A Current list of Eldritchicians those developed and under developed.
I will list the Currently thought up Eldritchicians. This might be repetitive but ah well. Will have their name, what Eldritch topics they’re familiar with, any particular interesting bits about them like if they’re part of a Splinter group or what have you. Hope you find this interesting, and if you have any questions be they important or otherwise...please ask away! Please? Alyss Violet Eldridge: First Eldritchician. The Arch Overseer, Founder and leader of the FoE. Adopted daughter of Alvis Vadim Eldritch. Raised by Alvis and the rest of his Fellows. Has learned a little of everything from the each Eldritch Fellow (even Alastor) Skilled in the Rapier, Carnwennanian Dagger, excellent persuader and diplomat (when necessary). Always has a book on her person. Has an Awoken Shadow. Is Dark skinned with unnaturally white hair. Wears three Rings. Her Overseer and Arch Overseer Rings on her left (An Iron Ring set with Amethyst and a Silver Ring set with Lapis Lazuli), and a Ring gifted to her by the Eldritch Fellows which is visibly made of Orichalcum with a brilliant blood red stone of some sort (a very philosophical sort). Immediate superior to all Eldritchicians. Will occasionally not wear her Overseer Rings and go about business as a simple Eldritchician, usually teaming up with Tomomi and Charles Williams. Overseer Secundus Sinbad Al-Amin. A Cartographer and Blacksmith from Damascus. Knows how to make Damascus Steel. Has learned from Alvis(Wisdom) Albus(Ghosts and Sea Creatures) , Algimantas (Items and Objects and Allan (Demons and things considered Demons and such). Vice Chancellor of the Academy for Eldritchicians. An avid Cartographer of Strange and unusual Locales. A friend to Alvis. Wears two rings. One is his Overseer Ring, the other is a Agate Ring which to my knowledge is a custom of Muslim men. If this is incorrect, please correct me. Overseer Morgan Maddox. A Scottish (or Welsh? I’m not sure yet) Warrior. Friend of Alyss. Heads the Saint Alyss Academy for Eldritchicians. Skilled in Spear, and Carnwennanian Dagger. The Overseer who ...oversees the paperwork for the occasional necessary extermination and such? Monster hunting and the like. Learned under the Legendary Scàthach before meeting Alyss and the Eldritch Fellows. As an Eldritchician Studied under Alvis, Algimantas, Albus, and Alaire. Her Spear is made by Albus from The bone of a Sea Monster, Silver, Cold Iron, Meteoric Iron, And Orichalcum. Has a Prosthetic Arm of Magic Silver made by Algimantas. Wears her Overseer Ring on her left hand. Overseer Runa. A Norse Elf who along with her sister Huld followed Alvis around for a month or two certain that he was Odin. When the two realized Alvis was in fact not Odin they stuck around all the same. Runa joined the founding Eldritchicians while Huld helps in managing the Archives alongside Sophocles. Runa is basically the Bard (or Skald I suppose) of the Overseers. Has studied under Alvis, Algimantas, Albus, Alaire (for storytelling). Wears her Overseer Ring on his left hand. Overseer Cosmin The Solomonar: as the Title suggests, Cosmin is a (former?) Solomonar. A Wizard (?) From Romanian Folklore (Mythology?). Controls the Weather and rides a Dragon. Runs the Grey School, modeled after his own Education as a Solomonar at the Scholomance. Already knew a whole lot but has studied with Alvis, Algimantas, Albus, Alaire, and studied with Algernon even. Wears his Overseer Ring Overseer Archimedes: A Mothman. Tall black winged thing . Best friend to Alaire. In charge of the Fellows In Grey, a Splinter group in the Fellowship that deals with Cryptids, Aliens, and so on. Does not wear his Overseer Ring nor any of his pins. He leaves all the stuff which denotes him as an Eldritchician with Alaire. Alaire being the only Eldritch Fellow to actually kinda sorta join the FoE. Sophocles of Alexandria: Head Archivist for the Fellowship. He is not really an Overseer....he is imprisoned in the Archives for having tried stealing a book from Alvis...this did not end well for Sophocles place of Employment, The Library of Alexandria (books were sparred, rest was destroyed). Can not leave the Archives. Medusa: Former Priestess of Athena, Gorgon. Studied Alvis’ Wisdom, Algimantas’ stuff (who she hates), Alpheas, and with Albus. In a Trio with Ismene and Prioska. Studied shapeshifters and transformation with Alphaes (spelling?). In a relationship with Ismene. Her serpent locks are Golden. Ismene: Former Priestess of Athena. Also a Former Statue. Still has some Statue characteristics. Studied with Alvis, Algimantas, and Albus. In a relationship with Medusa. Prioska Lakatos: A Vampire from Hungary. Skilled in Clockwork. Has a Coat she stole from Albus. Calls Albus Alucard. Studied under Albus, Alvis, Algimantas, and Alaire. On a Trio with Ismene and Medusa. Also a part of Alyss’ Intelligentsia (keeping track of other secret Societies and Spy things). Loves teasing Quincey. Quincey Johnathan Jack Harker: Eldest son of Johnathan and Mina Harker. Vampire Hunter. Studied with Albus (Ghosts and stuff), Algimantas, Alvis. Duel wields Bowie Knives (one belonging to his Namesake, the other made of Adamant by Albus). Is Bi...not always the brightest...Can see Ghosts. On a Trio with Horatio and Runa. Might be in a relationship with Huld? Lucius Abraham Arthur Harker: Second Harker Son and Younger brother to Quincey. Is not an Eldritchician. He is a ghost though and is haunting his Brother (‘To keep an eye on my dummy of a Brother so he doesn’t get