I don't like Gon "fixing" Killua. I like Gon making him worse with his reckless selfish single-mindedness. Yeah Killua had an out from being an assassin but that didn't make Killua soften up to regret or stop killing. And saving Gon is what made Killua cry, not his assassin life.

Do you mind if I ask your top 10 favorite characters (can be male or female) from all of the media that you loved (can be anime/manga, books, movies or tv series)? And why do you love them? Sorry if you've answered this question before.....Thanks....
wow hi it's been almost a year since this question is in my inbox but lately i barely use this app for anything more than simply rebloging pretty things <3
but thanks!! and for sure let's answer it since it's really intriguing:
[first of all, u're gonna see a clear pattern with almost all of them - it could be called broken kids with big lonely hearts or whatever lol]
Killua, from HxH (he's simply my son, the love i have for this character is impossible to explain, he's so deep for such a "childish" anime)
Sawyer, from Lost (at first, it's that type of character that i personally would hate irl, but then everything is so well written than oh lord lemme kiss his forehead cuz he deserves some love)
Risa Koizumi, from Lovely Complex (she's just such a lovely girl with full of dreams and fashion sense yet a completely loser with a lot of bad luck, she's just like me fr)
Ash Lynx, from Banana Fish (one of the most complex characters i've ever seen on screen and read on manga, still sad after years of discovering him)
Pam Beesly, from The Office (she's a woman with a big inner child encapsulated into the cruel yet comical reality of adulthood, amazing)
Riley and Greta, from Genera+ion (one of the most believable wlw relationships on screen ever!!)
Nezumi, from No. 6 (a rebel, an icon, a lover, a loner, yes to everything)
Kate Sharma, from Bridgerton (she's just so pretty and real and different and stunning applause)
Olive Hoover, from Little Miss Sunshine (crying every time I see this comfort film about life)
Mei Lee, from Turning Red (she's such a good character that represents exactly how does it feels to be a pre-teen in a family with generational trauma).
[gifs from down to up of characters]

(Huge rant incoming since I’m also scared of the coming chapters) Chrollo will DEFINITELY be the last. That’s just how it has to be,he will be there to watch this shit through to the end. But! Him living on is so damn interesting that for a very curious person with no heart and no soul,it all is worth it since we get to see him be ALONE.
But! Anyone else there thinking he would just kill himself? Maybe, potentially he will first need to kill Hisoka. Maybe he will even manage to do that, maybe he will loose the last of the spiders in the process. Chrollo being a lone head without legs hunting after Hisoka would mirror his state at the beginning but now he’d be by himself, like Kurapika, bla bla bla,BUT I DONT THINK HISOKA WILL SURVIVE THIS EITHER.
So I’m preparing myself for Chrollo just diving off the ship,or maybe using a suicide nen ability. He’s someone who can handle almost anything as long as it’s all for the Spider,he will stay strong and emotionless for it but once it’s gone, what will be the point?
Id die and kill for a Chrollo “going on land, trying to live on,discovering new things” arc,but it’s just not plausible. He won’t allow himself to live.
Ok,enough about him,WHAT ABOUT THE ZOLDYCKS? I chose to believe Kalluto is more loyal than illumi because he came to see the Spiders as a solid alternative to his broken home. He will be affected by their deaths and maybe it will change him in some way. He’s young,he’s the future, him living on might be a powerful message of something. Illumi..well,I hope he and Hisoka get to suffer too for their bond. I just hope he shows who or what is really is really important to him.
Phinks amd Feitan..now Ofc this is the shipper inside me speaking, but come on,they’re the most obvious duo since Uvogin and Nobunaga. Their bond is that of Gon and Killua but on steroids. They’re utilitarians, pro sacrificing the individual for the whole(like Chrollo) they’re also some of the more brutal members who are paranoid af and aren’t above breaking negotiation rules. So!
I wanna see them break this facade when it comes to each other. I just don’t believe they would chose the Spider over the other. They might be all for it,as long as it doesn’t affect them. In reality, they’re no better than Pakunoda and I wanna see them show that.
Also hearing more about Shizuku and Bono’s motives for joining would be great, since they’re actually risking everything for the troupe and there must be some story behind it,I want to know MORE
Some thoughts abt the new chapters cause they come out soon and I’m gonna die
(Not predictions, just me yapping)
okay dawg. So we all know the phantom troupe members are almost DEFINITELY gonna die. So I’m gonna yap abt what I need to see from them before they die bc if they all die stupid anti climatic deaths I’m gonna CRASH OUT
So I’ve known Shizuku and Nobunaga were gonna die from the start. With Shizuku, I’ve prepared myself for her death. So I won’t crash out THAT bad. Though, I really hope we get some dialogue about why she joined the troupe. I’m calling it right now, it’s gonna be that she joined the troupe because she wanted meteor city reforms but the useless fucking village elders don’t do shit so joined the only group that had actually made changes in meteor city. Yes, she knew what she was getting into, and yes, she knows they aren’t heroes. But their influence is super important to meteor city and I think it’d also be a good way to show the troupe’s relationship with the meteorians in a way that doesn’t feel forced. Plus it’d also flesh out Shizuku’s character more. Two birds with one stone pls hear my cries Togashi pleas
With Nobunaga, I’ve also accepted his death. Though there are certain things I need to see before he dies to be fully okay with it. For example, seeing his hatsu. If he dies without us seeing his hatsu, I’m crashing out. Actually, yk what’s worse? If we see his hatsu and it’s FUCKING STUPID. LIKE. DAWG. WE’VE WAITED YEARS TO SEE NOBUNAGA’S HASTU AND UR GONNA TELL ME ITS SRSLY SOME DUMB ASS SHIT. BRO. I KNOW HES AN ENHANCER BUT CMON…. I’ll forgive both of these things if Nobunaga gets to talk or think about Uvo one last time before his death. You guys know how I am…. Rrrrr… uvonaga….. but overall, if he dies in an anticlimactic way at the hands of hisoka I wont crash out THAT bad. I’ll be annoyed, but I could handle it
Now…. There’s a theory going around that Nobunaga might go by himself to fight Kurapika if he learns he’s on the boat. And I’m not here to talk about the logistics of that, but if that DOES happen, ohbmy god. Nobunaga straying from their mission to kill Hisoka so he can kill the chain user would be SO . OH MY GOD. It would be so selfish. But oh my god, it would be so good… it would really show how strong their bond really was. Nobunaga dying for Uvo genuinely might make throw up I’m getting nauseous thinking about it god that would be such a perfect way to end their story imgonnadie
Okay sorry moving on . If Bono’s gonna die PLEASE make it later down the line. Pls . I cannot handle his death vro. I mean, like… I’ll understand if he DOES die but I won’t be happy abt it…. We just need some more time with him pls Togashi pls… let the readers form an attachment to him first…. PLEADHHRHEJKSK all I’m asking for with Bono is more time and more dialogue thats all I want
Machi was already set to die. It’s so crazy, but Togashi wanted to kill her off when Hisoka woke up. She’s basically living on overtime right now, she was NOT meant to live this long. So I can’t really be that mad if she does die cause he was already being generous in giving us more time with her
Okay so I actually will not be crashing out if Phinks dies . Like at all. Sorry Phinks I love you but your death would be SO interesting. God, can you imagine Feitan’s reaction to that? I need to see it so bad. I’ll be super sad if he dies but I’ll also be excited because it’ll open the door to so many interesting paths to take the phantom troupe with
Feitan will probably be one of the last to die so I will probably be numb by then. I’ll probably cry cause he’ll die with all his friends gone and he wasn’t able to protect them and that’s rlly sad to think abt so I won’t be crashing out per say but I’ll definitely be depressed
So. With all the other members, I had been thinking about their deaths since I started rewatching hxh. But. It only recently occurred to me that Franklin might die. And !!! I will be brutally murdering all of you😄😄😁 I will kill everyone on tumblr I will kill everyone on TikTok I will definitely kill everyone on twitter and I will kill everyone I know irl you guys will see me on the news for mass murder I will GENUINELY crash out none of you will be safe from my wrath I will have unprecedented levels of pure rage in my system and I will be doing nothing but screaming in agony for multiple days on end you guys will unfortunately have to deal with my posts about her death for at least two weeks straight I will not be nice about this I will grab a gun and air out this fuckass app in memory of Franklin she means so much to me I will cry so hard I will NOT be okay
And Chrollo’s just not dying. I FULLY believe that Hisoka will just leave Chrollo alone after killing all the spiders. Why? Because it’d be so unspeakably cruel. And it would fit the narrative themes so well. I think Chrollo losing his nen and Kurapika saying he’ll have to understand understand the grief of losing the people he loves was foreshadowing... or maybe I’m delusional… but think about how insane that would be guys I fully believe this I’m sticking with it unless I get proven wrong
And that’s all thanks for my listening to my yap sesh if Franklin dies I will livestream viral rope and chair challenge😁😁😁😁😁😁

[REPOST] Hisoka (Meta) Analysis
Had to repost bc Tumblr -_-
Anyways, I've been a lurker for the past month in tumblr, mainly hunting hisoka stuff xD I've enjoyed every post and also been itching to post here but got my courage now to create my very first post.
I thank @ itsmyara's post here, which talks about Hisoka in regards to love and attraction. The post was very interesting and I actually agree with the analysis because it's so like him for the most part.
I hope you don’t mind if I add onto this ;–;. I’m itching to do an analysis post of Hisoka and got my guts together when I saw this.
