These succulent marinated grill shrimp are bursting with flavor from a simple yet aromatic marinade of olive oil, garlic, lemon, and spices. Perfect for a quick and delicious seafood dish!
Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl after being chopped up. Make sure the shrimp are well covered when you add them to the marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. If you want, you can thread shrimp onto skewers or just put them on the grill grate. Shrimp should be cooked on the grill for two to three minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque. Take it off the grill and serve it hot. If you want, you can add more chopped parsley on top.

This is a delicious BBQ recipe for chicken that has been marinated in a tasty beer-infused mixture. The result is a dish that is juicy and tender with a hint of smoke and spice.
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts. 1 cup beer. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Mix beer, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl to make the marinade. Put the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a plastic bag that can be closed again, and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and put it in the fridge for at least four hours, or better yet, overnight. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Take the chicken out of the marinade and sprinkle it with salt. Let any extra sauce drip off. Put the chicken on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until it reaches 165F 74C and is fully cooked. For extra flavor, baste the chicken with the rest of the marinade while it's cooking on the grill. Once it's done, take it off the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon sugar. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed. 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded. 3/4 cup buttermilk. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
Instructions: Use any wood pellets you want to heat up your Traeger grill to 400F 205C. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, and salt in a large bowl with a whisk. Add the cold, cubed butter to the pile of dry goods. You can mix the ingredients together with your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture looks like big crumbs. Add the chopped parsley, buttermilk, and shredded cheddar cheese and mix just until everything is combined. Do not mix too much. Put spoonfuls of the dough on a baking sheet or cast-iron skillet that has been lined with parchment paper. Put the pan or baking sheet on the Traeger grill that has been heated up. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and fully cooked. Melt some butter and mix it with Old Bay seasoning in a small bowl while the biscuits are cooking on the grill. Mix the Old Bay butter and water together and brush it on top of the biscuits while they are still warm. Have fun with the Traeger Grilled Cheddar Bay Biscuits while they are still warm.

Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup minced onion. 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled. 1/4 cup Zaziki sauce. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Put the breadcrumbs, minced onion, ground beef, and crumbled feta cheese in a bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste. Four burger patties should be made from the mixture. Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat to get it hot. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. While the burgers are cooking, split the buns in half and toast them on the grill for a few seconds each side. Take the burgers off the grill when they're done and let them rest for a while. Spread Zaziki sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. After the sauce, put a lettuce leaf on top of it and then a burger patty. On top of the patty, put slices of tomato and red onion. Place the toasted bun on top of the burger and spread more Zaziki sauce on the top half of it. You can serve the Zaziki Burgers with any side dish you like. Have fun!
