Empress in Snezhnaya is basically a wet cat, able to be dubbed "A scrunkly little scrimblo", see below to see how the Snezhnaya women see the Empress.

The Empress is so easily manhandled, that if she were a cat, the courtesans could probably scoop her up with one hand 😭😭

This is especially prominent in Snezhnaya though. As much as the Empress is respected for being a wonderful ruler, unfortunately the Snezhnayan women see her as a wet cat and treat her just as such. (Like a scribblo)

Arlecchino leaves the Empress alone for five minutes with the Tsaritsa and the rest of the female Harbingers, and the moment she comes back, she sees the Empress being coddled and sitting on the lap of the Tsaritsa. While Signora, Columbina, and Sandrone all try to get their pets in simultaneously. Never in Arlecchino’s life had she seen such cold, dangerous women flaunt aimlessly over someone so quickly, and it somewhat makes Arlecchino jealous as her fellow group members take up your attention that’s supposed to be hers.

Not to mention the way her subordinates keep eying you as you’re being coddled. Though the lower Fatui women know their place, they can’t help but admire how cute you look all perched on the lap of their ruler. It makes them want to get their hands on you even more 💕

For the ask game, SINF :))))

Blorbo: Josh Newman

For those who don’t know, “SINF” is short for the series The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, and Josh is one of the protagonists. A lot of the story and suspension of disbelief depends heavily on his point of view, and some of the BEST foreshadowing in the series surrounds his character and the eventual plot twist with him. Kicking my feet and giggling…

(I can’t put actual pictures of the characters here, unfortunately, so I’ll just find quotes from the books of them that I really like ^^)

“I was just wishing we could go back in time, to before all this happened.” “Why?” “So I wouldn’t have to be like this… so we wouldn’t have to be different.” Josh looked into his sister’s face and tilted his head slightly. “You’d give it up?” he asked very softly. “The power, the knowledge?” “In a heartbeat,” she said immediately. (Book 2, The Magician)

Skrunkly: Billy the Kid

This might be an odd choice of characters that I find cute, but I think there’s just something charming about this adaptation of the outlaw! Especially his later dynamic with Machiavelli- they’re a fun duo, and the contrast between their characters is really great.

But instead of pulling away, Billy took a step toward the Elder, slashing out with the Macuahuitl. The razor-sharp glass whistled as it cut through the air. Kukulkan immediately sucked his tongue back in and then coughed and gagged, choking on it. The Macuahuitl had missed it by inches. “Do that again and I’ll cut it off!” Billy yelled. “I know you’ll grow a new one, but I bet it’ll hurt.” (Book 4, the Necromancer)

I am skipping the scrimblo bimblo category because it is almost the exact same as the next one.

Glup shitto: Cernunnos

It’s a shame that Cernunnos was only in book 3, but by GOD did it have the most AWESOME entrance and description ever. It was an excellent way to introduce Archons, what they were, and the effect they had on others just by being there. I love every single detail about it… from Dee slowly figuring out how it operates, to even the pronouns it’s described with changing as the reader becomes familiar with it (going from purely “it” pronouns to “he” later on.) Cernunnos my beloved I miss you every day,,,

A wave of stinking fur, claws, teeth and eyes made yellow by the lights flowed down the streets, boiling out of the houses, leaping through windows, flattening fences, pushing up through sewers. Filthy foul-smelling creatures gathered in a huge silent semicircle behind the Archon. They had the bodies of enormous grey wolves… but they all had human faces. “Turn,” Cernunnos said. Without moving its body, its head swiveled at an impossible angle to regard the silent army behind it, and then it looked back at Dee. “You are strong. You will last a year before you become part of the Wild Hunt.” (Book 3, The Sorceress)

Poor little meow meow: Gilgamesh

This is a very different interpretation from Fate Series’ Gilgamesh. SINF’s interpretation of the character is much more pleasant, and much more blatantly tragic. The driving force of the 3rd book technically revolves around meeting with him, and conflicting ideas of him are given throughout the story before he is actually introduced- until you finally meet him. It’s an anticlimactic meeting… he’s not a kingly figure, and despite being the oldest immortal human, he’s far less impressive than any other immortal human they meet. He can barely hold his thoughts together through the jumbled overflow of memories that he holds in his mind. Everything important to him needs to be written down because he is always at risk of forgetting everything dear to him. And,,, oouuughhghhh,,,,

