Sometimes I imagine how things would go if some people in F&B took the common "just marry them to deal with the conflict" advice. Like Aegon I marrying Maegor & Rhaena, or Viserys I marrying Rhaenyra & Aegon. Cause like to me that would just be opening another can of worms. Would Rhaena the lesbian fare well with Maegor the misogynist who really wants to have sons to demonstrate how virile he is (and who might me unable to have living kids). Would Rhaenyra who in canon was accused of murdering her husband so she could marry her uncle fare well with her much younger alcoholic brother whose mom definitely wants him on the throne and not her.
