a major plot point or like the entire thing about my au is just the creeps moving on and having their own character arcs throughout the years and finally heal from their past trauma

(rest is me rambling about my au...u don't have to read if u don't wanna its pretty long)

Jeff's arc is big on him finding his brother and coming to terms with what really happened. jeff is so incredibly stubborn and a big (very) egotistical. he finds it hard to open up and after what happened he feels that there's no point opening up anyway bc he's literally a famous asshole serial killer who's messed up SO many people's lives. another big thing about his arc is just owning up to his actions and apologizing to the people he's hurt. for example, nina. he led her on, treated her terribly for no reason, and was overall just an asshole. after they get into an argument he'll eventually apologize bc like he didn't HATE nina, he's was and prob still is in a terrible mindset and copes in such unhealthy ways. IDK OK I'm rambling but my point is he does eventually apologize to nina not because he needs her or like wants to use her again. he apologizes because he genuinely misses her and BOOM they become besties again after jeff properly apologizes and ya. BUT basically jeff's arc is him finally finding liu after all these years and yeah he apologizes to all the people he hurt (or the IMPORTANT ones) like nina, liu, and EVENTUALLY... jane. but that's WAY into the future (besides nina) he's way too full of himself to apologize now.

Nina's arc is her getting over JEFF. her love for Jeff began when she met him. she already admired him, but he turned into a full on crush. he did lead her on, and it hurt her a lot. shed spent tons of nights alone when jeff was supposed to be sleeping next to her, and she just felt so lonely, especially since jeff was so neglectful. She talks to clockwork about it and they help her realize her self worth and comforts her (she's terrible at it). Nina starts hanging out with Nat and toby more often, and it makes her feel SO much better about herself. Eventually she does get fed up of jeffs bs and they get into an argument and nina decides to leave. she kicks him out of her apartment and she doesn't let him come back. (she does....when he apologizes.....) She eventually learns to love herself and realize she doesn't need a stinky man's validation. Theres also a bit of her coming to terms with her own trauma, but I haven't fully fleshed that part out yet.

BEN's arc is probably my favorite. he's lost all his memories of his past life, and now after he accidentally found out he's NOT just a computer AI program, he decides to take it on himself to find out who his family was, how his life was, and how he died. I wont say as much bc I want to keep it a surprise, but in summary it fucks him up LMAO

ok that's it. OBVIOUSLY the rest of the creeps are healing as well BUT I have not fleshed out their stories yet...oops. so its just three for now. Except MUCH more stuff about the trio bc I love them with my all.. if u have any questions feel free to ask :3

I've always been bothered by the analysis that Lily didn't care about Severus. Not only because I love their friendship and ship them together, and also because I think it cheapens the relationship as a whole and makes things fall a bit flat. I do understand where people are coming from tho. She does defend James to him, and is implied to be physically attracted to him even while being friends with Severus (I disagree with her already having a full blown crush, but I do think she found him handsome), also she's pretty emotionless when he's trying to apologize, which leads people to believe she was only looking for an excuse to ditch him. Which I strongly disagree.

First off, I don't think they would've lasted that long if she didn't love him a lot (as a friend or as a crush that's your pick). Their friendship lasted 6 years, and JKR confirmed that a huge motivation for James, personally, bullying Severus was jealousy she felt of Lily's attention and affection, he saw Snape as a threat. Potter watched Lily all the time, hit on her all the time. Lily is described to have a temper. It is almost impossible to me to believe that James wouldn't have noticed that Lily was bothered by Snape and outright wanted him gone from her life, therefore rendering his motive for the bullying flat. We see he is even more cruel when Lily stands up for Severus, mocking him further (as we see on the train scene in Prince's Tale and in SWM), exactly because he believed that they both liked each other (romantically or platonically)

Also, a scene that sticks out to me is the one in DH when Lily is insisting for Severus to stop hanging out with Avery and Mulciber. If she was just looking for an excuse, wouldn't she have given the ultimatum then and there? She clearly didn't like them, thought they were cruel, and they hurt Mary, which is implied to be an acquaintance if not a friend of hers. Why stay as long as she did, "making excuses" for him to her friends as she says, if she didn't want the friendship anymore? Her lack of emotion when he's apologizing can be easily explained away by how angry she is. That scene didn't happen after days or weeks from SWM, it happened in the same day and she clearly didn't want to speak to him in the moment, it being the only scene in which he demanded her attention in a sense. In Lily's POV, that was this friend she had for almost a decade, her oldest friend, who had just turned on her for no reason, when she was trying to help him. A lot of people ignore how bad Severus is at expressing his feelings and telling her hard things about his life (as seen in him using euphemisms for his father's behaviour when we know that he was being brutally whipped), so it's very possible that he wasn't transparent with her about his insecurities or how bad the marauders' bullying affected him, so she never thought much of it. Might be a little insensitive, but hey, she was a 15 yo. It always seemed to me that he presented himself way more as a shoulder for her to cry on than the opposite.

