The importance of keeping track:
It’s crucial to keep your gainer on track! A lot of chubs require a certain degree of supervision! If they want to get fat they gotta eat! If your gainer isn’t completely self sufficient in the art of gaining it might be time to start Calorie counting together! If your gainer is not yet considered “overweight” then it might be time to get a meal plan and calorie counter started! Logging calories helps you keep track of your goals! Most beginner gainers start with 2900-3500 calories a day with MINIMAL exercise!
Some important numbers to remember:
Essential Body Fat: 2-4%
Athletes Body Fat: 5-13%
Healthy Fit Body Fat: 14-17%
Overweight Body Fat: 18-23%
Obese Body Fat: 24%+
Calorie Intakes:
Double check your gainers intake and Weight prediction based on this calculator!!!
This will save you lots of guessing!!! For example my Daily Minimum for 2lbs a week! Doing nothing but the bare minimum of activity, basically a couch potato I need to consume a total of 3,200 calories a day!!!!
Good ways to motivate your Gainers:
Clothes are EXPENSIVE so make your gainers wear their clothes till they become unwearable! Now I’m not saying send your chubs out into the world with only shirts that expose their mid-drift without raising their hands! Certainly don’t do that. What I mean is let the buttons pop let the pants rip when at home it should be shirtless or skin tight as motivation to upgrade. This will save you some money for the time being, getting an accurate size on your fatty will not only encourage them but feel like a reward! This isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, however speaking from experience….going from a Medium to a Large is short lived and I wish I just held off until I reached XL’s! Save your money!!! If it’s unbearable wearing always trust what the gainer says it’s their body! You are just a big cog in the machine that’s to be your Gainer!
Friends outside of feeders:
Most gainers should do their best to make friends with other gainers! Feeders this will be super helpful to progressing their gains!! If even the people they hang out with are fat pigs and gainers they will automatically start to pick up on their eating habits too. While a Feeder takes a lot of credit for the beauty that will become a gainers belly, have friends to get them eating too will be helpful. There is nothing wrong with Feeders sharing the fun too!!! Make a gainer friend together feed your gainer and your newly found friend at the same time! A gainer will never say no to some nice belly rubs and a big meal! Being fat can easily be influenced! Make good friends with gaining influence!!!
Weigh In’s
While watching those numbers go up is exciting…sometimes you hit Plateaus and weighing yourself gainer everyday can hurt their motivation or self esteem! That being said! 2-4 Weigh in’s a month is good enough! Never let your big boys weigh in EVERYDAY!!!
Spicing up the bedroom!
While a lot of this is for the gainer’s benefit Feeders this is where a lot of the fun begins! Here are a list of things to try out with your Gainer when you want to get more intimate-
Bring a few fast food meals and feed them to your gainer while in some tight clothes.

Now while these are great options there is yet another option! WARNING most gainers start off having a hard time with these but after the weight starts to pile on Gainers will become dependent upon these. They do become addictive. Some people naturally like it but myself it took time!
BOOST VHS it is a small portion and 530 calories! When I tell you having 3 meals and 3 of these small shakes your gainer will BLOW UP in a matter of weeks!!
Belly play! If your gainer has a nice over hang slap it grab it shake it jiggle it rub it! All of that!
This one is going to sound strange but after the first 40+ pounds their chest should be bigger and nipples either puffy or soft. That being said nipples become sensitive and sucking them and playing with them can stimulate a very good sexual response.
Get them on their hands and knees make them eat without using their hands! Make sure to feel them up praise them for eating everything and treat them right!
Massage their prostate while they eat on their hands and knees!
Call them those special names they like so much! Check out my other post to see them all but this is your Pig/your fatty/ your fat fuck!
Start teaching them how to bottom if they don’t already. Topping burns more calories than taking it while lying on your back.
If you are someone that isn’t into shrinking dicks the fat pad will mostly steal a few inches from your gainer. Politely as about using a penis pump and making sure that they aren’t using chastity cages to stunt growth. This is so your gainer can maintain topping but a feeder should practice riding on top while your chubby man relaxes!
If you are okay with the fat pad eating away at the inches of your gainers dick. Don’t let them masterbate, and use chastity cages/belts to prevent them from touching them self! Make sure they are achievable calories or finishing meals before letting them take it off!
Feeding with tight clothes on! When a belly is bloated enough you can certainly pop buttons!
Make sure you are giving and receiving consent and everything that you do only makes the feeder and gainer(s) feel good!
The key to happiness is through the stomach so fill it up with food!

