Sally hears about Annabeth long before meeting herâeverything from casual âAnnabeth emailed me!â to long disjointed explanations of their quest to Hades, how she saved his life, how amazing and smart she is. Itâs obvious how much Percy cares about his new friend from how he talks about her. When he prints out the photo Annabeth emailed him and sticks it on his binder, Sally smiles knowingly to herself. Percy's never had a crush before.
When she finally meets Annabeth, the girl in front of her doesnât match the descriptions Percy gave at all. The Annabeth from his stories is fearless and unstoppable, the smartest person in the room and she knows it. The Annabeth that Sally first meets is quiet and reserved and almost overly polite. She expected Percy was a bit biased, but not this biased.
Later, she needles it out of Percy: how Annabethâs father and step-mother treated her like a burden, how she ran away when she was 7. Sally decides right then and there that Annabeth is going to be hers. She tells stories of her own brash youth, she extends all the care in the world to this girl. She does everything in her power to hammer into Annabeth's head that she has a home with the Jacksons, that she will always be not just welcome, but wanted here.
Slowly but surely, Annabeth starts to believe it. Of course, Annabeth has always thought Sally was a good mom, has always envied Percyâs relationship with her. But it takes her awhile to realize that Sallyâs unconditional love could ever extend to herâsheâs never had a parent or parent figure like that before.
But they really bond when Percy goes missing.
Annabeth goes to Sally's apartment to tell her, clearly expecting Sally to get angry, to blame her. Instead, Sally wraps her up in a tight hug, and they cry together, and Sally invites her back again and again the entire time Percy is gone for tea and cookies and comfort. They talk for hours at a time, about Percy, about the search, of course, but also about Annabeth's schoolwork and her parents, about Paul, and Sally's writing career. In truth, Sally needs the comfort and support just as much as Annabeth, if not more. They get through those eight months together.
And one day, years in the future, Annabeth and Percy come over for dinner, all sly smiles and conspiratorial glances, clearly holding back news, until after dinner, when Annabeth beams and shows off the shiny new ring on her left hand.
"Sally--" Annabeth starts to say. Sally cuts her off with a shake of her head, eyes full of happy tears.
"Call me Mom."

Let's write about Jewish characters in dynamic ways- that make it clear "Yes this is us. Yes, we are living our lives with this happiness and ritual, and we love it. "
Like it's so easy to write about, to have casual observances of Judaism and cultural practices be in the background of stories. I'll write of the few examples I can think of in my frame of reference as a college student-
there's a mezuza in the doorway of a college kid's apartment. Whenever his friends come over, it's a reach for some of them to touch it because both he and the rabbi who installed it are 6 foot three. The others feel like a middle school boy slapping the ceiling as they try and reach for the damn thing.
Characters rush on public transport to get to a rabbi's house on shabbat. The train is due. There's a flurry of regrouping, then trying to call a missing friend to get there, and then the process of methodically hiding Magen davids and jewish objects because getting to shabbat dinner without a situation was an order from college Hillel staff.
A character is half-drunk at 2 AM at the convenience store but has to scan the list of ingredients on their chemically disgusting snack for gelatin.
Said character is prevented by her friends from only sustaining herself on 7/11 slushees "even though it's all kosher!"
There are references to the Purim incident constantly- it is never clarified what happened on Purim.
the hypothetical gang of characters are in the middle of nowhere on a grand magical adventure. The main character notices a mezuza on a door of a cabin, knocks on it, and has an in-depth conversation with the resident. Then, he waves his friends over. "Hey, guys! We have a place to stay tonight!" Because through the magic of Jewish geography, it was discovered that the grumpy old Jewish man in the woods is the grand uncle of one of his Jewish Day school teachers
A character who eats cheesy bacon bagels regularly on passover has a deep respect for jewish ritual items. He kisses the siddurim as they're handed back into a pile, he always kisses his kippah that he wears for ritual purposes of shabbats and minions. He's very careful with these objects and keeps on claiming dropping something He is observant, and he cares so much, but not in the "typical" way. Just... please show the nuance in practice.
The big "going out night" for our fearless college student isn't Friday but saturday night because of shabbat.
The stain on the rabbi's couch is not to be mentioned
A character keeps on mentioning the stain anyway.
Jewish goodbyes after any event take a minimum of two hours and that's why the gang is delayed on their journey to save the world .
