Rishi Sunak sorry for infected blood scandal
Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has apologised “sincerely and unequivocally” to the victims of the contaminated blood scandal, saying it was “a day of shame for the British state.”
The Prime Minister apologised in a packed House of Commons hours after Brian Langstaff published his report accusing the British government of covering up the disaster.
Sunak spared no element of the British government in his criticism, which highlighted the blunders of ministers, civil servants and the NHS. However, he himself faced accusations that he had added to the victims’ pain by failing to set up a compensation scheme a year ago when Langstaff first proposed it. He said:
This is a day of shame for the British state. Today’s report shows a decades-long moral failure at the heart of our national life – from the National Health Service to the civil service to ministers in successive governments at every level – that people and institutions in which we place our trust failed in the most harrowing and devastating way.
History of the scandal’s origins
The mass human infections occurred in the 1970s and 1980s. Most of the victims suffered from haemophilia, or a blood clotting disorder, and were injected with a drug called clotting factor VIII, a gene defect in which can lead to haemophilia. The US produced the drug, where high-risk people, including drug users and prisoners, often became donors. Donated blood had no HIV tests until 1986 and no hepatitis C tests until 1991. And one carrier of the virus is enough to spoil the entire batch, Sky News reports.

I am so happy that i am the first one to ask👉👈♡(> ਊ <)♡
Btw i wanted to ask more about Tatsuya and Seth ...they look dangerous but so cool..and does yuuta have haemophilia ..i guess.. and your artstyle is so beautiful and you draw the expressions so intricately... (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤I became your fan...
(~ ̄³ ̄)~ i fell in love with almost all of them..
i am so much interested to know more about them..i will be waiting for other characters' introduction and likes dislikes too..and i found yotsuya cute due to his character introduction stuff but when you told me more about it that's he's not as good actually i was shocked now he's the most interesting character for me...i cant wait for the game ..when will it come out..i will even read a webtoon with these characters...btw don't take a burden i am just asking in a lighthearted manner ..take care of yourself too...thank you !
Btw can i be 🤍 anon???
Aww, you're too sweet!! Thank you so much for your kind words!! <3 (๑>◡<๑) You really boosted my self-esteem hehe. The game will come out probably in a demo maybe next year? it's going to be a really packed game with a lot of content (or so I hope) It's funny because Seth was going to be the protagonist of a webcomic I was planning but I ditched the idea because it really wasn't my thing (I like making short comics though!). But I'm planning to make an RPG maker game with him (˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧ I can give you some little silly details about Seth and Yotsuya just for the funsies! ✦ ┆・Seth enjoys taking care of flowers because he likes the feeling of caring for something alive (he'd like to get a puppy too.) His favorite flowers are Marigolds and Sunflowers. His least favorite is Roses (he hates the thorns.) ✦ ┆・Seth is really tall, about 1,97 c. m. (about 6,5 feet I think??) He can change his size though. ✦ ┆・Seth Likes to learn about anything and everything and thanks to him being a machine he has an extremely photographic memory, that can be a little dangerous, though he will remember anything you tell him, so you better not lie! ✦ ┆・Seth rarely stops smiling, he doesn't know very well about expressing his emotions. So he tries to smile all the time, it looks a little uncanny and to be honest he likes being a little creepy. When he's not smiling, that's not a good signal at all. ✦ ┆・Yotsuya like a good stressed office worker likes gambling... a lot. Don't worry he's not addicted or anything and he's pretty good at the games he plays, especially poker, his poker face is on point (*wink wink*) ✦ ┆・Yotsuya hates germs, he kinda hates using public transport like trains or buses just because he hates the feeling of being in the same space with other people. He doesn't mind you tough, you're not disgusting to him at all! ✦ ┆・Yotsuya knows a lot about cybersecurity, he worked as a programmer for a company for quite some while, quite dangerous knowledge for a stalker like him if you ask me. (And his house is pretty secure too, he has cameras around all the corners.) Take care of yourself too, anon! Hope you have a great day! <3

