You mocking them for having an unclean room is making it worse. They aren’t lazy, they are struggling. Stop being an asshole. If you don’t want to see it, just scroll instead of bullying that person.

friendly reminder: if someones cleaning their depression room, please at least try to hide disgust when they’re cleaning the trash and dishes. They know it’s gross, they've been living in it for weeks. They don't need to be told they're disgusting, they're trying their best.

i don't store things out of sight to the best of my capabilities, i've made this space my own, but a mix of The Memories and the pain makes it miserable to clean as i go

i never realized how much pain i was in until rather recently. i've developed a way of moving that keeps me as still as possible, subconsciously. it takes so much energy to get the dishes back in the kitchen or to put the fabric back in the box, especially when my mattress is a fine enough pin cushion.

While my recent Depression Room™ wasn’t as bad as it was back in 2019-2020, still was Not Good. Took a day to clean up, feeling better about it already :)

I finally cleaned my depression hole excuse for a bedroom! I found out I had 10 math books, 3 grammar books, 5 binders, 22 folders, 28 notebooks, 11 sketchbooks, 17 dictionaries, 20 handfuls of pencils (regular and colored), 13 handfuls of pens and markers, it looks like I raided an office supplies store. I think I was accidentally a hoarder. I also found my first fanfiction and fanart, which were in my old elementary school binder.

Digging thru my room to find some sunglasses and here are some of my findings

-moldy slime from 2020 (i put my hand in it till i realized)

-Gatorade

-the deodorant i got in 4th grade

-3 toothbrushes

-no sunglasses

Hello everyone.

I'm Fear, I'm 18 and I have no idea what I'm doing.

I'm too scared to share my journey on my instagram, so here I am.

I'm actively trying to get better, as I have struggled in the past.

I used to have a digital diary like this and was part of a great community that I loved but we were all actively encouraging sick thought patterns.

I'm hoping to get my life together because I feel very lost.
