it was Funkrust Brass Band!

I was aware of them but hadn't yet sought them out. they were very cool; I don't think I'll ever love them as much as CD but I enjoyed the show

the funny part is that a friend I worked with for years was there to see the band in general, since she's a huge fan- and it turns out that she had them on her work playlist while we were coworkers, while I had CD on mine, and neither of us ever realized they were both Ellia Bisker projects

(Ellia herself also found that funny. she was so sweet and a joy to talk to. really a great experience all around)

Hello anon, thank you for asking! It's going well, even if i am a bit behind (the once a week thing has slipped a bit because i am a) very bad at forming habits, and b) have been very busy). So I'm currently on album #18 (out of the 63 that were recommended to me), where i should really be on #33, but i am still going with it! World/Inferno - New Year's Eve @ The Kingsland / Burn Joyfully

So here's yet another design I made for World/Inferno that I forgot to post... The last few months have been hard. Losing Jack hurts. I've been a fan since high school, and while getting to work with him and Inferno (a band I've loved for over half my life) was an honor, what was even better was the kindness, acceptance, and trust he and the band bestowed upon me.

This design began as a poster for the New Year's Eve / ABAPTC release show I booked for them at Kingsland, and I don't know why I didn't post it earlier, as it's a design I absolutely love. Below is the revamped design I made for a T-shirt as part of the benefit run for Gina Marie alongside some of my favorite friends and designers from the Inferno community.
