i love fandom and i love fanfiction and i love that i get to know even some of the lovely people who write these beautiful and wonderful stories <3

two things:

1) the minutes read is assuming i read each fic once, which i know for a fact is wrong. i've reread at least a few fics by each author more times than i can count.

2) this was really cool to look back on because as i look at my "normal" reading stats (aka, trad pub books) i keep telling myself "oh i haven't read much this year." when, in fact, it seems i've read LOADS this year. yeah i only did 20 novels this year when i usually do 40, but look how much fic i read! wonderful!

I love love loved this idea and I found a great skeleton for it so I thought I’d do it and tag some loves :) So here goes!

You watched 40 BLs this year. That’s about too many hours. (I dropped some too and the whole number is definitely not just 2023 BLs. I played catch up a lot this year.)

You primarily watched bls from Thailand.

You spent way too much time thInking about these characters: Sailom, Uea , and Kawi.

Your favorite show was Moonlight Chicken. You kept thinking about it all year.

Your overall bl mood was cosy

You read the most fanfiction about Kinnporsche. Like way too much. (Listen, I’m weak for some good VegasPete.)

another of your favorites from this year was Be My Favourite. It captivated your gay little heart.

the soundtracks you listened to the most were The Jungle and My School President they made you feel really normal.

Your favorite acting pair was JimmySea. There was just something so mesmerizing about them. (I watched ViceVersa this year and loved them and now I’ve been doubly spoilt with Last Twilight. They’re great.)

Hello Hello here's my blorbo / Fandom Wrapped of the year

1. Fandom you read the most fics for: Star wars actually. I fell down the rabbit hole earlier this year and never looked back

2. Most Wholesome Ship you've liked: it's got to be ObiAniDala. I just love them so much

3. Most Cursed Ship You've liked: Anakin/Darth Vader Selfcest and surprisingly Darth Vader/Luke

honorable mention to that one Anakin/jabba fic which made me realise i love Courtesan Anakin

4. Top 5 Ships: ObiAniDala -> Obikin -> Anidala -> Steter -> Starker

5. New Ships/Rare Pairs You liked: dude im not even gonna lie but im in love with Breha/Bail/Anakin rare pair as well as Anakin/Mace. and i've also gotten quite fond of WinterSpider.

Fandom you read the most fic for: Star Wars, by far. It scratches all of the itches I have about wanting more mature-themed content, because sometimes the topics in canon SW content just doesn't go as deep into the exploration of issues as I'd like. It's been so much fun.

Most wholesome ship you’ve liked: I don't think there is a wholesome ship I've liked. All my ships are tragic, doomed, and a bit sad. Probably the most wholesome variant of my ship is @highromances's Meemaw and Peepaw in Tatooine variant of Obitine, and I love it. I love it so much.

Most cursed ship you’ve liked: It's probably Obitine. Probably.

Cursed for a lot of other reasons: Steggy (although they got the happy ending at the end of "Endgame").

Top 5 ships: Obitine, Steggy, John x Aeryn (Farscape), Han x Leia (SW), Tony x Pepper (MCU).

New ships/rare pairs you liked: These are "new" to me, not necessarily "new" as in "recently created." I have really enjoyed the Padme/Sabe content I've read recently. I like Obi-Wan/Quinlan stuff, too. There's some Obikin content I've read that is great, too, and the art is fantastic. Ah! Luke/Mara Jade, too.

I saw people talking about like "what ships would be in your fandom wrapped, if such a thing existed" so then I made a spreadsheet of all the stuff I've drawn this year to see if my perceptions matched up with what I actually drew the most!

The ships I drew the most were:

Estimeric (26 times)

Zenoswol (11 times)

Fordolyse (6 times)

Hythades (6 times)

The characters I drew alone most often were:

Zenos (26 times)

Leigh (my wol! 16 times)

Lyse (14 times)

Estinien (13 times)

Non-FFXIV fandoms I drew the most were:

BG3 (17 works)

Fallout (10 works)

Omori (6 works)

Out of these three, fallout means the most to me (please talk to me about fallout)

Other random things:

I've done 42 comms so far this year, not including those currently in progress!

76 of these works were nsfw (thank you kinktober lol)

I've drawn 47 genderbent characters this year (never enough, charging up the woman beam NOW)

…yeah it’s Star Wars (no one is surprised)

Just looking at my bookmarks, I made 48 new ones this year, plus I know I reread at least 6 of my older bookmarks which leads us to the conservative estimate of 54 fanfics (but was probably more if you account for the stuff I didn’t bookmark) Yes I went insane again ❤️ …still not as bad as summer 2022 but that’s just bc I ran the Anidala tag so dry it’s become very hard to find new stuff LOL

Ummm I’d say maybe Locklyle? That or Firstprince they’re both very cute hehe