Also, the memories that were given to Harry were not meant to show the pretty moments of their friendship, at least not in my interpretation. Yes, it had some cute moments to make clear to Harry that they were friends, but to me it was way more about showing Harry the conflict of Snape's life from the start, the Dark Arts and the DEs, which he was very tempted and interested by, and the Lily, who's a symbolism for Light in his life. She was the one pulling him away from them, warning him, and he wouldn't listen. That's why basically all their scenes have some sort of conflict. To show Harry how his entire life, he was in between those two sides being pulled back and forth, and when Lily's pull was gone, he headed straight in to the Dark Arts, and ofc, that didn't end well at all.

This got super long for no reason and it's prob very badly written but it was mostly a word vomit lmao I just rlly like them and yes they had their problems but most friendships do :( they would've worked it out in another universe...

Billy Cane (my DC self insert) lore

PART ONE - Backstory (before Batfam)

Before moving to Gotham, Billy lived in the northeast of Brazil, but because of his parents' work, he had to move to New Jersey due to a wave of crimes in Gotham. At the time, he was six years old and his egg had not yet cracked.

Around the age of nine, his parents, his older brother and he were kidnapped by the Joker, who killed his parents but only managed to slightly injure him before they were found and the Joker was arrested. Despite this, he still broke his ankle trying to escape, something that would leave long-term consequences. (+ the trauma of having his parents killed in front of him by an extremely bizarre and pisciotic clown, duh)

Despite this, his brother came out of the situation relatively well (or as well as he could at least), having dislocated his wrist (something that would also leave some after-effects), but still having to go to college and work after a few weeks.

(He still wanted to take his little brother and run away from that crazy town, but he knew that if they moved they could end up in an unpleasant financial situation and he could lose custody of his brother - like Lilo and Nanny from Lilo and Stitch - so he decided to stay, finish architecture school and try to get a stable job for now)

Now that his brother had to spend the whole day away at work and college, and the little time he did spend at home he was either tired or sleeping, Billy found himself with time to go out shopping and DIY-ing a few things to become the town's new vigilante when he wasn't at school.

PART TWO - The Beginning (self explanatory)

After the 'Joker Incident' some members of the Batfam decided to keep an eye on things to make sure everything went well.

(It didn't last more then a year until Cassie found a little Jester sneaking out of the window in the middle of the night)

A week of patrol later and Billy found himself under Black Cat's wing after being cornered by a guy much bigger than him and all he knew was that now either he dropped the mantle, or he was going to have a superheroine on his tail insisting he drop it every night.

After two months of persistent bargaining and three near-death experiences Black Cat agrees to let him join her as 'Ghost Robin'

PART THREE - Now (super-hero funky facts)

Jason was, indeed, very petty. Mostly by him being a kid ('Cassie?? The hell?? i trusted you!') but also by the 'Ghost Robin' thing tho he would never admit it

He got along with Stephie, Babs and Duke right away, after three days he got along with Tim, it took him a month to get close to Dick, Bruce and Selina but he didn't give up.

Jason and Damian were certainly the most stubborn, but they were also the ones he tried the hardest for.

Damian because they're only a year apart, Jason because 'OH MY LORD IT'S RED HOOD *fanboy-ish sounds*'

took him three moths but he got them to like a bit more then he expected...

There are still details that refer to a jester in the uniform. He intends to go back to that costume when he stop being Robin (which will certainly happen at some point when Cassandra allows it, and she WILL allow it, RIGHT CASSIE?)

hmmm okay so their Actual first date was the concert bryce took jensen to in book 1. at that time bryce didnt even know jensen was in a band or was into music, so when he found that out he was SO proud of himself lmao. they both got dressed up a little, and it honestly wasnt too crazy exciting, but they had fun. jensen was okay w the band, bryce didnt like it as much, but they just ended up talking most of the time anyway

now the first one they actually Labeled as a date was after the chemical attack when they went out for food truck dinner and dessert then to an arcade. it was really fun for both of them bc jensen got to pick the food trucks (bc ofc he knows the good ones) and bryce picked the arcade. they talked a lot and on the way home was when jensen told bryce about the trial he went through when he was a kid, and how he got into foster care and met liyah and stuff, and it was just an important moment for both of them. bryce had been taking jensen out consistently for months to learn more about him (after the chemical attack) and this was a big moment for that. not only did they have a lot of fun, but it was also important for the trust that they built

they really dont argue unless its in a joking way (which is all of the time lol). they give each other shit for everything, but never in a serious way, and they never really have to smooth things over

oh bryce is ofc head to toe in sparkly black, eyeliner included. jensen is having the time of his life dressing him up. as for the other way around, i think bryce would totally do it for his own enjoyment in the sense that he Does put jensen also in full black but makes him add leather instead of the sparkle (gloves, pants, probs a harness, etc)

was really thinking about this one and no they absolutely cannot sit next to one another without touching the other. usually its just their shoulders or knees or something, but bryce also likes playing w jensens hand/rings so theres that too

I think the initial payout agreement with McLaren was indeed around $21m. The $18m number has been floating around after it got out that red bull is apparently paying Daniel $2.1m to be third driver. So his payout from McLaren gets decreased by that number.

