So I got the new Pokemon DLC for Christmas and I’m on a big Pokemon kick currently so I’m going to give a gift to my fellow Pokémon lovers. °× He was shopping in a local grocery store for supplies for the dinner he's gonna make for the ninjas.

°× Most of the times he pays a lot of attention what he's doing but this time he was searching for a seasoning.

°× He was that focused that he didn't watch where he goes and bumped into you. You fell and your things were everywhere on the floor.

°× He immediately apologised with a worried look, pulling you back to your feet.

"I'm so sorry. Are you okay? Did you hurt yourself?"

"I'm fine, don't worry"

°× You chuckled croaching down to put your things back into your backet. Zane felt guilty and croached down to helping you get your things.

°× For a moment you looked up from the floor at him with a surpised face. Your faces were so close.

"Sorry"

°× You blushed thanking him his help. Soon everything was back in your basket. You both stared at each other nervously.

"I apologise again. Can I make it up to you with a dinner?"

"Is it a date?"

°× At the end of the game both of you chuckled together, wanting another round.

°× The ninjas were out in Dareth's karaoke bar having fun. He wad very chill trying new cocktales and even dancing (sometimes)

°× The others made a bet that if he loses it he has to sing a song what they decide to. They obviously wanted see him sing again. (From the oni triology)

°× Poor guy lost the bet and he had to stand on the karaoke stage with a microphone in his hand.

°× The song started playing and the lyrics became visible on a little board. He nervously stood there waiting.

°× You were also in the bar, bored playing with your drink in your hand. The song change got your attention and looked up.

°× A black raven haired guy about to sing so you waited patiently for him. When he started he looked nervous but by the time he got comfortable.

°× He was really having fun and this boosted your energy watching him with amazed eyes. He didn't noticed you. Yet.

°× When the song ended he bowed with a wide smile as some of the people started cheering.

°× You didn't wait a second before you walked over him and pocked him to get his attention.

°× When he turned around his eyes widened like he was staring into heaven. He fell in love on the spot and not even a word left his mouth.

"I saw you singing. I really liked it. Are you up to for another karaoke?.. With me?"

°× First he didn't know what to answer and just stared at you, but he quieckly realised he should answer when you looked at him confused.

"Of course I love singing. What song you want to sing?"

°× The other ninjas looked at him confused. They thought he hates singing or anything related to that.

°× Soon you put the song in and start to move to the beat. Cole does the same his eyes not leaving you.

°× At the first line when he heard your voice his eyes started sparkling with amaze. Your voice was angelic.

°× He sang along with you smiling. Then suddenly both of you started dancing with each other giving a show to all the people in the bar.

°× All the people stood up also dancing. Someone with the other and someone just alone.

"What is happening for real?"

"No idea.."

°× The vibes were perfect. When the song ended your breathing was heavy from all the moves.

°× You smiled at each other when the people started clapping. You tugged your hair behind your ear with a blush. Cole turned away with flushed cheeks.

°× Later when you said goodbye to each other the other ninjas looked at Cole surprised and confused.

"Since when do you like singing?"

"Since now."

It was currently summer break the best time of the year in your opinion. You got to spend time with your family and of course your boyfriend Ollie. As you were keeping your relationship out of the public it was very hard for the two of you to find time outside of the track together just the two of you in love. It was a troubling topic, the topic of announcing your relationship as you were already in the public eye because of your brothers you knew the hate their girlfriends received just for being their girl friends. Ollie was so well known in the racing world he was so talented so you knew that there would be a commotion if you and he announced you were dating and that did scare you a little. You weren’t going to lie you were hesitant to even date ollie at first you thought he was so handsome and kind but he was 17 almost turning 18 and you had just turned 16 it’s not that big of a gap but with him turning 18 soon you knew you would get hated on for dating a guy older then you and being labeled to young. Surprisingly the leclerc brothers Arthur Lorenzo and Charles all got used to it pretty quickly and have become supportive of your relationship, at first of course they were hesitant being your brothers and all they didn’t think anyone was good for their little sister especially another driver who could crash at any minute and leave their sister alone in tears. But they liked Ollie, especially Arthur who was very close with him from prema so naturally everyone got along well. You and Ollie had been dating for about 7months now, it may be to early to say but you were definitely in love with the boy. Your family had been kind enough to offer you to bring Ollie along on the family vacation considering that their girlfriends were also going to be their, so you both happily accepted a week in the sun, with your family what could go wrong.