(Brace yourselves. This will be a long post on my take on Hisoka's character)
PS: I put ‘’ on some words bc I think they are debatable. Also put spaces between @ and usernames bc I don't have their permission to tag them.
_____________________________________________
First of all, I want to mention the dodgeball scene in GI arc where Hisoka said something like ‘We couldn’t have done this without our teamwork’ and stuff about working as a good team to Gon and Killua, and Gon was just like ‘that doesn’t sound like you at all.’ It’s worth noting that Hisoka was smiling genuinely when saying those lines, and when Gon mentioned that he was acting out of character, he got so shookt. Literally his face looked shookt. (You can check it with this link here; @ an-austere-weeb was able to capture this moment and I thank them for that).
This scene made me think that Hisoka has a ‘normal’ side (you know, like a ‘genuine’ side) despite all of this atrocious acts and masks. I think it has surfaced a couple of times with Machi too, but it wasn’t as obvs as this GI arc scene (at least in the manga; in the anime, he gave Machi a genuine smile). I hc or assume that Hisoka, even though he ‘likes’ Machi or wants to try to build trust with her, he still has put `that thin wall between them, and it’s because Machi will never trade Chrollo for anyone else, even Hisoka, whom he allegedly has some affection for. Hisoka knows that and maybe that’s why even with all those flirtations, it’s like he’s still distant with her. But that’s another story.
Actually, now that I think about it, he had attempted to form bonds or relationships in the series, but he is always shut down by others or ‘misunderstood.’ He really tried with Machi but Machi keeps shutting him down or distancing herself. He played a dodgeball game where he broke all his fingers so he can do Gon a favor to win the match when he didn’t have to. He informed Gon, Killua, Biscuit, and others that the dodgeball game was taking place in real life to explain Razor’s act on one of the prisoners (and he didn’t have to do that). There may be more, but this is what I can list for now. What we can deduce from this is that he doesn’t know the basics of forming healthy relationships or even ‘socializing’ to form trust (basically the normal way to do it as we were taught or learn from observing other kids and such).
Whenever he tries to connect with others, it’s always business. Like whenever we see him interact it’s mostly always ‘transactional’ or ‘conditional’; only a very very few instances where he interacted ‘normally’. As if it’s the only way he knows how to interact; maybe it’s why he’s a lone force because whenever he tried to converse with others, he’s always starting it off with ‘transactions’ and ‘conditions’ (I give you something, you give me something back, etc.), so when all those ‘transactions’ and ‘conditions’ are fulfilled or broken, the relationship, which had no sort of emotional bond and trust, ends. Then he moves on. Even when we first saw Machi and Hisoka together, it started off as ‘transactional’ -‘You heal my arm, I pay you’ kind of thing - before Hisoka went off to show off to her like a guy would do (especially in middle school and high school xD) and ask her to stay (and this is a woman he allegedly likes, mind you all). Same with Illumi; interactions always ‘transactional’ and the relationship was ‘conditional’ in nature or built upon conditions, even if they look like actual friends.
I also wanted to point out the pronouns and styles he uses in Japanese language. In Japanese, authors would use these “role languages” to give identity to characters in fiction and media. Here’s a gist of it:
Female Language (using Watashi, watakushi, atashi, anata, polite form, ending sentence with -teyo, -dawa, -desuwa, -noyo or -wa, etc.)
Chinese person type (having aruyo in the sentence, etc.) [a lot common in post-war Japan manga; is also used in ranma 1/2]
Elderly language (using washi, ja, oru, the negative form ending w/ -n instead of -nai)
Male language (using boku, ore, omae, kimi, informal language, etc.)
Samurai language (using sessha, de gozaru, onushi, etc.)
Hisoka, in Japanese, uses boku (I) for first-person pronoun. It’s funny because unlike ore, this pronoun is used by boys and early teen males mostly. It is associated with childishness, feebleness, being tamed, well-behaved; for a protagonist, it’s associated with a tame, spineless character who was protected both at home and in school; or a weak and protege type of character; or somone who doesn’t like to fight or is kind and soft-hearted in nature, etc. It is also much more polite than ore; in Asian languages, the more informal the language, the closer the relationship. This makes this pronoun perfect for Hisoka; he is childish (he is, twistedly), and distant to others. One can also make an assumption that he hasn’t completely moved up from the childhood and/or adolescence stage. Even his powers are from his childhood.
Also, Hisoka is someone who always seek pleasure from dominating the strong, yet the fact that he never use ore - a pronoun that is the most masculine in Japanese language and use by guys (especially in shonen) to show confidence, dominance, manliness, fiery battle spirit/tough nature in them, maturity, you name it- is interesting. The pronoun, boku, that is associated not only with childishness, but also feebleness, and status in some way. He's not soft or gentlehearted in nature; he's not someone (like a rich person or high ranking status) protected at home or everywhere (basically someone from well-off family). We know he's strong and one of the best ones out there in terms of battle, but does he see himself weak, or at least did he? Is that why he always seek for the strong? To quell that/those insecurities at first but then it became a drug to him later on? I also had this thought that he may have a bit of superiority complex (my post is already long enough, please google for more info) that may have branched out from low self-esteem then later bloomed from high self-esteem he got from fighting strong opponents (idk if I made sense of my thoughts here... just know it can start from either low self-esteem or high self-esteem) aside from ASPD or whatever else conditions he has, but of course that low self-esteem or vulnerability is still there. Maybe it's the reason why Heaven's Arena is his den; with the crowd watching, he'll get so many validations for himself. I admit that these are disputable, but worth thinking about. (@ adulttrio-imagines also did a similar post on his psychology and other analysis here)
On the same note, Hisoka's language style doesn't also completely lean toward male language a lot. If you hear many shonen male characters, especially the protagonist, you'll hear -ze, -zo, -da, aitsu, koitsu, -ee (instead of -ai; e.g. shinitee instead of shinitai "want to die"), -na instead of -nee. He uses -da and the basics of male language like -kana instead of -kashira, -na. But you'll (almost) never hear him use -ze, -zo, -da, aitsu, koitsu, -ee. Coincidently, he also use the basics of female language. Female language tends to have the polite forms (-desu, -masu, -mashou), omission of -da, ending sentence with -teyo, -dawa, -desuwa, -noyo or -wa, etc. He'll sometimes talk like a female. He actually has tendencies with using both or switching between them, but never fully using either male or female language completely at all (yes I used many adverbs to emphasize that he doesn't have a preference with the way he talks). Many have categorize Hisoka as pansexual and yes, this is one proof that he can be pansexual. One can also argue that he can also be bisexual (preferring both men and women instead of all). To me, he seems to be gender neutral or androgynous if we're going to base it on his speech patterns. But imagine if he was attempting to not look super macho or intimidating to others, he decides to add some female language in his speech to look a bit more gentler rather than using polite forms completely instead as per the norm, and fails to look like one xD Rip. I would be so convinced that no one was there to guide him properly in life and so it all leads to this if that was the case.
As for attraction to others, romantically, I'm convinced he is attracted to females (note: Machi). Many people joke about Hisoka liking Gon (and there are others who ship them - pls why) and no, I don't think he likes him romantically. Idk if you guys have noticed, but Hisoka and Gon have many similarities with each other if you pay attention a lot. These similarities are also mentioned in some of the analysis videos of HxH anime from Jughead's Journey in YouTube here and Aleczandxr's video here. I think that's why he's fond of him, because he sees a part of himself in him.
I've also found that maybe it's also because Gon is not hostile towards him and is casual instead despite all his doings to him. The people he's close with (Illumi, and Machi before shit went all down) are one's who were not hostile with him to some degree (maybe the right words should be their guards were not up by so much? Maybe a bit of both) and are interacting with him 'casually'. _____________________________________________________
TL;DR:
Hisoka has a ‘normal’/'genuine' side that surfaces here and there, but rarely.
Based on speech patterns, Hisoka can be categorized as pansexual, bisexual, gender-neutral or androgynous, depending on the POV of a person.
He's closer to people who are not hostile to him and/or interact with him 'casuallly'.
Romantically, he is attracted to females (note: Machi)
Based on role languages he used, we can conclude that he's childish, distant to others, possibly have seen himself as weak and/or have vulnerabilities.
May have superiority complex alongside his other conditions.
May not have completely moved up from the childhood and/or adolescence stage.
Whenever he tries to connect with others, it’s always 'transactional' or 'conditional'; doesn't know how to properly form bonds.
_____________________________________________________
I think I'll stop here. I put the summary above in case you don't want all those long paragraphs I wrote. My brain is all fried from school and organizing my thoughts in this post. Maybe I'll do more analysis on other characters from HxH and other anime like One Piece when I feel like it. As for Hisoka, I may do another analysis or something else when I'm in the mood to make a post (I may need prompts to do this, feel free to shoot me one on ask or message). Feel free to also comment and add on to this post. You can comment counter-arguments as well. As for replying to comments, depends on my mood.
Anyways, until then.

Music Monday~ “The Main” HxH Characters as Songs I Listen to Quite Often
Gon: Princess Peach by Shawn Wasabi. Why? Go listen to it. That song is full of joy and Gon is full of joy it makes sense. He also fits I Like to Win by Shonlock because that songs energy fits Gons fighting energy!! Energy!!!!!!!!
Killua: Never Enough by Loren Allred. Also Hyperfine by LoveLeo & GFlip, and Time in a Bottle by YUNGBLUD. Particularly the transition in Time in a Bottle (this specific version of the song has a transition that was used in Hobbs and Shaw) reminds me of the little internal conflict he has (there’s some analytical angst) I just...looking at his character and how he is, its him, in my eyes. Poor baby...