himself killed). Will regularly set up Hauntings so as to set up his brother with Eligible Bachelors and Bachelorettes and so on. Huld: Norse elf who followed Alvis for months thinking he was Odin with her sister Runa. Might be in a relationship with Quincey? Learned from Alaire, Albus, Algimantus, as well Alewar (Eldritch Horrors In a Extra Planetary Or Lovecraftian sense), and Alwin (Fae and Elves). In a relationship with Quincey? Leader of her Trio? Horatio aka ‘Doctor Faustus’: A Danish Man recognized for dressing in all black. Wields a Rapier. Known as Doctor Faustus since he’s studied Demons with Allan and he studied at Wittenberg. Studied with Alaire and has an Awoken Shadow. It is named but he always says it so quietly, only Horatio and Alaire know the name. Quincey has been able to catch that the name of Horatio’s Shadow starts with an H...followed by an A. Horatio has put all his Eldritch studies into Shadows, Demons and Ghosts. It is rumored he gave his Soul over to Allan V Eldritch. Wields a Carnwennanian Dagger Or a Bespoked Bodkin. Leaving his own Shadow...Lighter for lack of a better phrase . In a Trio with Quincey and Huld. Aeschylus Adams: A Werewolf Ranger, and one of Alyss’ Intelligentsia. Think of a mix of Aragorn and Halt O’Carrick. Excellent Thief and Pick pocket. Studied with Alaire (Cryptids, Shadows, and Folklore), Albus, and Algimantas. Studied Druid craft and stuff with Alfr. In a Trio with Midas Little and Murdann. Dr. Mercury Little: one of Four Little Brothers (three of whom are a part of the FoE), differentiated From his brothers by his Seemingly unnatural Silver hair. Studied Angels and Alchemy with Aldread, Albus, Alvis, and Alaire. Murdann Eldritch: A Finwife From Orkney. First Wife of Albus Viggo Eldritch. Joined after having been with Albus for some years. Knows what Albus has to teach, learned from Alvis, and Alfr. An exceptional Healer. Regularly has Weaving Contests with Ismene and Medusa. In a Trio with Dr Little and Aeschylus. Open relationship with Albus. Dr. Hermes Little: Same as Doctor Mercury Little. Only he has white Hair. Eldest of the Little ‘Brothers’. Studied all the same stuff. In a Trio with Charles Williams and Clarissa Williams. Charles Williams: Once an Editor now an Eldritchician. Tried repeatedly to join the FoE and finally managed it after trying forever. Studied Alchemy and Angels with Aldread, Magical Items with Algimantas (specifically Relics), Ghosts with Albus, and a bunch of others (Alvis, Alwin, and Algernon). The Left hand of the Arch Overseer. Go to diplomat between other Secret Societies. One of Alyss’ Intelligentsia( occasionally answers to the Codename Walsingham). Also, I should mention he’s an ESPer....Telepathy, Telekinesis, and Pyrokinesis for fun ;) . Clarissa Williams: Alternate Charles Williams. ESPER, Can see Ghosts Naturally. Intelligentsia member (Code Name Francis). Dr. Midas Little: same as the other Doctor Littles except that his hair is Golden. In a Trio with Tomomi and Dr. Leeds. Tomomi.: a Kitsune, friend to Alyss since she (Alyss) was young. Expert on Yokai and things. Studied with Alaire, Alvis, Albus, Algimantus and Alpheas (because shapeshifting). Just decided to be the guardian of Alvis’ Bookshop when they were in Japan one time. In a Trio with Dr. Midas Little and Dr. Leeds. when not going on solo missions for Alyss. A part of Alyss’ Intelligentsia (Code Name Dee, because she wasn’t fond of Kit Marlowe as a Codename). Doctor Mary Leeds: 12th Child of the Leeds family and the immediate Elder sibling and Caretaker to John Daniel Leeds...aka...the Jersey Devil. A Medicinal Doctor. Studied with Albus, Alvis, Algimantas, and Alaire. Stood up for her baby Brother when he killed one of the Night Crawlers working for Archimedes. She keeps track of Her Brother to make sure he doesn’t cause trouble (otherwise Archimedes and Alaire will need to deal with him). Learned medicine from the Black Doctor Ghost. One of the Fellows In Grey. Developed the spray they use to wipe memories and things. Mr Erland Ranswell: A Grey Alien in a Grey Suit. One of Archimedes’ Fellows In Grey. A Linguist and Cartographer. Has endeavored to learn the Whooping language of the Fresno Nightcrawlers Employed by Archimedes and Alaire. In a Trio ‘officially’ but not really with Dr. Livesey and Dr. Mercury Little. Dr. Yorick Roger Livesey: Once a Ship’s Surgeon now an animate Skeleton (rather than a Ghost like most who stay at Albus’ Lighthouses). Dressed in Piratey clothes and wears one of Albus’ old Coats when not doing Surgery or what have you. Has studied with Albus, Alaire, and Alvis. As well as Algernon. Can not speak and communicates In two ways. Either sign language or a horrible creaking noise that has an echo of bone saws. The first is interpreted by a Talking Raven Named Apollo Teach, the second by a Talking Snake Named Asclepius Hands. Asclepius’ Voice is supposed to serve as an auditory Balm after hearing Yorick Speak. Dr. Livesey gets along with Murdann and Prioska. He works closely with Albus ( being his First mate in a way?). Teaches medicine at Sinbad’s College for Eldritchicians. When out and about he will wear gloves and a mask to hide the whole...being a Skeleton thing. Dr. Mercury Little: Same as the other Little’s his hair is Silver and he looks younger than Hermes Little. Miss Calista Flatwood: Archimedes Second in command for running the Fellows In Grey. Is the Flatwoods Monster.... Mister Ray Green: A little green Alien. Astro Cartographer. Teleportation technology? I don’t know. Just thought to have a little