a day of remembering i have pcos, that i haven’t been doing any effort with its symptoms and thats probably why im this anxious and all i want to do is sleep.

I don’t have much symptoms mine are mostly related to insulin resistance hamdoullah <3 and painful periods

But that means I have no energy to do anything damn 😅 and there is only slow solutions slowly removing sugar again l, more water intake, and vitamin d and magnesium supplements, + better sleep , less stress, more exercising, less sugar more salty breakfast and full meals, halleluyah lets try this.

Ashton had usually always found an excuse to miss movie night, whether being stuck in quarantine or getting back late from a run but now, he had no excuse nor will power to actually say no to the invite from Charlie and Ruth. Everyone seemed to be in higher spirits after a week or so's rest from everything that went down, they brought forward movie night as a nice welcome to the new comers, survivors and kids. He had no idea what movie was even playing and it seemed interesting but Ash was never a movie or tv person, and he hung at the back of the room by the bar counter while the rest that joined watched.

He only lasted long enough for people to not notice him slip into the smaller room at the back, taking his medication and half contemplated planning his escape back upstairs. Ash didn't noticed someone join him while he pulled out the scarce bottle of pills he was given to deal with the pain. "Not enjoying the movie? Thought they said it was uh.. a classic? Or something."

yuuji before bkg is so fascinating, please elaborate 🎤

okok hear me out !! i feel like yuuji is more of a fight first, fear later kinda guy. so he would run into the fire straight away without thinking of the consequences. he wants to save people so that they can live better lives and i feel like he often disregards his own body for that purpose so !! he comes first and quickly!!

bakugou is a close second because !! he thinks first and then acts, he almost always has a plan (except for that one time he jumped in front of izuku) and… he has his moments where he does get really scared. i think if i were to be in a fire there’d be a split second where all of his close calls/near death experiences flash before his eyes and he has to think about what to do before carrying or rescuing me from the fire so that he doesn’t panic ??

also i have not been active but im realizing i should be because man living in an incredibly hetero religious home is so awful for my mental health. im grateful bc im not unhoused but man its fucking insane going from 3 years of living independently from an incredibly abusive household to now receiving forms of trauma or at least negative thoughtloops from another persons parents. insane insight but also god i want to be around gay people again im so lonely its suffocating me
