that's not Edgin's purpose in the movie??? it's Simon's????? Edgin has a different job??????????? who would've guessed shit has to be altered when formatting something into a movie??????????????? (case in point: in the wildshape chase scene with Doric, if they had stuck to the wildshape rules it would've been way less interesting in a movie format.)

also wasn't even a thought that crossed my mind watching that he could possibly not be a bard?? immediately after watching the first trailer I recognized that he was one without seeing any other promotion?? are you guys ok??????
