At twenty one years of age, Calleigh Sheridan had very little to complain about in her life. She loved university, studying creative writing and folklore, working as a barista in between writing essays. It was a lot, but she loved it. But, she could admit, she was more than a little burnt out. Which is why she didn’t fight too hard when her friends encouraged her to go away for reading week. Find a cute little town to visit or a cottage to rent, spend the week holed up with her books and assignments, stay on top of school but reset with a change of scenery. It was a good suggestion, really, and the only challenge it posed was deciding where to go. Until she came across a postcard for Storybrooke, Maine, left behind at a table in her cafe. She couldn’t explain what was drawing her in, but the next thing she knew she was in her car, driving to Maine. Just one week to escape her life, that was all that she needed.

I always had this idea floating around in my brain that is essentially a Sadie and Arthur role swap. Meaning, Arthur being the one the Van Der Linde gang picks up at the beginning of the game and has to wrestle with the loss of a loved one and find new meaning, and Sadie being the main protag who we watch find her redemption before her inevitable death

There was also a little side plot romance with Ellie Anne Swan and then also with Molly O'Shae and I regret I never fleshed any of this out more

Well if you insist. 😏

So her name before she became Maid Marian her name was Virginia Charming, Ginny for short. She is from a different Charming family than Darling and Dexter. And Robin Hood's name was Wren.

When she was growing up she was a lot like Darling. She was the middle child between 3 brothers and was known for rough housing.

Her roommate while she was attending Ever After High was Elegance Ann Beauty. Just like the Charmings there are a couple of Beauty Families, Elegance or Ellie was from one of these families.

They became very close and fell in love. This is because they are each other's true love but they never find out the truth. Ginny ends up becoming the next Maid Marian and Ellie married into the Charming family (Dexter's & Darling's mom). After Legacy Day, Ellie pushes Ginny away.

Ginny graduates and begins her story and becomes a ward of Prince John's castle. She runs away with Robin Hood and his band of Merry Men and is very happy with the rowdy group. Until she got pregnant. Then Wren gradually became distant. A couple of months after Sparrow was born he left looking for adventure.

The other Merry Men would try to help Ginny but she felt like she was too reliant on others so she left. She lived on her own, and moved around a lot.

When Sparrow was 4 she tried to patch things up with Wren. Only for him to leave with all her money and a note that said he would pay her back.

A couple months later she rescues a swan that is revealed to be a swan maiden named Lydia. She stays with Ginny and Sparrow for about a month. They fall in love and invite them to come back to Swan Lake.

This is how Sparrow and Duchess met. The Swan Maidens isolate themselves from the rest of the world and don't allow men amongst them. But since Sparrow was young they made an exception.

They stayed at Swan Lake for a year and half until Ginny and Lydia broke up. She ended up moving to the nearby village so that Sparrow didn't have to change schools.

When Sparrow was 8, Wren returned along with the money he promised. He stuck around for a little bit but bounced again. He came 5 months later asking for money to pay off some debts. This happens every couple a years.

When Sparrow was 12, Ginny was hired to work at Ever After High. She moved to Bookend and has lived there ever since.

Manuel Pate is a 19 year old boy, newest member of the Van der Linde gang and self proclaimed little brother of Sean Macguire.

History Manuel was born in Strawberry where he lived until he was 10. Then he and his parents moved near Valentine. While his mother worked as a waitress in the saloon, Manuel and his father helped out at the stables. Eight years later a group of men visited the saloon and caused trouble. The situation soon escalated and the group started shooting. Manuel and his father heard the noise and rushed to the saloon. As they arrived, they found Linda's lifeless body on the ground. The group fleed on horses but Manuel was able to see their faces.

Months later, Manuel's father met a woman named Ellie Anne Swan. She tried to help Benjamin to get over the loss of his wife. One day, when Manuel came back late from working at the stable, he saw Ellie running away from the house. As he arrived inside he found his father stabbed. He rushed to Valentine's sheriff and reported Swan. But instead of sending someone searching for her, he only put up wanted posters. Same happened back with the people that shot his mother.

In disbelief, Manuel returned home and buried his father. Then he took the weapons that once belonged his father and went on searching for Ellie Anne Swan and the group of men.

One night he found four people camping in the woods near Strawberry. He sneaked closer and noticed that they are the men from the Valentine saloon. With a surprise attack Manuel was able to shoot all four. When he saw some people arriving to investigate where the shooting noise came from, he ran away. During his escape he fell onto a snake and got bitten.

After leaving the surroundings of Strawberry, the snake's poison began to work. As Manuel was riding through the landscape, a young man noticed him when Manuel fell from his horse.

The stranger sucked out the poison and treated the wound. When Manuel asked for his name, the man introduced himself as Sean. He wanted to bring the boy back home. But Manuel told him that he doesn't have a home anymore. So the Irish decided to take him to the gang's camp for now. After Manuel got treated with medicine there and some storytelling, Dutch allowed him to stay with the gang.

But soon, after hearing that Arthur had captured Ellie Anne Swan, Manuel Sneaked out of the camp (with Arthur's Bolt Action Rifle) and managed to silently kill the woman that killed his father. When he returned to the camp, an angry Arthur, Sean and Dutch were waiting for him. After an lecture from Dutch he had to swear to never sneak out alone ever again.

Manuel and Sean became closer and after some weeks they referred to each other as brothers. Dutch even allowed Manuel to assist on some minor missions, like stealing a horse carriage.

After Sean's death, Manuel decided to leave the group since he didn't want to see another loved one die. Manuel left the country and went to England, where he became a farmer. Character Personality Manuel often tries to act like a grown up, but still shows a lot of his childish behaviour. He dreams of a free life with the gang and loves to listen to stories the other members tell during campfires. Since he is still young, Manuel can't quite tell when a situation is too dangerous for him or others. He started to call Arthur "old man" as revenge for being called "kid" by him. Manuel can also be very affectionate since he hasn't a family anymore. That's why he soon started to call Sean "big brother", since the man cared for him after first arriving at the camp. Sometimes he even addresses the other members as "uncle" and "aunt". Manuel has a typical American accent, but sometimes tries to imitate Sean's Irish accent.

Appearance Manuel has short blond hair, bushy eyebrows and light blue eyes. He wears a white shirt, blueish jeans, brown suspenders and leather boots. After Sean's death he wears his green bowler hat.

Trivia - Manuel is left handed - on his revolver's grip he carved five lines, indicating the five people responsible for his parent's deaths - he doesn't like fish - he has a terrible handwriting - smokes a pipe sometimes - the x-shaped scar on his throat is from a knife fight he had with a bully when he was 15
