I just realized I don't have an intro post

Hello!

You can call me Falcon or Ren! I'm dragonkin, harpykin, werewolfkin, rendogkin, and blood elfkin (from Warcraft.) I'm also dinohearted and possibly indominus rex-hearted (if that's the term?)

I use mirror pronouns as well as scale/scaleself, feather/featherself, and fel/felself. Most of my neopronouns tend to relate to my kintypes or hearttypes.

I am a minor! I don't mind interacting or talking with people older than me but please keep that in mind.

My ask box is always open! I love talking about alterhumanity as well as alterhuman headcanons for anything I'm interested in! If we happen to share an interest I'd love to talk about it!

I mostly reblog otherkin and otherhearted posts here but there might be the occasional reblog of one of my hyperfixations and special interests, though I keep those mostly to my main (with the exception of something that involves one of my kintypes)

I may also occasionally post my alterhuman based drawings and writing, those will be tagged with "#Falcon's writing" and "#Falcon's drawings" with the tag for anything artsy I make being tagged "Falcon's art"

I have a blog that's for general writing, mostly stuff like fanfic (@shatteredblueflame) however I tend not to talk a whole lot about alterhuman stuff there besides the occasional mention in tags which I also tend to reblog from there to here with the same tags.

Do not involve me in discourse, I try to stay away from any discourse especially on this blog. If you send me a dm or an ask or whatever involving discourse I will ignore it and most likely block you.

This was a huge project that took a lot of time and energy, and there's still so much stuff i want to add and change and perfect. i don't think marvel should've done so many series. some of them could've been turned into movies with a better plot/script. but i feel like they went a little overboard with the series and the production/quality that people were used to didn't translate to the series, and that can make some sense bc they're series, but you're kind of expecting the show to give you something to look forward to, but that wasn't always the case.

for example, the falcon and the winter soldier could've been a movie with a better villain. i understand why it was a show to a certain point for things like sam and bucky understanding so many things about themselves and the whole john walker story. but i feel like if written correctly, it could've just been a movie. moon knight could've also been a movie, especially because it's a whole new character. secret invasion could've also been a movie. mind you, i have not watched the last two (started moon knight, never finished it) but from the concept of what happens, all i think of is “this could've been a movie”. she hulk lowkey could've been a movie. hawkeye lowkey could've been a movie as well, BUT it was still a pretty well done show. it's one of the ones i've enjoyed the most. i haven't seen echo, it didn't really make much noise either... *sigh*

now, shows like wandavision, loki, agatha all along, what if and ms. marvel were perfect shows. and ik agatha just started but with just 2 eps it's making sense as a show and it's a very clear continuation of wandavision and it just makes sense. it's sad that marvel is kinda in the dumps rn, hopefully with agatha and the new movies coming up, they can actually repair the damage they've caused.

1) most actors/vas don't know about kinning and most fictionkin would prefer it Stay That Way unless said actor/va happens to also be fictionkin. I don't think it would be that weird though considering it's a character and not the actor (this may also be a Me thing but some of my kins don't have voices that are just like them in the media here)

Kinning a character an actor plays or that a va voices for ≠ kinning the actor, factkin and fictionkin are two different things and as I'm not factkin I can't say anything about them (though just as fictionkinning is factkinning is involuntary)

Also if an actor/va Did care uh. They can deal with it lol it's not like this is voluntary or affects them at all

2) yes you can kin ocs whether they are or aren't your own, every character is someone's oc. The brain/soul/whatever is the cause of your alterhumanity doesn't care who or what created a character or even if they're considered real or not in this world. If they aren't your oc it's just like any normal fictionkintype. If the oc creator cares about it they can suck it up it doesn't affect them lol.

3) for Mcyt's, same thing as with actors/vas. While their characters tend to share the same name as them, they are characters and that's what fictionkin kin. I'm c!rendog kin and I kin the character, I'm not some guy that plays Minecraft on a silly server with his friends I'm a werewolf who lived through a death game and watched my friends turn to enemies and kill each other. And then I played on a silly server with my friends but that's because I'm both third life and Hermitcraft kin.

If someone kins the flesh and blood human being behind the screen that's factkin which once again I have no opinions on.

3.5) it's possible the person talking about kinning the clangen cat meant it in the "I relate to them way" but it could also be the fictkin way. Not really an answer just smth I thought I'd mention because people Do use kin in that way even if it's not the correct way to use it.

4) you just gotta deal with it. I think most people who kin bad characters tend to distance themselves from that kin, while it may never go away you can definitely not indulge in it. I imagine it's the same way for factkin who kin someone who's a horrible person, honestly rip to any factkin who do sorry for y'all

Kinning is involuntary so whether or not you want to or don't want to kin a character you might anyway and there's nothing you can do about it except maybe hope you'll stop kinning them if you've lost kins before

i sorta dislike fictionkin since i have weird feelings about it and a couple questions so ill put them here since i wanna get more info and maybe make friends with em in the future

heres the main/big one how do the actors/voice actors feel about it since your basically kinning with them/their voice?

this one has kinda a story to it i follow some clangen art blogs and since more popular ones have already started and u commonly have to scroll through them to get up to date. anyways theres art + lore n stuff not in clangen thats added for plot or designs. with those in my mind its practically an oc at that point. somebody asked if anybody else kinned with them or smthin idk i forgot but the main thing is: can people really do that? can you kin ocs even if they arent yours? what happens when they arent your oc?

the whole mcyt kin thing also goes along with both of those questions since those were basically real people acting as their oc-

what happens if you kin with a super horrible person? (ex: homophobic,racist,etc)