green man. One of the Fellows In Grey. Let’s see am I forgetting anyone...ah right. Rosemary: A Fairy, once Royal Retainer to King Alberich (who is now Alwin) V Eldritch. Corrupter of Words. A Member of Alyss’ Intelligentsia, Rosemary keeps his eye on the the goings ons of The Fae Courts since his Master has had to abdicate. Is ultimately Loyal to Alwin, but works for Alyss under Alwin’s orders. The expert on Fae among the Eldritchicians. The Nightcrawler Corp: A bunch of Fresno Nightcrawlers that act as Scouts and Recon and things. They are Archimedes’ Eyes and ears for all the goings ons of Cryptids and whatever else they’re asked to look into. They answer to Archimedes only or those who relay things from Archimedes. They communicate in a series of Whoops and Kicking. Only Archimedes and Alaire are fluent in their language. The Hide Behind Network/ Erebus Hyde: A Hide Behind was stalking Alaire once...only to get caught by Aldjoy (Alaire’s living Shadow). Alaire befriended the Creature, and gave it the Name Erebus Hyde. The Hide Behind Network is all Hide Behinds being in a sort of Hive Mind (A Hide Mind?) they are many....They are not Shadows as Alaire originally thought. But they are something...something Old...perhaps only younger then the Eldritch Fellows themselves. Certain Eldritchicians (Dr. Leeds, Horatio, Overseer Morgan and others) know when a Hidebehind is behind them, and they will be sure to make people who they’re giving messages to know they’re there. They all answer to the name Erebus Hyde...all address Alaire as Friend, (and Address all the other Fellows by that title)...others they’ll address by their relation to Alaire. Okay..I think that’s everyone! And in Trios to! Be sure to ask any questions about any of these Fellows you might have. Stuff subject to change. Make of this what you will. A hopefully concise description of the Fellowship of Eldritchicians.
I've realized I've been badgering two friends constantly over the past three-fourish months and haven't done much else. So will provide something of an explanation regarding the thing I'd been badgering the two about.
The Fellowship of Eldritchicians. Yes I know Eldritchicians looks like it sounds silly, and indeed it does...but thought and still think it sounded cool so I'm sticking with it. The icians bit meant to be like Electrician, Magician what have you( probably self explanatory but I digress).
The FoE is your standard global secret society (with six Academies across the world, and one in Faerie/Elfphame) dealing with all things Supernatural and Preternatural. Having the goals of studying and understanding the Supernatural, Preternatural, and Eldritch, and in turn assisting it/ protecting against it as the case may be. Was first founded around the fourth or fifth century AD/CE
The FoE primari deals with Nineish major fields
1. Ghosts and various other Undead.
2. Magical objects/items (retrieval/confiscation/rarely destruction)
3. Uncanny Fauna aka Cryptids (Note will be doing my damndest to be careful here In what is an isnt a Cryptid). Has an advanced field (due to its expert) in Primordial Darkness.
4. Demons (still figuring out the exact details here. Primarily dealing with Christian Demonology, though Christian demons will likely not be the only demons of course. Again, being careful).
5. Fantastic Fauna (creatures of Classical Mythology Not overly common).
6. Fairies (Dealing with the aftermath of Fairy actions, or acting as neutral third parties in disputes between the Five Kingdoms of Faerie and Elfphame)
7. Angels.
8. Magical People like Wizards and just Spells in general.
9. Lovecraftian Extra Dimensional Horrors.
Not all Eldritchicians are human (of its seven founders only three were human, and one of them being completely non magical) or entirely human...just a passing mention.
Only involves itself in matters relating to the Supernatural/Preternatural.
New Eldritchicians brought on (which is what this story will likely be focusing on) by senior Eldritchicians picking them and providing a letter of Reccomendation to one of the Seven FoE Academies (Archimago, Dom Daniel, Beowulf, Dobryna (probably spelled that wrong), Tomoko, Suleyman, and Leeds &Kidd Academy). Where they will learn/train for five years. First two years being something of General Study/Shadowing (following trained Eldritchicians on the job). The following three years being to learn in depth three of the nine major fields, a field per year, from senior Eldritchicians proficient in it but also from one of Nine Individuals who are something of Benefactors (?) to the FoE. The Eldritch Fellows/The Archimages/Arch Mages, 9 individua...beings...who are recognized as the experts in their respective field and are important deals in the FoE, though they do not lead it. The FoE being lead by six Overseers and One Arch Overseer who is the first Eldritchicia and founder of the whole organization. (A note that four of the Founders have such leadership positions and all seven of the original Fellowship are still around).
Will share more later. Though I think I posted about the planned protagonists and stuff already? If any of this sounds interesting, feel free to ask questions or what have you.
Make of this what you will.

Some Al-verse (FoE Verse?) OCs and their Hobbies and whatnot.
Perdita Alunni: Cryptid Nerd, Shakespeare Nerd, enjoys Whittling and wood carving. Chess and Checkers. Long talks about the stuff...
Rei Arashi: Playing the Shamisen (learned from their mother), self defense, various abstract Strategy Games. Reading. Loves Cats.
