Hmm considering the raunchy and graphic nature of it, no. My Angel tends to be more careful about overpushing people’s patience(got experience being in the mafia & with Val). He still enjoys pushing buttons and cracking jokes, just more cautious of hitting limits, especially with wanting to stay at a free place away from certain…bugs 🦋. Plus I feel like my Charlie and Vaga wouldn't have allowed it to be viewed or atleast watched up to that point.

With that said, I’m not against the idea of showing a film. But I'd have it be something more artsy, classy erotica, more thematic. Perhaps something involving Val too(to help go into more of their relationship). "Trapped in a web" or “the Butterfly & the Spider:Web of Love” maybe a story about a butterfly falling into a spiders web and getting out of it. Maybe it was for some special award film involving a more artistic approach....it was not only one of Angel's most famous movies but one of the movies Angel actually likes himself and has fond memories of…mostly now just bittersweet.

Butterfly(Val)-I'm never letting go of you, mi araña(my spider in Spanish)

For Val this is actually very tasteful(in my take Charlie does get to know Val sooner but kept in the dark longer but already has off feelings about him and sees him as an unsupportive influence for Angel, already dislikes him🤣 she'd FLIP once she knows the full scale of how awful he really is).

Maybe this comment about Val makes Husk chuckle a bit, maybe even found the movie cheesy, like that dialogue aswell as how Angel was talking about Val(not realizing full context of both the film and why my Angel has such complicated feelings about Val) as Angel and Husk have a talk. This is Just one rewrite scenario of how I’d go about an ep like this

Charlie-Im surprised there isn't any sex yet-sees the sex starting and THERE it IS! WOW!😳

Angel-Oh yeah, I'd pause it around now.

The plan was to simply pause at the scene where the sex would start since Angel promised it was mostly more sensual for most part. Problem is....they can't find the remote and the TV off button just happens to not be working at the moment 🤣

Cue Charlie freaking out(less about the sex itself just that it's involving Val, but at the same time can't look away)

Perhaps it ends with Vaga or Alastor coming in to just destroy the TV unable to find the remote(I have NO idea where he was in ep 4, same for ep 6, no one brought it up). Perhaps it could turn out later that Angel had it within his chest floof and didn’t realize till he was looking for something else🤣🤣🤣

Charlie-Ok then, I think that’s a good wrap up for show & tell. Now If anyone needs me I need to take a bath…with bleach.

Another less hectic idea would be Angel just showing them a recording of one of his drag performances 💃👠👢💄!!!! Somethign I remeber some friends suggesting when I discussed ideas. Angel def loves Drag so I imagine it’d be something he’d be more than proud to show as well as something more appropriate for everyone to view than his other works.

OK SO i've been working on my hazbin/helluva AU and i wanted to share some ideas I got. will keep workshopping this as ideas come into my head but here's what i've got!

(note: i don't support viv and i haven't watched either shows beyond s1 of hb, and don't plan to! so this is mostly just me brainrotting over my own ocs and hcs over the characters)

IMPS FROM DIFFERENT LAYERS OF HELL HAVE DIFFERENT APPEARANCES AND ADAPTATIONS TO HELP THEM SURVIVE!! this goes for other species as well, i've just been primarily focused on imps as of late (expect doodles of those soon, tee hee). As an example, an imp from an icy layer of hell would be big, furry, have small ears/extremities and have lots of body fat in order to keep warm during blizzards. Kinda like the polar bears of the imp world! and vice versa, imps from a hot layer of hell would be small, lean, and have big ears/extremities in order to keep cool no matter how hot the temperatures get.

Yes, fish imps exist.

The layers of hell have Purgatory (1st circle), 6 circles of different environments for different types of sin, and a secret, final 8th circle where exorcised spirits go. time in this place is both happening all in one instant and not at all - spirits there are no longer sentient and are unable to process any feelings save for torment. They howl for eternity, unable to express their agony in any other way. it is impossible to get here unless you have been exorcised or are God itself.