“The Alchemyst leaned forward, and for a moment, it looked as if he was about to put his hand on the king’s shoulder. Then he drew it back and asked gently, “What are you remembering now, Gilgamesh?” The king pressed his index finger into the page, rubbing silver tears into the paper. “The day someone cared enough to shed a tear for me.” (Book 3, The Sorceress)

Horse plinko: Scathach

I love Scathach as a character but I feel like the struggles that she was put through were a little bit inconsistent? I wish that we’d gotten to see more about her relationship with Aoife from her side- it makes sense why we didn’t get to see that, but having her focus on other aspects on her family in the final books doesn’t feel as impactful when their sister relationship had so much intrigue surrounding it in Book #4. I assume that the focus shifting to Scathach’s parents has to do with keeping up the parallels to the twins since their story shifts to having a conflict with their parents.

But I still think that Scathach should’ve gotten more of a spotlight on her emotions on Aoife. She’s too optimistic. I think I need to hit her over the head with a massive metaphorical hammer.

Then Scatty strolled out into the yard. She was twirling her nunchaku as if she were Charlie Chaplin swinging a cane. There wasn’t a hair out of place or a mark on her body, and her green eyes were bright and alert. “Oh, I’m in a much better mood now,” she announced. The twins looked past her in the corridor. Nothing and no one moved in the darkness beyond. “But there were about ten of them…,” Sophie began. Scathach shrugged. “Twelve, actually.” “Armed…,” Josh said. He glanced sidelong at his sister, then back at the Warrior. He swallowed hard. “You didn’t kill them, did you?” Wood snapped and something collapsed in the shop. “No, they’re just… sleeping.” Scatty smiled. (Book 2, The Magician)

Eeby deeby: Niccoló Machiavelli

Oh my god. I LOVE Machiavelli. Everything about his arc is executed so wonderfully- I love from the moment he’s introduced, there is a very clear distinction between him and Dee, how the two operate, and how the two act. Dee is a terrifying villain, sure, manipulative and cunning, but Machiavelli has a striking subtleness to him that contrasts his layers to Dee being a less mysterious villain. I love how even though they are both manipulators, we see what makes Machiavelli a master in how he expertly controls situations- he’s able to direct the interests of Elders themselves to get what he wants, while Dee is constantly getting into trouble thanks to his brash and rushed decisions.

I also hate him and want him to be eaten alive.

“I don’t…,” Josh began, his voice echoing distortedly in the narrow tunnel. I really don’t like small spaces.” “Neither do I,” Machiavelli added tightly. “I spent a little time in a prison, a long time ago. I’ve never forgotten it.” “Was it as bad as this?” Josh asked shakily. “Worse.” Machiavelli was walking behind Josh and leaned forward to add, “Try and stay calm. This is just a maintenance tunnel; we’ll get into the proper sewers in a few moments.” (Book 2, The Magician)

Hope this isn’t too vague or rude-sounding, but how do you give a character that fandom-sauce factor? Take Rainhaze for example. The type of sauce factor that makes the audience freak out like a coked out chimpanzee the second they enter the scene and makes fans call them their little sopping wet scrunkly-scrimblo-whatever-they’re-called-now. How do you make them magnetic like that?

That is extremely funny, and I wish I could tell you exactly. For Rainhaze, I guess it's a combination of a few things... firstly he's male, and he's mysterious, and he USED to be nice but now he's SCARY and also he's SAD. The intrigue of Rainhaze and what he did/what happened to him is probably what made people latch onto him specifically right from the start.

For reference, the Tsukumo twins are ferrets, Shouma is a Brown Bear, Tsubasa is a Cocker Spaniel, Takemaru is a llama, Gaku is a Chihuahua, and Kurara is Kurara! (OK, we don't know what she looks like, so for now, she's a Corgi.)

Notes about the designs below:

The Tsukumo twins were SO HARD! It's weirdly difficult to adapt a ferret to a humanoid art style because their necks are so thick and their bodies are so long, so I had to take the most liberties with them. I am NEVER drawing pigtails on a ferret again. I'm very proud of how they turned out, though.

