That kind of stuff I love. So if I can incorporate people who really love dance on the platform into class I think a lot of people would be interested. Or at least I hope so” she explained before giving her another smile. “ some people don’t want to be ina room and maybe fee like they’re judged. I can respect that. “

“ it’s kind of brutal. I had the same dance partner for over ten years. You get to know the environment and some people can be so rude for no reason. I prefer theatre anyway. Just as something to watch. I’d love to be able to just spend my time dancing in ensemble numbers. “ she explained with a small smile. “ oh you’ve got it. Ela smiled as Linnea mentioned TikTok. "That’s such a great idea! You can really take the viral dances and make them into something more structured in class. It’s fun to watch the students light up when they get to do something they’ve seen online, but with your spin on it," she said, her tone thoughtful. "And I’m all for getting people to film in class—great for engagement and helping them track their progress."

Ela laughed along. "Honestly, the ballroom world would be a wild ride. I can see why you gravitated toward ensemble work instead. Seems way more collaborative," she added with a smirk. "But if they ever ask me, I guess I'll be asking you to teach me some tricks." @linnea-lorenzo