Aled of Faerie: Adores playing Hide and seek with friends. Playing Pranks with Acrasia, Rei, and his Shadow Dela Fencing and Sword fighting. Magic Word games and word games in general. Playing Questions (see Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead) Cooking and subsequently eating. Playing Dice (loves Liar's Dice) or Nine Men's Morris. Dancing, very fond of parties though he lacks any skill with instruments. Flying when space allows (I should note he is a Faerie with Large Moth like Wings). Fond of sleeping when not doing any of the above.
Acrasia Pen Dragon: Practicing magic(mainly by turning her cousin Aled into whatever animals he can think up). Sword fighting and Marksmanship. Fishing. Horse riding. Doesn't enjoy flying but will join Aled from time to time. Regularly beats Aled at most Strategy games...though is terrible at games of chance. Poetry?
Cassandra-Sibyl Read: Total Astronomy Nerd. Plays either the Guitar or Violin. A Devil (ha) at Dice (favorites are Liar's Dice and Greed) and Card Games. Chess, particularly Four player Chess. Dungeons and Dragons (will introduc the rest of her cohort to the fun of DnD) DMs, or Cleric. Enjoys practicing various forms of Fortune Telling. All manner of mancies. Quite fond of Tarot though no one else holds with it (Mr. Mancy especially not holding with it even though he'll hold with just about any other form of Divination).
Rubedo Kleinmann: Chemistry (especially when it involves explosions) and Math. Gardening (finds pulling weeds to be relaxing), jewelry maybe? Not the most sociable person...but does enjoy playing games with people (or at least he'll be invited and learn to enjoy playing games with people) though not especially good at any parti ones probably. Gets the hang of playing Greed really quick. Can not hold any liquor (aside from it tasting terrible almost always).
Omer Adams: Gets along with Animals. Practicing what magic he knows (still figuring this out. Has Norse Giant Ancestry) Tinkering with mechanical stuff. Arm wrestling and wrestling. Knife throwing. His true passion is Baking (especially sweets!).
There's that. Ask questions if you like.
Make of this what you will.

Pondering Crests and stuff for the FoE Academies. Because that's a fine thing to ponder and to figure out.
Archimago Academy: the Silver Tower, Woods, and a Grey Phoenix.
Dom Daniel: Cave Mouth, a Dragon with an Axe, Book, staff, and Sack.
Beowulf Academy: A Vampire Spear (like a Boar Spear, but for Vampires) crossed by a Sword and a severed Monstrous Arm.
Suleyman Academy: A Compass Rose with each direction having some sort of Creature, monster, or some such (don't know quite yet)
the Russian Academy (still figuring out a name, probably Vasilisa, Veles, or Yaga?) A Skull Lantern on a Stick, three Riders above it And trees beside it.
Tomoko Academy: a Grey Phoenix perched on a Scarecrow dressed in grey, with a White Fox attempting to play with and generally annoy thr bird.
Leeds and Kidd: Symbol is basically a figure of Captain Kidd hanging out with the Jersey Devil over a camp Fire.
Make of this what you will.

Messrs. Mancy, Rappicini and Prince's Fortunes, Pharmaceuticals and more...
Messrs. Mancy, Rappicini and Prince is a Shop located somewhere or other and founded somewhere else or other (most likely either Padua, Verona, or Venice) at some time or other (post 1700s at least).
Said shop began in dealing with two things. Serving as an Apothecary...herbs, medicines, legitimate magical potions....very occasionally poisons.
Still around to the current day and still owned and operated by a Mr. Mancy, a Dr. Rappiccini, and a Mr./Dr. Prince.
In the current day and age Messrs. Mancy, Rappiccini and Prince have expanded their goods. Besides medicinals and Fortunes, They also sell Astronomy related goods (books, equipment and so on) and also a lot of Games. In fact it's primarily known as a Game sho. Board games, Cards, RPG (they have a bunch of Dice for sale) you name it. Even offers space for a couple DND groups to play at.
Current employees:
Mr. Astrophel O(Ophiuchus). Mancy (really one Alan V. Eldritch): An eccentric man most recognizable by his bizarre themed attire (can go into detail if asked) in particular his Eye Patch with a Circled Dot, a Fez barring the Monad Hieroglyphica (a Alchemical Symbol made by Dr. John Dee), his wizard looking beard...and his Stary Cape. Is the game obsessed one and made the move to expanding into selling Games and things. Is fascinated by DnD and has played a couple of times with some customers but is more often than not found to be lounging somewhere playing on the Guitar, or the stores Fotoplayer. The shop doubles as his home with house stuff in an above story Or something. Will tell fortunes for you in just about anyway with the sole exception of Living Sacrifice, or Tarot Readings. Appreciates the Art of the later but 'doesn't hold with it'.
Mr. Herbert Basilio Rappiccini: An Italian (likely from Padua or Verona) Apothecary .Assists in growing the Herbs and Plants the shop uses. In truth has been with the shop since the beginning. A student at the Fledgling Dreadrock and accompanied Alan/Astrophel Upon leaving. His daughter Beatrice also works at the shop....
Mr. S(Stolas) Prince: An often unseen gentleman who is said to be the one who appraises Gemstones. In truth, Mr. Prince is the Demon Prince Stolas who has had an agreeable contract/partnership with Alan for centuries. Often takes the form of an Owl with a Crown (serving as a sort of Shop mascot) and is almost always in the company of Mr. Mancy. When Human looks old, has an Owlish look about him thanks to some glasses. His Dynamic with Alan/Astrophel is like that of Merlin/Merlyn and Archimedes in the Sword in the Stone
Mahsa Attar: Iranian woman. Muslim, Graduated with full honors from Dreadrock University. Was invited to join the Fellowship of Eldritchicians by Overseer Sinbad Al-Amin but respectfully declined. Is not centuries old as the above founders and has been with shop for over 10 years. Probably in her mid 40s? Knows several languages, mostly involved in the Astronomy side of the Business. Has an excellent understanding of Spirits and Jinn. Has her own place of residence besides the shop.