Shouma is a Brown Bear. Still very short. In my mind, I wanted him to still look "off model", kind of like a teddy bear. I hoped for a design that would look like Paddington, but... well. He does have bear ears, they just fit a little too perfectly into his hat.

I started off drawing dogs and other canines, so Tsubasa and Gaku were the easiest. Tsubasa in particular is meant to look like a beloved neighborhood dog that sadly passed away when I was in college (RIP, Peaches </3) and Gaku is meant to look like an off-leash Chihuahua that almost bit my ankles when I was going apartment hunting once. (I didn't know Chihuahuas could have spots until I saw that one.) Not like, because of those experiences or anything. For Tsubasa, I wanted an ordinary-looking family dog whose design complimented her long hair and baseball cap. It was also very important that she look adorable. For Gaku, I wanted a small cute dog with a loud bark and big ears. Gaku also has a slice through one of his ears, reflecting his rougher upbringing. I guess the spots also work as a class indicator. (Yes, I got a little lazy drawing his shirt.)

Takemaru as a llama... can you see my vision? It fits. It's so fitting. It fits so badly it wraps back around to fitting perfectly. A biker llama is the dopest thing ever.

Kurara is here because if I'm drawing 14 of these scrimblos, I'm drawing all 15. (Not counting the [spoilers] or Takumi's mom, plus I drew Karua before Nozomi, and clearly Nozomi would just look like the same white-furred goat girl, right?)

Nothing was colorpicked this time. I was dissatisfied with the last batch, but I like how I did the colors here better.

If I draw these anthros again, here are further notes on how I'd handle their designs.

Tails would be part of the designs, if they have them. They would fit neatly under clothes, or their clothes would be built to accommodate them.

Dogs, cats, and other animals with paws would have paws for hands and paws for feet- though depending on the animal, it might be only three fingers and one thumb. Hooved animals like horses and goats would have hands with two short, wide fingers and a thumb, and hooved feet. Of special mention is Yugamu- he does have wings, but because of them he also only has two working fingers and a thumb.

Character heights would be about the same, with body shapes somewhere between human and animal. I tend to lean towards cartoony and stylized over any sort of formalized anatomy.

BTW, I do draw humans. I'd argue I'm better at that than anthros. (See that catboy in my icon? I drew him! He's my boy!)

blorbo (favorite character, character I think about the most)

this is not going to shock a single person. but it's the goddamn australian. he's like 90% blorbo and 10% i want to make him suffer. i joke sometimes about having a character type and the venn diagram of that type and chase is a circle. parental trauma. fawn response. apathy/distraction/cheerful facade covering a deep well not of sadness but of nothingness. silly guys who don't take things very seriously until it matters. i could go on. it's awful. i stood no chance. i also really like the dichotomy (in characters and this asshole) of "comes off as a little dim, is actually super smart and capable when necessary," it's not like the main thing but it helps. i love that he keeps failing up in life, pure nepobaby trajectory, but every year he also gets a little more miserable. i love that no one has ever loved him. i love that he gets a six month marriage and, while cameron is not blameless, he also does a lot of the work to screw it up on his own. awful. i even love (to hate) his horrific little outfits.

scrunkly (my “baby”, character that gives me cuteness aggression, character that is So Shaped)

hmmmm. you know what. i'm going to go real left field here and say taub. not that i'd define it as cuteness aggression exactly. but to me he's like a perfect little dash of salt and pepper in a scene. he improves every scene, he usually has a fun line, he's rarely my favorite part of the show but i always enjoy his presence in it. you know what one scene in s6 where foreman and 13 are fighting, and house tells "everyone who hasn't slept with thirteen" to leave the room. chase is basically a chase-shaped hole in the wall he is gone before house finishes talking, but taub just sits there deadass for a solid minute. that's what i mean when i say he improves everything. incredible, flawless joke.