Kurapika: Human by Rag'n'Bone Man, as well as Human by Christina Perri. He puts so much weight on his own shoulders, and he’s lonely, despite having a good support group. He's....a broken man and he needs a hug...
Leorio: All About the Benjamins by Notorious B.I.G (for obvious reasons) and Piano Man by Billy Joel. He's a strong man but there’s a little...angst in there if you squint.
Illumi: Killing Strangers by Marylin Manson, Take Me to Church by Hoizer, and My Strange Addiction by Billie Eilish. My Strange Addiction in his strange, possessive, overbearing and overprotective behavior, especially towards Killua and his family, as well as Killing Strangers in regards to his convoluted view of love and familial understanding. Take Me to Church because....he needs saving (not saving in the religious sense, folks. Just someone to genuinely care for his sad, sad soul) Honestly, the first song especially fits him pretty well...
Hisoka: Bubblegum Bitch by MARINA, How to Be a Heartbreaker by MARINA, and Heathens by Twenty One Pilots. In reality, Hisoka is a broken guy, as much as he tries to keep himself together. The energy these songs hold....just screams Clown Maniac.
Chrollo: In the Hall of the Mountain King by Moscow Symphony Orchestra, and Derni è re Danse by Indila. Classical music and French music seem to fit with him so nicely. It’s not so much about the lyrics; more how these songs feel. In the Hall of the Mountain King has a very energetic, almost chaotic transition in speed, and it feels very....Chrollo.
All Songs Are Linked to Youtube If You So Choose to Check Em Out!

The Show Must Go On! Chapter 4
- A Youtuber AU you didn’t want and didn’t need -
Hisoka Morrow, italian Makeup Youtuber, enjoys his life in the comfort and occasional drama of his profession. But nothing brings more drama into his life than the eldest son of the Zoldyck fashion magazine empire.
Meanwhile, aspiring australian Twitch Streamer Gon Freecs forms a special bond to a Speedrunner commonly going by "Kil".
Chapter 4 “Shifting Sand Land” out now!
AO3 Link
Illumi had always feared that one day he might inherit any of his mother's illnesses. It wasn't out of the question, and he considered himself lucky that no ailment had reared its head so far into his life.
"Do I look as good as how I feel, darling?"
Until now.
Suddenly it felt like years of sickness had caught up with him, spun his head around and made his stomach curl.
It was a coincidence that this sickness would appear the second he laid eyes on Hisoka, wearing the suit that was fitted just for him.
It was a coincidence that he looked like all those marble statues in museums, sculpted in the image of gods and lovers.
It was a coincidence that this sickness could be swallowed and repressed like any measly feeling he had ever encountered.
"I told you to wear a shirt, maggot."
And the symptoms disappeared.
But the disease didn't.
----------------------------------------------------
Gon: Killua?
It had been quite a while since Killua had responded to any of Gons messages. Well, it had been about 2 hours. But compared to their normal pace of slinging messages at each other any passing minute, this felt like an eternity to the young boy. He wondered if he had done anything to upset his friend, though their last conversation was just usual banter about breakfast, snacks, and the new battle pass.
He fidgeted in his seat a bit more, the classwork Aunt Mito had supplied him with almost entirely forgotten. The now broken routine made his bones itch, but the attempt of any distraction just made him fear he'd miss when Killua would finally come back.
So, he waited.
He even started half-heartedly filling out the math quiz that had been taunting him from the corner of the desk, though he always glanced back at the computer screen.
Question number 27: (X-3)²-25= 0
Ping
Gon wasn't sure what to do first; Be thankful that finally Killua replied or be thankful that he found an escape from this hell called math.
Kil: Yo.
GON: Hey!!! Are you okay? :O
Kil: Yeah, whats up?
He was obviously not okay. But Gon knew that pressing the issue wouldn’t make things better, though if he pretended like everything was alright would just be an issue bottled up.
GON: Do you wanna play some Fortnite Duos maybe? We can try grinding for the new tiger costume you like :D
Kil: cant
Kil: my mom took my fucking PC away in attempt to become mother of the year
GON: :( im sorry!! But im sure she’ll give it back soon, right?
Kil: fat chance, I probably have to wait till my brother comes back from his stupid trip
Gon tilted his head in thought. This has probably been the longest Killua had ever talked about his family with him. Up to this point it had only been passing remarks about siblings whose actions and personalities melted into each other due to lack of discernible unique traits, and that his family was rich.
GON: How long is that going to be?
GON: Maybe your mom will calm down and change her mind <:(
Kil: lmao, maybe if id actually study now shed be satisfied enough
Kil: but theres no way in hell im going to give her what she wants
Kil: ESPECIALLY NOW
GON: So whatre you going to do??
Kil: idk
Kil: talk to you and think about how to set fire to this place?
The young boy smiled, though for some reason he could feel a knot tighten in his chest.
GON: How about only talking to me for now?
And they talked. For a couple of hours, they talked about Gons new streaming schedule, about how he wanted to have one dedicated day in the week solely for collaborations. They talked about a new exploit for Super Mario Sunshine that could potentially scrap 10 seconds off of the current World record if executed correctly. They talked about how Leorios medical-student VLOG channel had been trending again after he made a hypocritical video about the damages of energy drinks.
Kil: he could have at least cleaned the infamous pyramid out of frame…
GON: Haha he said that in hindsight too
GON: But I think it was his boyfriend who finally made him clean it up -v-“
Kil: must be nice to have someone living with you who gives a shit
Kil: I think at this point the housekeeper hasn’t even touched the minefield that’s my brothers room in months
GON: It can’t be that bad :”D
Kil: you bet?
Kil: what do you think, how much chip dust is needed for an anime figure to come to life?
The mental image of Killuas home slowly shifted in Gons mind again. A large mansion, bedrooms as big as some apartments, with individual housekeepers for everyone. And one room dedicated to imitating a postapocalyptic anime merch shop.
And somewhere in that large mansion, is a room probably equipped with a messy bed, a (now empty) desk and gaming chair, maybe some shelves with books and games. In the middle of it a slightly blurry figure, maybe a bit shorter than Gon, pale skin and messy hair and piercing bright eyes.
He had seen pictures of Killua, a handful of selfies taken at his desk, one picture his sister (who he’d mention the least from his mysterious family) had taken of him in front of a rose bush. And no matter how dimly lit the picture would be, or out of focus, or taken from a distance; His eyes were always the first thing Gon would focus on. At first, he was convinced that he was using a filter, there’s no way someone in real life would have eyes like that.
But Killua did. Killua hid electricity behind those eyes, dangerous and yet enticing, beaming with a life energy that can barely be contained. Gon had heard poems and songs about blue eyes, though none of them ever came close to describing eyes like these. Or the feeling Gon would get from looking at them, tingling in his fingertips, making him smile and giggle and stomp his feet. Kind of like getting a victory royale.
Gon has other friends besides Killua. But none ever made him feel the same way when they talked. He craved no one’s presence as much as he craved Killuas. And something inside him felt the constant urge to tell Killua that, to tell him how much he meant to him, what’s so amazing about him, how he didn’t want this friendship to end.
But that’s just not something friends would tell each other unprompted, and it’s not something that could easily told to Killua, who danced around the word “friends” as if it were a dangerous animal. So, he didn’t say anything.
Kil: gon?
Kil: did you fall asleep?
GON: No haha, I was just thinking about how huge your house must be!!
Kil: yeah its huge and ugly, sometimes way too loud, sometimes really fucking quiet
Kil: im sure it must be nicer in your home
GON: I mean, it is pretty nice, but its also a little lonely I think
GON: All my friends live closer to the city, so usually no one is around to just come outside and hang out :^T
Kil: if I could id fly over right now and you could show me all the gross spiders that rule your continent with 8 iron fists
GON: They aren’t gross!! Spiders are really fun once you get to know them :^D
GON: And you know, you’d always be welcome here, Aunt Mito would be thrilled to meet you ^^
And Gon meant it. Though Killua never let too much slip of his family life and surroundings, Gon could tell it was trouble, and he deeply wished he could give Killua even just a one-day break from whatever went down in that mansion.
Kil: since we are both home schooled, we wouldnt even need to wait for summer break or anything
GON: Right :^D And its not like either of us are big on studying either ^^”
Gon glanced briefly at the disregarded Math work and shuddered.
Kil: you mean it, right?
Kil: if I were to text you some time that im at an airport and im coming over, you wouldnt let me be stranded somewhere on your prison continent, right?
GON: Of course not!!!
GON: … but I’d prefer it if you give a heads up so I can clean my room :^D
Kil: thanks gon, I appreciate it
Kil: i appreciate you
Gon felt his heartrate skyrocket. Of course he’d let Killua stay, even if he rang at his door without any prior notice. Because even if it goes unsaid, Killua was his friend. Maybe even his best friend. And he’d do anything to keep him safe, or to just give him one minute that he doesn’t have to think about his family. He wanted to see those blue eyes reflect the Australian sun, free of worry and tension.
GON: I appreciate you, too

I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE INTO FE3H AAAA For requests how about hcs for yandere dimitri?
Yan! Dimitri pre-timeskip - White Clouds
Yan! Dimitri post-timeskip - Azure Moon (SPOILERS-ISH!)
~Ah yes, my darling Delusional Prince with yandere feelings lingering around in the madness ridden rage state of his broken mind. It’s the good stuff. I like to imagine it like you had hopes he was alive but also knew he might actually be dead, so seeing this man you cared a lot about and had an intense emotional connection with understandably makes you incredibly happy, but Dimitri’s just (in all sense of the word) mad.
