I get whiplash every time I'm reminded that cumplane is a real ship in the SVSSS fandom.

We are literally the least serious part of the MXTX fandom, cause what do you mean we have no real fandom discourse about what ship is the best?? (we all just agree the role of harem owner transported to SQQ) And the worst discourse we have is people outside the fandom trying to come at us for the honestly not really problematic story? Like,,,if game of thrones is as popular as it is with half the discourse in ratio to its fandom size, SVSSS fans should be left alone

Being the author should have given Shang Quinghua some benefits. He was the one who had written all that infinite brick of Proud Immortal Demon's Way, to cry out loud! He was the one who had created this very world where he was living in! He should be considered at the same level as a god at that point!

But no. Things never went well for Airplane Towards the Sky. Never his luck. 

Not even after marrying his King and ruling over the domain of the North of the demonic world as his consort. 

Things kept happening out of his script. First it had been Cucumber bro transmigrating into his novel and modifying the whole structure. Then it was stuff straight out of the trashcan of his laptop, or his abandoned wips - for reasons of force majeure-, or plots that slipped out of that folder with the unpronounceable name that was supposed to be well hidden from everyone who wasn't him. 

But now, no seriously now!, it was stuff that he had not even ever dreamed of! Ridiculous! 

First of all, he felt unappreciated as an author who had spilt sweat, tears and blood - literally- on his high selling masterpiece. 

And second of all, he was terribly worried for his husband. 

It kind of sounded weird to say, embarrassing even, but Mobei-jun had fallen… Frozen? Hibernated? in a gigantic block of ice in their private chambers. Out of nowhere some days prior Mobei-jun had stilled and wham! Ice everywhere on his husband! 

Beside barely having any space to walk around the iceberg in the room, Shang Quinghua was irritated for not knowing what actually was going on. Was his King under attack by some other ice demon? Was it something supposedly natural for his kind? Was Mobei-jun sick?! 

He had never written anything like that for sure. 

This impotence was eating at Shang Quinghua. He tried to keep up his daily routine of paperwork and co. - somebody needed to keep the kingdom going during the momentary absence of its ruler- and definitely he was very good at it, even better than he thought he would ever be, but… 

There was no denying that Shang Quinghua felt lonely without his beloved. It was difficult falling asleep at night without Mobei-jun's arms around him and pulling through the day without his kisses. He missed his husband's deep voice and chilly presence, his sharp nails along his back… Even the smallest, littlest defect that the demon had, had become so dear to Shang Quinghua that now he found himself missing those bad habits. 

Preparing his sleeping arrangements - a pelt on top of other 5 laying against the ice-, Shang Quinghua burrowed inside his furry cocoon. 

Another day had gone by and he was tired. Lonely. 

He could certainly say out loud everything that went through his bubble brain but it wasn't the same without Mobei-jun acknowledging his words in the background. 

“You need to wake up because I can’t do this without you," Shang Quinghua sighed before quickly kissing the ice cube in which his husband was sleeping in. Just like the sleeping beauty. If only he could wake him up with a true love kiss!

What's so iconic is SQH is literally god of PIDW's world, and still plays the role of "sad silly little pathetic man" to get MBJ. A man that he designed to be everything he has ever wanted. SQH's terrifying, yet, i want to be him.
