Yoga Day 1 - Complete I was able to muscle through Yoga today! It was only 20 minutes though but I feel great! There were a few times that I felt a little sore but I just try and hold the pose the best I could and breath through it. My wife @jen_nifer15 introduced me to @cosmickidsyoga . It's a wonderful youtube channel with amazing Yoga for kids videos. My children love it! I played @cosmickidsyoga Popcorn the Dolphin video and hammered it out with my daughter! She is only two but showed me whos boss when it comes to yoga! Kids are the best fitness coaches there is because they'll just cut you down to the core with their honesty. At one point when I was trying to lean forward and touch my toes, she pointed out that my big belly is getting in the way. I couldn't argue with that! This! This! This! I can't count how many times I have received a message that says something like, "I lost 8 lbs during my first week of keto but now I am only losing around half of a pound per week. What an I doing wrong?" . My response is often then same... "NOTHING! Around half of a pound per week is great! The first week was primarily water retention loss from cutting the carbs. Half a pound per week is a good, healthy amount to steadily lose. If the loss slows down, simply move more (exercise) and/or cut down on your fat intake a little." . Progress is PROGRESS. Plain and simple... Slow and steady fat loss is healthier and more sustainable than rapid fat loss. Just keep going!
