big deal? Well, let's go back to the Ask Historians post. "Why didn't the Philippines ever change its name to remove the colonial mark that being named after a Spanish King has?" The answer: "If you suggested something dating to precolonial times, the other ethnic groups would protest."
Since we're on a roll with maps, let me bring this up.
As you can see, the precolonial PH posts have a reason to not be able to agree on one thing, as there is a LOT of options. Do you also see how THAT list is also split up?
It's split up into those aligned with China (Sinified), aligned with India (Indianized), aligned with the Middle East (Islamicized), and no alignment (Animist). Now, let's go back to the main suggestions for which Kingdom/Polity/Civilization/whatever Modern Philippines used to be.
If the Filipino peoples' couldn't agree on something as simple as WHAT TO CALL THE LAND THEY'RE LIVING ON, what more a living, breathing, walking, talking entity that is supposed to be a beacon of all of their 'unified' culture? ESPECIALLY if that entity used to be a currently existing Kingdom/Polity/Rajahnate/Sultanate/whatever.
Tondo? "Of course, always the damn Tagalogs. Tagalog this, Tagalog that. First the capital city, then the language,* THE REST OF US EXIST, YOU KNOW! What about us in Visayas? Mindanao?"
*The national language known as 'Filipino' is just standardized Tagalog*
Butuan? "Wait, you want Butuan to represent us? They're they only Indian-aligned city in the Islam-majority Mindanao! They're not even that many of them! I'm not gonna change my religion!"
Sugbu, the other name for the Rajahnate of Cebu on the map? Lemme bring back my Visayan friend again. According to her, she hails from the Hiligaynon part of Visayas.
"Sure :v and the other islands are what?
Chopped liver?
Not to mention the language and writing barrier helloooo"
And Namayan? Well. I'll let this pic speak for itself.
To summarize, no matter who you pick as Modern PH's previous identity, it will not end well nor be accepted by the other Kingdoms at the time.
"So where does that leave Modern PH, he had to have been ONE of them, right?"
Well, not really. He doesn't HAVE to be one of the Ancient Kingdoms that lasted till the modern day. I mean, predecessor representatives exist in Hetalia canon, after all. Like Modern Greece is a different character from Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt and Modern Egypt, heck even England and his brothers have a canon mother that was the rep before them.
Or you could even use the same logic that Germany does, in that each specific region has/had its own representative and that Modern!PH is just the 'mediator' between them (cause gawd does PH need one). There could be a Tondo, a Namayan, a Butuan, and a Sugbu, all arguing and this Proto-PH is just trying to make headway in making them all satisfied.
But, even after all this, there is another reason why I personally don't subscribe to the 'Precolonial PH' idea, and by tangential extension, the Indo x Phil pairing.
Point 2: Even without intending to, Precolonial Indo x Phil just comes off as patronizing
This second point is just ENTIRELY personal preference and barely has any facts to back it up.
Again, if you like the pairing and disagree with me, You do you. I will respectfully support you and your passions from a distance.
But for me, Indo being Phil's seme/bae/boyfriend and consistently bringing up precolonial times just comes off as patronizing.
Just one more time, I'd like to point out that I am NOT bashing Indonesia, its people or the subscribers of Indo x Phil. This is just how the pairing feels to ME specifically.
The way I see it, Indo x Phil as a pairing, especially if it extends back into precolonial times, reads the same way as a long-since married couple where the husband/wife CONSTANTLY brings up that ONE outing you had together, or that ONE prom night where you kissed while dancing, even it happened like 30 some-odd years ago and so much more happened since then.
Even in a platonic sense, It reads like two besties where one ALWAYS mentions stuff like 'Yeah but you looked so much cooler back in High School' or 'Back in Grade School you would've known that', or 'Remember back in Pre-school we did X? How could you forget that?'
How does one respond to the notion that no matter what you do now, it will never compare to a past you've already forgotten or barely remember? That the best version of 'you' is already long gone?
"That's because the westerners made you forget your culture! You gotta take it back!"