~Mad that seeing you again would bring up uncomfortably human feelings he thought he had buried, mad that you were still a distraction, mad that you’d have the gall to be excited to see him, even mad at the sort of relief he’d feel because at least now he wouldn’t have to worry about you haunting him, too.
~I guess it sort of follows some of my thoughts in THIS POST, because I don’t think anything particularly interesting would happen with yandere feral Dimitri unless you were an active participant in trying to ~help~ him. Plus, you trying now would be yet another great reason for him to cling to an unhealthy connection later.
~Some of my favorite scenes to imagine here would be with you trying to help Dimitri in some way, trying to get him to eat or drink or engage in some way other than talking about revenge or murder, and him being rude and dismissive towards you. But then you give up and say how you’re gonna go train with the professor or someone and suddenly he feels it’s incredibly important that he trains, too. In service of killing Edelgard, of course.
~Dimitri ridiculing you while aggressively attacking you for not being strong enough to be useful to him and pointing out all of your weaknesses while berating you for not valuing your life properly is actually a pretty good display of how I think feral yan Dimitri would be overall. Afraid of losing you for reasons he can’t really understand and dealing with that fear using anger and aggression and violent sexual tension.
~Another nice thought is Dimitri getting extra physical in questioning you about your investment in him and why you’d be trying so hard to help. Which, if he realized your motives and feelings, could easily end up in a… Compromising situation. All that anger and those repressed feelings bubbling up could lead to some fun little scenarios.
~He mainly hangs out in the cathedral during these chapters too, which makes me wonder to what extent he’d make a point of being beyond salvation or forgiveness, how far he’d go to illustrate the idea that your feelings would make you just as undeserving and incapable of salvation as he was. What’s a little sacrilege to a monster like him?
~While Dimitri wouldn’t actively keep you near him, or even acknowledge that he’d want your company to the point of being rude about you forcing it on him, I can see him being really passive aggressive if you decided to comply with his proclaimed desire for solitude. Like, talking about how weak you were, so you should have been training for the upcoming battle and not wasting your time doing silly and frivolous things with the others. He’d hear you laughing and having a good time? Big mistake. There’s no time for levity, and he’d call you selfish for indulging in it.
~As with the other post, just imagine everyone’s reaction to this. Some of them pushing you further towards Dimitri in the hopes you’d help remind him of his humanity (maybe it’s terrible but I see Gilbert being the biggest one to do this, considering how little he cares for anything outside of Dimitri) and then you’d have the others who’d be truly afraid for you. And Felix, angry that you’d enable Dimitri in such a way.
~Then, Gronder Field hits and we get the best voice acting I’ve heard since Mariya Ise’s Killua (Chris Hackney’s performance is like 60% of my love for Dimitri tbh) and Dimitri’s change of heart. Because this is self insert and yandere, we’re just gonna say that it’s you who approaches him before he leaves for Enbarr because the whole emotional thing is the fabric on which his yandere tendencies are embroidered upon.
~And then, after that, guilt. So much guilt. Even more than in the actual game which is really sad, but oh-so delicious because it creates a situation where he’d feel very fervently about atonement for his behavior towards you specifically. Whatever that means.
~To sum up how I think Dimitri would feel in this Phase Three Yandere state, I’d point to his Goddess Tower line “The goddess just watches over us from above… That is all. No matter how hard someone begs to be saved, she would never so much as offer her hand. And even if she did, we lack the means to reach out and grasp it.”, because that feels particularly compatible with his line “Your hands are so warm, have they always been?” in the scene in the rain. Reaching out a hand is basically a staple for strong emotional moments with Dimitri, and in that scene he’s quite literally being saved by you. Even playing as Byleth in-game that felt idolizing (honestly, a lot of this is already in-game text in his supports with Byleth, it’s really not that hard to read it as yandere), and Dimitri definitely has a record of putting people he feels strongly about on a pedestal.
~Dimitri would love you. Absolutely. That’d be a pre-existing thing he just never got around to realizing before the war because he’s emotionally clueless and afraid of feelings. However, he’d also see you as a symbol of sorts. Warmth, compassion, someone who, even at his very darkest, was looking out for him. A co-dependent emotional manager, to say it bluntly. Not just love, then, but adoration and need to an unhealthy degree. A worshiping sort of clingyness.
~The whole fully formed yan relationship wouldn’t happen all at once after the revelation scene. Fighting the battle of becoming king and winning the war and trying to sort out all of the hundreds of fires he’d left unattended while also trying to mend his broken mind, I think Dimitri’s behavior towards you at first would be relatively innocent. Mostly, he’d just find comfort in having you near him and having you there for ~emotional guidance~.
~Aaaaand we’re just gonna say that at this point you’d be far too emotionally involved and despite any feelings you may have had about his behavior, despite the severity of his feelings, you couldn’t find it within yourself to step back. But, if you tried, Dimitri would do just about anything to convince you to stay with him. Even if he hated himself for it, even if the guilt was overwhelming, the idea of being without you, the idea of you leaving him and his protection, would be even worse.
~To this end, I can see him not forcing a romantic/physical relationship. That’d be something he’d want, but his need for you would far outweigh anything like that. To Dimitri, keeping you safe and sound and comfortable and as happy as possible would be the only way for him to make up for his behavior. So he could be overbearingly overprotective, incredibly intense, reverent on the side of uncomfortable, too selfish to let you go, but wouldn’t directly force you into anything.
~Of course he would sense that this was wrong, and feel a huge amount of guilt over it and the possibility that you could be happier elsewhere, but then rationalize that this was best. That he was the only one who could possibly ensure your safety and happiness, that could care about you enough to see it through.
~If you did agree to marry Dimitri, all of these things would only get more intense, but I also think it would lessen a lot of his guilt. If you fully agreed to be his wife, that meant that you were choosing him to give you happiness and safety. Besides, holding you and knowing you were real, that you were his, would possibly be one of his greatest joys.
~The whole overprotective thing would be a huge issue, and arguing with him about it would be pointless because he would never concede to your demands for more autonomy, citing that the kingdom wasn’t exactly safe yet and you would have a target on your head as queen and all of the various yandere excuses to skirt around the fact that his fear of losing you would be absolutely debilitating to him.
~There’d also be the occasional patch of jealousy, although Dimitri would never doubt or question you, but the intentions of others.
~I think, sometimes, the pedestal he’d put you on would be pretty awful. Lonely, maybe? His adoration could get cloying, although it could also be wonderful. He’d make you feel well and truly loved, more than anything else in the world.
~Summing it all up, Dimitri would need you. I think the extent to which he’d feel this way would be very ~~love sick~~, but in reality his behavior wouldn’t be way too extreme. It would only arise in little slip-ups, when his mania would get too intense and his passion would suffocate.

12. Things you said when you thought I was asleep. and I have one thoughts. Leopika
aaaaaAAAAAA thank you for this ask!! it is definitely too long because of who i am as a person. i will likely cross-post this to ao3 as well. please enjoy!!
There were some immutable facts about the universe.
The inevitability of death and taxes was one. That whatever you were looking for was going to be in the literal last place you thought to search for it was a second. The great quid pro quo of something for something, be it time or money or knowledge, that kept the world going ‘round, was a third.
A fourth was the miserable, depressing, exhausting, blood-sucking, soul-crushing, existence-defining realities of medical school.
It would have been hard enough in the best of circumstances, Leorio figured. Because between classes, labs, practicums, homework, exams, and the endless marathon of studying for more, Leorio had to be a hunter. Had to take on jobs and learn nen and accidentally adopt two hellion teens and participate in stupid things like chairman elections. And then that led to the verifiable hell-in-a-handbasket that was almost being elected chairman for punching one adopted son’s dad on national television.
(It was probably the highlight of Leorio’s short, far-too-exciting life thus far, if he was honest. The way Ging had stared like a fool into the small vortex on the table, like Luke looking down the business end of a lightsaber, the satisfying crunch of his nose under Leorio’s fist, the way the man went flying –
Good times, truly.)
Except then that opened the Pandora’s Box of the aforementioned chairman elections. Which then led to the Zodiacs. The Black Whale expedition to the Dark Continent. The chance of a lifetime, to study and practice under the Dr. Cheadle Yorkshire.
Kurapika was back.
But that was all too much to take in, especially considering Leorio was running on six hours of sleep over the past two days. There was just so much to do – assemble supplies, arrange their resources across the ship, assist in the mindgames relating to the minefield that was Beyond Netero and the Kakin Empire, help create and administer a new Hunter Exam, finish his assignments, take three exams early, pack his bags, find someone to sublet his apartment –
Twenty minutes, Leorio thought as he collapsed down on the couch in the Zodiac’s break room. The place had such luxuries as a fancy coffee maker and a regular pot, a vending machine that served real food, and a couch made of buttery leather and cushions so soft Leorio felt like he was melting into the frame when he lay down. He was too tired to even grab at the throw blanket slung over the back of the couch. It was long enough he could kick up the three miles of stick legs he had going on. He grabbed the sleep mask he’d picked up from the dollar store that had saved his life more than Killua, Gon, Kurapika, and his own nen combined and slapped it over his eyes.
He was out in five breaths.
Some time later, however – Leorio was unsure how long he’d been out – he was awoken by the sound of the door opening and lights flicking on. His mask kept the worst of the burst of light at bay, fortunately. He had half a mind to ask whoever the hell else was up at three o’clock in the morning to kindly fuck off, please, but the familiar scent of mint and the even-more-familiar voice made him freeze.
