my boyfriend (note: boyfriend of a few weeks) had a dream the other night in which our wedding anniversary was interrupted by a 50ft tall Snape

so, 1. he wasn't scared of telling me that he'd dreamt of us married so the vibes are right and i love that for us, and 2. he knows and accepts that he plays second fiddle to my obsession with snape, to the extent that alan rickman himself could successfully crash our wedding anniversary

Harvey's actually a big 'social' justice guy. He's for Justice in general, of course - but he's very educated on matters of inequality, prejudice, and systemic oppression and believes the law can be a genuine force for good - with enough effort.

reason #1000 I love being with Person: he will always apologize when he feels he's been needlessly harsh or snippy, especially when he doesn't need to.

we got into a bit of a shitty argument over some of my writing ideas today -and specifically how I tend not to explain everything I'm thinking (something that's been worse with me off my meds). we're both stressed and tired and grumpy, it was absolutely a stupid argument and I knew that right off the bat, so it didn't affect me.

but he still apologized multiple times and made sure I was ok before he left me to my pre-work routine