Currently unnamed other Herbalist: A retired Eldritchician...still figuring out her background....
Phineas Phontinos: Completely regular guy in his 50s that just really loves Stars. Is completely blind to any and all Supernatural goings ons in the Shop. Could see Stolas change from an Owl to a Mind and only notice that Mr. Prince is now in the room, must have walked down stairs. Usually runs the register.
Cassandra Sibyl Read: A young Half Demon (I think the word is Cambion) who was told to seek out Messrs Mancy, Rappiccini and Prince when her parents faced some terrible trouble. Found her way there. Is now basically adopted by Astrophel. Helps with most aspects in particular the Games section and the Fortune Telling. Has some legitimate Precognitive abilities. Has learned most methods of divination, but really enjoys Tarot cards. Ends up deciding to join the FoE rather than attending Dreadrock. More on her later. Ask away? Stupid charac

The FoE's custody and experiments with the a Holy Grail. Owlmen and Saintly Vampires
So, a while ago I pondered what would happen if a Vampire drank Communion Wine. Like, would it be lethal poison, food poisoning? or just inedable (undrinkable?)?
Furthering this thought I wondered what would happen if a Vampire were to drink from the Holy Grail.
So...seeing as the FoE got custody of the Holy Grail (they stole it from Galahad and company)...Algimantas would no doubt try and figure out what the Grail can do. Figured out and did a number of things with the Grail...but I'll focus on the experim done with Vampires. From Algimantas' experiments with assistance from the FoE and from Vampires who either legitimately consented to it, or were on what amounts to Vampire Death Row several outcomes were discovered. In no particular order:
The Vampire in Question died instantly from contact with the Holy Grail and its contents.
The Vampire suffered what amounts to Food poisoning from Contact with the Holy Grail and its contents.
The Vampire in question was 'cured' of their Vampirism and became Human. or simply became Human again. If not human, then simply non Vampiric. At least one person became stuck as a Bat for a short time before it was fixed.
The Vampire in question reacts Violently and becomes a Terrifying Owl like creature (think like the Cryptid Owl man) losing their reason and sense. Reversing this has proven difficult to near impossible. Though these Strixes can be Pacified. The FoE (or Algimantas rather) Basically accidentally made a Fantastic Invasive Species.
The Final outcome of those discovered is the most Miraculous. The Vampire in question will retain Vampiric abilities but the effect of these abilities become positive. For lack of better phrasing these Vampires become Saintly with Miraculous healing. Basically working how people thought Leeches were supposed to work. Literally sucking out the disease from a person. They've also been note to Transform into Doves, Pigeons, and specifically Lions/Lionesses even if they'd transformed into Bats, Wolves, or Mist beforehand. There are only a handful of these 'Saintly Vampires' on record. Including Madame Bernice Valdemar. Prof. Of Music and Lovecraftian Horrors at Archimago Academy.
The reason for these different outcomes as far as Algimantas and the Eldritchicians involved can guess seem to be resultant or the Vampire's intent, belief, and other such factors.
Similar experiments were repeated after the Induced Metamorphosis of the Grail, and with the Second Holy Grail to see if these results stayed. They did so.
Make of this what you will.

It seems I totally misremembered a name. Thought Aldread meant Old Dread...but apparently it means Old Counsel (also no E?)...
In any case, still calling Dreadrock Dreadrock because it sounds cool and I don't feel like changing it.

Various businesses in the FoE-Verse/Al Verse.
Messrs Mancy and Prince's: Fortune Emporium (dealing in Games,Fortunes, and More). Sells games(board, dice, card, role play etc. )Astronomy stuff, Herbs, Fortunes and will apraise/trade/sell gemstones. Run and owned by one Astrophel Ophiucus Mancy with assistance from a Mr. S. Prince. Has four to five other employees (can go into more detail if asked. such as Names, or what Mancy and Prince look like). One of the Protagonists (Cassandra Sibyl Read) being an employee and Ward to Mr. Mancy.
Bacon and Elric Prosthetics. Prosthetic company founded by a Mr. Bacon and a Mr. Alkinous Elric. Provide excellent Prosthetics, of a variety of metals but only payable by the particularly affluent. Those who can not pay outright (time, weight of materials) generally will work off the debt over time (still being payed particularly well). Originally founded some time in around the US Civil War in....probably New Jersey. Has connections to the Ring Market. Only ones who get free Prosthetics are works for Bacon and Elric, Vetrans (an insistence of Bacon's). The Prosthetics are generally non magical, but there are those who have managed to get Magical Prosthetics with the Bacon and Elric seal. Of course, the FoE has their own imedi means of accessing Prosthetics...
Wise Man's Dream. A peculiar book shop that happens to wander about where it likes. only fixed place is in the FoE's Grand Library. Often ran by a Miss G.M. Elric and some others.