While it is true, yes, as a collective we barely remember the Kingdom that commissioned the Laguna Copperplate, or created the Banaue Rice Terraces, or created the millennia old bonds that we still share with Indonesia and Malaysia.
But to keep pushing the precolonial identity would be to neglect and cast aside the one REAL binding belief and culture that spans the entirety of these islands we call the Philippines.
We take on all the bad stuff that happens to us, conquer it, and make it our own. Be it natural disasters, foreign powers, or negative stereotypical mentalities.
Yes, we've forgotten the ancient kingdoms of old and are just now digging through the closet for those remnants of the past. Yes, the colonizers imposed that on us, and made us forget. But in the process we've also taken everything that they left behind, everything that they threw at us, and created something that can only come from us.
The lanterns that the Spaniards used to light the way to the morning masses they made us attend became our globally known symbol of Christmas. The junked vehicles that the Americans left behind in World War 2 are now rolling works of art that announce themselves loud and proud on the streets (for better or for worse). The iced dessert recipe that the Japanese forced us to learn while they were occupying the country is now so distinct and famous it is synonymous with us, and is so delicious even Italy has taken notice.
Even after all this? Even after all the 425-ish years total we have been under a foreign power, with all the progress we've made as a country, a people, and a nation, you would still imply our fragmented, jigsaw puzzle state of being in the past was better just because it was pure 'South East Asian' like everyone else?
We might not be as well put-together as Indonesia or Malaysia, but we made this melting pot of angry, leg-pulling, dogpiling, Native, Mestizo, Chinoy, and Fil-Am crabs OURS, damnit!
It's now 4:30 AM and I have work in 5 or so hours. I'll be going to sleep now.

Appearance and Personality
Appearance: Hibiki has a normal but slightly muscular male body build and has light brown skin. He has hazel wood yellow eyes which they can turn into Paris green when using his half-myth abilities, though his face looks pretty quite feminine and quite petite and it doesn't change much through his different facial expressions. Easily for him to get mistaken as a girl along with his name. He's a hard-working and calm individual in the team but is a little quiet though.
Personality: Hibiki is the eldest child and the only boy in his family and has two younger sister who are identical twins, his family runs a classic coffee shop in the busiest streets of Autumntown nearby at the market down the street.
Despite being the only boy in the family, he works a lot for the family, since he likes coffee it would explain why he likes different type of them while drinking it.
Hibiki holds a friendly-like manner and is pretty hard-working. He holds that aura which that would explain his personality. Hibiki is rather calm, relaxed and even busy whenever he's doing his tasks at school or at the SIDC company. Though he seems wary at others but is rather patient when speaking to them.
But when Hibiki is with the team though, he seems pretty much the same but a bit stressed whenever chaos is happening at them, dragging him along with it as well.
Hibiki is also a sweet-heart as well if you get close to him just like Akio, but kinda the opposite from him though but shows it better than hiding it. He kinda holds this butler-like aura along with with a bit of kindness and patience as well. A little shy to admit his hobbies and likes but takes this pretty slow and would take time to talk about it throughly.
Like Freya and Saburou, he too is an active worker at the SIDC company. Hibiki works as a mechanic weaponry maker, meaning he makes custom-made weapons and makes upgrades for the team while doing investigation work. He too seems to be a fond of Lynette's team but gets along pretty well with Amelia.
Like the others, don't try to test his patience. He has a boiling anger type of you do, his sweet smile can also change into a menacing one. He does get annoyed slightly but hides it pretty well but the dark aura comes out of it while doing it, don't be fooled now, cause his smile and dark eye glare says so either way.
This boy puts a lot for effort when it comes to work, and besides he likes to help others I need after all.

Trivia
-The name 'Hibiki' is a Japanese word which can be translated as "echo" among other meanings. While his surname 'Nakamura' variously written, usually with characters meaning 'village in the middle'. One of the ten most common surnames, it is very ancient and also a very common place name.
