i like drawing him weird
in animal behavior we called this state of increased engagement with an environment "arousal" but I uhh. am not going to use that in this case.

im not subscribing completely to the spinal cord theory but i think that an area that is both symbolically and physically the joinery between mind and body, and only really touched in uhhh... certain activities.... might be a bit of a sensitive spot

Headcanon: The crew of the Tulpar don't get found until years and years later by then the parent company have already written the ship off as lost cargo and have been long forgotten. Only mention in a Shrink report locked away in some cabinet God know where. They find the ship with what's left of the cargo. Noticed that the crew used Dragonbreath as a cocktail mix and take the now aged mouthwash and market it as Dragonbreath: Reposado

WALL-E with Some Friends Being Small Sized for the Day.
This is to pay nod to respective real canon, and how some make their fan-art in terms of character size. 😉
In the Toon-iverse head-canon lore, this is what happens sometimes on what they do with their lives, and let viewers and fans decide on what size and execution they like best with the characters, either official or fan-made custom.

Here I present one of my Ocs: Dansel Onnay
She is the daughter of Kenisis the overlord of Amber (Kenisis's character belongs to happymonkeyshoes on deviantart)
She is Orko's main rival at the magic academy and in Trolla.
Both powerful and popular magicians in Trolla.
However she was always the shadow of Orko the Great; she maintained the determination of her when she was younger and until the present day to be able to catch up with Orko in his abilities.
(Orko almost always won spell battles against her)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In my fancanon the magic academy of Trolla is ruled by Montork and the overlords of Trolla
Each one with his class: I base myself on the happymonkeyshoes fancanon; https://www.deviantart.com/happymonkeyshoes/art/Overlords-of-Trolla-FINAL-169227175

So why did you guys (Doverstar and Artistissues) make Stitch and Ani? Is it going to be a Disney Channel series or something else. Seriously you guys have got to tell me everything.
Doverstar
Hi there! Thank you for your interest in this silly thing! Oh, it is 100% NOT going to be a Disney Channel series. It's not going to be a Disney anything. It's fan-made! It's art, fancanons, ideas, and snippets of fanfic. It's not a blueprint for anything official, just for fun. We don't own Lilo and Stitch's franchise or any piece of it! This is a fan spinoff. More detail under the cut!
Stitch and Ani is something I made up when I was 13 (so, a long time ago). In 2008, Disney released a Japanese anime spinoff of Lilo and Stitch: the Series called Stitch!. We hated on it for a long time for obvious reasons. Then in 2011, the anime released Season 3's 23rd episode, Lilo and the Reunion Day.
Tumblr media
And I watched it and thought something like, "That's dumb, why did they do that, it could be better! I like the idea of Lilo having a daughter but the way they did it sucks." So I redid it with drawings and fanfics for myself because that's fun. I made up Zeke as Ani's father and the catalyst for Lilo and Stitch being separated, and I made up Kai as the mentioned-but-never-seen-in-the-anime child of David/Nani, and I redid Ani's physical appearance and gave her a personality outside of "Lilo 2.0". And then it grew from there and I decided to just remove any part of the anime from the Stitch and Ani 'canon' completely. As for Arti - I'll explain. ArtistIssues is my IRL sister (for those of you who weren't aware)! We're twins. She's by far the family expert on L&S, but we've both loved the franchise since we were little and watched the first film in theaters. Obsessed. It's been about 14 years since I first created Stitch and Ani, and for a good while it was just mine, and somewhere down the line Arti was basically like "have I told you my ideas about 621 and the cousins", and she had this whole excellent fancanon of her own that would easily tie in to my Stitch and Ani stuff. 621 was already vaguely the villain in my Stitch and Ani ideas, but I spent very little time on what he would do in the story because I like the humans best, whereas Arti's own separate story ideas were almost wholly focused on 621 and on Leroy and the rest of the Experiments. So we combined the ideas, essentially. Almost every part of what 621 is doing in this story with the cousins is Arti's handiwork, and basically everything else - the family drama, the human OCs, the way the story goes for Lilo and Stitch and Ani - that's all my handiwork. The basic story premise for Stitch and Ani is that it's a look at the future lives of the Pelekai family. Stitch and Lilo have been reunited after being apart for years (due to a misunderstanding in the past involving Ani's mysteriously-absent dad and Lilo and Stitch's behavior toward each other during her time in college), and now Lilo has a daughter and Nani has a son, and the family is trying to figure out how to go back to normal living on Kauai again with all this baggage from the past between them. Ani was a lonely kid living on Honolulu (with Lilo as a single parent) before the reunion with Stitch/Jumba/Pleakley, and Kai was an only child with David and Nani and an island full of aliens on Kauai before the reunion. Ani is excited to finally have a big family, and was raised on stories of Stitch and the other aliens so she's living the dream. Kai is not living the dream and does not like the alien half of his Ohana during the story - he's the series bully. Stitch and Lilo have some relational issues to work out and Ani ends up helping them with that during the story, while also learning where she fits in with the family. Meanwhile, the cousins on the island are disappearing from their One True Places, and 621 is behind that and the family has to figure out how that's happening and how to stop it so that everyone can be happy where they belong. The story is about redemption, selflessness, and unconditional love. The same things the original Lilo and Stitch was about 21 years ago! But the biggest theme in Stitch and Ani is actually forgiveness. (There's a separate story thread involving Zeke and what happened to him, but the story as a whole is not about Zeke and doesn't come into the main plot much. The explanation for what happened with Z is being kept secret for now, both from you guys and from Ani!) We're just doing this for fun together. Arti has much, much less time to contribute to the blog than I do because I work from home and she doesn't, and as we get older we have less time and energy to focus on fanart and fan projects, but we'll always love Lilo and Stitch, and I'll continue posting here as often as the mood takes me!