“I do not care what Miss Neon thinks,” Kurapika was hissing into the phone. “I am telling you that the Black Whale is going to be an overcrowded security nightmare, not a pleasure cruise. I truly do not think we could even procure a ticket for her, and no, Basho, I am not going to try. I have my hands plenty full enough with trying to keep the Association from infiltration by outside influences.” There was a long pause. “Yes, that would be best. Thank you, Basho. I apologize for my tone. I will see you at the next meeting.” Another pause. “Yes, you should sleep. Good-night.”
A faint beep of the call ending. Leorio wondered if he was really awake or if he was just dreaming that he was the closest he had been to Kurapika in over a year. He wondered if he should reveal he was awake.
“Oh,” Kurapika said, and Leorio knew that was the first time Kurapika had even noticed he was there. The single word was surprise and confusion and borderline disappointment all at once. “Leorio?”
Light footsteps, like Kurapika was stepping closer to him. A beat.
“Still sleeping with your mouth open, I see. And you did not even notice me… it’s a wonder you’ve lived this long.”
It took every ounce of Leorio’s not-admirable self-control not to snap his mouth shut or bolt up and say that Kurapika had absolutely no legs to stand on when it came to handling the miracle of life after age eighteen. But then Kurapika huffed out a sound best described as the distant cousin of, or the echo of an echo of, a laugh.
It was exhausted. Heartbreaking. Fond. And the most Kurapika had sounded like himself since the Hunter Exam.
“Fool man.”
More footsteps and shuffling. Leorio heard the sounds of cabinets opening and closing softly as Kurapika did his best not to wake him. There was the sound of rustling plastic, of water running, of the coffee pot being put on to percolate.
More rustling. Leorio could picture Kurapika walking back to his spot eyeing Leorio’s prone body. Maybe he was thinking about putting him out of his misery. Maybe he was folding his arms, a droll smile on his lips Leorio hadn’t seen since Yorknew. Maybe he was leaning against the break room table or sitting on top of it.
“You probably think I hate you,” Kurapika mused. “Some days, I think I do, too.”
Okay, so Leorio was definitely not dreaming. The little prick. Took the chance to say whatever he needed to get off his chest the second he thought Leorio was in a position to not respond. Fine. Whatever. Leorio could play at that. And when Kurapika finished whatever the hell his little monologue was, Leorio would pop up and deck him and yell at him for being a self-isolating, melodramatic jackass.
“Except I don’t,” Kurapika said, and Leorio’s brain came to a screeching halt. “I don’t think I could if I tried. And I know because I did try. And we know how well that turned out.”
The Hunter Exam. The boat. The tower. The island. They tried to hate each other and wound up staunch allies and friends anyway. Leorio had thought that Kurapika had dropped them all for the sake of his revenge, vanishing into the criminal underworld the second he had his Hunter license in hand. Little as the act seemed to coincide with what he’d gleamed of Kurapika’s character. But if he wanted to be a lone wolf about the whole thing, fine. Leorio could pick his battles. Allegedly.
“I tried to reach out once,” Kurapika said. “I knew I needed help, that I wasn’t strong enough to take on the Phantom Troupe alone. But when I did…you know what happened.”
Leorio did know. The disaster that was everything about the Yorknew auction. Neon had her nen stolen. Gon and Killua were kidnapped. Hisoka was there.
All things that were not Kurapika’s fault, that he blamed himself for anyway.
“If anything had happened to Gon or Killua, or to you…” Kurapika trailed off. “It was too risky. I could give everything I had to my quest, but I could not drag you all down with me. I didn’t want any of you hurt, but you were anyway. I needed to be stronger on my own, so I became stronger.”
Leorio tallied that one to the list of ominous, dramatic things Kurapika has said that will be a headache later.
“I thought if I pulled away, you all would let me be. Killua and Gon did. I thought they were off traveling the world on their adventures, blissfully unaware of the husk of myself I was becoming. As I anticipated, their calls and emails tapered off eventually.”
Leorio heard Kurapika swallow. His voice was thicker when he went on. “But yours never did. You call often. Even when I don’t pick up. Even when I read your texts and I don’t answer, you keep reaching out. I wish I knew why. I wish I didn’t. Because I wonder to myself how someone like me could earn the affection and friendship of someone like you.”
Kurapika laughed humorlessly. “In my world, affection is weakness if you haven’t the strength to back it up. I don’t have that strength. I only have the will to stay away, because that’s the best way to protect you all. So I hole myself up with the eyes of my family and tell myself I will deal with the rest when my quest is over. Even if I have nothing planned after that. Even if I plan for nothing after that.”
Leorio picked up on Kurapika’s meaning, and something like an anvil dropped into his stomach. The emotion in Kurapika’s voice was palpable, raw and real in the way that only solitude at 3am and exhaustion and the confessional could inspire.
“And then there was Mizai,” Kurapika said softly. “Walking into my office. Telling me he knew how to find the last of the eyes. And it’s because of you.
“Every time I think I’ve hit a wall, I find you, and you smash through everything. Utterly graceless, utterly foolish, utterly clueless. Utterly perfect in your timing and delivery. I thought I had nothing to look forward to or turn to. And then there you were. How presumptive of me to think you might still be there for me, after all is said and done.”
The coffee maker beeped, announcing its job was complete. The room smelled of rich, expensive dark roast, the kind Leorio would have killed for back at school. Kurapika shuffled, like he was rising to his feet again.
“I wish things had been different,” Kurapika whispered. “I wish I had met you a less broken man. I wish my eyes changing when you call was a simple fact of my life and not a catastrophe. I wish our paths crossing was something more than a brief intersection of our lives, me on my downward swing and you on a forever upward trajectory.
“Anything you do, Leorio, you are amazing. You will be amazing. As a chairman or a doctor or both, you will be loved and respected. I know you can’t hear me, but just know…” Kurapika swallowed.
Kurapika shuffled, stepping towards Leorio’s slack-limbed form on the couch. Leorio sensed him reaching for something, and a moment later, the downy softness of the throw blanket was settled over his torso with the tenderness of a lover.
Kurapika’s fingers, light and cold, brushed at Leorio’s hairline. “Whatever you do, wherever you go, you will shine. I want you to know that you deserve it. I want you to know I’ll be watching from the shadows, immeasurably, unspeakably proud.”
With that he retreated, leaving that cloud of subtle mint behind. Leorio heard him sniffle softly as he poured himself a cup of coffee and prepared it however he liked. A splash of creamer and a single sugar packet, if Leorio’s memory was accurate.
The door shut quietly behind him. Leorio waited a few breaths to be sure he was alone, and then he tugged off his eye mask. He stared sightlessly up at the dark ceiling, his eyes, face, and neck damp.

Lauryn Lefebvre
From the Begerossé Union
The people of the Begerosse Union are the french equivalent
They speak a version of french called Hasa as well as the common tongue.
The Begerosse call their country "Nations Alliées de Bezerose"
Some cities within the continent include:
Hartriemont
Aabinville
Ferkalquier
The Capital Phiras
And the town in which Lauryn is from Selonnet
Selonnet is a small farming and mining town. Most people can read and write, but no one really has higher education. The technology is all decades old, and it leaves Selonnet looking like a time capsule.
Lauryn's father and mother are both blue-collar works. Her father Jonn-Mar works in a steel factory, and her mother Emmalee works as a bar wench.
Lauryn is one of 5 children
Her older sister Bryleigh ( 22), is married with a son ( Marcis, 1) and works as a seamstress.
Her elder brother Kason who is 19 and works in the mines. He also has a steady girlfriend, Elyse
Lauryn who works under her sister in the seamstress shop
Her brother Dominick ( 11)
Her youngest sibling Ryleigh ( 7)
Lauryn and her family live in a tiny place with minimal luxury. They are one of the few lucky people in town who have a car. They also have a radio and running water. Only the government buildings and the tavern have electricity.
Lauryn wants to change her family and the town's fortune. It's a small town. They all know how smart Lauryn is. They all plan to send her to university in Phiras. Once she turns 17, they were ready to go. That is until a group of hunters came through.
They were anthropology hunters. Fascinated by the culture of Selonnet. The buildings and the language. Hasa and the common tongue spoke differently than the rest of the world.
These hunters spread the tales of the prestige of being a hunter. All the money and perks. The townspeople are ready to evolve and get back on track with the rest of the world.
They send Lauryn to take the exam, hoping she would pass and bring back the wealth and knowledge. Lauryn is helped to the first testing site by the Hunters.
( Lauryn takes the exam before the main cast, Exams happen twice a year, so she takes the first one ( fails) then joins the main cast in the second exam)
The trails to get to the exam are beyond stressful to Lauryn; this is the most physically exhausting thing she has ever done.
There are only two obstacles she has to overcome before she can get to the exam testing site in Sarherta. First, she must board a cruise liner that is headed for york new city. She and all the other contestants must swim to the ship that is sailing away and pull themselves up lines off the back of the boat. Then once she reaches York New, she has to bike to the trolley station on the opposite side of the city that only has 1 trolley and one departure time.
Lauryn is the 14/20 person to make it on to the trolley that takes her to the exam cite. She is number of 284/375 persons to take the 286 hunter exam.
Lauryn struggles throughout the entire process; she does not speak the common tongue very well, and she is a very naive person. She makes it to the third round because she couldn't understand the rookie crushers' attempts at speaking to her. They break her ankle at the beginning of the third round, and she has to stop.