Lots of excitement was shared when Frank wheeler was elected as the new president of the United States. He seemed to have great ambitions and an incredible spirit. But just a few months after he was elected, he put a new law into place. Every single American over the age of 18 must consume at least 5000 calories per day or they will be executed. He implanted every single American with a chip in the back of their throat that counted their calories. If the requirement had not been met, it would start leaking a poisonous substance into your system immediately. Effectively killing the person. This wasn’t all though. All gyms and any form of exercise equipment became illegal. Sidewalks were replaced with conveyor belts to prevent people from burning calories. Every year, you are required to gain at least 25 pounds. For every pound over this goal, the government will send a $100 check to your home.
as expected, all hell broke loose. People began rioting and begged for the law to be reversed. The smart people didn’t hesitate to start stuffing their face. Fast food restaurants had their busiest days in years as people frantically raced to consume as many calories as possible. To bring in more customers, McDonald’s released the heart attack burger. It was three burger patties cooked in pure oil and fat, then there was 6 pieces of bacon, loaded fries, a mountain of cheese, and McDonald’s new secret sauce. The burger contained almost 2000 calories and people went nuts for it. Companies removed small drinks and fries and replaced them with xtra large and supersize. A supersized coke was two liters and contained almost 100 calories.
the new system quickly weeded out the protesters and the only people left were obedient, soon to be fatties. Fitness influencers became weight gain influencers. They would give tips and tricks on how to eat more and expand your stomach. New stores began to open where you would pay to be mindlessly fed by one of the employees. You could set a certain amount of calories or a certain amount of time to be stuffed. If you were really desperate, some places carried an item called a lard ball. It had exactly 5000 calories all in the size of a pill. You would take it and immediately feel like you had just stuffed yourself silly at a buffet. It was quite expensive, but for those who could afford it, it was a game changer.
after a couple years with the new law, there wasn’t a person in sight without at least a bit of a belly. Abs were a thing of the past and it was hard for new 18 year olds to let go of theirs. But they obeyed and ate till they passed out. Some people took the $100 a pound rule very seriously. With how easy it was to gain weight, some people could gain over 100 pounds and get tens of thousands of dollars. Desk jobs became popular as no one was fit enough to do much else. Jobs were now required to give multiple snack breaks to employees so they had time to stuff themselves. it was paradise. Bulging bellies in all directions, former abs were memories of the past, countless people racing to shove food down their throats to meet the limit. I think this law may stay in place forever!

Just Enjoy Yourself pt 1
You got a bit fat over your last vacation. Your last couple months of work were rough and you took to eating out and a bit of partying to cope. Your waistline spread a bit. Your girlfriend told you were just thick now so you ignored the effects of your new habits. A plan cruise trip with friends from college was your downfall. Your sweet girlfriend reminder you to “just enjoy yourself” when you told her you were feeling fat. She kissed you and fondled your lovehandles “I told you all that happens is your curves get curvier. You’re just my thick babe. You’ve earned some cutting loose!” Her grin of excitement escapes her a moment but you forget about it you need to pack.
Your college friends have gotten huge! They insist on hitting up the buffets partying and taking advantage of food being all inclusive on the cruise. Your tiny compared to them now even with your bit of weight and honestly they’re just fun so you really cut loose and remember your love of sweets and see food. You try to direct things to something other than food but you fail. Nearly everywhere on the ship seems to offer pizza, burgers, pasta, tacos, and desserts without measure. There’s next to no need to exercise and you can feel yourself melting and growing. Your tummy starts to hang over your two piece bathing suit and the top starts to dig into your back. Slipping back into your clothes is awkward though. Your belly seems to just keep sneaking free and your thighs barely fit your shorts. You are stuck with your skirts and dresses to feel comfortable. You can just feel your middle slowly push forward and your walk feels looser and heavier. You do your best to ignore it. The overindulgence seems to be your friends only goals on the trip. They’re already so fat you still feel tiny and honestly they don’t dress modestly at all to your shock. Your light wiggle as you walk isn’t as noticeable as their gelatinous wobble. Even as you start to outgrow your clothes a bit you feel like a twig next to them. You find yourself lapsing into a denial based on “well as long as I don’t take it as far as them I’ll be fine” mentality even as you get so close to keeping up with them. Even as you start to have to wear a loose blouse with pajama bottoms that stretch or your bikini or your loosest dress you tell yourself “I’m fine as long as I don’t get as fat as them” instead of stopping.
Getting home is shocking because you’re now basically a different shape you’ve put on so much weight. Like two weeks cruises are a danger when you were a bit snug in your clothes to begin with. Your tummy is just so awkwardly prominent and your hips and thighs are so fat and heavy. You can’t properly fit anything now and your tops are all crop tops or midriffs now. Your stomach is so round too and hangs a bit.
What’s weird though is the way your girlfriend looks at you now. She’s always been clearly attracted to you and you’ve been curvy which she clearly likes but her eyes are so hungry. She can barely control yourself around you now and despite her being very respectful she is touching you a lot. Like not realizing it even. Pats or slaps to your ass go up as well as unconscious pats or gropes of your hips or thighs. Your tummy as well. She’s always love your stomach and finds bellybuttons cute. It’s weird but in a good way but she’s taken to not just touching your middle but groping it. Sometimes she pokes you right in the middle when it pokes out of your tops and aims for your bellybutton. She never does it in public but she will sometimes unconsciously leave one or both of her hands rested in your stomach in particular if she hugs or holds you from behind. You notice you’re already doing that when you still it’s just…comfortable?

