RECIPE: For 1 slice of bread

1tsp wholewheat flour 1/2 tsp coconut flour 1 tbsp almond milk 1 tbsp warmed water 1tsp honey generous pinch of chosen spices (i used cinnamon and nutmeg) Mix all the above ingredients in a shallow bowl in the order listed. Dip bread slice in the mix being sure to absorb a generous amount of the batter. Toast on a medium heat with a tsp of oil (i used coconut oil) for 4mins each side. SERVING SUGGESTION: 1/2 white peach tossed in 1tbsp agave syrup and sprinkled with cinnamon. Grilled for approx 5mins each side. Thinly sliced apple. Soy yoghurt Chia Seeds
