The manchildren are ignoring each other.

It's for the better, really, considering their temperaments.

Johan (slouched, head propped up by his palm) and Samuel (straight backed, perfect posture) sit opposite. A worn, beaten dining table separating them. Both deliberately keeping their gaze on their phones, scrolling half-hearted through social media and trivial articles, faces lit up by bluelight.

Anything to try and block out one another.

Occasional sounds ringing out from their devices, joining the backdrop of sizzling and clanging floating out from the kitchen down the hallway.

Dinner shouldn't be too far away, judging by the smells. Even if Jake and Eli are helping, at least with you taking the lead, they won't be able to get away with anything untoward such as adding a hearty dose of cyanide. 

If you don't do that first, that is.

Facilitated by your presence, an uneasy, delicate truce hangs in the balance between the Crew Heads. Could be broken by the most miniscule interruption. 

Someone breathing too loud.

Someone taking up too much room.

Someone-

"YOU KISSED?!"

Johan and Samuel lift up their heads in unison at your voice. 

Followed by a screech (also yours).

Then - BANG!

Something heavy clatters in the kitchen.

The sound of an indignant shout (Eli's), yelping (Jake's), after a resounding smack (likely courtesy of you). 

One, or both, of them must have pissed you off.

Nothing new there.

They both return back to their phones, trying to keep the strained peace but-

Eyes lock, long enough to antagonise. Samuel's, full of patronising superiority and Johan's, narrowed with distrust and disdain. True feelings laid bare.

Neither look away.

The seconds tick by. Grows into minutes.

Samuel, always having a complex to soothe, pokes him first. With a smirk, "So you took my advice. Stealing shoes worked out well." 

Lips pressed tight and ears burning, Johan glares at him. Taunting tone matching his, "So did being Eugene's dog."

Samuel's expression takes on a dangerous edge, "How's your eyesight-"

Johan clenches his fist, white-knuckled and tense. Prepares to lunge to punch that smug look off his face-

"DINNER!" 

You slam down a large pan of kimchi stew in the middle of the table. Breaking the tension and whatever trouble is stirring.

No doubt Samuel is the instigator, and you throw him a dirty look as he holds your gaze for a just moment, before rolling his eyes and looking away, tips of his ears burning red.

Called it.

Johan huffs, small and pleased and victorious. Hand reaching out for a serving-

"Not yet," you chide, slapping his hand away with chopsticks and you are greeted by a look reminiscent of an annoyed cat.

Jake and Eli join soon after, carrying the rice and banchan. Jake gives Eli a grin, looking pleased with himself as the latter pointedly ignores him.

"Seriously, you can join Big Deal. Maybe as No.7. Lua would kill me and I can't bump Lineman."

"I said no." Eli sits down, as far away as possible from the Big Deal boss.

"I heard Jerry and Warren are getting friendly." Jake picks up the pickled radishes. "They would probably like fighting alongside each other.” 

Eli pinches the bridge of his nose. Somehow this guy is even more persistent than his own toddler. “For crying out loud-” 

"No. How many times! " Your hands dart out to grab Jake's around the wrist.  Intercepting him about to add the pickle juice into the stew. Poised to ruin it for the rest of you. Speaking slowly and clearly, you stress, "No. Pickle. Juice."

"It tastes better, trust me." He tries for a winning smile and is met with groans all around the table.

"No." 

"It tastes like shit."

"Keep it in your own bowl."

"I don't trust you."

Jake, defeated, clicks his tongue. "Fine. You all have no taste."

"Us?" Eli scrunches his face. Jake opens his mouth, but is cut off before anything comes out, “And no! Stop asking Hostel to join with Big Deal. We are not a family.”

Taking this as an opportunity to get even with Samuel, Johan growls, low and menacing, "What the fuck did you say before?"

Samuel sneers, finding no threat in this boy, "I said-"

You sigh.

So long, pleasant meal.

So long, keeping the peace.

You let the noise and angry voices wash over you, serving yourself a portion. At least it won’t get physical with you around (and you’re proven right when they keep casting shifty looks over, as if waiting for you to tell them off).

