“Give me a moment, I have something” rustling of paper can be heard from someone rummaging in a satchel “Ah there it is” a quiet tap on the small piece of parchment on a stick ignites the flammable end of a torch

“GAH”— she Hisses at being hit with light so suddenly “PHILIP YA BASTARD”—! covers her eyes, her ears folded back

“I apologise Evanore, I must’ve forgotten about your night vision,” replied the cerulean blue eyed Human, calmly smiling at his Vampire witch companion’s temporary blindness

she shoots him a stern side-eyed glare “You could’ve asked me to light up the cave you know.” she huffs, walking in behind him as his torch light up the cave system “………remind me, why are we here again?” she Tilts her head at him

the human lets out a short chuckle “I’m here to look for a certain creature who’s skin can be blended into a potion of invisibility” he smiles “and you just followed me in” the human gives a short shrug in her general direction

“Well, I’m Bored.” she groans, following close behind him further into the cave system “And Besides, How do you know if this thing you’re looking for is real, or if there’s multiple of them, or that you’ll die?” The Vampire witch raises an Eyebrow at him, skeptical about this little adventure of theirs.

“Well, we’ll find out when we find it” he calmly shrugs it off. Though the idea of there being more than one creature capable of snapping all his limbs in an instant or eating him alive did sound rather disturbing.

“Eh, you’re lucky I’m here to protect you little human, you wouldn’t stand a chance against a dangerous creature! especially not with that little paper fire spell of yours.” she cackles as they continue walking deeper into the cave

the human scoffs “I can assure you that I can protect myself just fine”— a sound of something gliding or slithering on a cave wall causes both of them freeze in their place

The human instinctively grabs onto his dagger hanging from his belt, his senses on high alert, eyes darting around the cave, slowly waving his torch through the darkness. While the Vampire Witch remains frozen in a fight of flight response as more slithering and gliding can be heard deeper within the cave systems

Just found out that the blog that was Roleplaying with me earlier doesn’t exist anymore :(

I was waiting for their response for a while and was looking through my tumblr notifications and messages and noticed that they don’t exist now :,(

I really liked that Roleplay and it was only the start too, I wish I could continue it,

Gravesfield was lit up in a rare mood, people were at a harvest festival. The crisp fall breeze bringing about leaves everywhere and the night was just right. Just a little chilly not by much, and it was a very clear night you could see the stars out easily. Tho by puritan tradition excessive drinking or doing too many reckless or "sinful" deeds were considered very bad they were granted special days like this to at least moderately let loose , dance, sing, drink, play music, party time, but Philip was never into any of that and just rather stay outside of where the band was playing, people were dancing and singing, and having a fun time, he instead was reading a book on something, and doing a bit of writing, Caleb kept trying to invite him into the party but sadly Pip kept refusing, Caleb decided Philip is better like this and went back to the party, Philip being alone on a log outside the festivities, when suddenly he noticed a woman was also out here for some reason, in the night air with only the moon and stars out, he tried to ignore her presence for now tho, his book and writing practice was important to him , it would help in his future endeavors and to help him make money he thought. And that's important to him right now

She was sitting on the soft grass and had a small oil lamp next to her, softly eliminating the ground before her. He could not see her face, her short curly dark chestnut brown hair covering her face from her cloak hood. She was was quietly sorting autumn leaves and flowers into a large heavy book, colour coding each leaf on each page. Her hands were pale, almost sickly, he caught a glimpse of her right forearm, a large healed scar on her forearm. The nails on her right thumb, index and middle finger were short and broken, presumably from always painting and writing. Her dress was a soft cherry red, an uncommon colour of clothing In Gravesfield unless someone was of higher status. She was softly swaying side to side to the rhythm of the music in the distance. She’s not paying any attention to her surroundings, but her loner behaviour was a rather suspicious for a woman In Gravesfield.