I'll say this. I really like this post. It means a lot for how some and I can feel.
We do make fan-made canons of our own, but it's very important that we will still acknowlage and respect the fact that our fan-canon is not canon to the real respective source material. We do make fanon so we have fun, but we don't impact real canon and still respect what was established in the real canons themselves.
Example: It's not just Toy Story, not just Inside Out, and not just Pixar (Those two and other of Pixar's movie library are a big example, as well as what I'll say here), but a lot of animated movies in general from various studios, like keeping the sentient beings secret from humans. (Like Toys, emotions, or even talking animals [Like in the human point of view where the animals sound and act like animals] like Madagascar and Over the Hedge, two DreamWorks films)
I myself have fanon (And based it on those classic Pixar bloopers, and animated movie character interviews from back in the day) and the way I treat many animated characters is NOT canon to the world of the animated movies themselves in any way.
I had to say this as an example for "We can make fan-canon as a way of having fun, but we can still acknowlage the respective real canon and what's been established in the movies themselves". We can choose for our own fan-canon, but not respective real source material canon.
"you can't pick and choose what you like from canon" common misconception! yes you can

Hello, of course I understand that fetishizing Lilo and Zecke is disgusting, but you have closed Zecke so much that nothing is known about him at all. Can you please tell something about him? And to be honest, I also noticed that all human characters are practically not involved in the plot of your fan fiction. Only Lilo is involved, which, according to Artie, sends experiments to monitor 621 (for example, 602 and 611). And the rest of the characters do not manifest themselves from the word at all. Don't you think they should be more involved in the plot? Especially Ani, Ani, after whom your frashiza is named, and in which she does not participate at all. Doesn't that seem strange to you? I'm not trying to insult or humiliate your franchise right now, I just don't understand why human characters don't show up in the plot, especially Ani. About all of them, you only came up with the relationship between Mason and Ani, which also does not affect the plot. Then it turns out Artie has completely taken the narrative away from you. So why are your characters inactive in the plot?
Doverstar
If you are the same person who has been messaging me on deviantART and criticizing Stitch and Ani for the past while, hello again! Please read carefully, and thank you for your interest. If you are not that same person, hi anyway, and please read carefully anyway! :) Please also note that my response below is not intended to be rude and I am not angry - I just want to be very clear.
The entire plot is written out and stored on my laptop. Many scenes and key storylines have been drawn and/or written by me over the last 15 years, and those pieces are also privately stored on my laptop. Ani is the main protagonist of this fancanon, with Stitch as the deuteragonist. 621 is the antagonist. It's the family's story, seen through Ani's perspective. Just because I have not posted every last detail of the plot here or on deviantART does not mean it has not been worked on or developed - it just means you haven't seen it all yet.
This blog is for fun. This fancanon is for fun. I draw what I want to draw and write what I want to write when I feel like it for this thing, because it's not an official project, it's just for fun. And whether or not I post it, the story has a beginning, middle, and end, and while it might be more satisfying for you to have every portion of it posted in chronological order, I'm under no obligation to do so. And, if I choose not to do so, it does not mean that just what I've posted is all there is.
Zeke Lau's involvement in the story and in Lilo's past and why he is not there during the events of the main storyline have not been divulged because they're important, and because that's how I've decided to release information. It's shrouded in mystery because that's how I want to do it. He's my OC - every detail of who he is has been meticulously planned out and I am, again, under no obligation to share every piece of information on my OC with anyone. If I decide to post his entire story from beginning to end, you'll see it. If I decide not to, you won't.
I don't post much about Zeke in art form anymore because for literally 15+ years, every single time I draw Lilo or her friends or Zeke (in college or as full adults), I get messages and reblogs and Favorites and interaction and harassment from people who are using my art and my OC, Zeke, who came straight out of my imagination, as pornography. I hate that. I did not ask for that. I have drawn Zeke and Lilo almost every week for the last decade, but I don't post that art because of the fetishizing. I can't control other people's actions, but I can control my own. I have every right to stop posting Zeke art or Lilo art or any art. If I want to close it off, I can, and I will!