Better to let them get it out of their system like this, you think, tucking into your food.

Ikemen Tier List

whoaaa two posts together whoaaa (you guys didn't witness me doing this first to see if I had the energy to post a finished drabble today)

I've had trouble with the tier lists for a while because I feel like it didn't explain how I felt about these dudes half of the time, but I figured out a better way to mark the tiers and I feel like this sums it up great. And now you too can have a handy dandy 'How does Scum feel about X?' list! If Roderic had a sprite, I would put him in the daily thing, or maybe the top one? hm

Anyway, I'm gonna explain the tiers under the cut for extra clarifications.

[*Wants to write fanfics for 24/7*] : The Current Main Blorbo. All tremble before him - for he holds the writing braincell and he's all anyone hears about forever and ever - until another blorbo takes his spot (usually takes a few years). You'll see him as icons and photos and and and--------

On my mind daily, in some form: Sometimes these characters will be paired with the #1 chara, and so by extension they're thought about often. Sometimes they're not paired with them, but still thought about often. Despite my posting habits, I do enjoy these guys still. A lot, actually.

Think about a few times a week, offhandedly: Rubs chin. I think of Chev and Elbert as a rare comfort. A type of quiet one that is a plesant encouragement in some way or another. Or I get perplexed thinking about how they'd look ordering shitty coffee. Not much of an inbetween. But really I sometimes just enjoy the quiet comfort thoughts when i need them with those two.

Think about a few times a month: They used to be higher up in the faves, but I either got enough of them at some point (in a good way), friends love them with such glee that i just enjoy watching them simp for them, or they just got naturally shifted down in the line as more characters came into view. I won't talk about them much but I do like em in multiple ways.

Scared to think about (for my wallet): legally not allowed to like because I cannot max out my credit card (a joke). I really really really like Alfons and Victor but I am terrified they'll shoot the ranks in a couple of months, and that my wallet will be screaming to be spared (darius is still up for debate)

Random simping once a blue moon (idk why): I read a translated story of roger once when sitting in my car on a lunch break. I was reading as I was getting out, and nearly fell into the horn when reading about his cock. It tormented me for a week. This happens ocassionally with the others... maybe not a translated story, but i'll have a random thought that hits me like a bullet train and suddenly I'm stumbling and struggling to think about anything else for a bit. (Leonardo is here as punishment, he knows what he did)

Was Favorite when playing but ghosted game: Ikerev was the first(?) cybird game I played, followed very very closely by ikesen. I don't see a lot of stuff for them naturally on my dash, and bluntly ikerev just could not hold my attention especially after I lost my data and got cockblocked by shitty gacha pulls, but I hardcore simped for these dudes when I played. Well, jonah did get pushed to the bottom of that tier fairly quickly, but Shingen is still #1 there. Anju (oc) was originally made for him, and I suspect that when his...eternal(?) is released in eng, I'll be feral for a little bit and then go back to gil simping.

No opinion really: I just.....shrug. They're neither bad nor good. These are characters who I was either SUPER excited for and then sorely disappointed, characters I haven't felt drawn to, or characters I just....never....felt anything towards...even after reading their route... I'm assuming they're just not my type and that's why they're here.

No: I hold negative opinions due to XYZ personal reason. Or their vibes are just rancid to me. I don't care if others like them or not, I don't judge others for liking them.

Hi, do you watch 'react to cale' gacha videos?

Actually... no, not at all. As I explained in this post, Amalia's series is the only one I actually ever watched and enjoyed. In the past, I checked out a random TCF gacha video or two out of curiosity to figure out what the fuss was about (and why there seems to be like a bajillion videos of this kind on Youtube from all different fandoms for some reason)... but I did not like them, at all. There's nothing wrong with liking them of course, judging by the view counts lots of people do. But for me, there was just no substance to it? So I don't get the hype. (Then again, I don't enjoy the TikTok format either. Might be a matter of taste.)