-Like Nerine, he's based on two characters, Kor Meteor (From Tales of Hearts from the Game Series) and Inosuke Hashibira (From Demon Slayer), which the creator decided to make a mix for Hibiki.
-He often gets mistaken as a girl because of his face, which he gets annoyed by it pretty easily.
-Like his dorm mates, he's worries his dorm leader.
-He kinda knows that Aiden and Amelia are together. Whenever Aiden isn't around he does often teased Amelia a little bit about it, but in a friendly manner. Same thing for Media and Freya as well.
-He had gotten pranked once by one of his sisters, by putting soy sauce in his coffee, which he didn't like that memory ever since.
-Hibiki has a normal yet crazy relationship with his younger sisters.
-In the past during his time in middle school, he was accidentally had gotten pushed into the pool and almost drowned, which he woke up after four days of staying in the hospital.
-Like the others, he tries to help Freya with her social problems and is the fastest one to translate on what she is saying.
-Hibiki surely dislikes Haru, due to his jump-scare pranks.
-His voice is calm just like his personality but the tone changes when he's pissed, which is why I chose Shouta Aoi to be his voice actor.
-He and Akio are often called as 'Noodle Buddies' since they like noodles from Lynette's restaurant.
-Freya and the others often teased him by calling him a 'Trap' thanks to his face. That annoyed him the most from time to time.
-According to Cynthia, while playing the piano he can sing which his voice is pretty clam and relaxing to listen to.

Hibi Ask!
You asked for this ;). I wasn't quite sure where exactly to start so let's start in the dreamworld! in the dreamworld, Basil is how Sunny wants him to be. sweet, cute, and... ignorant. in reality the boy knows too much and will try to talk about it. he's selfless to the point of self-destruction to save people he cares about. fiercely loyal. especially to Sunny. he did horrible things for Sunny's sake. he took years of abuse from Aubrey for something it's heavily implied [1/4
]that Sunny did (photo destruction). he was willing to take all the blame for Sunny's sake. idc if people read this as rom/plat/fam, but he loved him. it's undeniable. when you fight him, Basil is trying to save Sunny. which leads into the next bit. my boy is delusional. he's... very clearly mentally ill and probably always has been. at 12 years old he knew how to tie a noose that was strong enough to work. he has intense paranoia, abandonment issues (likely caused in part by his parents) [2/4]
and delusions. he holds people he loves in such high regard that the idea that Sunny could hurt Mari simply does not compute. his brain makes an explanation for him because he doesn't understand it: it was Something else. Something behind you. Sunny knows he did it which is why the Something behind him manifests as his sister (guilt). I'm not a psychologist so I won't give out any theories on what deals with beyond his obvious anxiety disorder. it's not all negative in Basil though [3/4
like I said he's loyal, sweet, and generous. but he has no standards for himself. he dodges the guilt. he panics when he sees Sunny again. he panics when Sunny's going to move. Basil really just needs therapy so bad. he needs to learn how to value himself and coping strategies. and really, he deserves the chance to be happy and live without the guilt. I swear I could talk about him forever but I already did so I'm gonna stop now while I have a chance. obligatory sorry for rambling haha [4/4] (~🌺 Hibi)
----------------
I don’t have much to add Hibi!! I’ve been holding onto this deep dive for a bit and reminiscing on it (For anyone who’s still confused Hibi and I were talking the other day about how I don’t really understand Basil’s character and how he’s hard for me to write! and then they offered to send me their perspective and I was like *Eyes Zoom* do it)
I’ve kept this on the side where I keep all of my character understanding stuff but I figured you all would also like to see this!! Hibi....you brilliant genius you!!

This fic pretty much kickstarted my carlando obsession (and inspired my username haha). I remember watching a few carlando funny moment videos on YouTube and found Lando's giggles around Carlos adorable. I looked up F1 rpf just for fun and thought the summary sounded cute. One fic later I was screaming crying sobbing and obsessed and went down the carlando rabbit hole and now here I am. I still think this is one the few fics that captured carlando's dynamic perfectly and it also made me fall in love with the side friendships between other drivers as well.
