Geneuary prompt Mermaid / Magical

People I can not tell you how happy I am with how this one turned out >w<

I'll be honest... I forget today was prompt day XD I didn't find out until I saw @golden--doodler post (beutiful drawing by the way)

And talking about golden doodler thanks her for this one cause I was actually not gonna post anything for mermaid XD for real I decided to let 2 prompt out for different reasons and this was one of them.

I didn't know what I wanted to draw on this one, magical was too general for my brain and mermaid was the one that caught my attention the most. But didn't know what I wanted to do with it.

But then golden made me think in the Little Mermaid, and Gene and Rudy been Little Mermaid fans, and they bonding over the Little Mermaid, and this practically drew by itself... and I had to add a jelous Louise, cause I have to.

Gene is always stealing his mans, first Bob and now Rudy XD (Spaghetti Western and Meatballs reference) (of of my fav episodes)

So yeah.

Did I color it this way cause I had short time? Actually no, which made me very proud.

I really envisioned like this, since I made that Jimmy Jr x Zeke piece (you youngsters say Jimmy Jr/Zeke) I wanted to do something similar... if you dont know about what drawing am I talking about thats alright is a little old 😅

Spencer Reid (Criminal Minds)- I have seen Criminal Minds fans say that he'd be a swiftie or whatever. NO! he'd like Weezer and the Pixies. He yearns like that bro. Even though Mgg is a hottie, Reid would just be that down bad!

Malcolm Wilkerson(Malcolm in the middle)- he is the teenage boyloser (even though he is a genius). His poor social skills just contribute to this idea. ESPECIALLY in the later seasons.

Luke Skywalker(Star Wars)- A farm boy with dreams? he reminds me of every single Virgincore music fan on TikTok. if they existed in the star wars universe, he would definitely be bumping that shit.

Brain Johnson- This is the brain from the breakfast club. He is a sensitive people pleaser with immense issues. I think this applies to the Weezer fan base. Again, if they existed in that time period he would definitely listen to that, but I also have strong Smiths vibes from him.

Louis Tully (ghostbusters)- this man is a man of persuasion. In the first movie, he was a mega simp (by this I mean that he literally almost died trying to turn Dana's TV off) and then I the second movie he was submissive towards Janine. This applies to the Weezer list and the characteristics of a Weezer fan.

Cameron Frye (Ferris Bueller)- "he's gonna marry the first girl he lays, and she is gonna treat him like shit". Sounds like something Rivers Cuomo would write about in the 90s.

Tina Belcher (Bob's Burgers)- A hopeless romantic, who fantasizes about boys, horses, and many things. she is literally the female equivalent of Rivers Cuomo in a sick way(minus the horses by the way).

Fogel or McLovin (Superbad)- He reminds me of every single nerdy kid who discovers cool music like Alex G or something like that. He is every TikTok goth's wet dream- and something about that gives him that Weezer essence.

EVERY. SINGLE. MICHAEL. CERA. CHARACTER. EVER- let's face it, even in real life he claims to be a Weezer fan. He is often portrayed to be awkward and introverted with an often very sweet personality. He is the product of Weezer.

Mordecai (regular show)- Mordecai has a very nerdy kind of feel, he works at a park and if he were a human, he'd be the blueprint of male manipulators. So, definitely a Weezer fan.

Paul Tannek (loser)- This guy owns one of those hats, he falls in love with an alternative girl and he just is one, ok? It just makes sense.

Daria Morgendorffer (Daria)- She seems like a Sonic Youth fan because their music is dry and monotone, she probably likes cake as well and idk she seems like a riot grrrl. But I can definitely see Weezer being one of the bands she probably enjoys but I don't know. She'd also enjoy matt's band the rentals.

Hiccup (httyd)- He likes Weezer because he is an outsider from the rest of the dragon trainers and I feel like he'd relate to like 'the good life' because he doesn't have a leg no more. he'd just relate to River's Harvard experience.

Neil Lewis (Watching The Detectives)- He is a film bro, he falls in love with a manic pixie dream girl PLUS he is like the punching bag within his circle. If he likes EODM then he probably likes Weezer.

Eric Foreman (that 70s show)- He seems to be that shy kid that every friendship group has, he acts freaky with Donna so why not put him in this category. He is so virgincore (without being a virgin ofc).

Simon Seville (Alvin and the Chipmunks)- His signature color is blue- idk what else you'd expect (he is chipmunk Reid)

This part is basically irrelevant to the post, but it's the slightest bit relevant as to how i came up with the hc, so if you dont care, just skip

I'm gonna be so real, I hate bkdk, I don't ship them, I prefer them solely platonic, familial even. However, I do think of their relationship as something similar to Joey and Frankie from The Basement Yard podcast, bc the two of them grew up together, and Joey is a lot more aggressive than Frank, like bakugo, and Frankie is generally really positive and smart, but funny, like deku, and they just have a really good relationship that I see bakugo and deku in. They've known each other forever and easily make fun of each other but can also just as easily flirt and make jokes. That being said, I have a headcanon,,

So, Frankie is really good at impressions, especially pokemon and ngl,, even though I think deku is more like Frankie, I instantly thought of bakugo. The hc is that bakugo is good at impressions bc imagine how funny it would be if bakugo just started doing a fucking Eric Cartman impression???

I just KNOW that once bakugo is calmed down more, he'll start to be more open and make a reference to South Park and do a cartman impression and everybody's gonna be like "what the fuck"

ALSO ik that Deku is also watching adult cartoons bc there's no way he's not,, like when he was a kid, he'd see adult swim and turn it off bc it's for adults and he's a kid 💀💀 But then bakugo was like ??? Just fucking watch it??? And then deku got hooked,,, he was never super into family guy or south park like bakugo was, but he was reeeally into Bob's burgers and later on, smiling friends. He's def autistic and adhd, so he has a lot of vocal stims from Smiling Friends 😭😭 he'll just randomly go, "ou ou ou, ou ou ou" (gwimbly's iconic victory dance) and "hello, daddy pim! Hello, Daddy Pim! Hello, Daddy Pim!" Or "stop fighting!" And nobody knows what the hell he's on about 💀

There's a lot of moments where Joey and Frankie are in sync and say stuff at the same time, and I love that, like, imagine deku and bakugo just saying stuff at the same time and then going, "jinx" but bakugo would say some weird shit, bc it originally goes, jinx, you owe me a soda, but he'd say smth like, "jinx, now you have to kys 🤷‍♂️🫤" and whoever he's with is just terrified. I love the thought of deku being sassy and not paying attention to bakugos' antics bc that's so funny idec

Bonkers and full of imagination in a way that it feels you don't really get much of anymore. The practical effects here are what really make the movie a visual innovation, but the plot and performances are pretty fun too. Really feels like the most Monty Python work of the post-Monty Python era output. 8/10.

personally i think Louise belcher could beat eric cartman in a fight. ive seen both shows, i understand cartman is a horrible person and can do a lot of fucked up shit but i also know louise is powerful. shes a few years younger than him i think, and i know he wouldn't hold back just because shes a younger girl, but its in my gut that louise would win. i can just feel it, like realistically she would beat his ass and they could even become friends.