Amalia's TCF video series was different for me because it is more an actual fanfic than a random clipshow. I originally found it because Amalia also made some INCREDIBLE animatics. There's a lot of effort put into all of their videos. The gacha series has script, and a really good one, too! So if you ever find another series like that (...in English please, I don't know Russian lol), please let me know! I would love to see it.

Do you mean Yenuuki? It's really up to them what they want to create. Like if they don't make Jegulus and that's your cup of tea, then just watch their Drarry videos. It also doesn't mean that they like making Jeverus videos, they could be just making it like how they also hated Dramione but still created few posts about it, and maybe they like it, I do not know 🤷🏻. Hi :) last night the internet was out and I couldn't sleep 👍so I did a funny thing that is very silly. If you don't wanna see me ramble tldr: I found a gaha life 2 presets and it was f a character I liked when I was 7. However it sucked! So for nostalgias sake I gave her a Glowup.

So! Long long ago when I was a wee little lad I guess I played gacha world ad I really liked this character. Keep in mind I was like 8ish at the ime and now I more so have mixed feelings on her. For many reasons. Bt er name was. Kuku. Ad her entire thing was they needed a boss I guess so we rtthe most stereotoical yandere girl in the world who punctuate every sentence with senpai. Good lord. Anyways

I don't want to call er kuku so I'm just gonna call her K. K is honestly! A terribly written character an concept in my opinion. So I wanted for nostalgias sake to breathe new life into er because I have a sof spot for er since nostalgic

For my redesign I changed many things. First of all er hair is. Ugly as hell sorry! So I spent like ages deciding on pigtails that looked like spikey an crazy while not being obnoxiously big and it ook me a very long time but I'm pretty happy with my these

My goal was this to kind of keep the same vibes but make her less extremely stereotypical and nicer/more unique design wise. I added a heart motif on her skirt and bows and other stuff and I got rid of the sailor uniform thr doesn't make sense but I thought she could still keep a similar vibe with a collared shirt with a bow. I also made her skirt longer just cuz and I made her shoes actually match god dammt why are they magenta.

I'm really happy with the facial expression cuz now se actually looks kinda scary unlike the original! Great! I also gave her gloves just cuz she's murdering so why not get your ingerprints off that damn cleaver

I'm sad to say this, but I think I'm officially over this game. I had waited for so long and finally did a 10 pull for the starish gacha with higher rates for sr/ur, and I only got a Reiji Sr and only Rs (most of them doubles). I was so upset about it that I spent the last 1000 wish tones I had on 4 one pulls, and I obviously only got Rs. This game is obviously made for people who can spend real money on it, which I can't. The thing is, I really really liked it, but it's not worth it. Sorry for the long rant.

I know what you mean, sadly it is the reality of gacha games like this. They're not for everyone, and they're not good for everyone. I caved earlier today and spent 12 gacha tickets (because I knew otherwise I'd use my Wish Tones and I want to save them) and I got all Rs.

I do think its a bit early to fully judge the game. It definitely has its problems, but the dev team so far seem pretty responsive to fan criticism, which is super important for a game like this to keep running. I don't have any super concrete ideas myself yet. The recent big apology gift we got and the change to wish tone balance for daily missions feels like a step in the right direction to me.

You have to know your limits when you go into a game like this. They eat up so much of your time and can be extremely draining. Not to mention the extreme gambling temptation. There's a lot of pressure as well from fans to play a game like this the "right way" which can suck a lot of the fun out of it. Who knows if I'll stick with it long term or not either. If you've lost interest in the game, then thats totally fair. You can always pop in every now and then to play a few songs and then leave again!

First up is Saria and some women older than her.

Sariia (Saria x Gladiia):

I like the idea of an intelligent, strong, hypercompetent, silver-haired, nigh-indestructible woman falling for an even more intelligent, hypercompetent, silver-haired, nigh-indestructible woman. Also they’re both over six feet tall, there is no way they’re both under six feet according the the game. You’ve also got that sweet Land x Sea dynamic going on.

I think it would start as months or years of them staring at each other intensely at formal events until one of them cracks.