Hiiro x Reader Starting off with Hiiro, I personally think he'd struggle to find bathrooms around the ES building and etc., especially when he's new because he doesn't know his way around yet. That, and I also think he's the type to not know he needs to piss until it's almost too late. He just… doesn't notice. With that being said, I had this one idea where the reader character/producer would run into Hiiro after he leaves practice, and he's trying to find a bathroom but can't, so reader tries to help him find one. But then…. one thing leads to another, and they have to hide in a really, really tight storage closet where their bodies are basically touching… You sarcastically ask how much he needs to go when they realize the closet is locked, and Hiiro almost doesn't respond because he's really, really close to wetting himself at that point and just murmurs that he can hold it. (He can't). You text Mayoi to get the two of you out, because if anyone knows where they are in the building, it's him, and Mayoi texts that he should be there in about 20 minutes. Around 15-20 minutes later Hiiro's basically whimpering and trying to hold back said whimpers, and trying to move to alleviate the pain (essentially, you and him are so close to each other that your bodies are basically pressing together and you can barely move your hands). He really, really doesn't want to piss all over you but it's getting to the point where he's barely holding on. (Bonus points if he has a crush on you). And then both of you shift a little, trying to inch out of the space a little bit, but one of you shifts wrong and basically hits right on top of Hiiro's bladder and he starts to leak, and he's barely able to stop before a spot starts to form on his training clothes. He's not crying YET but is really, really close to, because he feels like he can barely hold on but keeps insisting he can (while you're asking him to let go because you can tell he's in pain and won't be able to make it anyways). At some point, his bladder simply can't take it anymore, then he just… lets go. He's soaked, and so are you, and he feels really, really terrible about it and almost starts to cry but you try to comfort him while you wait for Mayoi. It takes a while but Mayoi actually does let both of you out, and Mayoi apologizes profusely because he didn't know about Hiiro needing the bathroom… and after that you and Hiiro go to your rooms and change. And of course, you promise to show Hiiro around the building so it doesn't happen again.

Mao x Reader As for the other idea I had. Well… I love Mao but that also means I also LOVE to make him suffer, just a little. Considering that he overworks a lot, and is constantly busy (with practices, producer-type work, and etc.), he probably doesn't get to use the bathroom much, or at all… So consider Mao working full 12-15 hour days but not getting any breaks… Recipe for disaster. Hehe. I'd imagine that most of his piss issues (pissues haha) probably started when he got busy with Trickstar and the student council… Between practice and work, he barely ever gets a break, even to take a piss. That, and a lot of water to stay hydrated…. Nail in the coffin. So, consider… Mao's rushing out of the student council room trying to find a bathroom, but it's way, way too far and since he's gone nearly 12 hours without relieving himself, he's absolutely bursting and NEEDS to go NOW. He's shuffling through the hall holding his dick and runs into you, who immediately notices and asks if he needs to use the restroom and if he needs help, and he says yes. So you help him walk a bit but he starts to leak, and it's extremely painful to the point there's a very visible bladder bulge. Thankfully, you're carrying your school bag with you, and there's an empty bottle that you forgot to throw away after finishing. Mao really, really doesn't want to use it because it's embarrassing, but he really doesn't have much of a choice, because when he started leaking, he didn't stop (Bonus points if he has a crush on you). He accepts defeat and tries to get his pants off, but can't, so he asks you to help and hold the bottle for him as well. When he gets his pants off he barely has time to aim before he starts going and gets some on the floor, but most of it ends up in the bottle (to his relief). He nearly overflows the bottle but finishes just a few millimeters away from the top, and thanks you… I feel like this would happen so many times to the point you would just get him one of those literal piss bottles for him to keep because he just never seems to get any time to actually go to a bathroom. He's embarrassed about it but he can't really control when he can and can't get a break.

hi chierry! i’m currently reading khr and i wanna talk about it with someone but why do you think tyl-tsuna confided his plans to hibari when he didn’t even tell gokudera and yamamoto? i have always found this super interesting so i wanted to ask your opinion too 🙈 (i wish he had seen more of everyone ten-years-later 😭😭😭, khr has so much potential it really pains me that it ended the way it did)

My personal theory on that is that Hibari was the perfect combination of several factors that other guardians might have, but not all at once.

1. The number one reason I think is that Hibari is simply insane in the best way possible. If Yamamoto or Gokudera heard Tsuna saying he would fake his own death the plan simply would have gotten scrapped because they are NOT accepting this. And if they DID, I don't doubt that the guilt of seeinf everyone grieve Tsuna would make them REAAAALY hurt. I don't think they would reveal anything, but simply they wouldn't be able to take it without a lot of damage. Hibari tho? I am not discarting the friendship he has cultivated with everyone in the future nor his feelings, but he would take it better than Yammu/Goku.

2. Hibari is REALLY hard to get information about. Both meta-wise and canon-wise. This plan could NOT work if anyone else other than Tsuna, Irie and Hibari knew about it. Everyone in the Vongola has a semblance of a past and family to serve as possible hostages in exchange for information, but Hibari? We legit don't know if he even has family. King of keeping his private life and work life separated. Pairing that with the fact that he is also a MIST now, it's straight up miracle work to get a hold of him if he doesn't want you to. With that, Tsuna didn't have to worry about any outside influences or enemies getting this information, probably not even Tsuna himself has a fool-proof method of getting to him lmao

3. Going back to the insane point, he is insane enough and smart enough to hear the kind of time-travelling BS Irie and Tsuna came up with and just go... Fine. Give me two real good fights and I'm in. I think that Gokudera could take the infomration well, but again, emotionally he wouldn't be able to take it for too long, and let's be real, Tsuna was ALREADY abusing their feelings there. He prob also didn't want to pile up those feelings even more.

