Based on the story of Brian taking George to his house and his brother thinking George was a rent boy…

Brian, much to his own shame, occasionally buys male prostitutes on more lonely nights. One night on Liverpool’s more shady corners, he comes across George. Could be that George is working the corners himself, or maybe he’s being sold off by someone else (a club, a pimp, etc.). Brian takes him home for the night, either feeling bad for him all along and having no intentions of sleeping with him, or getting cold feet before anything happens. George ends up spending the night, but in the morning Brian’s newest project he’s just started managing, the Beatles, turn up for whatever reason (a meeting, contract details, whatever pleases you) and see George, drawing their own conclusions.

What happens next is up to the writer, but in my mind this somehow turns into a convoluted story where George is the missing fourth piece to make the Beatles a hit, although Brian certainly has to work on making George presentable, perhaps even more than the others. Probably very angsty, any ship or ships involving George for it.
