#Glittering ‘Goldie’ O’ Gilt

I’ve decided to share one of my AUs!

I will make a fic about it, of course, but for now, I thought I’d share some stuff!

This is an AU where Goldie raises Louie!

As you can see, he will later spend time with all the villains, so here’s one of my favourites!

Louie meets Beaks on the Yatch that Glomgold is using to “sail him into an active volcano” only Glomgold forgets him, so Louie tells Mark the plan and they bail out, deciding to spend the rest of the day together (It’s mostly Louie following him around to annoy and worry his Uncle Flintheart)- until Goldie comes to pick him up and he tells her how much fun he had with Beaks- that’s when he’s added to the babysitting schedule!

When they’re together they mostly play video games or go shopping but Louie also gives Mark a lot of great advice on marketing that keeps him famous and rich!

So yeah :D

Scrooge McDuck's Easter Party - April Fool's Day and Autism Day - Scrooge McDuck's Duck Friends, Family and Rivals - Duck comics and Duckverse

Once again, I wish everyone a belated Happy Easter as well as a Happy April Fool's Day and a Happy Autism Day and Month! I know I didn't make it in time to do it and post it, because I had other things to do, but I certainly did a drawing related to the previous one (Donald's nephews' birthday), only with grown-up characters from Duck comics. Yes, since Easter almost fell on April Fool's Day, Donald and his cousin Fethry burst into Scrooge's party and douse him with a bucket of water, which of course Scrooge doesn't like. And Fethry Duck is definitely autistic (like me lol) who likes to try all kinds of things. And yes, a cake, cookies, and Easter eggs (mostly chocolate eggs) were prepared for the party. I didn't manage to draw all the characters that I love and that I know from Donald Duck comics (either from American or from European, especially Italian comics) because not all characters would fit in one drawing, and I apologize for that. Here are Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Scrooge McDuck, Flintheart Glomgold, John D. Rockerduck, Jeeves (Lusky), Miss Emily Quackfaster (Scrooge's secretary), Albert Quackmore Battista (Scrooge's butler), Gyro Gearloose, Brigitta MacBridge, Goldie O' Gilt (Glittering Goldie), Gideon McDuck (Scrooge's brother), Dickie Duck, Gladstone Gander, Ludwig von Drake and Abner Whitewater Duck.

“Bless me bagpipes!” Scrooge said when the kiss was finished.  “I hope your food’s that delicious!”

“Ach spicy salmon is fine if that’s what you really want,” he said.  He hadn’t planned on sharing a meal with Goldie.  He’d expected them to get their own things.  By nature Scrooge McDuck was not a sharer when it came to pretty much anything, including food, but for Glittering Goldie O’ Gilt he would always be happy to make an exception.

“We’ll share the spicy salmon,” he said to the waiter.

Goldie O Gilt was quite far from a prude. Seeing as she had lived a long life so far, it was only fitting how comfortable she was with her own nudity around others.

However, it was a little shocking to have Scrooge accidentally unlock her apartment door while she was topless, making the hen chuckle when she realized the identity of her intruder.

“Hey Sourdough. Sorry you caught me like this, I’m still getting changed for our date. I’m sure you don’t mind the view, do you?” She purred, currently bare chested with nothing to hide to him.

I’m totally coping with the ending well haha

Anyway, I wish Dickie was in the finale somehow so badly, so with the power of editing, I can make reality whatever I want hfeiawofjeaw

But I was thinking, what if FOWL tried cloning before, but they accidentally grabbed Goldie’s feather as well as Scrooge’s, and the clone came out as Dickie. She was deemed a ‘failure’ because she wasn’t purely a McDuck DNA, but rather a mix of McDuck and O’Gilt. So she was kept in FOWL headquarters all the way into her teen years. (Which is plausible considering they kept Ludwig for over 30 lol)

The plot goes the same as normal except when Bradford tries to get Webby to get the Papyrus, it doesn’t work. That’s when it dawns on Bradford that the ‘rightful descendant of Scrooge’ doesn’t mean a direct copy/clone of him. And the only other clone with McDuck DNA as well as someone else’s is Dickie. But who know’s where she is at this point

(The first edit I’m not too proud of because it was my first major edit but I’m sure I’ll get better with practice lol)

Finally I made something for Scroldie, yeeeeh 😄😄😄!

I was inspired by “The Fortuneteller”, an ATLA episode, where there was the character of Meng, a girl who had a crush for Aang and she “stalkered” and followed him everywhere (like a certain female duck, in disney italian comics, if not worse 😒). And a certain scene betwen Aang, Katara and Meng (who knows what it is 😏) pushed me to do a similar thing with Scrooge, Goldie and Brigitta 😂.

Idk man I heard that it was Scroldie week and they’re my absolute favourites, so while I was way too late to work on anything prompt-wise, I thought I’d share a little something I did in my downtime. It’s a partial redraw of that one scene in white agony plains, because I miss Goldie with my whole heart and can’t wait to see more of her this season. Scrooge is my favourite character, so I’ve gotta give him some love on my page from time to time, right?

I hope that everyone participating in Scroldie week stays happy, healthy and safe- make sure not to tire yourselves out, and a massive shoutout to everyone who works their socks off daily to provide the good good Scroldie content we all desperately crave. ♥️