The first round is the easiest for her. It's an intelligence game. A great game of Clue. Where they have to solve a Murder, Theft, and Kidnapping. The contestants who are selected as the murderer, thief, and kidnapper get a pass on the round if less than 50 people guess it's them. If any other constant guess wrong about who did what, when, and where, they fail. At the end of round one, there are 200 people left.
Round 2 is more physically demanding. It's a hike. In which the examiner marks a trail that the contestants have to follow. They have to make it to the peak and back down the other side of the mountain without being caught by him or his 6 students. Who are using Stun Guns, nets, wires, tear gas, and BB Pellets. Lauryn barely manages this round. And at the end of it, her lack of speaking ability comes to light when the examiner asks her a question, and she can't answer. Previously everyone just assumed that Lauryn was quite a lone wolf. But now they know she underconfident and cant under stand them. At the end of the round, there are 30 people left
The third round is a giant football match. Before the contestants can even be divided into teams, Lauryn has her ankle broken. She's not the only one. 4 people have something broken. After the teams are picked. 7 more people are sabotaged in one way or another. At the end of round 3, only ten people move on.
Lauryn goes unnoticed by Hisoka the entire time. He sees her and writes her off as uninteresting and not worth a second glance.
Going home a failure is a massive hit to Lauryn's confidence. She feels deeply and is disappointed in her own shortcomings. Knowing how much the townspeople put into her.
She struggles with healing and deciding if she'll ask the townspeople for another chance. By the end of her six week healing period, she decided she will try again. She then spends the next 6 months, focusing on her physical self and learning the common tongue. In the day she spends hours under the sun on the farms. At night she sits near the radio and learns the common language from the shows.
She goes back for the second exam, much more confident in her ability to pass.
She takes three pre-exam tests. First, she has to take a ferry to the Republic of Rakario, she makes it to the boat early and avoids having to struggle to get on like last time. From Rakario, she has to identify which mode of transport is the right one. She has to make it to the airfield where blimps are waiting to take contestants to the exam cite. Between the Taxi Cab, Rickshaw, and Bus, she picks none of them and walks/runs instead. The Taxi Cab was the right choice. Kinda. If you got into an unaffiliated cab, you would have gotten to the airfield but been unable to find the blimp. If you got into the affiliated taxi cabs, you would have been taken where you needed to go. The rickshaws and busses would have been driven around in circles or delayed as there was a mechanical issue. Because Lauryn walked, it was a slight issue on whether or not the employees wanted to let her on the blimp. They decided yes they would.
The third challenge was a morality question. You were asked a question by the gate agent and had to answer with more than just one or two words. Depending on what you responded to, your ticket would be marked 1 or 2. In the end, it didn't matter what you answered, it was a way for the examiners to scan the person's personalities. Depending on what you answered, you got put on one of two blimps. But both blimps took them to the exam cite. Those who responded poorly, they were purged from within the exam.
Lauryn is number 287 of 406. She does not make friends with the central cast until the boat ride to the island where they plan manhunt. Lauryn approaches Leorio for bandages because she had cut herself within Trick Tower. This is how she breaks into the group.
Lauryn's target for Man Hunt is 118 Sommey. She does not go after him but does the alternate of finding one pointer. She sneaks up on people and hits them from behind.
Lauryn fights in the second round vs. Pokkle. She Wins and passes the exam.
Lauryn's fighting style is straightforward. She knows how to throw basic punches and kicks. She uses farm and mining tools as weapons. She wins in her fight over Pokke because she closes in and makes it a close-range battle. She uses a pike ax during this fight. She wins by slamming the handle into Pokke's stomach and shoving him down. Then points the sharp end at his throat. He surrenders.
Lauryn initially intends to go home and show everyone she passed, then attend university. But she makes a detour to help the group save Killua. She makes plans to see them again in York New.
Once she is off to school, Lauryn has three primary focus.
First off is learning everything she can to help her town.
Second is fixing her appearance. Finally, its to learn nen. Two out of three were easy for Lauryn,
Lauryn's always been smart. Her classes are easy once she gets into the flow, and finding a nen teacher wasn't that hard either. 3 of her professors are professional hunters who were happy to take her on.
It was her appearance that she struggles with. In her village shes never been the prettiest girl, she was just ok. But now, after traveling so much, she feels very self-conscious. Fixing her appearance isnt even that hard. Getting her teeth fixed and contacts, going out into the sun so shes not so pale. Working out with her nen teachers. It's the psychological part that she stresses about. Anxious about her image, weight, and clothing, Lauryn is always a high strung bundle of nerves. This effects her for her whole life. Still feeling like a fish out of water, never really good enough. She does manage her problem, but she never becomes entirely happy with herself.
Lauryn, in the 6-month gap, learns the basics of nen. Ten, Zetsu, and Ren. While she knows these principles she is by no means a master. She also knows what Hatsu is but doesnt know what she will develop. When taking the water divining test, she is an enhancer.
While straightforward and honest. Lauryn is by no means naive. She is a quick learner. He knows how to read a situation and is now cautious of strangers. Gone is the simple village girl and in her place is a savvy young woman.
( the top picture is Lauryn during the first/Second exam the second picture is after the 6 month gap.

Fic title: Moonlight
Word count: 4520
Summary:
"Don’t you have someone to talk to about all of that? Someone you trust to help you?”
Killua laughed but it sounded broken and wrong. “If I did, do you think I would really be up here on the roof in the middle of the night talking to you, Ladybug?”
Ouch.
That hurt, more than Gon would ever admit.
(Killugon Miraculous Ladybug AU! Featuring a sad Killua and a comforting Ladybug~)( BEAUTIFUL fanart by emthimofnight that sparked this whole au)( Miraculous x Hunter tag with other drabbles, asks, etc)
This scene was actually something I proposed the emthimofnight about a half a week after she first posted her ideas for this au! So this fic has been an idea since the beginning of March, as crazy as it sounds...
@softkillua beta’d this fic for me because he is awesome and the best beta ever!!!!!!!! Please check out his writing, I swear you won’t regret it!
Killua pushed the window open with a gasp. A cool, night breeze hit his face a second later and rustled his white locks. It was like being doused in cold water: the low temperature and outside air was refreshing and helped lessen the terrible pressure building behind his eyes.
The Zoldyck Mansion’s roof was sloped and had few openings to grasp or even sit on without risking a fatal fall to the cement below. Killua scrambled out onto the landing anyway, eyes quick to find the small, familiar grooves to help him safely navigate the treacherous surface. He’d done this too many times by now to fall.
Killua was no stranger to rooftops. He spent most of his nights on them as Chat Noir- sometimes chasing akumas, but mostly chasing Ladybug. They practiced new fighting techniques on roofs just like this one, other times pausing to catch their breath after long sprints and hurtling jumps.
Killua preferred the isolation and peacefulness of the roofs to Yorknew’s bustling streets below. Up here he had the freedom to do as he pleased without anyone’s pressing eyes on him. He could do whatever he wanted, be whoever he wanted, and no one would know.
But as much as he loved the rooftops, he was rarely on one as his civilian self. It wasn’t just his lack of powers that made the activity a challenge, but his parents and their heavy expectations of him. He always had ‘meetings’ to attend with his father, tutoring sessions with the butlers, another yelling match with his mother.
“You have an appearance to uphold, Kil,” she’d hissed at him the last time she pulled him from the Mansion’s roof. “Duties, obligations! If you go up there again, you won’t see that so-called friend of yours for a month!”
So. There was risk involved with roof climbing as Killua Zoldyck. He only dared to do it now when his parents were out of town and couldn’t catch him.
Sometimes, though, the effort and danger was worth it. Like tonight, for instance.
Killua let out a long breath as he finally got sat down on one of the roof’s shingles. He wrapped his arms around his shins and rested his chin on his knees as he stared out at the skyscrapers, their multi-colored lights twinkling in the distance. His eyes still prickled, his throat still burned. But at least his parents couldn’t see him collapse into himself while he perched three flights above the street.
College. Graduation. Future. Three words Killua hated to hear more than any other and he had heard them repeatedly throughout his most recent conversation with his mother and father.
Killua dug his nails into his arms to keep them from shaking. He didn’t want to think about it- any of it. Thinking about his future made it more real and Killua refused to believe there could be a life for him without Gon in it.
Gon was his best friend. They had grown up together, lived together, done everything together. He barely remembered a time when he didn’t know Gon; his oldest memory was meeting the raven-haired boy on the playground that sunny afternoon years ago. Killua could still remember seeing the emerald leaves stuck to Gon’s whale shirt, the gaping hole in his front row of baby teeth when he smiled at Killua.
That was the first time anyone had accepted Killua for who he was, and not what his family name represented. Gon had grabbed Killua’s hand in his dirt-covered one and dragged him off towards the swings without even stopping to catch his breath.
Killua sniffed, blinking rapidly to fight down the water welling up in his eyes. The lump in his throat was getting harder to ignore. It made his breathing ragged and uneven. A soothing breeze swept around Killua as he struggled to calm himself and he bowed his head.
He had to stop thinking about Gon so much. He loved Gon with everything he had but it was just too damn painful right now. Life was too painful to add onto the heartbreak of being in love with someone who didn’t love him in return.
Killua inhaled deeply and lifted his blurry gaze to the sky. His fingers were starting to go numb from the cold but he didn't couldn’t care less.
Maybe if he stayed out here long enough, he wouldn’t be able to feel anything at all.
Gon hated going on patrol alone.
Well, maybe not hated. That was a strong word. He just...really, really, really disliked it. Patrols were always so boring and lonely without Chat around to tease or egg him into racing up the nearest skyscraper.