4. It's not weird for Hibari to just be on his own. Wich means that he can be prepping A LOT of shit for this plan and nobody would suspect. Let's say, Yamamoto is missing for 4 months? Mh, weird... not out of the question considering their line of work but weird. Hibari missing for 8 months? Lil rascal is prob in one of his many mansions chilling. I feel like this privacy gives him an edge that is perfect for prepping for a super-secret plan with little suspicion.

5. (SPOILERS FOR SIMON ARC) Hibari has said he feels some kind of gratitude for Tsuna, and I don't doubt that this feeling grows in the future. Paired with all that above, I feel like Tsuna just legit felt like if Hibari was the one helping with it, he wouldn't fuck it up. That mutual trust thing going on you know?

6. uh this point is kind of stupid but he probably has counting on Hibari being able to go full-on nuclear in case everything else failed lmao

7. I think that, meta-wise, Amano wanted to show that Hibari, for as much as he denies being part of the group, still very much got attached to being a Guardian.

TLDR: I think that the emotional pain it would bring other guardians + his aloofness + his power + his relationship with Tsuna was the perfect storm to make him be the perfect choice.

(and don't tell me, I would legit kill for a future-only arc!! I LOVE LOVE seeing them grow and a good chunk of my mental space is dedicated for thinking the kind of adventures they go now. Like, please, the angst? the relationships? THE POWERS? THE A N GS T you have no idea how right you are anon. We were robbed of an arc of them being adults and I will forever cry obver the potential

Mina didn’t want to keep pressing the issue so she dropped it until it became a reoccurring thing with y/n and it’s not just her that noticed. She (y/n) is extremely hesitant to open the door and when she does she opens it a little bit. ⏤now that mina told them about your suspicious behaviour, all of them were put on high alert. 

⏤they all agreed to keep you unaware of their intentions by having bakugou take care of you like usual but they made sure that when on the night patrol, they were close by with their radios on and constantly being hyper aware of the shortest route to your residence from wherever they were situated - just in case of an emergency 

⏤naturally, they trusted bakugou with keeping you safe but that didn’t mean that they had no worries for you at all 

⏤seeing as you usually feel asleep before bakugou switched with the sero, who took care of you in the late evening, you were under the impression that you were alone at home 

⏤your current condition disallowed you from comfortably staying awake so you were constantly tossing and turning in bed, brows furrowed and sweating more than usual

⏤”what is she dreaming about?” bakugou utters in frustration as he continues to wipe away the vastly accumulating sweat rom your wrinkled brows

⏤he wasn’t frustrated at you no no, he was annoyed at the fact that he couldn’t make you comfortable no matter how many wet towels he uses to cook your forehead or wipe your sweat clean off your skin 

⏤as the night progresses, you eventually fall into a dreamless sleep, far too exhausted to continue stressing over your ex with the added burden of your fever on your body

⏤nevertheless, bakugou continues being on high alert at all times except for when he momentarily leaves to room so as to go to the toilet 

⏤this was the perfect opportunity for your crazy ex to sneak into your room via the window bakugou left ajar so as to help cool you down better

⏤not wanting to disturb your sleep as rest was the top priority for you, bakugou crept up from behind the unknown figure and instantly went for his neck, choking him into silence as he dragged his thrashing figure outside, far away from you all the while sending a emergency signal to the rest of the squad 

⏤in no time at all, the rest of the squad arrived and had your crazy ex cornered. at this time he had already been tied up by bakugou and was ready for a quick chat

⏤they could’ve killed the guy - they were more than tempted to and it would have been so easy...but he deserved to suffer in jail for his crimes against you so they held back no matter how painful that was for them 

⏤the very next day, under their authority and recommendation, the man was locked up for as many years as they could tally up and seeing as they were heroes, they were able to look into his past documentations and found you had filed a restraining order for him under harassment, assault and a number of other things they grew all the more furious at the more the read

⏤they would prefer it if you didn’t realise what they did that night but the media couldn’t let the story of 5 high class pro heroes sending a singular, beaten man to jail for life

Back at it again with the Skephalo. Lost horribly so RIP me lmao.

PRE-DATING:

Bad loves to bake muffins and will often gift the extras the Titans don't eat to the Hive.

He will always make a special box for Sapnap and Skeppy. Skeppy always gets a little heart shaped chocolate on top of one of his muffins though.

The first time Skeppy had fought Bad he'd fell over himself immediately upon seeing him because omg he's so pretty. He had never fought so terribly in his life, entirely too distracted by the other man.

Quackity likes to tape not so sfw (based from Quack and Bad interactions on streams lmao), very badly drawn pictures of Bad and Skeppy around the Titans base whenever he visits. It's not really seen as lewd because it's hard to see something drawn in crayon with the art skills of a 4 year old as anything but hilarious.

