FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time launches May 21 for PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, Switch, and PC - Gematsu

Social slow-life RPG FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam on May 21, publisher LEVEL-5 and developer LEVEL5 comcept announced. The PlayStation, Xbox, and PC versions are newly announced. It will support English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, Italian, German, and Spanish language options.

In the west, the game will be a digital-only release available in the following editions:

I like to headcanon that part of the reason Port Puerto is named that is because the pirates were generally more fluent in one language and the aristocrats the other. Maybe it was a running joke at some point to use both words, and then it kinda stuck.

I think that in their world it would be more akin to a very distinct dialect, or maybe just a lingua franca with a large percentage of the same language the aristocrats use. Like to the aristocrats it's *mostly* their language but theres pronunciation differences and a lot of borrowed words/phrases. Maybe when the pescados came into power they had it recognized officially.

FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time delayed to unannounced date - Gematsu

Publisher LEVEL-5 and developer LEVEL5 comcept have delayed slow-life RPG FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time from its previously planned release date of October 10 to an unannounced date. It will be available for Switch, with “other platforms undecided.”

More information on the game’s release timing and so on will be announced during the online event LEVEL-5 Vision 2024: To the World’s Children, which will be held sometime this summer.

OK NOW THAT IM THINKING ABOUT THIS MORE WITH THE OPEN WORLD ANNOUNCEMENT

Please please PLEASE let this have a good open world map if it's gonna be open world

Cause there's a major difference between the open world of BOTW versus like, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

BOTW has points of interest that make you want to explore and has actually interesting terrain to traverse right

Versus Pokemon ScarVi you catch the pokemon along the entire route in the first 20 steps and then there's nothing until the next city except idk an item or two

I feel like this is a moot point when the map is a LITERAL SICK DRAGON and looks just as good as the OG's map art but I'd rather say it than not? Please don't let the grassy plains and everything else be something you want to skip through

Wanted to finally make a ref of the fantasy life i character that's been living rent free in my brain since the game was announced. I knew as soon as farmer was revealed as a new life that I HAD to make a little farmer! I ended up drawing inspiration from Laura without even meaning to since she was my favorite character in the first gameXD Carlotta (and her whole family) are based on veggies, and even though she wants to move on to bigger things, the farm life never leaves her. Does anyone else have a character idea in the works before the game releases? Or are you waiting to see what character creation has in store?