But Chat was busy tonight. He told had a ‘family commitment’ he needed to stay home for, and Gon had accepted Chat’s explanation without question. He knew how strict Chat’s family was; they had high expectations for him and stopped Chat from fighting akumas on more than one occasion. He kind of reminded Gon of Killua like that.
Killua and Chat would get along so great if they ever met, Gon just knew it. But Chat was scared of revealing his identity for reasons he wouldn’t explain and Gon wasn’t so selfish that he would force Chat into telling him against his will. So, until Chat was comfortable, meeting Killua would have to wait.
Gon was getting pretty close to Killua’s home, actually. He couldn’t visit Killua while dressed up as Ladybug, but-
Gon sucked in a sharp breath, stopping short at the sight of familiar white hair gleaming in the moonlight a few rooftops away.
His mind whirled and his chest heaved. What was Killua doing on his mansion’s roof? Killua told him in school earlier that his parents were home, meaning Killua couldn’t sleepover Gon’s house like usual, but the fact that he was outside on the roof instead of sleeping peacefully in his own bed….
It wasn’t a good sign.
Gon bit his lip. There was no way he couldn’t talk to Killua now. He had to make sure his best friend was okay, even if Killua didn’t like Ladybug and didn’t know that it was actually Gon checking up on him. That’s what best friends were for, after all.
Gon squatted low, gathering energy in his legs before leaping off the roof and jumping between buildings to finally land a few feet away from Killua. The other teen didn’t flinch at Gon’s sudden appearance. He didn’t acknowledge Gon at all, actually.
“Why are you up here?” Gon couldn’t help but ask as he slowly walked over to where Killua was sitting. His heart twisted painfully at Killua’s expression; Killua’s pale face was stony but incredibly sad. It wasn’t hard for Gon to spot the quiet agony in the shadows of those blue eyes, the anxiety in the flat line of his mouth.
He was honestly surprised when Killua confessed: “I don’t have anywhere else to go.”
Gon’s heart plummeted to the street three floors below. What did Killua mean?
“Don’t…I mean, are you okay? You’re not hurt or anything, right?”
Killua shook his head and Gon breathed a sigh of relief. For that, at least, he was glad.
“Then, what’s wrong?”
His best friend shrugged. “’S nothing. Just, you know, thinking.”
“About what?”
“The future. Graduation and college. Stuff.”
Gon swallowed thickly. Killua’s parents must have talked to him. The future was a topic he and Killua avoided mentioning at all because Killua would never see Gon again after high school if his parents had their way. And neither Gon nor Killua were willing to even consider that a possibility.
Just thinking that he might never see Killua again made Gon’s heart freeze over and his breathing quicken with something close to panic. He didn’t want to lose Killua, ever. They were so close that Killua was a part of him now. Without Killua at his side, he felt strangely empty and alone, at loss with what to do.
But that was exactly why he didn’t understand what was going on- why hadn’t Killua called Gon after his conversation with his parents? Gon always helped calm Killua down whenever his family got too demanding. This time should’ve been no different.
He pressed cautiously, “You seem kind of...stressed. Don’t you have someone to talk to about all of that? Someone you trust to help you?”
Killua laughed but it sounded broken and wrong. “If I did, do you think I would really be up here on the roof in the middle of the night talking to you, Ladybug?”
Ouch.
That hurt, more than Gon would ever admit.
“I’m sorry,” came Killua’s whisper. “That was really...bad. I shouldn’t have said that.”
Gon scratched the back of his head awkwardly. “It’s okay. You’re upset right now. And I know you don’t exactly, um, like me too much. I shouldn’t have-”
“I like you, Ladybug.”
Gon’s jaw dropped. “Wha-”
“Uh, I mean!” Killua’s face was flushed scarlet. “I-I don’t dislike you. You’re not the worst person on the face of the planet, so.”
Gon threw back his head and laughed. The tension hanging in the air between them had disappeared with Killua’s stammered confession, and with it so did the heaviness in Gon’s heart.
Killua really was awful at being honest. No matter who he was with.
“I’m glad, Killua,” he said, smiling as the blush slowly drained out of Killua’s cheeks. “I really thought you hated me.”
Killua scowled. “As if. You would know if I hated you, okay? I just think you’re unnecessarily annoying. And you hover way too much.”
“I only do that when you need my he-” Gon’s protest died in his mouth at the venomous glare Killua leveled at him. Killua might not hate Ladybug now, but he definitely would if Gon kept arguing with him.
Killua turned back to face Yorknew’s skyscrapers. “You look stupid just standing there. You should sit down.”
Surprise washed over him. He never expected Killua to willingly submit himself to Ladybug’s company. But if Killua was offering, there was no way Gon was going to turn him down. The patrol had been super boring without Chat to flirt with, anyway.
But, there was Killua’s parents to worry about. He started to ask cautiously, “Are you sure-?”
“Ladybug,” Killua growled. “Sit. Down.”
Gon sat.
Killua was the first to speak. “Where’s your partner? Chat Noir, right?”
Gon bobbed his head. He was surprised that Killua was even asking about Chat given how indifferent he seemed to both Yorknew’s superheroes.
Maybe Killua wasn’t so indifferent as he thought.
“He’s busy tonight,” Gon sighed. “He has family stuff to take care of.”
Killua snorted and Gon perked up. “Why’d you laugh?”
“Huh? Oh, it’s just-” Killua’s expression turned unreadable once more, “- that’s why I’m out here too, because of what my family said.”
“...was it anything really bad?” Gon hesitantly asked. He didn’t want to press Killua too much, but. Well. He did want to know why Killua didn’t want to talk to his civilian self.
Killua shrugged, untucking his legs and leaning back on the palms of his hands. “Let’s just say they have a big interest in my future. They have this idea of me in their heads and I just don’t...agree with it. At all. I don’t want anything that they want, so we fight a lot.”
“Not a happy home life, then?”
Killua let out a long breath and his silver bangs shifted from his sigh. “You have no idea, Ladybug.”
I do, Gon thought silently but kept it to himself. No matter how badly he wanted to blurt out to Killua that he was Gon, Killua’s best friend, he couldn’t. That would be a betrayal to Chat and Gon respected- and cared- too much about his partner to do that to him.
“What about friends?” Gon tried and his heart started to pound. “I know you said you didn’t have anyone to talk to, but. I’m sure there’s someone you’re close with.”
A series of emotions flitted through crystal blue eyes- guilt, sadness, even fear. They were gone before Gon could blink and by then Killua had already turned away, hiding his face from Gon’s view.
“I wasn’t being completely honest when I said that earlier,” Killua admitted. “I have friends. They’re good to me, but. I don’t feel comfortable talking to them about this sort of thing. And then…”
His voice trailed off and Gon perked up. He repeated, “And then?”
Killua visibly swallowed. Then he said very quietly, so quiet that Gon barely heard him-
“And then I have one best friend. He’s, uh.” Killua coughed, the tips of his ears turning pink. “He’s great. Really. I couldn’t have asked for a better friend.”
Happiness bubbled up inside Gon’s chest until he felt like he would burst. He knew personally how hard it was for Killua to say something like that. Killua got so embarrassed over feelings. He couldn’t have said that directly to Gon’s face without stuttering and tripping all over himself. He would’ve given up halfway through.
Leaning closer, Gon chirped brightly, “It sounds like you really care about him!”
One of Killua’s hands curled into a fist. Gon could just make out the upward curve of Killua’s lips when Killua said, “I do. I mean, he’s kind of an idiot and a crybaby, but he-”
“Crybaby?!” Gon interrupted, shocked. What did that mean?! Gon wasn’t-
Killua’s burst of melodic laughter caused Gon’s thoughts to scatter. His heart fluttered; Killua’s laughter was always so nice, especially when it was natural and pure like it was now. How long had it been since he’d heard Killua really laugh?
“Yeah, he’s definitely a crybaby,” Killua said, grinning at Gon with eyes that sparkled in the moonlight. “This one time, we were playing in the park and his bracelet snapped on a branch- oh, sorry, that doesn’t make any sense, does it?”
Killua started over, explaining with a wave of his hand, “Me and Gon have been friends since we were young. Really, really young. Only a year or so after we met, we both made these friendship bracelets for each other- I made Gon’s, and Gon made mine.”
A smile tugged at Gon’s lips at the memory; he and Killua were only kids then, but he so clearly remembered sitting at Aunt Mito’s kitchen table with Killua, random beads and multi-colored string scattered all over it’s wooden surface. He had carefully sorted through each and every bead they owned to find the perfect ones for Killua’s bracelet. Every ounce of his love and adoration for Killua had been used to make that bracelet for his best friend.
It had been a sad day when they discovered they’d grown too big to wear their friendship bracelets anymore. Now Gon’s bracelet from Killua hung on a corkboard in Gon’s room, next to dozens of pictures of Gon and his friends (but mostly Killua, though).
“That’s really cute,” Gon said out loud and Killua’s face darkened slightly.
“Yeah, I-I guess. The bracelet Gon made for me was a real mess, though. All the beads were different sizes and shapes and everything. Not a single thing matched. But I wore that bracelet every day no matter what, even when my parents yelled at me for bringing it along on a business trip. I really did love it.”
Killua’s expression softened. His cheeks were dusted pink and the small but genuine smile on his lips caused a swell of warmth inside of Gon’s heart. It was extremely rare for Gon to see his best friend this open; Killua usually changed the topic or ran away whenever things got too personal. Even after all these years, Killua still hid parts of himself from Gon.
But not from Ladybug, apparently.