At one point Skeppy and Bad happened to walk past one of them n Bad went into a flustered rampage taking them down and screeching about language. Skeppy would of helped but he was too busy dying fron embarrassment.

Before they were dating Skeppy had invited Bad out to a nicely decorated park (I'm talking cherry trees and fountains) so they could fight. He then proceeded to shower Bad in flower crowns/scarves that he'd made with the fauna he found around the park.

He td Bad that this was what fighting was like on his home planet. He returned to the Hive covered in flowers and in a very good mood.

Zak always brings Darryl a badly baked muffin every Thursday at the pet shop. They never taste that great but Bad always eats them and thanks him profusely.

Skeppy was once called in as backup when the Titans and Hive were fighting in an LED factory. Skeppy turned up entirely clad in shiny sequins and foil trousers.

Both parties ended up retreating because it was hard to see anything when every single light reflected off of both Skeppy's skin and his clothing. Bad found it incredibly charming and (shading his eyes) complimented Skeppy on his outfit.

POST-DATING:

Bad is an incredibly cuddly person. He loves to show affection and Skeppy is more than happy to be on the receiving end. More often than not you'll see them both in a corner, swamped in blankets and very comfortable.

Skeppy helps make Bad more comfortable in his full demon form. He was even able to convince Bad to pick him up and fly him around the Hive. George happened to look out the window at the time n nearly had a heart attack. They decided the Titans base would be a more appropriate location from then on.

Skeppy is still very terrified of anything horror and Bad knows this. For halloween he always makes Bad take him to haunted houses, horror movies at the cinema and similar themed attractions because he knows how much he loves them. He spends the entire day both scared out of his skin and stupidly happy to spend time with Bad.

After Bad learnt where Skeppy came from they spent forever discussing their different homes. Skeppy's planet is made up entirely of precious gems. There are different gemfolk made from different types of crystals and such.

Bad takes him to a gem museum (is that a thing??) and is ecstatic each time Skeppy points out a gem and explains which of his people would be made up of them and what their environment would be. They pass by a group if diamonds and spend 2 hours talking about Skeppy's family and jow each diamond gemperson differs to one another.

I'll probs think of more at some point but that's the main bulk of it for now :D

how you ended up in a house with these guys:

they're such a tight-knit bunch considering the fact that they've been living in a dormitory throughout high school

it was probs semi or kawanishi who suggested getting an extra roommate to help with the rent (tendou and goshiki are accident prone they need someone to help pay for repairs)

so ushijima made and put up an ad for an extra housemate. although he didn't disclose the fact that you'd be rooming with 7 other dudes

you were kind of desperate for some housing at this point so you just went with it

the person who greets you at the door is shirabu. but its more like he saw you, your bag, and went back inside the house leaving the door open

you stood there for a whole ten minutes before kawanishi came up to invite you inside

you're instantly greeted by goshiki and semi cleaning the house like crazy. semi was punching a couch cushion so that it looked an extra soft pillow

tbh the only normal you see are ushijima and reon. they're probs the ones who interviewed you to see if you were a good fit as their housemate

despite how weird your first impressions of some of your housemates were, you were still keen to move in

and then that's when tendou decided to come home from the pet shop with an iguana

living there:

you're roommate ends up being shirabu because no one else wanted to room with him (jk they all drew straws and he was lucky)

goshiki is an alright housemate. he's polite, does his assigned chores, rarely gets into your privacy

but oh my god every morning at 5 am he wakes up the entire house BY BLENDING PROTEIN SHAKES

you and shirabu considered soundproofing your room or chaining goshiki to his bed

ONE OF THE HOUSE'S GREATEST MYSTERIES: how does goshiki cut his hair?

tendou knows you've been dying to know why so one day he's all 'do you really wanna know?' and you're like 'HECC YEAH' and he takes your arm and brings you to goshiki's room

in there you find him with a bowl on his head and cutting along the rim with his scissors

shirabu is also with him but he has a ruler for his bangs

its the only time they ever get along

tendou and ushijima has hands-down the most chaotic room set-up

for one, half of it, ushijima's half, looks like a traditional japanese house

you know that scene in BNHA where todoroki was showing off his room? yes that one

y'all are like 'how was he able to bring tatami mats in his room?'

and then tendou's half looks like a weird-ass storage room complete with an iguana tank (yes he kept it)

tendou probs has those color-changing lights too

and the funny part about it is that both ushijima and tendou are completely okay with the set-up

also tendou has the most irregular schedule ever. like,,, circadian rhythms just wasn't installed in the being that is Tendou Satori

like,, he'll be making mac and cheese at 3 am and just enter your room asking if you want anything

you: WHY WOULD I WANT MAC AND CHEESE AT 3 AM???

shirabu, who's still awake because he's a med student: i'll have some

ushijima on the other hand has such a set schedule and daily routine. he's the definition of 'working like clockwork'

the only thing is that ushijima,,, generally doesn't cook??

and by that he likes to eat raw vegetables. no seasoning, no nothing

tendou is the only one not lowkey about it but he’s not lowkey about anything he likes

and then one day you and tendou are in the kitchen and ushijima decides to watch tv while eating breakfast

while flipping through the channels he comes across the rock lee vs. gaara fight and he just decides to watch while eating

Hopak, originally a male dance that eventually evolved into a couples dance, so we have Andrew and Steven dancing together with fucking knives and it will be beautiful, and sexy, and fucking perfect.