Cottage o Wonders: An odd Tourist trap(think something akin to the Mystery Shack) that seems to appear all over the place. Whichever place it is, there will be informative display of Local Cryptids. Seemingly run by a peculiar ecentric answering to the name of Alaire or 'Mr. E' (has said it might mean Ellery...but that's not it). Who will excitedly discuss Cryptids for hours. Seems to have some part time help. As far as anyone can tell Alaire lives in said Cottage all on his own, though he insists otherwise. The Cottage sells Cryptid memorabilia and the like, Books, nick knacks, etc...also Fireworks. Very excellent Fireworks. Most think Alaire is wearing a costume to act out a part....but is seen out and about dressed exactly the same...Known to Drive an old fashioned all black Dusenburg when he's seen driving.
These businesses being public and known if not exactly well known. Bacon and Elric, the most well known. Mancy and Prince's seems to only be in one place at a time. Wise Man's Dream and The Cottage o Wonders being fairly out of the way places not easily found...
Make of this what you will.

The Five Queens of Faerie and Elphame, and the Wild Hunt.
Stuff for a Writing thing... At some earlier point, one of All That There Was took the name Albrecht V Eldritch and made himself ruler of all Faeries and Elves. After the Death of Alaric V Eldritch at the hands of his subjects Albrecht was forced to step down from his title or Erl-King. Albrecht did Abdicate but pulled a Lear. He’s no longer King and doesn’t deal with running things, but still expects respect and stuff. So that his vast Kingdom wasn’t left unruled or anything he divided it into five, divesting Rulership between his five Children. These Children being... Queen Titania (with her Consort Oberon, her son Aled, and Daughter Gloriana). Queen Gloriana (with her Consort Arthur Pendragon and Children: Britomart, Archimago (also called Alveric or Archie), Acrasia (meant in this context to have been an alternative name of Titania’s), Pellinore, Taliesin, and Morgana). Queen Mab(no Consort probably?). Queen Diana (definitely no Consort) and her wandering Court of Elves And Queen Nicnevin (Consort Christonday?)and her wandering Court of Elves and Witches and other things. The part ruled over by Titania, Gloriana, and Mab known to the FoE as Faerie, while those lands and locales ruled by Diana and Nicnevin are referred to as Elfland for Diana’s portion and Elfphame for Nicnevin’s portion. I should make another note regarding Alwin. When he abdicated he decreed he’d stay and sheltered by each of his daughters for a time. With him there’d be a Retinue of some 30 Knights Faerie and Elf alike who’d accompany him on hunting trips. Also accompanying Alwin are two others. The Green Knight Bertalik (who occasionally houses Alwin in his Chapel) and Alwin’s forever Faithful Corruptor of Words (not Fool) and Royal Retainer (in that he remembers things for Alwin) Rosemary. Rosemary being quite a colorfully dressed Faerie in a suit of Green, Purple, Blue, White, and Pink. Rosemary is like Puck, but is not Puck. Rosemary is also one of the Preternatural Intelligentsia for the Arch Overseer Alyss Violet Eldridge, and basically informs Alyss and the current political Climates of Faerie and Elfphame. Acrasia and Aled will have some future Importance...protagonisty things. Make of this what you will. Al, the Chronographing Cottager and Prince of Naming

The Great Unkindness of Secret Knowledge
aka The Many Ravens of the Treasuer and their busin with the Fellowship of Eldritchicians.
Aside from the title of Overseer (possibly Overseer Secundus? Still working out terminology) another title for Runa Ringmaker Eldridge is Treasurer. On account of her Overseeing the Treasure House of the FoE (where they keep all the items of a Magical,Mystical,Occult,Arcane, or generally Eldritch nature they find/confiscate/steal/make). Of the many things to know about her and usually the first anyone learns about her prior to meeting her is to learn about her Ravens.
Runa has a lot of Ravens. Ravens she claims to be descended from such stock as Huginn, Muninn, the Messenger Ravens of Apolo, and others (that I don't know at present). These Ravens can speak easily and intelligently. Though they speak Elvish the easiest (and Runa's Native language) outside of simply communicating in Raven (they do this in front of Runa as she knows what they're saying. Having consumed both Dragons blood and White Snake)...
Other things about the Ravens.
They are present in every Academy.
There are at least as many as there are names for Odin. Each answering to a name of Odin barring the exception of any of them answering to Odin. None are named Odin.
Categorize themselves into different groups. The Storytelling are those who help in the Library. The Treachary in the Treasure House. And there is the Conspiracy, those who are out and about the world, reporting on Eldritch events to the FoE so they might investigate, and those the accompany dispatched Eldritchicia trios.
The Ravens all consider themselves apart of the 'Unkindness of Secret Knowledge' (The Unkindness of Runa)
The Ravens are known to be mischievous. A common tradition is stealing from first year trainees and seeing how long it takes for them to find the stollen Property. Only rules are they must hide it where the trainee can find it...and it must remain on Campus and such...
The Ravens usually have a ring, Mask, or some such accessory....some have worn Hats, Wigs, and Waistcoats.
Yorick's Interpretor Apollo Teach was probably not a part of the Unkindness of Secret Knowledge...
There was more I think...but I've forgotten.
Make of this what you will.

Okay...got a fair amount of characters....some nice set pieces (if that's the right word) a fairly okay training/education structure for a secret Society. Populated the place with contemporary and parallel societies of an friendly, indifferent, or hostile nature. Some general ideas of characters' personalities and actions and things...
Still figuring out what some people look like (have found myself figuring out the clothes first, then filling the clothes with people, and then refiguring the clothes from there due to a variety of factors)...but got a fair idea for most of the major players? (Still figuring out Aled and Acrasia (protagonists/Faerie royals/cousins) Huld and Runa( Elves, Combat instructor and Treasure House Overseer respectively. Not protagonists) and Faeries and Elves overall.(Faeries have Wings...Elves don't? as a major disntinction probably?)))
