If these are what my heroes look like I'm 99% certain I'd be screaming and running the other way. Menacing cryptid-looking grim reaper and cursed psychic clay doll. I love them.

I watched Scott’s Real Life video first because he and Joel are the main two I watch, which is ironic because of their ongoing in-game feud and very different personalities, video styles, general vibes, etc., but I digress.

My first thought when I saw the title was “Yay, another life series!” My second thought, upon seeing Joel standing in the circle, was “Oh my gosh, Joel, three SMPs at the same time? Why does he do this to himself?” Then, after watching for a bit, I was like, “Okay, never mind, this an April Fools video, still fun though.” And then I proceeded to enjoy the silliness and binge everybody else’s videos.

Let me tell you, watching Martyn’s video before Scar’s and hearing Scar yell that he’d fallen out of his wheelchair, I was really worried, and I immediately searched for Scar’s video to make sure he was okay. I’m glad he’s alright, I bet that was scary.

On another note, do y’all consider Cleo’s win cannon? Cause I do! Go Cleo, she deserved this.

I’m kinda sad it wasn’t Joel or Jimmy though, I got really excited when I realized how well Jimmy was doing. He got, what, 7th place? The canary curse has officially been broken!

This post has gotten way longer than I intended. Oh well.

Artfight mods consider my profile picture to be the height of body horror :/ (has 7 eyes. apparently 6 is the maximum of eyes they allow. let's not talk about how the random character function is almost unusable because you will land into extreme untagged fetish characters every other roll, but hey, priorities)

the only issue I have with Anders aside from the obvious is that putting an explosive in the chantry instead of the gallows was goofy

the toxic fumes from diy dyeing his coat vantablack soft-locked his neurons I fear

searched Makoto Naegi on a forum out of curiosity and got hit with the reminder that 98% of DR fans can’t stand Makoto Naegi and think he is the Blandest and Worst character ever created 😐. I wonder how it feels to be so incorrect and have such shit comprehension ability. I’d never want to know

#none of them actually played the game huh. none of them even TRIED to understand him #do people that talk like this understand that trying to live even a little bit like Makoto does is fucking insane??#these people can only stand a character if they wear their problems on their sleeves for everyone to see #and for which the story spends extra time explaining all their problems.#as a matter of fact every popular character in DR is someone for whom all that HAS happened #Taka is somewhat of an exception considering his backstory isn’t explained unless in FTEs #but every SDR2 character (notably except Teruteru who dies early and has more of a gag personality)#and characters with more drama at the forefront are all anyone bothers to pay attention to.#characters you have to dig at a little are left in the mud #it makes me insane. you guys are missing out on such a wonderful character with such inspiring qualities simply bc you have to work at it #part of the reason he’s so special is BECAUSE he’s normal!#BEING NORMAL ISNT A BAD THING!!!! you’d think considering how much everyone likes Hajime that would have gotten through to people #the fact that Makoto is a normal guy isn’t a flaw!! holy fuck!! try to understand a character beyond their introductions man!!!

I AGREE its so crazy how zap gags weren't a thing.... like TTCC really popped off with that one! i understand TTR is moreso sticking closer to the way TTO was but WOW zap just feels so natural with a REALLY good mechanic that uses strategy in using squirt and its just so good.... also my favorite track

YEEEPP!! That's how I feel about it. Squirt and zap just mix well together. I also think the addition of an 8th gag track was also a good move, allowing for a nice rotation of combinations (like how lure-trap and throw-drop are together as a combo). And also its a nice even number. I also think it helps utilize squirt, idk just feels good to do in general. Of course, I don't really have anything to compare this to and it's just me speaking as a player of (currently) one server, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