Well……

It was a warm day on the beach, everyone was relaxed and tanned that’s for sure. You were in your floral bikini lying down on a beach towel scrolling through your phone. Ollie was having a dip in the ocean along with your other brothers and a few of the girlfriends but some opted to stay on the sand. As you scrolled through Insta you stopped when you saw the page of a F1gossip sight you normally wouldn’t click on them because you already were involved in the world so you knew the truth and didn’t need to read a page of mostly lies. When you clicked on the page a post captured your eye it was of Ollie so naturally intrigued you took a closer look only to see it was a post about dating rumours with another girl something about her being seen out and about in the Ollie bearmans jumper so they had to be together, she was pretty, really pretty and that did look like his jumper, of course this couldn’t be true he’s with you and all this information is coming from the people who though Fernando and Taylor swift were a thing so it can’t be right, right.

You were to engrossed in the picture that you hadn’t noticed Ollie come out of the water to sit on the towel next to you. 

“ the waters amazing, you should come in with me babe” he kissed your cheek

“ hmm” you questioned look up at him 

“ I said the waters amazing “ 

“ that’s nice” you nodded focusing back on your phone

“ ok, hey what’s wrong, you know you can tell me anything” he stroked a piece of your hair back behind your ear.

“ it’s nothing, it’s silly” 

“ nothings silly if it’s making you upset, look where we are I can’t have you upset on this beautiful holiday, so tell me”

You couldn’t find the right words to tell him without being upset or offending him so instead you handed him your phone with the post up for him to see. 

He took the phone from you a scrolled through the photos and then turned to look at you.

“ babe.. I promise you Im not with that girl , that’s not even my jumper because mine is sitting happily in my wardrobe at home, I promise the only girl I spend my time with is you”

-At first, his way of proving his love is simply being there for you. Listening to your thoughts, confessions and rants, making sure you're aware your opinion matters to him. You matter to him.

-He'd overall prefer for his love to know that they have a trustworthy, capable of protecting man you could always lean on when in need.

-For Ganji, this looks like a perfect stance to take. You will feel safe, loved and comforted, yes?

-This in fact, does can lead to a missunderstanding, especially if you're really fond of physical touch in your relationship. But what you cannot do is blame Ganji. He was a boy raised in solitude, someone who was taken advantage of and mistreated. Love is still a fairly foreign thing for him.

-Something shifts deep inside the batter when you two become a thing, he just doesn't know what exactly yet. He's new to this... feeling, he isn't sure what is he supposed to provide for you.

-Even if you don't resemble a person who finds happiness in taking the lead, you should direct him a little. Just be honest and voice your needs. He may have troubles with opening up to you - he doesn't want you to worry, but he will open up if you reassure him that you want to be a safe space for your boyfriend.

-Don't get it wrong, if you hugged him in his or your room, he would act awkward but wouldn't push you away.

-The direct affection is rather one sided at the start. Ganji accepts, but does not initiate at all.

-But near someone? He wouldn't push you away either, but he'd show clear signs of discomfort. He's not ready for public displays of affection just yet. He wants to be treated seriously by other survivors, in fact, he does enjoy how some avoid him and fear him.

-You have to get to know him before.

Throughout season 1 there are a few instances here & there, where Leo expresses his opinion on a plan his brothers have decided on only to have his concerns be more or less ignored & these instances might possibly kind of affect Leo more than he openly admits to his brothers

In the episode Mutant Menace while his brothers are set on their plan to use ‘good deeds’ to improve the publics image of them Leo is of the opinion that they should lay low until things calm down naturally & they can move around again without risk but is ultimately ignored & appear to happily go along with his brothers plan even participating in the plan himself.

However even though Leo goes along & helps with his brother’s plan something I kind of noticed is that when his brothers attention isn’t on him, Leo doesn’t look very enthusiastic about the plan.

When his brothers attention is off of him, Leo almost kind of looks like he’s pouting or sulking with his hand on his chin & an almost board expression on his face compared to the rest of his brothers which kind of shows that even though Leo is going along with his brothers plan, he isn’t enthusiastic about it.

