10.11; I feel like a 5/10
literally biked 20 miles. I’m on day 5/10 for my extreme detox and working out. My bf and I planned a last minute trip to a beach house and I have 10 days to get in shape. I haven’t eaten more than 1000 calories (I think its been about 300-500 calories for the most part- I had to eat a sandwich yesterday so that might have gotten me to 1000). But I’ve been biking 45 minutes everyday for the last 5 days. I’m so hungry.
