Throwing back to happier times today because the world is in turmoil and is a scary place right now. So this is from our Devon Cornwall road trip what seems like a lifetime ago. It was 2019. Those carefree days of summer spent at the beach, in a Motorhome. Heading in a shop and seeing people smile. Those days when you could pass someone in the street without creating a 6ft virtual bubble around your family. The endless possibilities of life ahead. Boy how life changes in the blink of an eye. I’m so tired of all the comments about my weight, what I should eat, being too emotional when I’m upset, the way I look, how I should feel, how I should live....I just want to be me. Why is it so goddamn hard?

It looks like Paul might have found a job. Well, he has to send in his application and take an exam based on 'common knowledge' and then they will train him as a corrections officer at the local facility. It pays like 35k a year or something if he gets the job. Which is better than what he was making before... and if he does get the job and I start working more we plan to get a second car and then look into buying a house.

But that's if all goes as planned... That's if we're lucky...

And we just happen to be two very unlucky people...