Leo: I knew being nice to people would get us in trouble!

It isn’t until original judgement is proven correct & the Turtles are facing the consequences of the plan that Leo eventually openly expresses frustration to his brothers, I have talked about how Leo doesn’t seem to like showing negative emotions around his family before but it is kind of interesting to see that there are moments where Leo does seem to express something similar to frustration when he believes that his brothers aren’t looking.

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita says that abortion reports aren’t medical records, and that they should be available to the public in the same way that death certificates are. While Rokita pushes for public reports, New Hampshire lawmakers are fighting over a Republican bill to collect and publish abortion data, and U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville has introduced a bill that would require the Department of Veterans Affairs to collect and provide data on the abortions performed at its facilities. Just last week, Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly vetoed legislation that would have required abortion providers to ask patients invasive and detailed questions about why they were getting abortions, and provide those answers in a report to the state.   All of these moves are part of a broader strategy that weaponizes abortion data to stigmatize patients and to prosecute providers. And while most states have some kind of abortion reporting law, legislators are increasingly trying to expand the scope of the data, and use it to dismantle women’s privacy.

Rokita’s ‘advisory opinion’, for example, argues that abortion data collected by the state isn’t private medical information and that in order to prosecute abortion providers, he needs detailed reports to be public. In the past, the state has issued reports on each individual abortion. But as a result of Indiana’s ban, there are only a handful of abortions being performed in the state. As such, the Department of Health decided to release aggregate reports to protect patient confidentiality, noting that individual reports could be “reverse engineered to identify patients—especially in smaller communities.” Rokita—best known for his harassment campaign against Dr. Caitlin Bernard, the abortion provider who treated a 10-year-old rape victim—is furious over the change. He says the only way he can arrest and prosecute people is if he gets tips from third parties, presumably anti-abortion groups that scour the abortion reports for alleged wrongdoing. He wants the state to either restore public individual reports, or to allow his office to go after abortion providers without a complaint by a third party. (Meaning, he could pursue investigations against doctors and hospitals without cause.)

Most troubling, though, is his insistence that women’s private abortion information isn’t private at all. Even though individual reports could be used to identify patients, Rokita claims that the terminated pregnancy reports [TPRs] aren’t medical records, and that they “do not belong to the patient.” [...] As I flagged last month, abortion reporting is becoming more and more important to anti-choice lawmakers and groups. Project 2025 includes an entire section on abortion reporting, for example, and major anti-abortion organizations like the Charlotte Lozier Institute and Americans United for Life want to mandate more detailed reports.

[...]  As is the case with funding for crisis pregnancy centers and legislation about ‘prenatal counseling’ or ‘perinatal hospice care’, Republicans are advancing abortion reporting mandates under the guise of protecting women. And in a moment when voters are furious over abortion bans, anti-choice lawmakers and organizations very much need Americans to believe that lie. We have to make clear that state GOPs aren’t just banning abortion, but enacting any and every punitive policy that they can—especially those that strip us of our medical privacy. After all, it was less than a year ago that 19 Republican Attorneys General wanted the ability to investigate the out-of-state medical records of abortion patients. Did we really think they were going to stop there?

I don't know if anyone's done this yet but here we go! I'm a huge fantasy nerd, so I might be biased here, but I think sbg in a fantasy setting would go hard. now you could really throw in any ships, but personally, I built this idea around Tyden and Taylyn

so consider this:

(fair warning, this got a lot longer than I thought it would, I kinda ran with it)

Tyler and Taylor are the prince and princess of the kingdom, but they've essentially been running the country since they became teenagers what with their father having passed away and their mother being unfit to rule due to her mental state after her husband's passing. After their father died, Tyler still takes on the role of caretaker of sorts. Sometimes he even has a habit of burning himself out, Taylor and Ashlyn have to remind him often that it's okay to take a break. Ashlyn actually pulled him to the side one night and practically forced him to let Taylor start taking on more responsibilities, just so that he wouldn't fall under the weight of the kingdom.

