Possible TW : Death Feedism & Developing Health Issues. If you aren't into death feedism, just ignore this post and stay out of my DMs ty 🤝🏻
So, I have started to notice a rather new change on myself as I progress to gain more and more weight, in a rather short amount of time. Most of my fat goes right into my belly and makes it heavy and massive. But lately, my upper belly is starting to swell and stick out, and it hasn't gone back to normal since.
The more I get stuffed and fed, the more it becomes obvious and the skin on my belly is starting to stretch over it, making the swelling on my gut even more visible.
It still blends in because my belly is big enough to hide it, but it feels like a wobbly balloon under my hands and it turns me on?
My feeder has noticed it as well, and told me that it's my liver is getting fatty and big from my weight gain. He says it happens to pigs and geese as they fatten up too, and I'll continue swelling as I gain more.
Idk what to tell you guys, its not a super serious health issue and I don't suffer or anything but it turns me on to know its happening. Damn.

Saturated fats are primarily animal-based fats (with the exception of some plants). Unlike healthy unsaturated fats that are liquid at room temperature, saturated fats are solid at room temperature. Saturated fats are the inflammatory fats, while unsaturated fats are anti-inflammatory. Regularly consuming saturated fats may raise cholesterol and increase risk of heart disease. It can also contribute to high blood sugar and fatty liver disease. If you consume it, it is recommended you do not exceed 13 grams/day. Lean towards your anti-inflammatory and brain health fats, the unsaturated fats.

Effective Exercises to Reduce Double Chin
A double chin can be frustrating and make you feel self-conscious, but the good news is there are exercises for double chin that might help reduce its appearance. Whether your double chin is caused by weight gain, aging, or genetics, there are ways to tone the muscles in your neck and chin area. In this blog, we'll talk about some easy exercises to help, and answer the question: How long does it take to lose double chin?
What Causes a Double Chin?
Before we jump into exercises, let's understand what causes a double chin. A double chin happens when extra fat builds up under your chin. It can be caused by:
Weight Gain: Extra fat can collect around your neck and chin.
Genetics: Some people are naturally more likely to get a double chin.
Aging: As we get older, skin loses elasticity, and fat may settle under the chin.
Posture: Poor posture can cause fat to build up around the neck.
Can You Get Rid of a Double Chin with Exercises?
Yes! There are a few exercises for double chin that can help tone and tighten the muscles around your chin and neck. These exercises focus on strengthening the muscles in the jawline and neck area, which can help reduce the appearance of a double chin.
1. Chin Lifts
How to Do It: Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling. Now, pucker your lips as if you're "kissing the ceiling." Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10-15 times.
Why It Helps: This exercise works the muscles in your neck and jaw, helping to tone the area under your chin.
2. Jaw Juts
How to Do It: Sit or stand with your back straight. Tilt your head back slightly, and push your lower jaw forward. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds and repeat 10 times.
Why It Helps: This exercise targets the muscles in your neck and jawline, helping to tone and tighten the area.
3. Neck Rolls
How to Do It: Sit up straight and slowly roll your neck in a circular motion. Do 10-15 circles in each direction.
Why It Helps: Neck rolls stretch and strengthen the muscles around your chin and neck, which helps tighten the area.
4. Tongue Press
How to Do It: Sit up straight and press your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Hold for 5 seconds, then repeat 10-15 times.
Why It Helps: This exercise strengthens the muscles in your chin, neck, and jaw.
5. Chewing Gum for Double Chin
Why It Helps: Chewing gum for double chin may not be a quick fix, but it can help tone the muscles in your jaw and neck. By chewing gum regularly, you engage these muscles, which could improve muscle tone and help reduce fat in the area over time.
How Long Does It Take to Lose Double Chin?
A common question is: How long does it take to lose double chin with exercises? The answer depends on a few factors:
Consistency: Just like any exercise routine, you need to do these exercises regularly for the best results. Aim to do them 4-5 times a week.
Diet and Weight Loss: If extra fat is causing your double chin, losing weight through a healthy diet and exercise can help reduce it.
Age and Genetics: If you're older or have a genetic predisposition to a double chin, it may take a little longer to see results.
Most people start noticing a difference in 2-4 weeks with regular exercises and a healthy lifestyle. However, it may take longer for permanent changes, especially if you're also trying to lose weight.
Tips for Reducing Double Chin:
Eat a Healthy Diet: Focus on eating fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats to help reduce overall fat, including under your chin.
Drink Water: Staying hydrated helps keep your skin firm and tight, which can reduce sagging.
Improve Posture: Standing and sitting with good posture can help prevent fat from building up around the chin.
Facial Massage: Gently massaging your chin and neck area can help improve circulation and tighten the skin.
Conclusion
Yes, there are exercises for double chin that can help tone the muscles around your jawline and neck. From chin lifts to jaw juts, these simple exercises can help reduce the appearance of a double chin. While chewing gum for double chin can also help tone muscles, it works best when combined with other exercises and a healthy lifestyle.
As for how long does it take to lose double chin, it can vary, but with consistency, you may start seeing results in just a few weeks. Keep up with the exercises, maintain a healthy diet, and practice good posture, and you’ll be on your way to a more defined jawline!

Fatty liver disease occurs when excess fat builds up in liver cells, making it harder for the liver to function. Grade 2 fatty liver means that there’s moderate fat accumulation, typically between 30% and 60% of your liver cells, which can lead to inflammation or scarring if not treated.