ALSO for my rewrite i will not be using viv's bible lore or circles (rings?) of hell. i've got my own ideas and want to use those!

Hmm…I might have to entirely scrap/change Rosie and Cannibal Town entirely. After learning more about offensive stereotypes, the mere concept of cannibal town is just…what the fuck…no. Of course, Mimzy will be drastically changed as well. At this point they might end up as an entirely new characters. The only thing that will be the same is the names and some basic details Such details like Mimzy being a flapper or Rosie still being an Overlord for example. Cannibal Town itself won’t exist in my rewrite.

in the hh rewrite, when vaggie learns of her name's real meaning, she takes it into her own hands to cut off the VA in her name and call herself GGie-- GeeGee. Its her own little act of rebellion to show that heaven truly has no control over her anymore-- not even her name. she gets to have a vivzie swear moment at this point because at this point, it's deserved

Also she has muscles and is more obviously ex-military.

Alastor: Enigmatic radio personality and former overlord who disappeared for several years after being ousted from power by Vox. Charming, blackmailing, and murdering his way back up the hierarchy of hell.

Angel Dust: Burlesque performer, drag artist, and pin-up model who also offers 'adult' services to high-profile clients. Sultry, charismatic, always putting on an act. Has a troubled relationship with his manager, Valentino.

Husker: Once a highly successful businessman in Hell who managed Overlords' funds. Now a washed-up alcoholic bartender laying low in the hotel, dodging vengeful loan sharks and Overlords from his shady past.

Aww this is sweet

So Fat Nuggets being a gift to Angel Dust from Valentino kinda makes his existence feel less impactful. Angel finds comfort in a pet his abuser gave him. How does that work?

Worse yet, I'm sure I heard somewhere that originally, Angel rescued FN from a butcher. How is that not the better option? Angel felt sympathy for a small helpless animal and rescued it when he could have just as easily turned away and kept walking. He can feel positive emotions and thus, is viable for redemption. Organic character development, which Vivienne is allergic to, I guess.

Here, I thought up a scene for his introduction:

One day, Charlie notices Angel sneaking into the hotel. He seems very shifty, constantly looking around as he sneaks to his room. There's something in his hands, clutched to his chest. He keeps hiding behind stuff until he's able to dart up the stairs.

Charlie sees all of this and is naturally worried. Why is Angel sneaking around? What was he holding? Oh no, was he sneaking drugs into the hotel again? She has to confront him about this.

She goes up to his room and knocks on the door. A clatter is heard from inside, like something big fell on the floor, followed by a high squeal of all things that definitely didn't come from Angel.

Angel - What? Who is it?

Charlie - It's Charlie! Can I come in?

Charlie hears a quiet 'oh shit' followed by rustling from behind the door.

Charlie - Angel?

She goes to open the door, but it opens a crack as the Spider Demon casually leans against the doorframe.

Angel - Oh hey, Charlie, didn't hear you come in! What can I do ya for?

Charlie - Angel, I saw you creeping around the lobby just a minute ago before you came up here. I just wanted to know why.

Angel - *shrugs* I felt like it!

Charlie- *sighs* Angel, you know I don't like it when you lie.

Angel - I'm not! That thing I was holding was just...food!

Charlie- *narrows her eyes* I never said you were holding anything.

Angel looks visibly uncomfortable and begins sweating.

Charlie slips into the room and begins looking around.

Charlie - Angel, we've been over this. I don't want you sneaking drugs into the hotel anymore. Now where have you hidden them?

Angel - I wa- I wasn't doing drugs!

Charlie- Then what are you hiding?

She looks over at Angel's bed as her eyes move downwards. An empty bag lay next to it. There must have been something under there.

Angel - Charlie, wait! No!

Charlie gets down and looks under the bed. She gasps. Instead of drugs, she finds a small shivering Hellpig staring back at her. It dashes out and runs to Angel Dust, who quickly scoops it up.