I'm like 69.9% sure Rasputin was a vampire.
Reasons
- Alexei suffered from haemophilia. It was said Rasputin was able to treat this. How. My explanation is spit, spit already has blood thickening agents normally, but as a vampire who survives on blood their blood spit should be able to thicken blood much more quickly as to not let everyone bleed to dead.
- Vampyrism also often gives aversion to water. Not in all telling but in some. It explains his aversion to bathing.
- Finally his death gives presidency to him being a vampire. Of course he eats. What vampires who live with humans in hiding wouldn't learn to eat solid food to hide better.
Now list of things that cannot kill a vampire.
1. Poison does not do anything to vampires
2. Lead bullets are a recoverable harm
3. Bludgeoning if he was still in one whole piece he could recover from this.
Now a thing that a vampire can die from.
Crossing a boundary without being invited by the owner. AE the river is a boundary.
Also things that could have killed Rasputin because normally supernatural beings are averse to A. Water B. Running water C. salt. All things a river contains so close to the sea.

LONDON (AP) — British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said Wednesday he was committed to paying out compensation swiftly to thousands of people affected by the country's infected blood scandal, which saw more than 2,000 patients die after contracting HIV or hepatitis from transfusions of tainted blood in the 1970s and 1980s.
But Sunak, who was testifying before an independent inquiry into the public healthcare scandal, was heckled by survivors and affected families when he did not give a clear answer on when full payments will be paid out.
The Infected Blood Inquiry was established in 2017 to examine how thousands of patients in the UK were infected with HIV or Hepatitis C through contaminated blood products in the 1970s and 1980s.
An estimated 2,400 to 2,900 people died in what is widely described as the worst treatment disaster in the history of Britain’s state-funded National Health Service.
The contaminated blood was linked to supplies of a clotting agent called Factor VIII, which British health services bought from the U.S. Some of the plasma used to make the blood products was traced to high-risk donors, including prison inmates, who were paid to give blood samples.
Hundreds of survivors and affected families — some of whom have worked for decades to lobby for government compensation — packed into a London hotel conference room Wednesday as Sunak gave evidence to the inquiry.
Sunak acknowledged that victims of what he called an “appalling scandal” had been let down by successive governments over the years.
“This is an appalling scandal that has gone on for decades,” Sunak told the inquiry. “This is not just about historic wrongs. People are suffering and being impacted today.”
“Over a succession of not just years, but decades, justice has been denied to people. They haven’t received the recognition that they need and deserve,” he added.
The government said last year that survivors and bereaved partners of those who died will receive 100,000 pounds ($129,000) in compensation.
The inquiry’s chairman, retired judge Brian Langstaff, recommended in April that compensation should be expanded to include more people whose lives were blighted by the scandal, such as parents who lost their children.
Sunak reiterated that authorities will wait for the inquiry's full report to be concluded before considering whether to extend the compensation plan for victims. The final report is expected later this year.
Clive Smith, chairman of the Haemophilia Society, said delays in the compensation have “only compounded the suffering of those who have been waiting for this for so long”.
“People who have waited 40 years expect to see a significant demonstration of political will and a commitment to get this done as soon as is practical,” Smith said.