Once upon a time, in a world filled with opulence and lavishness, there lived a young and handsome man named Gabriel. Blessed with chiseled features and a muscular physique, Gabriel embarked on an unexpected journey that would forever change his life.

In the end, Gabriel realized that his weight gain brought unexpected happiness and contentment. He found joy in indulging himself, savoring gourmet meals, and living a life of luxury that he had never imagined possible. His love for food grew hand in hand with his affection for his employers, as all the while, he never ceased to appreciate the family's kindness.

Which Type of Fatty are You?
There are different types of fatties, waddling around in this increasingly-shrinking world...
There's the fatass who who stuffs himself, bingeing and emotional, oblivious to the fact that he's plumping up out of his clothes. He waddles his blubbery butt around as his friends comment on his jiggling, his eating habits, as they pat his growing tummy, as they press into and pinch his lardy love handles. They make comments, try to convince him to eat right, offer to show him how to properly exercise, but it's no use, because this fatty's lone focus is on food, on filling himself, on puffing up as porkishly as is humanly possible! Because he doesn't even realize what he's doing him self...and perhaps he never will, not until he can't squeeze into his own clothes or fit his fat ass into his chair...perhaps even then, with a twinkie dangling out of his mouth and his body bursting out of his clothes...perhaps he won't even realize it then...
Then there's the thick hottie, the friend who starts to get a little tubby, who feeds himself and finishes off the plates of his friends, on whose body the fat starts to expand, to distend. The weight creeps up on him, thickening his side rolls and plumpening his belly until he's an absolute fatboy, his belly pudging out over his waistband and his moobs thickening on his chest. He tries to run it off, to work it off, but the goodies are too tempting and when he waddles, it's like he's trying to outrun his own, thick ass, which drives him crazy as it bounces and jiggles behind him, a constant target for his teasing friends, who poke and slap it and giggle as they watch it quiver. And he only gets plumper, feeding himself as he tries to drown out the embarrassment, only worsening the panting of his breath, the rubbing of his thighs, the tightness of his clothes...
Finally, there's the self-aware fat boy. The pig, who is aware he is a pig. The doughboy who is aware he is a doughboy. The tubby butterball who waddles proudly around, pampered and spoiled and self-aware, knowing the effect his juicy ass and big belly have on the hotties who watch him take up more and more space. The one who laughs as he "accidentally" knocks a cup over with his tummy or bumps something off a desk with his ass. Who draws attention as he laughs with self-deprecating humor that he can't fit into his pants, that he can "barely button" his own shirts! The one who grows, who gluts, who lives for the teasing, for the feeding, for the pampering and the poking and the prodding. Who craves that his ass will be slapped, his stomach jiggled, his love handles grabbed and squeezed. Who wants only to be a fit jock's mindless plaything, to be spoiled and fed for the rest of his life. To be an eternal fat boy.