Charlie - Angel, what is that?

Angel - Charlie, look, it's not what you think, okay? He's not violent or anything. He won't bite! Hellpigs a-are actually way cleaner than you think. I promise I'll keep him-

Charlie - Angel Angel Angel, slow down! Okay, take just take a minute to breathe and tell me what's going on? Where did you get this Hellpig from?

Angel - *sighs* Alright! I was walking back here from another job, when I walked past a butcher. I looked in and saw this little guy. He was in this tiny cage, squealing for help. I looked at the greasy bastard running the place and knew he was gonna enjoy chopping this one up.

The Hellpig oinks sadly and nuzzles into Angel's chest.

Angel - I couldn't just leave him there! He looked at me with his big eyes and I knew what I had to do. I opened his cage, grabbed him and ran! The guy chased me for a bit, but I gave him the slip.

Charlie - You...rescued him?

Angel - You should have been there! The poor guy was miserable! I guess I just know what it's like to be trapped with no way out. I couldn't leave him to suffer the same.

Angel brings the Hellpig up and hugs it to his face. The small Demon snorts and wags his curly tail.

Charlie - Aaawww, Angel~

Angel - *cringes* Don't fucking 'aww Angel' me! You would've done the same!

Charlie- But you did it! You had no monetary gain in this, you just did it because it was the right thing to do.

Angel - Uh.....yeah! Yeah, I guess I did!

Charlie- And he's so cuuuute~

She grabs the Hellpig's cheeks and squeezes them.

Angel - Yeah, hehe, he is! He's like a little fat nugget!

Charlie - Well that was really nice of you, Angel. I'm proud!

Angel - So he can stay?

Charlie smiles and nods. Angel cheers and snuggles his face against the wiggling Hellpig.

Charlie - I'll leave you two alone now.

Angel - Thanks, Charlie! Oh, by the way, if some asshole comes over here looking for a Hellpig, tell him to fuck off!

Charlie - ......I'll keep that in mind!

Meet Valentino🦋☠️

Meet my take on Valentino! This one took the longest for me to get around to.

Made him a Monarch Butterfly!🦋 I love the whole reverse Predator and Prey thing going on with him and Angel so what if he was a creature that would normally be considered Prey, if it didn’t have its own trick up its sleeve. Poison! ☠️ plus butterflies are often depicted as sweet and pretty, which would really lean into how he puts on a sweet face to hide his true colors.😈Though who’s to say he even is that(wink😉). Made his wings a warm gradient, added some sparkle ✨ and allude subtly to a split heart with the lines and dots💔 @the-burd-lord also pointed out they give off tears💧😢

Gave him a more bug like head, mouth, eyes and only has three fingers.

Gave him heart bent stripes like Angel Dust(@a-sterling-rose shared a cool idea that an overlord can change their contracted souls) wanted it to allude to bee stripes(bees love flowers and make sweet things) and other…striped insects.

Leaned with 70’s, DISCO !!!!!!!🕺🪩💃 Bell bottoms, matching top, PLATFORMS! The whole works! I figure it fits with his timeline a lot and with what he’s usually wearing. Plus he’s def into the club scene.

Replaced his top hat with a heart shaped fedora hat! Adorned it with all kinds of different flowers!!!!! Stuff like roses, Bleeding hearts, milkweed and the big flower he’s wearing is meant to allude to the Cattleya Orchid(Colombias national flower and symbolizes fertility and virility) roses are also very popular there! They even have a holiday around flowers called the “festival of the flowers”!🌼🌹.

For his sleeves wanted to allude to another Colombia flower “devils breath” highly toxic flower and in the same toxic family as the “Angels Trumpet”. Also a street term for the dangerous drug, scopolamine which is derived from the seeds of Borrachero trees, primarily found in South America like Colombia! 🇨🇴

Kept the heart buckle belt his og had but made it hollow. Hollow heart.