I need to research and watch many dances about Hopak and apparently Hora as well, because the Addams family is apparently Jewish in nature so I need a nice way to imagine them dancing with knives while learning all the terms for this fanfic lmao

Steven, looking impressed and nodding his head, looks to the priest/uncle It and says: “Ditto.”

Shyan lovechild arguing and saying that Steven is prob gonna kill their Uncle Andrew and continues to wail.

Shane telling Standrew as they leave for their honeymoon “Have a nice life together!” and Steven replies. “I will!”

Cue in Standrew honeymoon and Steven tries to kill Andrew numerous times and gets frustratedly angry when Andrew keeps surviving.

Steven after amazing sex with Andrew and losing his virginity (Let’s admit it, even though Steven has married and murdered so many people, he didn’t think they were worthy enough for him. But Andrew is “rich-enough” for Steven to lose his virginity for, he thinks. Like the richest catch he’s ever had. And no, Steven thinks it’s not because he’s starting to fall for Andrew.)

He made Andrew promise to never-ever talk or contact his family ever again, Andrew indulges him and agrees.

Steven’s butler driving a hearse to the airport and waiting for Steven to get off his flight from Hawaii. “Hello Mr. Ilnyckyj, where is your husband?” He asks, expecting the husband to be dead.

“Oh he’s right there, getting off the flight.” Steven points to Andrew who’s currently looking at him with heart eyes. Butler: “But he’s alive sir!” he says in shock. Steven in a very angry and frustrated voice. “TELL ME ABOUT IT!”

Andrew: I love you mon cher

Steven: WHO?!

Andrew: mi amor???

Steven:  SPEAK IN ENGLISH. or chinese, but he is secretly slowly starting to love the pet names Andrew gives him, don’t worry, we only have tsundere Steven for a short time.

Steven forces Andrew to live with him in a pastel palace that’s very fancy and very un-Addams like, Andrew is intrigued because it’s Steven.

Shyan visits their home to demand to see Andrew, saying it’s not true that Andrew doesn’t want to see them anymore.

Andrew confirms to them that He wants to be alone with Steven now.

Shyan comes home to find that their lovechild has become a pastel monster, very un-Addams like and they cry but accept their child.

Steven tries numerous times to kill Andrew but to no avail.

And this one time that Steven blows up half of their house and finds Andrew “Dead”

He laughs maniacally and says finally but then he’s crying

His tears fall down on Andrew and he opens his eyes and Steven screams.

Andrew: You do care my love

Steven: No! Why are you still alive?! What does it take to kill you monster?!

Andrew laughs and Steven blurts out that he’s been able to kill all of his husbands and wives before but why doesn’t Andrew die?!?!?!

Andrew: because you love me and our love won’t allow us to kill each other

Andrew then explains that he’s known about Steven all this time, that he’s a serial killer, that he loves being this golden fancy boy, and that he even knows that Steven himself is from a notorious serial killer family as well

Steven still in denial but he’s all like “So you’ll let me use your money?”

Andrew: “My love, I love you so much, I’d pay for you and everything else.”

Steven, tsundere but slowly warming up to Andrew, mumbles “Fine, i forgive you.” He grumbles. “And I’ll let you be with your family again.”

Andrew meets the Lims full of serial killer family, only they’re more pastel and shit and he is absolutely in love and their families move to live close to each other and Shyan is also there and they meet the pastel Lim serial killer fam and it’s very very happy and nice and cute and amazing

Can I confess something?? I FUCKING HATED V’S ROUTE SO BAD. It was fucking maddening. I never once actually felt close to him, it was just so full of he and Rika both saying weird pretentious pseudo-poetic metaphors and bullshit about the sun and devils or whatever and then both acting like this absolutely batshit insane Mint Eye stuff was somehow inevitable and not... well... absolutely batshit insane??? Lmfao the whole time I was just pulling my hair out and screaming and missing Saeran 😅😬

Holy shit this is the moment I’ve been waiting for, to rant about V’s route!

First of all, if y’all like V, that’s cool, this is just my (and the anons) opinion

Now for V route (SPOILERS for V route and After Ending btw)

Holy fuck

Like you said I NEVER felt a conection to him, maybe until he got, uh, I don’t know, FUCKING STABBED?! I mean story wise his route is amazing (not as much as Saeran tho lmao but I don’t want to rant that much)

But for me, V is just not my type of guy, and like I said before, since we’ve gotten to be so close to the choi twins, I can’t really find it in myself to sort of forgive him for what he did. Or for not telling the RFA which is one of the reasons I was kinda meh about him!

I get the whole ‘blaming myself’ thing, he SHOULD, but he’s not doing it the right way! I mean, dude, you have a friend that is a freaking billionaire and that understands you more than anyone, he’s known you since you were like 5, PLEASE ask him for help!

And I believe V doesn’t want to get help because he doesn’t want the RFA to know what he did, but he still wants to punish himself in a way, and honey, that’s not the way to go, seriously.