Royalty Playwright?
Tumblr media
some elaboration:
A. Fleur-de-lis
One notable thing about Playwright’s design is that he has a lot of ribbons in his person – in his hair, collar, shirt, bag, and scripts. You can attribute it to the aesthetic the artist wants to give him, but upon closer look, some of the ribbons on his person resembles the Gaul Empire’s emblem, which is in turn based on the symbol fleur-de-lis. Fleur-de-lis is used on a lot of things but it is often associated with French royalty and their saints.
Might be a stretch Idk
B. Blue accent
Another notable part of his design is the blue accent on his quill and ribbons. This is obviously meant to contrast Blood Diamond’s red accents in order to highlight their differences, but it’s interesting that blue is also the colour used to represent France. From Wikipedia on Bleu de France:
Bleu de France (Blue of France) is a colour traditionally used to represent France. Blue has been used in the heraldry of the French monarchy since at least the 12th century, with the golden fleurs-de-lis of the kings always set on a blue (heraldic "azure") background.
C. Haemophillia
From Writer’s Tongue - The playwright penned his creations with a quill and his own blood
From “Painful Happiness” - Oripathy is spreading among the troupe members. Some collapsed, some broke out crying, some were overjoyed, and some turned their attention to writing.
It is assumed that the playwright is infected with oripathy despite no obvious crystallisation, and his blood contains originium that works as a medium for his arts. Mixing anything else with his blood to use as ink for his scripts probably will not work. But, using whole blood as ink comes with a few problems:
the blood will congeal and clog a pen
solution: use a dip pen or quill, or use anti coagulant of some sort.
analysis: we see him use a quill in the CGs
2. the written blood on the paper does not stick after it congealed
solution: use anti coagulant
analysis: depends on how long does his arts take to work, it may or may not matter--- but bc he is writing an ending for himself, I think he needs the blood to stick for a while. does he use an anticoagulant after all?
3. assuming he does not use anticoagulant, the blood would start clotting very very soon after he starts writing. I doubt he can write very long without having to constantly puncture himself
solution: use anticoagulant
analysis: he covers a lot of skin so it’s hard to know if he really punctured himself all the time, and he does seem dedicated to his arts, but if he really does this, he probably would be on his deathbed by now, dying from blood loss.
but, considering that his arts might not work if it’s “impure” and mixed with any other foreign components not from his body, it seems unlikely that he would use anticoagulant. Except if he has haemophillia, a condition where blood doesn’t clot properly in the body. It’s not the perfect answer to all of the above solutions but it makes it more possible. This also means that he is constantly at risk of bleeding to death whenever he punctures himself to draw blood ink, but Tragodia probably has a remedy to that. Turning back time on his body or something, bc Tragodia seems to have time powers (the time and space in the castle is jumbled up)
And you know who else were famous for having Haemophilia? That's right, the European Royalty.
Extras:
Tumblr media
One of his attack animations had his signature- I tried to read it to find out his real name and I think it might be Raül? I’m bad at reading cursive, but Raoul is also a character in Phantom of the Opera so it seems fitting.
There’s also a French Monarch called Raoul (Rudolf, called Raoul in modern French) so that was interesting.
Tl;dr I’m not saying there are a lot of clues pointing towards The Playwright being Gaulish royalty but there are a lot of clues pointing towards The Playwright being Gaulish royalty- or maybe I’m just high on copium.