A new study shows a link between abdominal fat and chronic musculoskeletal pain, but even the authors admit that it’s unclear which one causes which.
The study, published in the American Society for Regional Anesthesia & Pain Medicine, found that abdominal adipose tissue (fat) is associated with chronic pain in multiple sites and widespread chronic pain. It also found that women were at higher risk for this association than men.
“Reducing abdominal adiposity may be considered a target for chronic pain management, particularly in those with pain in multiple sites and widespread pain," wrote lead author Feng Pan, PhD, Senior Research Fellow at the Menzies Institute for Medical Research in Australia. “The identified stronger effects in women than men may reflect sex differences in fat distribution and hormones.”
In layman's terms, they’re suggesting that chronic pain patients be told to lose weight. Especially if they are women.
However, further down in the study, while discussing its limitations, they admit that the research does not “address the issue of potential bidirectional causality.” In other words, they cannot say whether excess abdominal fat causes chronic pain, or whether chronic pain causes excess abdominal fat…
…While a specific link between abdominal fat and chronic pain may be new, the idea that fat could contribute to chronic pain by making people more sedentary and less likely to exercise has a long history.
However, as a patient who gained weight after developing chronic pain and being put on a number of medications that had weight gain listed as a side effect, I’m always extremely skeptical about which causes which.
Especially because I gained and lost weight multiple times over the 11 years that I’ve been in pain, and have never noticed either one impacting my pain levels.
In my experience, many doctors are quick to dismiss symptoms when they can blame a patient’s weight as the cause. Even when the excess weight was literally caused by medications they prescribed.
Doctors use studies like these to blame pain patients for their problems, while absolving themselves of any responsibility to help. Patients are told their pain is their fault, and if they’d just lose weight, they’d feel better.
Then, when losing weight proves predictably difficult, the doctor can throw up their hands at the whole situation and proclaim that the patient must not want to get better. In other words, doctors set an impossible standard for patients and then blame the patient when they fail to meet it.
As new weight loss GLP-1 medications like Ozempic and related drugs become more popular, it will be interesting to see how they impact conversations about weight loss and chronic pain. If the medications are as good as they claim to be at helping people lose weight, we might finally get some large-scale research into how losing weight actually impacts pain levels.
And if more patients are able to lose weight when their doctors tell them too, physicians may find that they have to do more than just tell their patients to “lose weight” when it comes to treating pain. (Full article at link)

Lacrosse jock!Derek meets frat boy Stiles who influences Derek to stop working out and live life! Which, it turns out, means becoming a blob of fat who can eat enough food for his entire lacrosse team…twice over.
Stiles knows the exact moment he fucked up.
It’s the middle of the day and instead of going to classes- he finds Derek sitting in his dorm room chugging beer and stuffing pizza in his mouth as his lacrosse team cheers and is chanting, “SEVEN….EIGHT!”
It had taken all semester, but he had finally gotten Captain of the lacrosse team and hottest guy in j campus Derek Hale to relax, enjoy the college life of casual sex and beer and weed and junk food and not going to bed until 3am.
Except….Stiles was always smart about it. Smart enough he passes his classes with solid Bs without studying, so he can wake up 15 minutes before class, run to class and pass. His ADHD and constant need to move and being doing something new helped him keep off most the college pounds, and all in all- Stiles had enough self control to keep himself fall too far.
He realizes far too late however- Derek was one of those repressed, “never had enough chocolate, didn’t drink” in high school kids so…when Stiles pushed him over the edge? Derek full on snapped.
Straight up forgets to go to class because he stopped at the cafeteria for another meal or was too hungover and slept through his alarm. Eats his way out of the lacrosse uniform and decides it’s too much exercise anyway- Stiles is right he deserves a break.
Drinks so much beer Stiles swears Derek is sloshing around as he walks, quickly forming a hefty beer belly around his middle.
Said beer belly which ends up softening up rapidly when the munchies and late night pizzas and tacos and 2am cookie runs take effect…
Soon Stiles finds himself with a boyfriend who is ballooning before his very eyes and isn’t sure what to do….pleas and demands that Derek stop falling on deaf ears…
“Mmppphb so HUNGRY,” he groans, shoveling more food in his mouth. The appetite of an athlete stretched to that of a competitive eater…with the lifestyle habits of a lethargic slug.
The entire lacrosse team thinks it’s a great prank- on frat bro Stiles. so they all go out of their way to make sure Derek’s eaten dinner….before their dinner date. Derek kisses Stiles and tastes like grease and sugar (and burps in his mouth more than once). Stops Halfway through riding Stiles to grab a day old slice of pizza sitting on the stressed and catch his breath before continuing.
Stiles starts to realize the times he’s seen Derek without food in his mouth become less and less…. And can’t remember the last time Derek waddles himself into a classroom. He’s …has seen Derek rip pages out of a textbook to use as a napkin.
Derek fails out by his junior year. Not that it matters. He comes to cheer Stiles on, taking up 3 chairs in the auditorium, and Stiles just feels himself sweating knowing he needs to get a job that pay well to afford their future food bills and Derek’s new scooter….