The weird thing is, for me, even when I did the other character routes of people who weren’t my favorite and stuff, I could STILL maybe ‘fall’ in love with them.

For example at first I was super squeamish about Yoosung’s route, and I thought I wouldn’t like it at all, but when it came down to it, I found myself actually caring for the guy and going AWWW at some points

With V I don’t remeber ever going awww LMAOO

I think that V’s route is great story wise, like I said, honestly it’s fucking amazing, and I guess everyone there gets a happy ending. And the whole thing of waiting two years and whatever is actually really good in my opinion, since everyone in the game needs fucking therapy lmao.

But in V’a judge and forgive...let’s see...

First! I would not forgive Rika. I mean I think she’s a great character, but I don’t approve of what she did. I still really like how the writers made her tho, like seriously her motivation and everything makes SO much sense. Do I like Rika? Yes, as a character. Does that mean I like what she did? Nope.

Even though she’s a great character, I would NEVER forgive her, but I hated that the whole judge ending we had to be like FUCK RIKA BITCH (I get it, judge, but you don’t have to be a whiny bitch to judge someone? Woah wait was that too mean? I’m sorry lmao I mean, in the end MC is being a sort of a whiny little brat!)

I mean for us to judge her I don’t think we have to roast the shit out of her everytime we’re on the chatroom lmao, it seriously seemed super weird to me that the MC would be so OBSESSED with insulting Rika, like we get it, she was bad, but don’t be like Yoosung and keep insulting V everytime it comes up because it gets sort of annoying.

The other thing that I felt was what hurt me the most, in a way, was the choi twin’s story. The whole time I wanted to go over to Saeyoung and kiss him, tell him that I cared that everyone cared, to be there for him. In his route Saeyoung learns that he actually does matter, and seeing him like that without the support of someone who actually makes him feel safe and stuff, it just hurts me.

And in the forgive ending in the end, when the choi twins reunite they MOVE TO NEPAL OR SOMETHING?!

Like??? NO???? I NEED TO SEE THEM TOGETHER???

It was the point that made me cry, and I don’t easily cry, because it hurt me that I couldn’t see their relationship grow, or them grow as a person, and I couldn’t help them.

And I just fucking love the two of them SO fucking much, it seriously hurt.

Honestly for me the route I like the most rn is Saeran’s.

At first it was Saeyoung’s, but ever since I did Jumin’s route and learned more about him, Saeyoung’s route always hurts me because Jumin is suffering SO much, and there’s no one there to comfort him. And I honestly feel that at one point Jumin will seriously break and say fuck it, and with V and Rika gone, and with no one’s support, I feel like he would definitely...well...do something to hurt himself.

I love Saeran’s route because well, first the whole Suit!Saeran/Ray persona. I don’t know much about MPD, which is what I believe he has, so I don’t know if they handled it the best way but I seriously actually liked it so much.

And in the end, let’s say we find Saeyoung, we get V out of the fucking mess he made, and Mint Eye just stops. Everyone ends up happy!

Yoosung learns the truth, Jumin still has V, so he is actually more emotionally stable, the choi twins reunite, Jaehee probs gets more breaks because Jumin now has some emotional support, and Zen may become a super big hit since he helped with the whole prime minister stuff!

And all those reasons above are why I also don’t really like Saeran’s Normal End.

Now that Honor Compels Me is finally done, I wanted to do a round-up of all the things I remember that made me say “I feel like I need to tell someone what almost happened here” or “I should probably explain this later lol”, along with my reasons for cutting the last few chapters/what would have happened in them. It’s prob going to be very long, which I apologize for, but I’ll bold the headings so that you can skip to the parts you’re interested in!

I’ll reblog it and add more as I think of them, but for now: 

Dark Dany: VERY originally, like way back in the OG plotline from 2017, Dany was an antagonist, and Margaery Tyrell was Robb’s queen. Dany would have died fighting Cersei in Kings Landing, with the same result (Cersei was ALWAYS going to go out by wildfire lmao). I changed it both because a) it seemed like too many Conveniently Alive people for one story and b) after the shitty ending Dany got, I decided I would try my hand at writing a Dany I could actually root for! For years I’ve been a big proponent/fan of the idea that Dany is eventually going to be an antagonist in the books, but the way it was handled in the show was so irredeemably stupid (gassing her up and gaslighting/scolding her fans later who didn’t see it coming, making her switch at the drop of a hat for the majority of the general audience just for the sake of a twist, etc). I ended up really loving the version of Dany I created. I tried not to soften her TOO much, which is why I had her wrestle with herself even up to the very end (like thinking “I won” after the explosion in Kings Landing and hating herself for it). I didn’t want all the flaws that make me not support canon Dany to disappear just because I started to like her! I do think that writing this story made me like Dany more overall. I still don’t support her canon actions, and I also probably won’t in the books, but I came to find her more compelling as I wrote her. I’m a lot less afraid to write her now than I have been in the past, though I’ll continue to add warnings to all my stories that feature Dark Dany, bc yall Dany stans have been through enough. 

More Death: At various points Dany, Theon, Bran, and Arya were going to die. 

Dany was already pointed out. 

I had Theon die in the Long Night in the plot outline just out of laziness/in keeping with canon, until I remembered that Redemption = Death is stupid and I wasn’t gonna do it. 