Gave him a cane that’s also a disco heart 🪩❤️which may not be able to squeeze out toxic gas and other tricks.

For his color scheme, @the-burd-lord suggested I'd go with RGB theme, colors on display screen(Vox is the leader and a screen) Ngl I was conflicted what colors to go with for the vees(Primary, Red blue purple etc). But then I realized when u mix those colors u get those other colors and then I decided to give the Vees two main color themes for each. One for show, the other their true colors! Val likes to use tropical warm welcoming colors(gold luxury), def still uses red for its sensual vibes….but those kinda colors are also color of many dangerous insects…warning colors⚠️‼️☣️☢️☠️☠️☠️

Made his Heart shades butterfly wing shaped like @lovesart23 did with her Val! Seriously LOVE IT!!!!!!!.

Added a heart on his chain with his initial. Was a gift from Angel Dust💔

Also wears black and white since he’s already very colorful and to appear clean with the white…the darkness often hiding under. Has some green for the leaves and thorns(every rose has its thorns) like how Velvette still wears gold colors for accesory!🍃🌿

My Valentino’s Colombian 🇨🇴 back in the 70’s a lot was happening with Drug trade(Cocaine trade) plus it’s in the warmer area of South America, where many butterflies can be found🦋🦋🦋Monarchs migrate to the south! Also great place for flowers🌹🪻🌸🌺🌷🌻🌼💐🪷

with the flowers also lowkey trying to allude with 60’s-70’s Flower power(he def likes to seem all peace and love) was also the time of the psychedelic era😵‍💫U know he def got that stuff.

Rewrite🦋☠️

Compared to OG he’s def more sly and smooth talking, often Make him ironically the more level headed of the V’s. Have him be able to keep a cool head more, try to covert his true nature, keep things under control. Play into how he likes to try a more pragmatic approach, relying on manipulation and pacifying first before getting violent if he feels like he’s not in control. They say u attract more flies with honey than vinegar afterall. he’s able to put on the charm and sweetness well enough. You do NOT want to get on his scary side…He relies a lot on manipulation but when push comes to shove, he can mess you UP☠️!!!!!!!

Leaning with the poison theme way more!☠️💊🧪.

He doesn’t just do Adult Entertainment, but also a huge drug supplier for Hell, especially for Angel💊. It’s been implied and supposed scrapped ideas and concepts have shown him feeding Angels drug addiction.

Have him be Angels main supplier and often uses his addiction to keep him under his wings, depend on him, likes to feed into it despite how much harm it does for him. He’s basically the embodiment of toxicity/addiction, things that can poison people, can become dangerous addictions and mess people up. He’s basically one of Angel’s most dangerous addictions, the toxic abusive boss/partner☠️

I honestly want him to want NOTHING with Vox’s whole revenge plan with Alastor and his new project…until he also realizes the Princess not only actually wants to help Angel but that Angel ACTUALLY might want to try to QUIT! Than he gets more involved with Vox’s schemes.

Gets his main poison from a special flower from Hell. Similar to how Monarchs get their poison from a certain plant(milkweed) as well as play into how Butterflies feed on nectar🌺🌸 perhaps has the flowers growing all throughout his studio…especially around and maybe even in Angel’s dressing room…

What do u think? How would u redesign Val if u wanted to? I’d love to know💖 I’ve also made the 🌈Hazbin Gang🌈 and his fellow VV’s, Vox & Velvette📺🧶

Oh one more thing…He’s not actually a monarch butterfly. The word Racism means nothing in today's society including Hazbin Hotel's Fandom.

1. Sera and Emily are Seraphim Angels. Which by Christian and Other related Religions are Spirits which doesn't have ANY FORM of race attatched.

2. Let's play schematics here, even if we remove religion from the equation. It doesn't change the absolute fuckery that is coloring POCs granite grey and calling it representation. Viv showed she can do POC correctly before.