On the subject of Ashlyn, her parents served in the king and queen's royal guard, and she even followed in her parent's footsteps. Considering both her lineage and the fact that she basically grew up with Tyler and Taylor, she winds up becoming the personal guard of the prince and princess(the twins) and the acting captain of the royal guard once she's deemed ready (which considering it's Ashlyn, is relatively quick). When it comes to her hearing, she'd definitely have some sort of wool or something put in her helmet to help muffle any loud noises. But her hearing also makes her a perfect guard, even allowing her to keep surveillance a fair distance away.

Eventually, it comes a time when the advisers decide that Tyler is of an age that he needs to find a suitor. The twins manage to fight it for as long as they can but when they turn 19, there's no getting around it. This would be around the time that Aiden and Ben show up, though for an unrelated reason.

See, Aiden is a prince himself, and Ben is a nobleman(title unknown) with close blood relation to the throne as well. Aiden isn't exactly all that into being a prince though, he'd rather go out, have fun, and be an adventurer (which is exactly what he's doing in the twin's kingdom) Ben is there to make sure Aiden doesn't get himself killed or cause any trouble with any foreign powers (friendly or otherwise).

As for Logan, well, his knack for astrology isn't going to waste, that's for sure. See, he's the apprentice of the kingdom's Royal Astronomer. And he absolutely loves it. Not only does he get to study the stars and be able to help support his grandparents, who would still run a flower shop in the capital's town square

Now of course rumors floating around the castle staff that Taylor has a secret love. Granted they can never catch a glimpse of the mystery suitor, (thanks to Ashlyn's super hearing) but the kitchen staff has it on good authority that it's someone from the royal guard. (Ashlyn and Taylor likely would have kept their relationship on the down-low for a bit in the beginning, but would eventually take it public, I mean, who's gonna stop them? the twins run the country, and of course, their mom just wants them to be happy and maybe give her a grandkid or two if either of them wants to have any)

That being said, the idea of little secret late-night rendevous where they wander the castle grounds talking and maybe wind up stargazing in the gardens is too good to pass up (They may not know as much about astronomy as say Logan, but they would definitely make up their own constellations and stories to go with them)

As for our other pair: Naturally, Tyler has a very strong opinion of Aiden. He's not exactly princely, and he does NOT like the fact his attitude when it comes to the politics of being in a royal family. There are so many fewer ways to help Palestine than we would wish, and it's SO hard to deal with feeling so powerless right now in the face of such horror, so I love that people feel so strongly about doing whatever they possibly can. But worrying about consumer spending, even on BDS targets, is perhaps the least effective of the things a person can do. Note that BDS boycotts do not mostly focus on asking people not to buy things; they list the products that are especially complicit, but the main work of the movement is to get large investors (corporations, public institutions, whole governments) to divest from the companies targeted because that actually hurts them enough that it becomes less profitable to continue to collude with Israel than to drop them as clients. Hi! I was hoping to get your advice, from a fellow trans any pronouns person. I just started my sophomore year of college and my English class is requiring people to introduce themselves (on the discussion board) with their pronouns.

I am a closeted trans person who does not pass at all due to my body type. I also don’t out myself as any type of queer lightly due to a bad home and the fact that my college is in my town— I don’t want people reporting back to my family even if it’s a slim chance.

all that to say, I am more open in some classes! I just need time to gauge. So I’m pretty mad that we’re required to post pronouns in this class, because from what I can tell it’s made up entirely (so far) of cis people easily giving name and pronouns. Meanwhile the actual trans person in the room who this is supposedly in support of has to either misgender myself and consent to being misgendered, or out myself in a potentially unwelcoming group. No option to just quietly leave out pronouns.

I’m really pissed and I thought I would give it time (it’s due on Friday) but the longer I wait the angrier I am!! They want to look like allies but they’re throwing me under the bus in the process!! So long story short, is it worth the risk of academic kickback to email the professor about it? Is it worth me pretty clearly outing myself? I know these are questions I have to answer for myself, but I’d appreciate a second opinion. I’m thinking about deliberately not putting pronouns and then emailing the prof if I get in trouble. I would just appreciate any advice you have :/

I’ve had classes with actually queer profs before and they give an option to share pronouns, an option to help you stay out in class but closeted in public, etc.

i think what you are feeling is incredibly valid. no one should have to be out until they are ready.

if you are willing to invest that energy, speaking your truth is powerful. even if the response is not what you wanted, you stood strong and sometimes that’s what’s most important.

things may not go how you want or plan but also defending yourself may mean that another tsan’s person doesn’t have to go through the same in the future either.

which ever you decide, i’m proud of you cause knowing you need to defend yourself is hard to do.

