Allergic to life.

So I recently decided to get some allergy tests and discovered I'm allergic to a horrifying amount of foods, most fruits, and a lot of vegetables....

Thank GOD I'm not allergic to soy.

Plus I get a lot of food from food banks and let me tell you... not many vegetarian options there. Unless you only want to eat beans and rice (beans and legumes I get a lot of rice is only if I'm lucky). Most of the veggies are in cans (my doctor told me to eat less sodium. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA) and the fresh ones are usually five minutes away from expiring and a lot of them are things I'm allergic to.

I would love to eat healthier but getting tofu is hard (I have to drive a good distance to get it), none of my local stores carry any alternative proteins except the 'Beyond' types which I don't like nor want and aren't healthy alternatives in the first place!!!

On top of it all, I'm autistic so certain types of foods make me want to throw myself off a cliff.

Food fucking sucks.