scrimblo bimblo (underrated/underappreciated fave)

foreman to me. i don't understand why, in myself and in others. he's like. he's literally the main character of the team. he gets insane focus and character growth and arcs and development and he's so good. and yet no one talks about him. i don't talk about him. i can only gesture to him like -- look at this man!! he's so great!!! -- and then i have nothing. however i need to state for the record that he is great and i love him and also love to see him struggle and suffer and be a little bitch

glup shitto (obscure fave, character that can appear in the background for 0.2 seconds and I won’t shut up about it for a week)

nurse brenda why did they ever get rid of you. star of s1. whenever she appears on sceen, hatred in her heart, i'm just blushing and giggling. love her in kids when foreman is trying to act all important and she sends him to the back of the line. love her giving the gang the sideeye in the euthanasia episode. i bet every single one of the team has gone "well, it makes sense she hates them, but she respects me" and been proven wrong. perfect background character

i'm also going to throw thirteen in here, not because she's all that obscure but she falls into the same foreman character slot of "i adore her and think she's very fun" for me, but i talk about her slightly more and think about her slightly less

poor little meow meow (“problematic”/unpopular/controversial/otherwise pathetic fave)

i feel like half the characters on house are this tbh. however i'm going to give this award to cameron, my other favorite child, because i swear half the reason i love her so much is that the rest of you don't understand her. like i do. i can and i will just yell about this for hours. hate how fandom treats cameron, either by just straight bashing her or by completely rewriting her and erasing half her traits to make her your nice OC who you can put in situations. i do think she has done many things wrong in her life, i think she is unkind and selfish and sometimes hypocritical, and i do not think these traits need to be smoothed or addressed or erased. i think she is super nice and sweet and lowkey depressed and highkey a control freak. i love how weird and horny she is. i love how normal she thinks she is. i bet, even though she is a scientist and knows better, she lowkey also believes crystals can heal her

both cameron and chase are this for me. chase needs it less because he keeps fucking up his own life and then staring at the mess with tears in his eyes, so there's less of a challenge, however i think cameron benefits from torment and situations because she's such a freak. because she's so fun. it's building character. it's exciting. she always reacts in insane and yet fascinating ways to stress and challenge and self-awareness and i want her to do it more.

Spinning and twirling into the little, valuable time the two had left, Sigma was getting more and more irritated and dizzy by the second.

"Rh-! Dazai! Will you just-!" He snapped, stumbling out of rhythm with the music only Dazai could hear, trying to stiffen his stance and stop the mummy-esque man from throwing him around. "Let go already, damn it!"

Dazai tutted as he smiled, pulling Sigma into another spin using his weight, grinning at the sight of his new friends hair as it fanned out with the movement. "No, no, no, this just won't do~" He smirked, shifting the hand he held on Sigmas waist so his thumb was neatly pressed into the others hip.

"How can I enjoy my newfound freedom if you keep dancing like the tin man~?" He cooed, applying pressure to Sigmas skinny, protruding hip. "Sway more, loosen up, like this, see?"

"Dazahai! N-Noho! Stop that, woah!" Sigma tried to lean away, but Dazai kept him close as he waltzed down the corridor with him. "Stohop! No, this isn't-! Haha!"

As Sigma struggled, Dazai interlocked their fingers with one hand, keeping Sigma from pulling away as his free hand clung to Dazais attacking wrist. "W-We hahave to beat FyodOHOR! Nyahaha!" His knees wavered as Dazai massaged his thumb slightly higher up, just teasing his side.

"Stohop!" Sigmas cheeks flushed with colour as Dazai used his struggling movements to incorporate into their dancing.

"There we go. You move with such grace when you loosen up and smile." Dazais voice was a soft coo as he looked at Sigmas expression. Admiring his bright smile that was being challenged by a very unconvincing frown.

A finger traced up the length of his back, making Sigma squeak and flinch. "Dazai! Y-You have to STAH- Stop! Eeh!" He leaned back, allowing Dazai to suddenly spin him on the spot, one arm raised high over his head.

"What lovely moves you have~ But you need to smile more!" Dazai grinned, attacking Sigmas unprotected armpit briefly, earning a flurry of panicked giggling as Sigma yanked his arm down, only to be snatched back into the waltzing position, his side coming under attack again.

"Gyaha! O-Okahay! Okay! E-Enough already! DazAHAI! S-Stop with the tickling! This is ridiculous!"

"Ridiculous? Haha, what's ridiculous is how ticklish you are. It is adorable though~"

"Uh!? Shut up! Ah! Dahamn it!"