“The bracelet I made for Gon was much better,” Killua said, chest puffing out with pride, and Gon giggled. “The beads I chose were all neat and even and everything. And you could actually read the letters on his since I used beads from the same set. Anyway, the point of all this is that when we were playing in the park one day, the bracelet I made for Gon got caught on a stray tree branch. The string snapped and the beads flew everywhere.”
Killua shook his head, bemused. “Gon freaking bawled for at least three hours. I helped him collect all the beads out of the grass and dirt and told him I’d make another one, but man. He was so upset.”
“I wouldn’t blame him,” Gon said and his cheeks ached from trying to hold his smile back. “And I don’t think that makes him a crybaby! I think it just means he loves you as much as you love him.”
Killua blinked. Gon expected him to sputter again, tell Gon off for assuming things he had no idea about. That was the ‘Killua’-type reaction Gon was used to.
But Killua didn’t do either of those things.
Gon watched, silently surprised, as Killua lowered his gaze to his lap. His best friend clasped and unclasped his long, graceful fingers over his knees, bowing his head until white curls shone silver in the moonlight. Alabaster skin glowed and blue eyes were glazed under thick lashes.
Gon’s breath hitched and his heart skipped a beat.
Killua looked...beautiful. There was no other way to describe it. He was beautiful in a way Gon had never noticed before- stunning, breathtaking and mesmerizing, even though he was just sitting there, staring at his hands.
Killua was beautiful, and Gon couldn’t look away.
“Love,” Killua murmured, snapping Gon out of his reverie. “Is a strong word.”
Gon swallowed thickly. It was a strong word. But- “D-Don’t you love him, though?”
“Of course I do,” his best friend sighed and the rush of pure joy that coursed through Gon’s veins at the simple confirmation was so strong that it surprised him.
He didn’t have the time to dwell on it though because Killua was still talking-
“-best friends, how could I not love him.” Killua tucked a snowy lock of hair behind his ear. “We...me and Gon are closer than most friends, Ladybug. I practically live with him. We sleep together in his bed, my brush is in his cabinet, I have my own draw in his dresser...it’s gotten to the point where his aunt automatically makes two of everything because wherever Gon goes, I follow. And she knows that. I even have my own tube of toothpaste in the bathroom because Gon’s toothpaste is cinnamon flavored and that shit’s disgusting-”
Gon couldn’t hold back the peal of laughter that exploded from him. He laughed so hard his sides burned. When he started to fall over, Killua was the one who grabbed his wrist and yanked him back into place.
“Jeez, Ladybug, calm down! I didn’t even say anything that funny.”
“S-Sorry!” Gon gasped. He wiped the edge of his eyes with a gloved hand and tried to slow his breathing.
Killua absolutely hated his toothpaste. He hated it with a passion that was borderline ridiculous. He claimed it was ‘too spicy’. Gon didn’t really understand how toothpaste could be spicy but Killua’s revolted reaction to it was something that never failed to make him laugh. So the fact that Killua was now complaining about it to Ladybug…
It was just really, really funny.
“Ladybug, seriously. You’re starting to freak me out here.”
“‘M fine!” Gon wheezed. “You- you just reminded me of my friend, he hates cinnamon toothpaste too!”
Killua raised an eyebrow. “Really? I’ll have to tell Gon that; he always makes fun of me for it, the idiot!”
Gon bit his bottom lip to keep himself from bursting into another fit of giggles. He could laugh later when Killua told him that. Again.
But there was still something that was bothering him.
“Um, Killua? I have a question,” Gon said.
Killua cupped his chin in his hand, turning to look sideways at Ladybug. There was a warmth in his gaze that hadn’t been there before. “What is it?”
Gon’s brain momentarily stuttered to a halt.
“Um, you. You and...and…um....”
Killua frowned. “Ladybug? Uh, you okay?”
Oh, right, he realized distantly. He’d wanted to ask Killua something. Heat rushed to Gon’s face and it took him a few seconds to realize he was blushing.
He was blushing...because of Killua? Had that ever happened to him before? He didn’t think so, but why now?
Killua was still waiting for him to respond.
“Ah, I m-meant to ask you,” he stammered as Killua watched him with blatant concern. “If you l-love your friend, why didn’t you call him? He could’ve helped you feel better, maybe?”
An unrecognizable emotion flitted across Killua’s face. But it disappeared so fast, Gon wasn’t sure if he’d seen it at all, or if it was just a trick of the light.
“Gon is...Gon’s got a lot on his plate right now. There’s a big test that’s coming up and if I call him this late, he won’t sleep at all. He would spend the whole night worrying about me instead. And then he’ll end up falling asleep on me during lunch tomorrow, or even in class.”
Killua sighed heavily and ran a hand through his starlight bangs. “Gon needs to rest. Me calling him tonight, when I could just as easily talk to him about this tomorrow, is pointless. Gon’s well-being is more important than my worrying.”
There was a pang deep in Gon’s gut. “I don’t think he’d see it that way, Killua.”
“Probably not. But it’s not up to him. It’s my choice and I guess, in a way...”
“You guess, what?”
Killua chewed on his bottom lip. “I guess I just wanted to be alone. Gon’s my best friend and we do everything together, but sometimes I just need time by myself. You know?”
Gon knew. He knew that when Killua had yanked his hand out of Gon’s years ago after some random kid had called them bad names for the simple show of affection. He knew it when Killua had told Gon they were too old to take baths together. And he knew it tonight, after learning that there were times when Killua suffered alone and didn’t tell Gon about it until he could put on a brave smile and act like it didn’t affect him at all.
Because Gon knew Killua wouldn’t tell him about the conversation with his parents tomorrow, even though he said he would. Killua didn’t want to make Gon worry, so he wouldn’t tell him no matter what. And if Killua wasn’t telling Gon this now, there were probably at least a dozen other things Killua had never told Gon.
Gon’s heart ached for his best friend. The pain was so bad it felt like a part of his soul was bleeding. He wanted to rip the spotted mask off his face and crush Killua to his chest, hold him tight until Killua couldn’t be sad anymore.
But he couldn’t.
Gon took a deep shuddering breath. He was Ladybug, Yorknew’s hero. He saved people. And tonight he would just have to ignore his own selfish desires and put Killua first. It’s what Killua wanted. It’s what a hero would do.
“If you want to be alone,” Gon said, voice quivering only the tiniest bit. “I’ll just go-”
“No!”
Killua’s hand grabbed Gon’s wrist and held Gon in place before he could even stand.
“I-I mean,” Killua stammered as Gon’s eyes widened. “You-you don’t have to go. If you don’t want to.”
...what?
“But, you just said you wanted-”
“I know what I said!” Killua snapped. “But you’re not...I don’t…” Killua huffed out a sigh, cheeks blazing red once more. “I don’t mind talking about it with you, okay? You’re, uh, actually a lot cooler than I originally thought, Ladybug.”
Happiness burst to life inside Gon’s chest. Some of that joy must have showed in his face because Killua’s eyes narrowed and a second later a cool hand was shoved in Gon’s face.
“AHH!” he yelped and flailed dangerously. “K-Killua, why-”
“Don’t go getting any ideas just because I said you don’t suck!”
“Coming from you though, that’s practically a love confession!” Gon teased, pushing Killua’s hand out of the way.
Killua groaned loudly. “Just. Shut up. Please. Before I take back everything I said.”
“No way, no take backs!” Gon said and poked Killua’s side. Killua swatted his hand away easily, a grudging smile starting to form on his lips.
“You’re a piece of work, you know that?” he said.
“Heh, yeah. But I don’t suck, apparently.”
“No,” Killua said with a snort. “You don’t. Apparently.”
They grinned stupidly at each other and Gon’s toes curled in his boots. It was amazing how even like this, with him as Ladybug and Killua as Killua, that they could still make each other laugh. Killua could still make him feel like he was on top of the world even though they were just sitting on his family’s mansion’s rooftop.
And it was only Killua who could do that. No one else. Killua was special like that.
“Hey,” he asked. “Killua, does this mean we can be friends?”
Shock filtered into Killua’s sky-blue eyes. “Friends? You want- you want to be my friend?”
“Mhm! Of course!”
Killua glanced upwards, letting out a shaking breath. His eyes were glossy against the starry sky and something in Gon’s chest twisted.
It was so sad how Killua didn’t think he deserved friends, or that people wouldn’t want to be his friend because of his family’s reputation. Killua was not his family. He was better. And he deserved everything good life had to offer him.
“Okay,” Killua said, voice small. “We can be friends.”
Gon’s heart swelled. He threw his arms around Killua before he could stop to think and Killua squawked.
“L-Ladybug?! Ladybug, ACK, I can’t- breathe, c’mon let go-”
Gon laughed in Killua’s ear. He did as he was told, but continued to beam at his best friend with pure, simple joy.
Killua made a face. “What’re you smiling about?”
“I’m just really happy, Killua! I’m glad we’re finally friends!”
The other teen stared at him. “You’re so weird,” Killua grumbled, turning back to face Yorknew’s glittering lights.
He didn’t say anything though when Gon’s fingers brushed across his, or when Gon turned his slender hand over and slid their palms together. He responded to Gon’s squeeze with a tiny squeeze of his own and Gon’s heartbeat raced. His smile was wide enough now to make his cheeks hurt. He felt so light he could fly, and it was all because of Killua.
It wasn’t until dawn the next morning- after he said goodbye to Killua, after they spent hours upon hours talking and laughing about everything and anything in between-
It wasn’t until then that Gon realized he hadn’t thought of Chat at all for the rest of the night.