So most of that settled...major thing is...figuring out a plot.
Oh dear.

Something of an Explaination for the Knights of the Grail/Graal
The Knights of the Grail are an...off shoot? A Splinter? A group that broke off from the Fellowship of Eldritchicians after a number of Eldritchicians thought the various experiments the FoE (or rather Algimantas Varius Eldritch) carried out with the Holy Grail in the FoE's custody to be an abuse of it and wanting to take the grail away so it could be properly venerated and what not. The KotG furthering their mission statement to retrieve Relics and the like from the FoE and such.
Mind you, the Knights of the Grail aren't entirely hostile towards the FoE and have in fact aided the FoE in retrieving the Spear of Destiny at one point. They aren't out to destroy the FoE like the Eldritch Eradication Initiative.
The Knights of the Grail often engage in conflict with members of the Faust Institute, and are on good terms with any of the Hermetige they cross paths with.
The Knights of the Grail number 150, have three leaders, and I'll probably only develop twelvish members.
Five members include:
Gawain Pendragon. One of the three leaders, son of Queen Gloriana and Arthur Pen Dragon
Guy named after the Arch Deacon in Charles Williams' War in Heaven.
other guy named after a character from One of Williams' book.
same as above.
An Old man who answers to G. Fisher and is a sort of Grounds keeper for the Knights of the Grail's main base. He was clearly a Knight and clearly skilled in Knightly things though. Perhaps the most intent on retrieving the Grail. Might be another of the three Leaders?
Make of this what you will.

An amusing train of thought....
So was thinking on Queen Gloriana of Faerie and just had a number of thoughts following after the other....thought I’d share...cause some of them I find amusing... The Decision that Gloriana’s Capital will be on Avalon. Gloriana (following bits from Spenser’s the Faerie Queen) has a bunch of Knights. Changeling, Fae, and Elves. With Gloriana being situated on an Island she probably uses Boats...leads to the thought on top of all the Knights she has a fully fledged Armada of Ships. Will regularly have Mock Sea Battles between her Ships and the Phantom Ships of her Uncle Albus Viggo Eldritch. Thinking back to Avalon...it being the Isle of Apples might be neat for Gloriana to have hair as red as Apples and a complexion as white as Apple Blossoms. Realizing with the huge Navy, Army, and the Red Hair and pale white skin I’ve basically made Fairy Queen Elizabeth the First...which given how I took the name Gloriana from Edmund Spenser’s the Faerie Queene where said Fairy Queene is Obviously meant to allegorically represent Queen Elizabeth...is pretty funny. Though Gloriana’s pale skin is naturally so rather than from Poisonous makeup. Another thought. She had this Army and massive Armada set out to conquer the realms of Men...but stopped after a Treaty with the FoE where she got a promise of Marrying King Arthur Down the line...wondering what the heck is she to do with all these Boats she made? Faerie Pirates? Faerie Pirates...Faerie Pirates would be cool...probably another thing for the FoE to Deal with.... So..Faerie Pirate Queen Elizabeth I...that...might be a thing? Wait...Pirate Queen...Arthurian King...frick I didn’t just bring in an expy of Aven x Artus did I? No...no. Completely different for a variety of reasons. Okay. So...Gloriana the Empress of Avalon with her Apple Armada...and Knights of...hm...not sure if I’ll keep the name from Spenser’s work... Might change some things...but definitely sticking with the Gloriana being the one Queen to have a full Army and Navy for the purposes of Conquest... Symbol is probably a Silver Apple Tree...which I’m remembering is also a thing from....Irish Mythology I want to say? Hm... Oh! Another thought. Gloriana has hundreds upon hundreds of Maps of Faerie because one of the only constant fixtures is Avalon and a few other locations with the rest of the area constantly Changing and Growing...practically never the same way twice save the capitals of each Empire/Kingdom. Gloriana in contrast to her Sisters is very much into the idea of Solidity, Fact, and things as they are. Probably? Anyway have one of the Five Queens (Empresses?) of Faerie and Elfphame more defined. Another thought. Gloriana is biding her time until that whole ‘King Arthur will return when Britain needs him most blah blah blah’ and will use that as a justification of jump starting her original Conquer everything plan... I’m thinking Gloriana’s relationship with her cousin Alyss will be...strained probably? Or they get along super well bonding over Intelligence gathering and stuff. Perhaps their respective espionage is a game of sorts? One or the other. Make of this what you will. Al, the Chronographing Cottager and Prince of Naming

The FoE, the Eldritch Fellows, and involvement in Arthuriana...