You can also put some Saria x Kal'tsit in there for some Calcium x Calcite action. Also the smartest silver-haired polycule on Terra.

And of course, I’m assuming that Gladiia/Kal'tsit is happening at all times.

Anyways, more Saria ships:

Saria x Penance. Two women in positions of moderate power, in roles designed to protect people, kept from that role by the meddling of other forces which has gone ignored by those supposed to provide oversight. Also middle-aged woman yuri. (Saria is canonically 34, but I refuse to believe she is younger than 40. Well, Kristen is canonically 34 and they went to college together.)

Also, because Kristen isn’t confirmed dead, Penance could advise her on the divorce. Apparently Saria only needs to make it public knowledge and have a reasonable chance of Kristen seeing it, according to a quick search on divorcing absent, living partners.

Oh yeah, throw Kristen x Saria in there, but we know that’s pretty much canon.

Next is Zoria (Whislash x Saria). This one started out as a typo when trying to type Zofia. They’re both women who had days they look upon with fondness, now torn from them, with no way to go back. Also Zofia is single and Saria is… newly single. I haven’t read much regarding the Nearls. This ship is my least thought out.

Finally: Saria x Ho'olheyak. This one started when I saw the CG of Ho'olheyak grinning widely as Saria pinned her to the wall by the throat (same), but there’s actually something there.

If you interpret Saria as a woman haunted by her past (like in DramaticGaze’s “A Dance”), Ho'olheyak could either provide a strange comfort as a woman who has quite literally had her future torn from her for the sake of the past or they could end up in manipulative toxic yuri. AND it’s middle-aged woman yuri!

Saria/Gladiia: Sorry, don't see it. They're kinda similar, but from such different worlds and not in a way that interests me like Susie/Gladiia... and the thing about Land/Sea applies to Gladiia and 90% of the cast. Saria/Kal'tsit: Didn't really get sparks between the two of them when they talked in the manwha. Similar missions, but live in entirely different worlds, can't see it. Saria/Penance: In terms of crack ships I am more interested in this one, I think there's a bit more chemistry there but I'd need to see like, a story around it to be convinced.

But I do have to say (and no hate when I say this): Penance is not middle aged, it's never been confirmed she's middle aged, and I know saying 'she doesn't look middle aged' in a gacha game means nothing, but she doesn't! I don't think her age is elaborated on anywhere, but she's treated as the new generation in Siracusa alongside Vigil (who is like early 20s at most), so I don't know where this idea of her being in her 40s came from. Realistically, I think she's around early to mid-30s (has spent 10 years as a judge after school) but I wouldn't be surprised if we learn that she's like, 28

Kristen x Saria: Wrote a fic about it, it's the core of Lone Trail and the Manwha, it's absolutely heartbreaking, I love them. Whislash x Saria: Self-admittedly not much here. They were meant to co-star in a sportswear skin line together though

Ho'olheyak x Saria: Oh Saria had one really unfortunate night shwants to forget about while still trying to move on from Kristen on the landship after Lone Trail and Ho'olheyak won't let her forget. Love it

I know a lot of People will judge me for saying it BUT!

Small rant! Has BIG SPOILERS, so if you don't wanna be spoiled yet, DON'T READ!

The FNaF Movie was AWESOME! Why was it awesome? LET ME EXPLAIN!

First off, I'm sorry to all the other FNaF Fans that will read this, but it HAS to be done. (I am a fan myself but yeah, been a fan since FNaF 4 came out, which has been a while ago. TvT) It was clear that the Movie will be NOTHING like the Games. I mean yeah, it could have given you more spooks (*Cough* even though I was satisfied with what I got as spooks and murders *Cough*), BUT first off, it would have been nothing more but a filmed version of what we played and nothing interesting would have happened.

Mike would have sat in the office, watched Cams, closed doors and shit, until he burned the place down or something. It was clear, from the trailers, that the Movie might NOT be ANYTHING like the Games.