Bran was going to die after warging into Drogon and being caught in the explosion of the Red Keep. That actually stayed in until a few weeks ago! I told a bunch of people that Bran was going to die! It was the plan all along! And then I realized that “somebody has to die” was a shitty way of looking at it, and I changed it. I think a lot of this process of changing things was me trying to write what I thought people wanted vs what story I actually wanted to tell. Sure it’s a little fairy tale ending this way, but it’s my story, and who cares? Happy endings are nice. Fuck off. 

Arya...I probably wouldn’t have ever actually gone through with it, because I am a coward, but there was an idea of a VERY heavy-handed “revenge is bad” message with Arya where Arya was much more savage and instead of turning back into Arya, she was turning farther and farther away from her. She couldn’t reconcile with the Lannisters, she rejected her bonds with her family. In the end she would be unable to let go of her list, would refuse to grow and change and realize that she had other things to live for, and she would have set off one of Qyburn’s traps in the Red Keep, igniting the whole thing, killing Drogon and Rhaegal (and Bran) and leading to the deaths of thousands. AGAIN I was like “that’s too dark” and scrapped the idea, but it was definitely toyed with. I love Arya as a character, so this plotline for her would have definitely been more a reaction to fans of her who seem to want her to hold on to that vengeful seed inside of her. 

Prophecies: Listen, I do not give a fuck about any prophecies. I really don’t. Every fantasy universe has some kind of involved backstory that some fans love to get mired in, but I am not one of those fans. Still, I tried to deliver on two of them lmao. 

Azor Ahai ended up being Jaime, with Ice/Oathkeeper and Maiden’s Heart being Lightbringer. Originally, I had Brienne killing the Night King, without any thought to the prophecy at all, but that was another case of “people will like it if Brienne kills the Night King” and I realized that I would like it better if it was Jaime. I’m not sure how it checks out literally, but I figured it worked with a) tempering in water = splitting Ice. b) heart of a lion = Jaime’s change of heart after the Highgarden Battle. c) Nissa Nissa = Brienne’s “maiden’s heart” breaking during the Highgarden Battle. It was Brienne who did the stabbing, but it was Jaime who made it happen, so I figured that made sense. I made sure to mention Brienne’s tears and all the smoke when Jaime was wounded, so he could be “reborn amidst salt and smoke” or whatever, and I had Bran mention a rebirth for him in the next chapter. Which was maybe a little on the nose, but IDK GUYS I FEEL LIKE IT CHECKS OUT! 

I know the show never dove into the Valonqar prophecy at all, and I think we all know that I absolutely HATE the idea of Jaime being the Valonqar, so I would rather not think about it AT ALL. But Bran AND Rhaegal were both kind of responsible for Cersei’s death in the end, so take your pick of which Little Brother actually did the deed! 

Deleted Chapters: I promise you, you are not missing anything with these deleted chapters. They were always messy, and no matter how many times I edited them, they felt too forced and “now let me explain the ending”. 

Sansa: Sansa’s chapter followed Jaime’s and was primarily about her going to Robb and Dany and the three of them talking about the future of Westeros. The Dany/Robb conversation about it was originally absent--the last Robb chapter was added to fill in the gaps when I deleted this and the other chapters--so this would have been the first time it was discussed. It then would have had a time jump and a wedding scene, which I could never make work! It was such a jarring time jump in the middle of a chapter, and I didn’t think the wedding was particularly exciting to write about lmao. 

Tyrion: Tyrion’s chapter would have been Dany being crowned and announcing to everyone that she and her people are going to be dismantling the monarchy and setting up a new government. I think I had her give a period of a few years in which she and Robb would rule, but they were going to be transitioning governments in that time. Kind of the same idea as in What a King Should Look Like. Bronn also showed up, DID in fact get a minor holdfast, and was mocked by both Lannisters for bowing out before he could have earned himself a better one. Olenna found some bastard daughter to legitimize and continue her house.

Brienne: Brienne’s arc was a lot more drawn out in the original draft, and I ended up editing it a few times and making it shorter. VERY originally, this chapter would have been her wedding with Jaime, at which she has the “wow he actually loves me, huh?” realization. Which I thought was funny as I plotted it out, but in execution it wasn’t as good as I wanted it to be, so I moved the realization to an earlier chapter. The original was also going to be Jaime giving up his name entirely, and Brienne cloaking him, but as we have discussed before, I am in fact a coward, so I just deleted the whole chapter lmao. In all seriousness, at this point the endings just felt like Return of the King, and Into the West was actually the chosen song for this chapter, because I knew even as I was writing it that I was doing Too Much lmao. 

Robb: Robb’s last chapter was essentially just a total wrap up chapter. Just Robb and Dany being sappy, Robb being happy he was still alive, and the two of them planning the future. They were at Riverrun for this part, i’m pretty sure, or it might have been Dragonstone? I had trouble even filling this chapter with enough words for it to be a full chapter, because it was basically just an epilogue. As the story progressed, this chapter felt more and more like I was just performing to the “Robb’s Alive” crowd, which I didn’t particularly want to do, because Robb being alive was always a feature, not the focus, of this story.