So...doubling down on The FoE beginning some time prior to all that Arthurian stuff going down...best think about how staples relate and to what degree the Eldritch Fellows and the FoE have to do with it( whether some are more concerned elsewhere in the world). Arthur. Still Arthur, raised by Sir Ector trained by Merlin, half brother to Morgan Le Fay...that’s all unchanged. Only notable thing is that after all that business with Mordred and dying and stuff he’ll be married off to Queen(Empress?) Gloriana of Faerie. Said marriage being arranged by Alyss and Morgana prior to Arthur’s becoming King...as part of a treaty with Faerie and Elfphame so they don’t outright conquer everything in the world. Morgana: will be human, not the mother of Mordred but his aunt twice over (Arthur and Morgouse), still magical. The Convent she was sent to will truly be an Academy for the FoE (one of two at the time). She’ll still learn all the Arts and Sciences, being really into Astronomy (probably Alan’s favorite student since she was more interested in the Astronomy then the Demonology). And still super adept with Magic and stuff. Will have been a part of the meeting where her brother is promised as a future husband to the Faerie Queen Gloriana. Will follow the tract of mostly antagonistic towards Arthur, still hating G...I can never remember how to spell her name right! Gwen...till remaining good. Not sure what she does after Arthur’s death and second Marriage. Might run the Brocéliande Academy...might stick around Avalon...as an Advisor to her little brother I don’t know. Avalon. Being the Isle of Apples, Algimantas May keep an Orchard or two here for his Idunnian and Hesperidean apples. Will likely serve as the Capital Kingdom of Gloriana’s Piece of Faerie. Will likely be a means of going to and from Faerie from the regular world. Albus has a Light House on Avalon...because. Merlin: Not sure with Merlin...might have him be one of the Eldritch Fellows themselves (Alfr, Aldread, and even Alaire are possibilities)? Or...given how going by Malory he’s supposed to be the Son of the Devil or just an Incubus...might have him instead be a Son of one of the Eldritch Fellows. Likely either Alan (because of the Devil thing)...or possibly Albus (since Albus could probably be imagined as an Incubus if I’m remembering correctly what those are)? Either way this would make him Cousin to the Queens of Faerie and Elfphame, as well as cousin to Alyss. Lady of the Lake: um....hm. Possibly just a simple Fairy...possibly actually Murdann (Finwife and wife to Albus)? Hm...Nah. Just a Fairy belonging to Gloriana’s Court. Arthur’s Arsenal: mainly considering The Sword in the Stone, Excalibur, and Carnwennan. The former two probably made by Albus at Merlin’s request. Carnwennan by Alaire, and Algimantas dealt with making Excalibur’s special scabbard. The Holy Grail: The FoE (And Algimantas) wants it for reasons and keeps tabs on the questing Knights. Autolycus Lupin following the Grail Knights with the task of stealing the Grail once they find it( might also try nabbing the Spear of Destiny while he’s at it). The Green Knight: Green Knight is the Green Knight. One of the Old Green Men (though not a Goodfellow) and a part of Alwin’s Retinue and Hunt. Make of this what you will. The many portraits of Albus V Eldritch.
Let me specify this is not a situation of a dude having a bunch of Horocrux Dorian Grey portraits (though that’s a good idea)...but literally just the idea of a character (one Albus Viggo Eldritch) having a bunch of Paintings in his many places of residences. Subjects of such paintings include: Albus doing cool necromancer things decked out in the Robes he wore as Archimago Albus Eldritch (Black with Red and White embroidery depicting Skeletons and Ghosts and such things...embroidery retained in his Pirate Captain Coat) Reuniting lovers, officiating a Wedding (cause ship captains can do that right?) of some Ghost sailors, calling down a hellish Tempest. Walking around Sunken Ruins. Etc. Fencing with Ghost Pirates. Just lounging about with his various lady loves, manly loves (gentlemanly loves?) and so on. At least a Painting of him Murdann, Prioska, and Cosmin all hanging out being cute and stuff. His underwater wedding to Murdann, he and Cosmin clearing out Dom Daniel, a Painting of Prioska raiding Albus’ wardrobe while the ghosts mess with him while he’s sleeping. Someone or other gazing over his shoulder while he’s doing Cartography stuff (possibly Sinbad correcting him on mistakes?). The setting up of the Light House of Avalon. Him just admiring Murdann as she Spins, partying with his Ghost Buds dancing on Tables and things jamming out on his Flute (or Whistle? I’m still not entirely certain what he plays). One of him pulling a Hamlet and holding Yorick’s (a skilled Eldritchician and Surgeon who happens to be an animated Skeleton) with Yorick’s body off to the side arms crossed in annoyance. Albus teaching a young Alyss how to sword fight...Albus wreaking havoc on the people responsible for making Captain Kit a Ghost Kitten...and so on and so on. And of course a ton of pictures of him and his many many cats(so many cats enough that a number of Armadas would each have a Cat or two). And basically any time he gets a New cat another painting is commissioned. I know that Albus probably (probably?) doesn’t paint these himself. Probably? Likely has either a long line of Painters do them for him, or an Immortal one? I’m not sure...maybe Prioska? I’m not sure. But anyway, Albus has a bunch of Paintings of stuff of him just...doing his thing over the centuries. If you have any questions about Albus, or any previous thing concerning the Fellowship of Eldritchicians (FoE) or the Eldritch Fellows...feel free to ask. Make of this what you will. Musical Watches for the FoE. Potential uses...
Could be a means of Attracting or Scanning(?) for Supernatural/Preternatural/Extranatural goings ons. Calming. The musical bit especially either Calming, soothing, incapaciting, disorientating... Or maybe they work like The MIB’s Neuralizers? If that were necessary. The FoE will have Watches for one reason or another(though not for Time Travel..probably. Don’t want to be ripping off and what not) and if they aren’t functional supernaturally they’ll at least be a neat perk. Along with the Coat, Glasses, and Hat. Hm...what Supernatural/Preternatural purposes could a Pocket watch (especially a musical one) used for. Hm...they could potentially be Orpheus related some how...Orphic? In how his Lyre music convinced so many to do stuff? Yeah. That could be a thing...hm. Orphic Lyrical Chronometer? Maybe relate it to Serpents or the like (Lucifer and what not) as a point of suggestion and Persuasion? I don’t know. Something. Make of this what you will. Al, the Chronographing Cottager and Prince of Naming.
