It hit me like a sack of bricks today that the Junoverse characters don't know that they're queer. They aren't really queer, within their own cultural framework-- queerness only exists relative to norms they don't have. They don't know what homophobia or transphobia are. They're just free. What a beautiful thought.

I meant to answer this a while ago but I got stumped on what my favorite cryptid ACTUALLY is (HUGE cryptid enjoyer)

I am really fond of Mothman (and not bc of tumblr i just genuinely love mothman), but i wouldn't call him my favorite.

I think that would have to go to spectral dogs or dogmen. Something about them freaks me out and I like that a lot lol.