For an alternate universe of FNaF, I found it awesome. You saw two sides of the coin, from the missing Children too. They can act like kids, they can have humanity still, they are still just children, but they can also get VERY deadly and dangerous (Proven in the scenes where Max and the others died brutally).

Also let us not forget that the Movie was for people of 16 years of age and that into the FNaF Fandom a lot of Teenagers and children joined (and probably still do). It was not rated R and not for 18 year olds only, so even Teenagers can watch it and not just barely legally turned grown ups. Not everyone with 18 also can take a lot of blood, so I found the Movie pretty nice, it showed both sides and it showed pretty much that the Animatronics CAN be very murderous if they WANT to be.

I know some or maybe even many of you were disappointed, but why film a Movie about something, we already KNOW? We know about the Afton Family (At least everyone who played the Games and watched Matpad), we know about the missing children and their names, who died first, who William shouldn't have killed, etc. Literally a lot of Gacha Tubers MAKE Movies about all that already, of course they change it to make it an AU, but still! Heck other fans made small FANMOVIES about FNaF, it wouldn't have been as original anymore, as you would have thought, so the changes in the Movie were awesome in my eyes.

It was something new, it was a bit more unpredictable, it had some shockers and it had blood and some gore in there too, everything I would WANT from a Movie. Why have a Movie about something, you already know and can predict everything of, that got pretty much solved so far? (I mean it isn't entirely solved yet, not all of it, but I have a feeling we are getting close)

A new thing, a new Storyline and a few unexpected events. I mean, WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT VANESSA IS WILLIAM'S DAUGHTER IN THE MOVIE?! I only realized it after she started to talk about him and that he was a VERY BAD man. I was like: "Eyoooo, WAIT A FUCKIN' MINUTE! NO WAY! I THOUGHT HE DIDN'T PULL BITCHES AND WAS LEFT CHILDLESS!" (Not that I hated Steve Raglan/William Afton. He was awesome, wish I saw more of him. Mathew really played William well. Respect.)

Or WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT, that these kids still had some humanity left and just wanted to play, until Willy Wonka told them to kill someone for him, or someone broke in and decided to trash the place? I wouldn't have! AND THEY WERE DAY ACTIVE TOO!!! No 6AM clock chime and everything is over! No! They were active and moving ALL THE TIME! MAJOR UPGRADE! You were NEVER safe from them. AND THEY COULD ALSO LEAVE THE BUILDING! Also something that in the Games NEVER was possible! I mean yeah, only GF (Golden Freddy) was out, but if he can leave the Pizzeria, so can the others, right?

So my point: Movie was AWESOME, the people put a lot of thought and care into it, the Storyline was amazing and not the same shit we already knew and predicted, it had a good balance of things (Blood x gore x humor and all that), the Characters were amazing and honetly I am proud. WE EVEN GOT A SPRINGLOCK FAILURE! EEEEEEEEEEEEEE!! QWQ

This was the first Movie of FNaF,(I hope Dawko is right and we get a trilogy) which means that in the next Movie (If it comes out), we could get more of the new Storyline AND there could be more horror and if it will be a TRILOGY, then we will get WILLY WONKA IN FNAF THREE, BABYYYYYYYY!!! And THAT WILL be EPIC! After all, Springtrap might be the most BRUTAL and AGGRESSIVE Animatronic in FNaF, because of the Serial Killer traits, his hatred for Mike and Abby, he will still have the urge to kill them, so buckle the fuck up and maybe he will either also try and kill Vanessa (If she survives the Hospital and got out until then), or he will try and apologize.

Why would he apologize? Everyone who saw him stab his own daughter and paid close attention, saw that he instantly regretted it. He actually felt genuinely bad. But he had to get himself together, because of Mike and Abby. I think, if he would have had the time and chance, he would have brought her, himself, to the hospital too. It didn't seem like, he didn't care anymore, but he was in deep shit himself and had to take care of that first, to get away alive. Which, sadly for him, backfired. (Yes, I said it, William Afton showed some heart and I take full advantage of that.)

With all that said, HAVE A GOOD DAY/NIGHT!!!