Make the Horoscope of your Child by the NT Scan
Tumblr media
A good radiologist or a foetal medicine specialist can be an expert horoscope maker most of time better than an astrologer because he or she has a better proved scientific approach.
HOW it is done you may wonder?
NT scan
NT scan is the key for him or her to make the horoscope. NT means Nuchael Translucency. It is the thickness of fluid behind the neck in the subcutaneous plane. NT scan is done between 11 weeks and 13 + 6 weeks (not 10 weeks 6 days or at 14 weeks) when the CRI- (total length from crown to rump) is between 45mm and 84mm.
The astrologer needs the correct time of birth and the child’s gender. Here the Doctor needs 5 things to make the horoscope chart.
The CRL
NT measurement
Nasal bone present or absent — all these obtained from scanning the fetus
From the maternal blood, he or she collects the levels of PAPP-A and
Free Beta HCG
He or she feeds all these to a computer which is loaded with special software which gives the result as follows
(a)Low risk (b) Intermediate risk (c) High risk
If the result is low risk, we will give a pass mark and allow the pregnancy to continue. No need to worry. This baby will have a more or less a normal life and will live up to death like any of us with all the pangs and happiness of life.
If the result is intermediate risk, we will give one more chance to the pregnancy by advising NIPT – a blood test for mother. If NIPT is negative, they are like the group mentioned above but if it is positive  they fall into high risk category.
The high risk category— It is in this group, unfortunately the horoscope predictions will be bad for these children.
What to do with the high risk group?
To draw a “Thalakury” and predict the future instead of “Star Positions” we make it with four main factors.
Adenini
Quaninei
Cystinom and
Thyminym which the scientist call nucleotides
For more accurate reading of the Grahanila position we add three components of the nucleotides
(a) Phosphate group (b) A sugar molecule and (c) A nitrogen base
How is this data collected for the horoscope?
We do CVS (chorionic villus Sampling) before 14 weeks of pregnancy or amniocentesis after 16 weeks of pregnancy. These samples contain fetal cells. We culture it outside and multiply the cells. Then we analyse the chromosome and DNA by which we get all the data to draw the Grahanila.
 Predictions
Will the parent get a full term baby or will the pregnancy end up in intra uterine fetal death?
If the DNA test comes as Edwards syndrome — trisomy 18 (Extra chromosome 18); PATAVU Syndrome (Trisomy 13); TURNER Syndrome (Monosomy X) ; TRIPLOIDY Hydatid mole ; Osteogenesis imperfect type Il, severe case of congenital diaphragmatic hernia; SMITH LEMLI — OPITS Syndrome
In the above conditions one can predict that most probably the pregnancy will end up in IUD.
By scanning you can decide whether it is a male or female child (We do not reveal this to the patient, as this is against Indian law)
If it is a male child will it have IUD?
X linked recessive disorders (DUCHENNE MUSCULAR DYSTOPHY; Haemophilia A and B ; X linked Hydrocephalus ; X linked severe combined immino deficiency ( SCID); X linked ICHTHYOSIS (severe form of a skin disease), X linked lympho proliferative syndrome ; Menkes disease; X linked MYOTUBULAR MYOPATHY; HUNTER SYNDROME; ORNITHINE TRANSCARBAMYLASE Deficiency – All usually will lead to IUD.
If it is a female fetus will it live up to term?
TURNER SYNDROME (MONOSOMY X); REIT Syndrome; Congenital adrenal hyperplasia; LEIGH syndrome; GOLTS Syndrome, severe form of cystic fibrosis etc. may end up in IUD
In the horoscope we can predict this “BOY” may not reach adulthood — like the story of MARKENDAYAN in Hindu mythology or we can predict the “GIRL” may not reach adulthood.
Also like “SARPADOSHAM” we can indicate this female child will potentially pass the disease to their offsprings.

Infected blood scandal: Children were used as 'guinea pigs' in clinical trials
Luke O’Shea-Phillips, 42, has mild haemophilia – a blood clotting disorder that means he bruises and bleeds more easily than most. He caught the potentially lethal viral infection hepatitis C while being treated at the Middlesex Hospital, in central London, which was administered because of a small cut to his mouth, aged three, in 1985. Documents seen by the BBC suggest he was deliberately given…