Kai, Mason, and Ani are all very involved in the plot. All of them. They're my OCs, and they have big parts to play, and like I said, just because I don't post every single part of the story here every day doesn't mean they've been left out. Furthermore, what you don't seem to understand is that a large part of the plot is about the family, not about 621 and his schemes. Stitch and Ani is a story about forgiveness and unconditional love. It was that way before it was a 621 revenge story. 621 was always part of the story as the antagonist, but the fancanon is about the Ohana and their development as a family and what that means.
I can post about Mason/Ani whenever I want, however I want. They belong to me. This is my blog. If I want to only post MasAni art, I get to do that, and that's fine. I am under no obligation to do anything differently. I'm not getting paid for this. It's for fun. Out of my own personal love for the source material.
@artist-issues hasn't taken anything from me. She's doing this for fun too. Her fan experiments, her redesign of 621 and her involvement with this fancanon are all for fun, and to her credit, she's less active in this story than I am (she has a lot more to do in daily, real life than I do, and I'm very proud of her for that). If you're saying you consider 621 and the experiments in the story as more of a plot than the family drama and the human characters because there is more content regarding the former, that's your right. You go ahead and think that. But 621's scheme is objectively only half of the actual story of Stitch and Ani, and if you would take the (probably massive amount of) time to actually begin at the beginning of this blog using the Archive, you would note that there is a whole other half of the story and really, I've put out a lot of information on these characters and on this plot when it comes to the human half of the characters. But you may not have read all of it, so from your perspective, you don't think there's been enough work done. Again, that's fine, that's your right. You don't have to read any of it. But it doesn't mean I didn't work on it!
This blog and this artwork and this silly little fan story are not for you. They're not for Disney. They're for me, and they're for Arti, and they belong to us. And we can do this however we want. We choose to do it to the best of our ability when we have time, but it's not a priority because it's just for fun, and it's fan work. It's not an original passion project for which we're getting paid or graded. It's a love letter to the franchise we grew up with.
If you don't like Stitch and Ani the way it is, that is 100% fine with me. You don't have to like it, and it doesn't bother me if you don't like it! That's the beauty of a fan project - the only person expected to like it is the person making it. If you don't like it, you can always go off and make something you do like - but do not use my ideas, my OCs, or my general plotlines as a springboard. You do not have my permission.
If you want information on a specific character or story beat, please send an Ask! I'm delighted to answer any questions or provide more background on any part of the fancanon you are interested in. That's what a lot of this blog is for. If I choose not to divulge certain information, that's my right.
Thank you again for being so interested in Stitch and Ani, and thank you for your detailed Ask. I can tell you've thought a lot about all of this!

Nah, my thinking is that Bruce joins in on the anti-Bruce bashing precisely because dealing with the Joker and the Riddler gave him a very acute sense of self-derision. He doesn't display it in front of his rogues' gallery, but if he gets to be self-aware while the rest of the League doesn't catch on to it, he sees it as an amusing perk. In fact, I'm certain he goes to great lengths to make sure that Batman comes across as anti-corpocratic and as a well-heeled elite-basher.
Post-reveal, when questioned about his ability to excoriate WayneTech and Wayne Entreprises while being Bruce Wayne, he honestly states that he isn't so much as the CEO - that's Lucius Fox's job. If his Board of Directors steer the company in ways he doesn't approve of morally or ethically, he feels he has the right to address it.
Of course, this is paired with Bruce Wayne taking pains to come across as Elon Musk on steroids, as there's no surer bulwark or shield for his friends and family to lean on than public contempt...
We don’t appreciate the fact that Bruce Wayne is a Kardasian level celebrity enough. Everyone knows him. I want more one shots and crack fic moments where the League (Pre identity reveals) just openly talk about Bruce Wayne in front of Batman.
Just imagine them playing fuck, marry, kill with famous actors and such and throwing Bruce into the mix. And Batman just sits there, silently suffering as he listens to the reasons why Flash and Lantern would marry, fuck, or kill him. He prays they choose kill. They don’t.

I love the idea that the Homestuck Multiverse has a built in autotranslate that's just really super-lazy, making it simultaneously both Really Good and Really Shitty? Like:
ala This Comic you say a human name to a troll and its completely incomprehensible to them, because names refer to particular individuals and their meanings(or lack of) are very culturally and historically contingent and your language is utterly alien to them, but if you say "Troll![Name]", you've provided the translator with a Context, so it just searches for some person in Their culture who is contextually similar to YOUR person, and gives them that name instead XD
