Wouldn't it be absolutely fucked if like. In some future Saw entry, you see the cast. And oh my god, both Cary and Leigh are in it. Does this mean more Adam content?? More content with the two of them??? Adam alive confirmed??!?!

And then cue the influx of theory posts and videos, the hype, the the countdown to the release date, the people going 'I KNEW IT, HE'S ALIVE, I'VE BEEN SAYING THIS FOR YEARS, ALIVE ADAM TRUTHERS UNITE, WE'VE WON', etc etc etc.....

Then flash forward to this hypothetical movie. And at some point in it, you have Lawrence catching a glimpse of someone in public who absolutely catches him off guard- because undeniably, that is Adam Stanheight. Same face, same slim build, same clothing style, cigarette in his mouth and all. Of course, about ten million different things are going through Lawrence's head; and despite everything that's happened (and everything he's become), he just can't keep himself from walking closer, and talking to him. More accurately though, he stammers and fumbles through the words, utter disbelief in his eyes.

But Adam looks at him like he's a stranger, nothing but confusion written in his undeniably Adam features. This only bewilders Lawrence further, because how in the world does Adam not recognize him. Does he not remember everything they went through together? Is he just fucking with him? Is that confused stare going to drop, a snarky little look will take its place, and he'll go, "of course I fucking recognize you, prick. You're the asshole who shot me, and left me to die."

But Adam doesn't do that, or say anything like that. Instead, his brows furrow further, and the words leave his mouth.

"Look, I don't know who the hell you are, man. You've got me confused with someone else, or something. My name is David."

Like wouldn't that be. Just a little bit fucked for them to pull LMAOO

baldurs gate 3 companion headcanons:

- gale talks in his sleep

- astarion once made karlach laugh so hard that she sprayed fire out of her nose

- shadowheart can and will hurt anyone on purpose, but if she accidentally hits someone/steps on their foot she secretly feels REALLY bad about it

- when karlach told gale she hadn’t read a book since primary school he nearly passed out

- wyll is an emotional drunk. he has cried about the stars being beautiful and about how proud he is of his companions

- lae’zel learned her favorite trick from some of the tiefling children: sticking her tongue out at people she hates

- when she thinks everyone is asleep, jaheira sings old lullabies. minsc and wyll are the only ones who have heard, but they don’t say anything because they don’t want her to stop

- the children love to put flowers in halsin’s hair. he loves it too, and will return the favor if they ask. he once did it to an unenthusiastic astarion, who ended up secretly liking it

- minsc takes the BEST care of his nails. boo’s too, obviously. he has let yenna paint them once or twice

- everyone has a lowkey crush on wyll

- when no one is looking, astarion likes to feed and pet scratch and the owlbear, making comments about how they’re the cutest ones there (besides him) and no one gets him like they do

- karlach asked wyll for dance lessons. she never quite gets the hang of it, but she has fun, and wyll is proud of her

- astarion and shadowheart pretend to hate each other, but gossip about everyone else when they’re not looking

- everyone actually really enjoys gale’s cooking but they’d rather die than admit that

- girls night: shadowheart and lae’zel are at each other’s throats with daggers. karlach is passed out on the floor. jaheira is drinking all the ale she can find. everything’s on fire. the next day they look back on this fondly

- boys night: halsin and gale are laying on the ground to look at the stars, stoned out of their minds. wyll and astarion are pouring their hearts out to each other. minsc and boo are making dirt castles. the next day they pretend none of it happened

Because I like to bring pain and suffering to our KCD chat, I kicked the figurative door open one day and proposed that, what if, Henry wore armor for the suicide mission, so Hans would be the one helping him into it - and how it would make it crucially clear that it would be the only thing keeping Henry alive if it came to it. And how Hans couldn't do anything else than pray that it would all be enough. And the idea just stayed with me, with the allmighty lord Capon, who never did anything like this to someone else, and how it would make their roles very much reversed. On top of all that angst, of course.

So. That led me to draw this, hopefully you enjoy it!