3. Sir Pentious has no variations in his color palette he's just another copy and pasted pastey white guy. Nothing wrong with that racially but it's gotten to the point that there's only specifically two races and two tones on the spectrum she chooses.

4. Saints/Sinners aren't spirits. They should ATLEAST have some form of their heritage unlike angels who are spirits. St. Peter is a real man with melenin that was tarnished as with Adam.

Finally, this one is needed for all the people in the back: You can't call someone racist as a joke in a climate where this fandom will take it seriously and doxx you. Viv has literally whitewashed figures that aren't white as with Blackwashing Alastor. There's steady proof of most of the allegations and I don't care at this rate but if you're going to call someone racist atleast look INTO Viv and co first before harassing people here or grow up. Whichever one comes first. Half of you aren't even old enough to watch the show anyways. This is my final stance on this shit because it's a problem no one cares enough to point out in this fandom because people think that calling someone a racist without figuring out the Creators depictions are racist too (speaking out as the people AFFECTED) is ridiculous.

People can have their interpretations and fix the designs. If you continue to do this you're proving that the Fandom is Toxic and provides nothing BUT no criticism. I'm sick of this mess and people not being mature (WHICH IS SUPPOSEDLY THIS SHOWS WHOLE THEME?!)

MORE HELLAVERSE REDESIGNS

Saying hellaverse this time cuz I also did some sin redesigns cuz sillies.

Gonna add some bits of info for like, three characters cuz I either changed their animal theming (Zestial and Mammon) or made them an animal (Mimzy).

First of all, I changed Zestial and Mammon's animals cuz -- and this is coming from a spider enthusiast -- there's too many spiders. I feel like Angel's family is enough major spider characters. So I made Zestial a centipede and Mammon a tick.

And then I made Mimzy a canary because I realized she literally has like, no animal or object theming. And I thought a canary would be fitting because 1) Songbird, and 2) A reference to her and Husk's beef, with the whole "the cat that caught the canary" saying.

Anyways, that is all

Vaggie oh vaggie

her redesign is by far one of my favorites, (especially the hair and colors) so for her I kinda like her original design, minus the hair, but either way I wanted to play a little with her.

I put her pallet in a more blue/purple tone to show that she dosen't originate from hell just like the other do, (also inspired by the indian lily moth) I put scars on her for obvious reasons and the little ones in her arms are not scars from self-harm and just from some sinners that she killed when she was a exorcist.

she still don't have a right eye I just made it a swirl instead of nothing because it look more cool this way.

I made her hair shorted for practicality and to look more like a little moth, the "eyes" is only in the inner side of her hair and it dosen't matter if the hair become longer or shorter, they always will be there.

when I said that her pallet is more blue/purple it dosen't apply for her work uniform, but still I wanted to make more darker to make her gold accents pop a lot more, originally I wanted to make her gold accents be silver instead but it didn't work out.

her casual one is basically her pilot one but with a bellbottom pants because I love this type of pants.

her personality is still the same but I made her a little more scared of her secret coming out, because this charlie even if she is neutral to just annoyed about the exorcists she really hates when someone tries to make her a foul.

the only thing I changed about her backstory is that she didn't let the sinner escape on purpose but was a acidentall one, since I found strange that she would let a sinner live (even if is a child) on purpose, And the sinner managed to take her eye out and escape resulting in other exorcists being exremely injured afterwards and Lute resolved it from the root of the problem, that being vaggie;

Lute let vaggie live but only bearly.

after Lute leave with the other exorcists, Charlie while searching to see if any exorcits is still in hell just about to attack again, in a alley she found vaggie and she picks her up to heal her, since Charlie belive is just another sinner that some exorcits didn't bother to see if is really dead.

she dosen't use her angelic spear since it was broken by lute, so she just use one fro the royal family

a fun fact about this Vaggie:

even if she's not a real moth sinner, she still has the habit to sometimes just eat or chew on random soft things (a little like the pica disorder but since I don't understand this disorder very much, for now she dosen't have it)