Running Sucks
Okay. So. This is very niche bc it takes place in the universe of @bucknastysbabe and I's chat where Bucky got rescued from HYDRA after falling and sent home, settled down w his sweetheart and got to be happy and safe and fat and work for the SSR. Then ALSO they found Steve he's fine and he and Peggy are fucking on the DL. Very much an 'everyone is fine bc it's happy' AU. Steve and Bucky go on runs together and have bestie time. There's just a lot of lore to know alright.
The thing about running is that it sort of sucks. Sure, it’s ‘good for you’ and ‘important to exercise’, but it sucks. That’s an opinion Bucky will stand by until the day he dies.
The thing about James Buchcanon Barnes in the spring of 1949 is that he wasn’t even that out of shape. He’d always had good stamina and going into the military didn’t hurt that. Besides, whatever they’d pumped him up with in Azzano-traumatic as the whole experience was-seemed to bolster his entire body. He didn’t need to know precisely how. The less time spent thinking about it, the better. The night terrors were calming down and that was good enough.
So no, Bucky did not have a negative opinion of running simply because he was out of shape.
And he liked parts of running! He liked being out and about in Brooklyn, he loved hanging out with Steve-especially since their lives had diverged a bit in post-war adulthood. Even if Bucky would’ve never imagined ‘hanging out with Steve’ constituting going on a run before the guy went and got himself shot up with whatever secret smoothie sent him into second puberty.
He liked jogging with his best friend and swapping banter and gossip with the easy comfort of childhood friendship and the understanding of forged in fire brotherhood. But by god, he hated how his thighs chafed like they were trying to start a fire. Bucky would absolutely admit to having put on a lot of weight since coming home-being full helped him sleep and his wife loved to bake, sue him. It didn’t usually bother him. Being fat felt like being safe, like his body was one hundred percent, absolutely his, even with the metal arm HYDRA had practically superglued onto him before he was rescued.
But the fucking chafing was something else. And it was the very worst while running. His thighs rubbed together and wore the inseam of his pants to threads, he could feel his entire body jiggle every time his feet hit the pavement, and the sweat that accumulated in the creases underneath his moobs or the overhang of his belly was less than comfortable.
And because Bucky was the man he was, and had pretty much settled into a happy, domestic life and the good days far outnumbered the bad, he was in the position to be needlessly dramatic. Just for fun. And for attention.
Which was why about two thirds of the way through the circuit they were running he stopped running and bent over, hand on his knees, and took several heaving breaths like a dying fish. It wasn’t entirely for show-he was out of breath-but he could’ve kept going for a few more minutes.
The dramatics had their intended effect, though. Steve stopped running and turned around, eyebrows raised.
“Come on, assclown. You can’t finish five miles?”
Bucky took another very deep breath and straightened, wearing the same smile that made girls in dance halls fall over themselves almost a decade ago. Not that he used it for that much anymore-he was a happily married man.
“Said I’d do two. Pretty damn sure I said I’d do two.”
Bucky had, in fact, said he’d only do two miles. He’d also gotten distracted talking to Steve and just kept running; he’d only noticed how far they’d gone when the friction burn on his inner thighs had become too irritating to ignore.
“Yeah, but you say that every time. I just tune it out.”
Steve smiled like he was holding back laughter when he said it, and Bucky laughed after he said it.
“Whatever, punk. We’re walking the rest.”
He slung his flesh arm around Steves shoulders, grinning. For all the moaning and groaning he did, Bucky did enjoy this time.
As they started walking-because they were going to walk the rest of the circuit. He was serious about that-he realized there was something he hadn’t asked Steve about in a while. Something incredibly important that he absolutely wasn’t just using to josh on his friend.
“Say, you asked Peg to move in with you yet?”
Steven Grant Rogers went bright pink.

Here's a mint detox recipe that can help with belly fat reduction:
