FANTASTIC NEGRITO, en marzo en Barcelona y Madrid con nuevo disco......... El bluesman estadounidense Fantastic Negrito actuará en Barcelona el 25 de marzo del año que viene (Upload) y en Madrid lo hará dos días más tarde, el 27 (Independance Club). Ambos conciertos están incluidos en el ciclo SON Estrella Galicia y ponen sus entradas a la venta este próximo lunes, 17 de agosto. Las primeras cincuenta de cada ciudad solo costarán 20 euros. Una vez agotada esa cantidad de tickets, el precio de la anticipada será de 22 euros. Precisamente, Fantastic Negrito publica hoy su cuarto disco, “Have You Lost Your Mind Yet?”. Recordemos que con los dos anteriores álbumes, “The Last Days Of Oakland” (2016) y “Please Don´t Be Dead” (2018), obtuvo sendos premios Grammy en la categoría de Mejor Álbum de Blues Contemporáneo del Año.  Durante los últimos meses han salido tres singles de adelanto de su flamante LP, se trata de las canciones “Chocolate Samurai”, “How Long?” y “Searching For Captain Save A Hoe”.  En relación a su nuevo trabajo, Fantastic Negrito ha declarado lo siguiente: “En mis anteriores discos escribí sobre temas más amplios, pero en este he querido hacerlo sobre gente que conocí, gente con la que crecí, gente a cuyas vidas puedo afectar personalmente y cuyas vidas me han impactado. Para mí, ha sido el álbum más difícil de escribir. ¿Qué quiero comunicar a estas personas y al mundo? Si tuviera la oportunidad, les diría que el dolor que sienten, la oscuridad por la que atraviesan, es temporal, especialmente si se considera el período de una vida humana. Les diría también que no podemos luchar contra estos obstáculos solos. Nos necesitamos el uno al otro. Hablar con las personas. Les diría que estoy aquí para ellos y que no podemos escondernos del dolor. Tenemos que mirarlo bien. Ver realmente a los ojos de alguien es sentir su poder y su vulnerabilidad, sentir humanidad y sentir amor”.