Sigma squeaked, arching his back as he felt Dazais hand skittering across his back, tweaking several nerve points that made his breath hitch. "Eeehehe! C-Cut it out! Wah!" He gasped as Dazai used the opportunity to lean into a dip, grinning at Sigma as he caught his breath.

"You're a natural~!" Dazai sang. Sigma just glared back.

"Are you finished?" He asked, glaring up at the grinning man, his cheeks a glow with embarrassment and his breath shuddering.

"Hmm..." Dazai grinned, holding Sigma in the dipped position, slowly walking his fingers over his stretched tummy.

"I. Don't. Knoooow~" He teased, his fingers taking a step with each word. "This is a long corridor, and there's no fun in just walking."

A nervous grin grew over Sigmas face as he saw the gears turning in Dazais crooked little mind. "Dazai-"

"On we go~! Sway with me, Sigma!"

"Wahait!" The hallways were once again filled with Sigmas giggly protests as he and Dazai waltzed and spun without purpose for a while. Sigma never wanted it to end.

would you like to dump all your thoughts, headcanons, rambles, and yaps about dom? (i luv letting people yap and i love dom)

Y-yeah I’d like that.

Most of my headcanons and rambles have already been drafted into future posts, so I’m just gonna yap about them for a lil bit lol.

I genuinely did not expect to get as attached to these twins as I did. Hell, I remember when their beta designs dropped, I thought they looked lame. But then the spin-off came out and I was like ‘oh, they’re alright actually’ and then I kept rewatching the episode because I’m cripplingly addicted to this show and slowly I just grew more and more fond of them. Dom specifically. (Faye’s amazing too but Dom hits different.)

And then the second episode came out, and I started thinking more and more about them, which spiraled into a million headcanons and a whole damn backstory and my gallery looking like this-

And I basically did to them what I did to Drew: I took all the pieces canon gave me and filled in the rest with my imagination to make two little scrimblos I can more easily write about and analyze. (Normal things hot girls do.✨)

And I find it funny how Dom has managed to capture my attention just as much as Drew has, when he’s probably a character Drew would bully like RELENTLESSLY. (I have two scenarios of this: one being Drew calling Dom’s sweater stupid and childish while Dom’s like “At least mines not all plain and basic!” and then they argue for like two minutes OR Drew actually gets to something Dom’s insecure about or says something like “Oh my God, could you shut up for once in your life? No one fucking cares what you have to say. You’re annoying and if you spent the rest of life with your mouth glued shut I doubt anyone would care. It’d be better off for everyone.” And Dom actually goes silent and then he’s like REALLY hesitant about saying anything for two weeks- wait I made myself sad writing that FUCK.)

ANYWAYS I genuinely don’t really know WHY I’m so attached to Dom right now. He’s literally just a carrot, with about 5 minutes of screen time. Half of his lines are about squirrels and birds, and yet I’d trade my DAMN SOUL for him. HE’S SO FUCKING CUTE. (Maybe it’s because of the lack of backstory and relative mystery. I love me a character I gotta piece together like a puzzle. Or maybe it’s his voice Ireallylikehisvoice-)

But yeah, I’m obsessed with him and it makes me really sad how I’ve barely been able to find any content of him. Like there’s literally no fanfiction, and barely any art. Which I guess makes sense, they’re supporting characters with not much to them, but still, it makes me sad. (BUT IM WORKING TO CHANGE THAT WITH MY FANFIC WIPS AND DRAWING DRAFTS!)

And it sucks too, because I doubt they’re gonna play much of a role in S2. They’re probably gonna fade into obscurity, and I’ll never be able to learn about their backstories or potential mental issues. (Which I ALSO HAVE A POST ABOUT-)

I think going forward, I’m gonna try and post a little more about Dom and Faye, at least for now. I’m still Drew blog obviously, Drew’s still my personality unfortunately, but I really want to try and use my blog to sort of promote them, I guess? I want to share what I see in them, and I want to feed the Dom and Faye fans that are just as starved as me.

Anyways TLDR: I just like Dom a lot. He deserves the world. (I say as I discreetly shove him into the blender of suffering turn it onto high.)

Blorbo: Lightning Farron. She's my favourite character apart from Hope, and I just love her so much. The way she's willing to do anything for her family, and how she goes from fighting alone to fighting alongside them is just so poetic. She also wields a gunblade, which is just so very cool. I also just finished Lightning Returns and her character arc in that game means everything to me.