So, because we don’t know much about the Universe of the Caped Crusader yet I have made my own assumptions, the first of which being that this takes place somewhere in the 30s-50s. This is important because Sexism™.

We know a bit about Oswalda Cobblepot in that she is our beloved Penguin who seems to run a crime syndicate in Gotham City, but she is also said to be a singer (I swear I read that somewhere in an article) so I imagine she has a very large public image. In my version of this she owns the lounge and performs there. Due to societal opinions, she’s seen as a bit of a disgrace. No one would ever say it to her face, but the facts remain that she is an unwed woman who performs and is getting up there in years and does not bend to societal norms. She’s never been beautiful by modern beauty standards, and she wasted her youth performing (and gaining power in the underworld) instead of finding a husband. Such a shame.

Oswalda doesn’t care about any of this obviously. She’s doing very well for herself, and despite keeping up the image that she is a high society lady, she breaks just about every gender norm in the book and is very proud of this. She's known for taking women under her wing and hiring them at the lounge. There's also rumors of her employees' worthless husbands disappearing, but that's neither here nor there.

Edith Nashton is a secretary at Wayne Industries. She has a brilliant mind and a penchant for science. Especially engineering. Engineering was just solving a puzzle. Easy as a riddle, and Edith loved a good riddle. She originally applied to be an engineer at Wayne Industries, but she was laughed out of the office and handed a secretary job. In dire need of money, she took the job. As she worked there, she helped with projects in secret. Fixing notes here, redesigning blueprints there. Never receiving credit of course, she couldn’t let them know a lowly woman was their reason for success. After being berated for giving a suggestion on counterbalance valves for a new machine, she decided she was sick of it all.

She went to the Iceberg lounge to drown her sorrows in booze and a show after having been ‘invited out’ by coworkers. (A group of them were going and she happened to be nearby. She knows it was a pity invite.) It is there that she meets Oswalda, having just finished a set onstage. Oswalda asks about her troubles, as no one should look so unhappy at her lounge.

Edith breaks down and reveals her troubles to Oswalda, who is certainly no stranger to such troubles, but is wise in experience on how to get around such societal problems.

Oswalda takes Edith under her wing, where the two grow closer together, becoming each other’s biggest confidants.

Edith takes on the form of Edward Nygma, after learning that a hat, a suit, and a touch of makeup can be all that’s needed to pass as a man, especially if they’ll never suspect a woman of being able to be as much of an engineering genius as Edith is.

Under the guise of Edward, Edith becomes Wayne Enterprises’ top scientist. However, after the business experiences a record loss, cutbacks are made, and Edith loses all funding.

Furious, Edward marches into the board of directors where they give everyone within earshot a piece of their mind. Edward is fired and promptly loses it. How dare they fire the smartest person in Gotham!

Edith returns to Oswalda, who lends a shoulder to cry on. The two have gotten very close. Perhaps closer than they realize. As Oswalda comforts a very distressed Edith, our lonely and touch starved scientist kisses an eagerly accepting crime boss. Edith, shocked at what she has just done, profusely apologizes, swearing she was just tired, and please don’t tell anyone I promise I’ll leave-

Oswalda shushes her. She has had her fair share of both men and women partners in her time, and Edith’s kiss was hardly unwelcome.

Edith is incredibly nervous; she’s never been in love with a woman before. She’s only ever had two boyfriends, neither of which were worth a damn, but when she’s with Oswalda. . .she finally feels like she belongs and can be herself without fear.

After a period of healing and self-growth, and A LOT of planning, Edith vows revenge against all of Gotham. How DARE they not see her for the genius she is? So, she once again adopts a new name. This time that of the Riddler. A fearsome green jackal who terrorizes the city, executing those who cannot answer their questions. The Riddler is neither man nor woman, but an Enygma. Simply a genius hell bent on the destruction of Wayne Enterprises, and all that stands in their way.

When the Riddler’s tirade is over for the night, Edith Nashton returns to Oswalda, who glows with pride at her partner’s success.