“Til death do us part, eh cabrón?” Carlos winks. “You will make a beautiful bride.”
Why? Why does he have to keep saying things like that?
No Rain. No Flowers. by maxenceandrebisset
This is one of the few fics that made my heart ache, not just because of the angst but also how tender and soft the affection between them are. I love how raw the fight between Carlos and Lando was when they reached their breaking point. It made their final union and realisation of feelings even sweeter.
At that moment, he no longer cared about earning some stupid podium and making his team and fans proud. The only thing he cared about was Lando, just like he always did ever since meeting the young fool for the first time.
the shadow of radiance by @hibiscus-vroom
I remember reading this fic for the first time and screaming "what the fuck" multiple times to myself because I was so speechless and I didn't know how to describe how I was feeling but I had to say something out loud. I was just so in awe with hibi's writing and how she makes romance feel so effortless like it's breathing. The way scenes are paced and built up. The way the world building enhances the relationship between Carlos and Lando so perfectly. The way hibi's words grasps my carlando heart. I've pretty much screamed about this fic to hibi multiple times and I will continue to do so.
“Squire Lando-” Carlos said, hoping to apologize. But then, with a rapidness, Lando blurted out:
“Your sister will be lucky to have you as her Lord Protector.”
As Carlos gaped, Lando blushed, turned tail, and fled.
Carlos stood there for several seconds. Then, slowly, he smiled, and it made his heart flutter.

Kawamura Kyoushirou CV: Wataru Hatano
A Kiko who supervises the entire Oniwaban, and mentors Kiko who just awakens their power. Acting as the mediator between Tomonari and Kunitaka, who have jurisdiction over Buke, he is a man of few words and seems hard to approach. His partner is a hawk that was given to him by Yoshimune.
Miyaji Mitsushige CV: Hino Satoshi
One of the chiefs who supervise the Kiko in the back side of Oniwaban along with Kyoushirou. A colleague of Kyoushirou and Kiyohito who acts as the mediator between Yoichi and Genjuurou, who has jurisdiction over Zyouka. Due to his gentle nature, he sometimes can be indecisive but is compassionate and cares about his colleagues.
Yabuta Kiyohito CV: Komada Wataru
Like Miyaji, he is one of the chiefs who supervise the Kiko in the back side of Oniwaban. Acting as the mediator between Kinji and Outarou, who have jurisdiction over Goraku, he is hostile to Kyoushirou, who is Yoshimune's favorite. While he always talks without considering the other person's feelings, he doesn't mean any harm.
Miharu CV: Kobayashi Sanae
A teahouse poster girl living in Edo. She is actually a Shape Person that the protagonist created from kimono sash back during childhood. A gutsy person who treats the protagonist like her real sister, and unintentionally meddles in her affair despite knowing that it will do her no good.
Tokugawa Yoshimune CV: Miyake Kenta
The eighth shogun of the Tokugawa family who rules over the Edo shogunate. He reformed the financial in the Edo shogunate when they were struggling and fixed the strain and inconsistency of the shogunate system that was spread within the civilian government. He is also the one who established "Kiko" to fight Yoika. An understanding and sharp man.
Hibina CV: Toki Shunichi
His official name is God Hibina. He's one of the deities worshipped at the shrine in the recess of the mountains, where the Hakuseki clan used to live. His role is to "connect ties." Even though he's serious and relentless, he's basically a good person. He treasures Hibie more than anyone else.
Hibie CV: Toki Shunichi
His official name is God Hibie. He's one of the deities worshipped at the shrine in the recess of the mountains, where the Hakuseki clan used to live. His role is to "break ties." Contrary to Hibina, he has a calm and gentle personality. He trusts and cherishes Hibina, but not as much as Hibina treasures him.
Komame CV: Morinaga Chitose
Kunitaka's sparrow. It's originally a wild sparrow, but after Kunitaka helped it recover from injuries, the sparrow stays with him. Despite that, it seems to hate Kunitaka. Takes a liking to the heroine from their first meeting and begins following her around after that.