Scrunkly: Hope Estheim. He's my son, and I really wish I could give him a hug after everything he went through. Which is... a lot. Speaking of Lightning Returns again, that game emotionally destroyed me when it came to Hope. He was really going through it up until the end, wasn't he?

Scrimblo bimblo: Lumina. I absolutely love her character design, and her character itself... I don't know, she's just really interesting to me.

Glup shitto: Everyone from NORA, so Yuj, Gadot, Maqui and Lebreau. They're barely in any of the games, and they have no impact on the plot, but I still love and appreciate them. I just wish we could've seen more of them.

Poor little meow meow: Caius Ballad. He has committed many wrongs, I admit, but he (like every other Final Fantasy XIII character) has been through so much suffering. For some reason he's also just incredibly funny to me. It's probably the dramatic monologues and... everything else he does that's just really dramatic.

Horse plinko: Snow Villiers. I love him, I really do, but I also kind of like seeing him suffer.

Eeby deeby: Bhunivelze. Nothing else needs to be said, I think. If not him then Barthandelus.

OH GODS THAT IS AN EXCELLENT ASK

Blorbo (favorite character, character I think about the most)

Zagreus. Oh my god, Zagreus. My favourite video game protagonist hands down.

Many of my Felix mutuals like to joke that he would never play video games because of the whole “controlling a character” bit, but I’m here to tell you: he would play Hades, in fact he did play Hades while watching his father slowly die in the hospital, delivering the final blow without breaking eye contact Every. Single. Time.

And of course, he developed the biggest crush on Zagreus.

Zagreus spent his entire life (potentially centuries?) enduring the most horrifying abuse and then just. Woke up one day and decided he had had enough. He dies again and again and and again, always respawning in the very same prison he grew up in no matter what, but he does not let it get to him; instead, he picks himself up and tries again, just for a chance to catch a glimpse of the sun. Not taking any bullshit from anyone, but remaining kind and soft through his entire ordeal.

A model and an inspiration to us all. ❤️🩸

When I saw her eyes, I cried. Because one of the first things Zag asked Hades upon learning the truth about his parentage was wether or not he had any siblings. If there was someone like him, out there, going through similar hardships.

Locke’s father and auncle respectively, they hate each other for some reason I haven't quite determined why lol. But they're both silly old fey and I like them a lot. If I had to describe each in short terms I'd say Kit is a crazy cat man and Cedith is a bog witch. Great little guys. You should definitely trust them with your name

Lucien Ancrum

The guy ever!! He's so soft and big and sweet and will give everyone hugs. This man loves everyone he's literally just here for the hugs. He will become ur dad he will let you lay on a fluffy highland cow. He is just the best, I have no complaints he is so pure and good. What a man

Milo Ancrum-Buckley

Pronouns: she/her

Lucien's sister! She got the "short" end of the straw in genetics because she looks way more human than her brother but that's ok. She's strong and also big and will beat up anyone that misgenders u. She also owns and runs a tavern!!! Pretty sure she's a lesbian too but I haven't given her a proper love interest so if you have suggestions please tell them at me

Helios the Bard

Pronouns: he/him

Clown ahh MF. This man is goofy as hell but he's also the organizer behind 99% of the riots and strikes in one of the primary cities so there's that I guess. He has a wife he loves VERY much dude he's so so SO dedicated to her. Literally just hanging off her every word. But he's a lot smarter than he presents, he's just gotta keep it silly or he'll be consumed by the narrative

Christopher Sunsinger

Pronouns: he/him

Literally gay as hell. Gayest man I know. He's short and gay and gay. He's also strong as hell and could throw a person. He's completely blind but he keeps making sight-based jokes and thinks he's funny for it. Also a good therapist! Probably.

Loulouche Sunsinger

Pronouns: he/him

Angry and small. Christopher's little brother. Asshole. Highly traumatized and very very temperamental he may as well be your mortal enemy if you so much as look at him the wrong way. Kinda a space cowboy tho so that's cool! He likes to fight god

Raiden the Wanderer

Pronouns: he/him

Silly bird man who makes soup and studies ancient ruins of long lost civilisations in the desert! He doesn't have a quarrel with anyone and nobody has a quarrel with him. He knows the tunnels under the desert well and knows how to avoid sandworms. He's also a guide for lost travelers trying to make their way through a hopelessly large desert.