More juvenile Daily Mail compare and divide!
By Stanley Collymore
Why can't you morons sounding off most idiotically and noisily in your simply quite purpose built Daily Mail echo chamber regularly saying the same, literally stupid things and even also employing the identical illiterate, at best, words crucially from your multiple accounts, as evidenced in the usage of, essentially, the same MO. Really just let William, if you can manage that, be just simply, William; instead of you literally vaingloriously but self-evidently, clearly falaciously claiming you crucially care so much about him; instead, as actually from my logical perspective, distinctively discernibly, signifantly undoubtedly making everything decidedly about his younger brother, Harry; actually even when obviously, what literally passes for a Daily Mail story really is not even remotely, about Harry?
Or is the truth really, all about your own, the Daily Mail's and, as well, clearly significantly, the Windsor famiy's burgeoning insecurity? Otherwise what other purpose could there possibly realistically or even remotely be for this constant and most unwarrantedly also obsessively, and persistent invocation unquestionably of Meghan and Harry, minus all sensible input to what they are fundamentally effectively doing?
(C) Stanley V. Collymore 22 June 2024.
Author's Remarks: Amongst the several brilliant teachers I've had at school and most particularly so at the grammar school I attended in Barbados, crucially the Alleyne School, the third oldest such institution within the Caribbean and very obviously also the so-called New World, which rather effectively though quite so to the white Caucasian interlopers that came across what they subsequently and arrogantly renamed the Americas was only really new to their sort - the evidently oldest ones, first Combermere and Harrison College, I warmly suggest you research their origins, history and significantly when they were established, and are still all going academically strong, are equally in Barbados where education is and has always been paramount even during British slavery!
I've mentioned this as an introit quite simply because there's a distinctively Barbadian saying and I quote verbatim that "Self-praise is no praise!" And that any praise you truly wish to be actually ensconced in should naturally and also spontaneously come from others who have honestly and objectively actually observed you in the context of which they're evidently praising you.
Something that the lowlifes who rather clearly and obviously infest the British tabloids and so called MSM would very well do to ponder over, but won't those that probably may be able to do so but not, alas, the overwhelming majority of them who clearly make hard cement in marked contrast to their rank stupidity, intellectual paucity, an unquestionably ostentatious need for relevance within their barren and unproductive lives, in tandem with their fecklessness, basically evidently attendant with an insatiable idiocy to believe everything they told, quite obviously makes the discernibly aforementioned hardened cement, in contrast to these useless and distinctly sycophantic pillocks, look pliable!
Britain's monarchical family are really in no way removed from this. Clearly, their sense of self- entitlement, totality and birthright which frankly and also honestly meant and still largely does, incestuously shagging their close blood relatives and breeding them, curtailed somewhat in the 1950s because of the killer disease haemophilia became very rampant and thus rather forcibly made the Saxe-Coburg-Gotha family look for new blood, albeit minimally so, not to spoil the sense of superiority on their part but likewise ensuring their rather significant desire for survival which is essentially still ongoing.1 Even so they are still unquestionably one of the most dysfunctional families existing.
So attacking Harry and Meghan and as well employing the characteristic racist dog whistle, encouraged by the tabloid rags they pay to similarly do so and too the plethora of delusional racist clearly moronic assholes infesting Britain is in a way a last ditch effort for survival; a state of affairs kept alive by the servile pensioners, evidently hardened, racist Karens, Gammons and likewise inured social climbers like Kate Middleton.
The Windsors aren't going to disappear overnight but they know that the very previously vibrant gravy train is really running out of steam. And to ensure it doesn't come to an abrupt halt on the tracks Harry and his Nigger wife must be the butt of attack even when these pathetic stories have absolutely at all nothing to do with them!

Answering the ‘How, When, What, Where’ of Haemophilia
Answering the ‘How, When, What, Where’ of Haemophilia
Bleeding disorders and Bleeding problems has been troubling people from ancient time but it took one event involving a royal family to get to the details of the Royal Disease, Haemophilia. In 1905, the then Czar of Russia, Nicholas had a son who was suffering from a bleeding disorder. The young man was being treated by a Russian Holy man known to heal wounds but it was of no use. Many didn’t…

No rest for the wicked (even though I took yesterday off)
100 days of productivity
Day 5
CNS
stroke/TIA: don't drive for 1 month, IF the residual weakness is mild
downbeat nystagmus → consider a foramen magnum mass/herniation (eg, Chiari malformation)!
botox is the drug of choice for primary cervical dystonias
isolated third nerve palsy → think of posterior communicating artery aneurysm (big risk for SAH)
CVS
mild MR can be a consequence of CHF due to dilation of the mitral annulus; it need not be the cause of CHF or any rhythm abnormalities
digoxin only controls heart rate at rest; it is NOT effective during activity
Renal/Biochem
Gaucher disease: glucocerebrosidase ('gauchercerebrosidase') deficiency → glucosyl ceramide accumulation → short, normo-normo anaemia, hepatosplenomegaly, osteopaenia; type 1 is adult onset, type 2/3 are infantile onset w/ neurological ssx
ketones of <15 mg/dl is *acceptable* and implies only a slight risk of ketoacidosis. 15-30 shows definite risk for ketoacidosis. >30 implies the patient is in active ketoacidosis.
intravesical BCG is mainly for *high-risk* (but still noninvasive) bladder tumours and is an alternative to radical cystectomy. Prefer TURBT w/ single dose intravesical mitomycin C for low-risk noninvasive tumours.
Onc/Haem
on mixing studies if an aPTT normalises after 50:50 mixing w/ normal donor plasma, it's due to correction of a deficiency (congenital/true haemophilia); in the presence of an inhibitor (acquired haemophilia) the aPTT will NOT normalise
