Silco SO should've haunted the narrative in s2 I can't stress this enough. Like, we knew Vander, Mylo and Claggor only for 3 episodes, but their presence was felt aaaall throughout s1. And now you're telling me that a PRIMARY ANTAGONIST of s1, a leader of Zaun, Jinx's dad and The person who started the negotiations with Piltover for Zaun's independence only got a couple of mentions?? Which aren't even relevant to the plot or character motivations??? Are you LEGIT FOR REAL kidding me???? I still can't believe this happened chat.

He's literally a part of the main cast. He literally was present in every single episode of s1. And again, given just How Much was tied directly to him his death should've had just. Massive consequences. For almost every single character. And yet.

Looking through the Sonic 3 tag right now is kinda funny, as someone who knows next to nothing about Keanu Reeves. He was confirmed(?) to voice Shadow, and people's reactions are extremely mixed. It's like:

Did you see Tennant's interview with a radio station today? He denied Aziracrow being a thing and pinned it on viewers projecting. Twitter is angryyyyyyy hahaha. Even the gendies are getting nervous and pissed off with Neil, bringing up Johnlock and saying they're going to lose it if they've been baited. I've seen way more of that than the usual "trust Neil" and "they're ace/undefined and that's okay!" People are getting seriously upset and saying it's textbook queerbaiting and that it doesn't count if it's up for interpretation. There are more tweets saying they think the leak is a fakeout or bait-and-switch now too. If it is then it explains Neil's panic and anger but also he will be fuuuuuuccckkkked 😂 that might also explain Michael looking so weird when he called them buddies. He's very online so he'd be feeling the pressure of the fandom's expectations.

There’s something really frustrating about a straight man who likely has no understanding of the weight of gaybaiting, who’s never had to experience not seeing himself represented on screen and being played with like this, saying this. Straight couples never get treated this way. They never get left “up for interpretation” and they’re never “just projecting”. We still are not in a time where we’re getting regular good representation of healthy gay couples (that is made for LGB people, not fetishy straight people). Meaning we are not yet in a time where it’s okay for potential gay couples to be treated this way. It’s not a good thing that this couple is being left up for interpretation and that they’re undefined. It’s a result of homophobia.

I interpreted the “best buddy” thing as a “gals being pals” type jest, like an inside joke… but Tennant’s interview is making me nervous. In true clown fashion I’m still hoping that the vagueness might be a result of a no spoiler rule. And this might just have been an awkward attempt on Tennant’s end to not spoil things. But it’s also possible that everyone on the team knows there’s no romance, knows that fans want romance, and are getting nervous about the backlash.

It’s just crazy to me that after things like Destiel and Johnlock getting so big, gaybait is still happening. You’d think creators would’ve learned by now that this isn’t okay. ESPECIALLY creators who wave around GLAAD awards.

I’m glad that the fandom is starting to catch on, though. I think that the leak is either the best or worst thing to happen to GO and Neil. If there’s romance and it’s not baiting, then the leak is the best thing that happened because it’ll drive attention to the show, and I’m sure it’ll fuel discussions like “omg remember when we were nervous about this?”. If it is baiting though…I can see it being the absolute worst thing to happen to both the show and Neil, because people will be rightfully angry about baiting and be angry at him for not calming down the excitement before people were disappointed (as I’ve said before, all it would take from him is a simple “before anyone gets too excited, just know that second long clip is out of context. Wait and see”. Not saying anything makes it seem like this is real…so if it isn’t, he’s going to get backlash).

WKX is the ML. this is not the wkx story this is the zzs story, literally, he is the main character. why does he just drop back into the background at some point, shoved into a corner, used only to make wkx look good? hello? how the fuck is it that he was captured and tortured for days but no one asks after him or shows much care when he comes back...........it just goes to wkx’s stupid plan that he DOESN’T TELL ZZS ABOUT? also why did it take so long for zzs to realize who wkx is in the drama?? in the novel they figured each other out right away almost... why is zzs weaker physically and not as smart.. i just found out that an acquaitance has been waiting since 2018 for the gender dysforia clinic to send a referal to rättsliga rådet about changing ther legal gender. and they can’t get the referal if they don’t meet a doctor. and the clinic DOESN’T HAVE A DOCTOR! there is no doctor! there’s no doctor because of reorganisation (the usual). the last two years there has been a doctor that comes in now and the, but he is retired. and now due to covid he can’t come in.  and i’m not sure, but i think this might mean that people can’t get refered to get hormones either?

the last doctor they had (who i met and was fucked over by) “quit” unexpetedly years ago. and by “quit” i mean was basically fired for misconduct. 

i’m so fucking angryyyyyyy.

there are several people in my life rn who are either wainting to get started or writing ther referal or whatever. and when i talk with them i don’t want them to get scared. and i know that my shitty shitty experience with this gender clinic definately has tainted my view of it. but like, no. this is so far from okay. 

i wish i had never set my foot there, i wish i took care of my transition on my own like i’ve done since. that gender clinic has caused me nothing but pain.

the trans organisation i’ve worked with is talking to the gender clinic like all the time. educating them, providing them with research, suggestions and their time in a very generous way. but nothing seems to get any better?

the gender clinic has such a bad reputation that nobody wants to work there. it’s supposed to merge with the hospital in town, so the old owners don’t bother with making it better. but the new hospital isn’t doing anything either? and they have no room to house the actual work of the clinic?? so this is basically gonna take years. 

and the kicker is that this shit probably won’t affect my friends who are waiting for care, because the queues are sooooo fucking loooooong that it’s gonna take years for them to get to the first meeting anyway.

my friend literally broke in to the endocrine waiting room and took the spot of a person who didn’t come to their appointment. and like that’s the way they got hormones. the rest of the people i know who started horomes the last few years have done so “illegally”.