Ghost

Silly Creecher, Ghost is my little blorbo bingus. They are a cryptid and a spooky little guy and they will look at som1 and think "that is friend". Just my tall Eldritch beastie that likes to hang out with people and sit in their forest

Knox Odikonn the Mad Wizard

Pronouns: it/they/he

Really fucked up little guy. Kinda more fucked up than Maggie if I'm being honest. A real piece of work, it created a nightmarish hell-dimension called Wiz-Mart for fun and watched people actually try to utilize it as a proper grocery store. They find it HIGHLY entertaining to watch

The Glazastov Family

Pronouns: see below

I'd make individual blurbs for this family but none of them are that important aside from Vitaly, but he's also a very minor character in this (I still love him a lot though). The Glazastov Family is a (you guessed it) family of morticians and funeral directors. They are a family of five, consisting of the parents (Konstantin and Olga) and their three children (Vitaly, Sasha, and Polina). Konstantin (he/him) and Olga (she/her) are happily married and getting up there in years, but they tend not to go out much. Not very social at all. Vitaly (he/him) is the most social out of all of them and that's saying a lot. He's not very keen on speaking to others outside of work, but he has a soft spot for kids and does a lot of the talking for his family. Sasha (he/him) is an asshole. He was quickly driven out of the family home for trying to kill his brother. Polina (she/her), or Polly for short, is the youngest and very very sweet. She often plays with the children outside the morgue, and her responsibilities in the family have yet to be passed down, since she's quite young still.

Okay- I did it, I wrote the things down. I'm sure there will be plenty more characters and NPCs to come, I definitely haven't covered all of them, but this is the basic stuff for the moment. God it's exhausting making this long of a post how do y'all do it this took me like three days

Shadowheart <3. My little Sharty-poo. I even made her in Miitopia on the Switch.

I also think about Minsc and Jaheira a shit ton because I ship them so much and the ship makes me crazy. I’m so passionate about it AHAHAHA. I don’t understand why it’s such a rarepair. I also selfship with Minsc, so most of the time, I see it as a V poly with him in the middle.

Quentin (my main character), especially resist Dark Urge Quentin. He’s so adorable. He has the cutest smile and a little ponytail and a love where his bf truly believes in the goodness inside of him. Quentin, you will always be famous (and a canon character) to me. He’s my baby because I created him, and he’s shaped like a beautiful perfect boy.

KETHERIC THORMMMMM. He’s so overlooked because Gortash and Orin are attractive to people, and Ketheric does not have the same PRETTY PRIVILEGE!!!!! But he was like originally planned to be a companion. That’s how good deep down redeemable villain he is!!! He genuinely loved his daughter and wife with all of his heart, and grief consumed him. If you bring up his wife and how he can still choose good instead of evil, he will sacrifice himself instead of fighting you.

Doomed deep gnome yaoi, save me. Save me, doomed deep gnome yaoi. I don’t need to censor this in case someone likes Wulbren Bongle. I have never seen a human being who enjoys this character. Someone made a song hating on him.

A man (Barcus Wroot) who considers Wulbren Bongle a close best friend goes through a shit ton of effort to make sure that he ends up safe, insisting that I need to help him. I have to be the backbone of a prison break to save him. But everyone ends up safe and sound. I’m so relieved, and talking to all of the newly freed prisoners. Everyone else is fairly kind to me, even the more sarcastic characters seeming to be grateful. So I go up to Wulbren last, and he basically tells me to fuck off. He says he’s busy. No thank you, no reward. He could not have done it without me. I gave him the weapon needed to break through the wall, and there was no chance that he would find someone else to do it for him in that evil ass prison. But he tells me to get lost.

So I go and find Barcus, who’s ecstatic that Wulbren is free. Immediately asks me where he is, and starts searching the big room. When he finds him, he sprints over and starts talking about how excited he is to see him again. Wulbren’s response? Essentially telling him to fuck off, too. Barcus still ends up thanking me and giving me a quest reward.

