When folks signed up to the event, it asked what YOU were able to create. We didn't create explicit rules around commissioning because we didn't think we needed to.
While we have nothing against commissioning, it goes against the spirit of this event and we will be treating any commissioned art pieces as incomplete gifts. If you commissioned art to go along with a gift you yourself made, we will accept that.