I’ve heard that Wulbren Bongle gets even worse in Act 3, but I have a confession to make. Other than this one, I haven’t had a run where the deep gnomes survive this far LMAOOO. So I haven’t seen Act 3 Wulbren Bongle. I will update you on how much he sucks there once I get there.

Episode 10! This one took me a while. I got distracted by all sorts of things. The stage mechanic is a pain in the butt!! Even having had pre-prep with it from CC events, it is depressingly common for the artillery to switch targeting at the last minute because you missed one enemy in the pile of guys coming at you.

This little scrimblo is the face of evil. Cause of many leaks. If you're kind of sleepy or out of it or tired after a long day of work the Second Defense Artillery mechanic turns into a slot machine that sometimes just kills your clear for no apparent reason (you forgot that this character had 1 higher block than this other one) Story thoughts and unmarked spoilers after the cut!

I'm slow to get to Act 2 of the Arknights story. Over the time I've seen people in various fan communities talk about how they don't like it, how it feels slow to them, or how they think all the Sarkaz are irredeemable bastards. Well now with episode 10 I'm into it proper and while I see the complaints I like the story! I like reading academic works about military history and the history of genocides now and again, so, I'm definitely not the 'normal' audience. But the Kazdel Military Comission is very familiar and 'realistic'.

Theresis and his bros. There's not many...

First off it doesn't have the support of all, or even necessarily most Sarkaz. There's the Confessarius, a small secretive organization that's hung around the crown like ivy; the Sanguinarch of Vampires and the Nachzehrer king, two absolute freak monsters; the Damazti Cluster, who's just One Slime. Certainly Theresis has a lot of soldiers; but of the political leaders that make up Sarkaz politics, he essentially has the trust only of the most violently extreme half of things. Theresis's plan seems to be to simultaneously wage war on the nations of Terra, to restore Sarkaz glory or at least give teeth to their anger at constantly being persecuted. And man I don't think that's gonna work out very well for you! But the nature of the KMC and its job brutally occupying Londinium will drive away any moderates on its own. The KMC is radicalizing itself, from an attempt at governing Kazdel to what is functionally a murder cult, focused on just killing the highest number of non-sarkaz possible. It's not a happy story! And not one that, I think, is going to be 'fixed' by Amiya doing some cool sword magic. Victoria is on a fast track to becoming a failed state, and that's not going to be good for anyone around. Character thoughts! Blunted by having taken months and months to finish this. -Misery, it's cool to see another RI elite and this one's kinda, shifty? Behavior, is fun. Not a pillar of gung-ho courage, but he Gets The Job Done. -Mandragora, poor little meowmew. I do wonder if she'll turn out to have survived, I do feel some sympathy for her after the chapter was her getting kicked in the face repeatedly as everything goes wrong and her one friend dies -Manfred, this is the kinda guy who goes on trial at the Hague, but he's actually trying to like, run a country, so he ends up being one of the more reasonable KMC people. Yikes! -Damazti was very fun, their curiosity in meeting the Eartha crew is neat. Look forward to seeing more of the tricky slime. Closure is a great addition to this chapter, because you have the KMC and all the problems Sarkaz are causing and then RI sends in their Sarkaz and she looks like this:

How could anyone hate that face. Rita is another favorite from this chapter because she is just Not Having A Good Time, and it seems to only be getting worse. Is she coping healthily? Not really!

I think the Glasgow gang wasn't much of a draw. They're dancing around it, but it doesn't really seem like Vina wants to go kickstart the Victorian monarchy again, nor does the game seem to think that would fix things. So they end up kind of spinning their wheels, as the lion gets poked and prodded towards a thing she doesn't want to do.

↣ cho is so underrated !!!!! he is there from start to finish and he gets his own arcs and his own story and he's level-headed and in charge but he's not emotionless and he's not perfect, he's very good at what he does but he makes mistakes too and he's mature enough to own up to them. his realism and commitment is bracing and reliable and brings such a steady element to the show. couldnt do it without him!!

ANGELA JANE. i know we don't get to know much in the way of cannonical characterization but i have read a lot of fics about her. i think the most influential has to be boy wonder, which is a wonderful how-angela-and-young-patrick-met fic unfortunately trapped on the horrible formatting of fanfiction dot net, but every time i think of angela i think of this fic and it very deeply informed my love for her character.