I want more representation than characters in novels saying "haha I'm jewish but eat bacon and love Christmas!" in such flat ways. Please feel free to add more hypothetical ways of representation in the comments !!! About or inspired by your own life and experiences ! Let's make this post vibrant!

Can I have a Lucifer vs Alastor fighting for the reader romantically, please if possible yanderes...
Lovely riddance
part two
pairings: y!alastor x reader & y!lucifer x reader
Note: reader will be a fallen angel for this! (Also this is prolly ooc)
You were a normal sinner (totally a sinner and not a fallen angel) living in hell you were in hell because of you questioning heaven which led to them throwing you down here⊠but you realized how different the other people in hell were compared to you. it just made you feel very weird, a total standout!
it made you miss heaven. A lot. Since you had made so many friends there and now you just lost it all. Well not all of it to be exact, your old friend Lucifer is the king of hell because he was the first one to rebel against heaven. You admired him for being so fearless against heaven themselves.
as you were in your own thoughts on the street of hell suddenly you passed by a poster that snapped you back to your senses. You suddenly scooted back to the poster and read it âwant to be redeemed so you can live a gorgeous life in heaven? Well visit the hazbin hotel and let yourself be purified!â Oh my god. This could be your chance to meet other people like you! You decided to fly over there since the other angels didnât rip off your wings when you fell down.
after like 69 minutes of flying (lol) you finally made it to the hotel! You couldnât help but feel a bit anxious though, what would they think about you? Would they make fun of you? Would they humiliate you if you did one thing wrong- no you couldnât let that stop you. This could be your chance to find your friends in heaven again. You knocked on the hotel door and waited for a response. It felt like it was taking forever until a blonde haired girl opened the door. (It only took 3 seconds for them to open the door but okay.)
she nearly screamed out of joy when she realized someone actually came to the hotel to be redeemed. She gave you a hug and welcomed you into the hotel where all the people there introduced themselves. There was Charlie, Vaggie, Angel dusk, Husk, Nifty, (nifty is a cutie) and a snake who you didnât bother remembering his name cause it was too long. (Totally not an excuse to not have to write his name)
you almost choked though when Charlie said her last name was Morningstar, like Morningstar as in Lucifer Morningstar? She was his daughter?! You had no idea him and Lilith had a child but you felt happy for them. Not until she told you her mom left her 7 years ago. (Lol)
To your surprise (and relief) they accepted you and treated you nicely. And you recognized Vaggie but didnât out her because you had a feeling that she didnât want that to happen and you respected her.
All of a sudden a man just teleported out of the floor and tapped you on your back which made you scream so loud. He chuckled and said not to worry as it was him, the radio demon! And he also introduced himself as Alastor. He grabbed your hand and kissed it which made you a bit confused but you rolled with it. Over the couple of days you had spent there you bonded really well with all of them, but alastor specifically wanted to spend a lot of time with you.
he often invited you to brunch, dinner, and to help him work on the hotel. Had you caught his eye? Maybe⊠maybe you had caught his eye more than you thought you did. (He also may or may not be planning to make a deal for your soul.)
timeskip to when Charlie invited her dad over. ââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââââ
you had all prepared for the place to look nice since the king of hell was coming to visit! Aka Charlieâs dad, and you wanted to make a good impression on him after you havenât seen eachother for such a long time. He seemed happy that his daughter was inviting him over based on the tone of his voice when Charlie called.
You guys all got in position and Charlie was about to open the door until Lucifer barged in and greeted his daughter with a bear hug! He looked around the place awkwardly after and Charlie introduced him to everyone in the hotel. He stared at you for a couple of seconds not knowing if it was really you. He was about to speak to you until alastor teleported right next to you.
Alastor put his hand on your shoulder and had a death grip on it. Like he didnât want Lucifer to even be near you. They both introduced themselves to each other and as they were talking about the hotel ideas, Alastor pointed out a thing you did for the hotel which helped them a lot. He brought your face to his as he put his hand around your neck pulling you closer. Your face was squished with his. He only did this though to simply piss Lucifer off and trick him into thinking that he had got to you first and that you guys have a deep connection.
as you pulled yourself away from him and looked at the two it suddenly felt as if there was an intense aura in the room all of a sudden. You laughed nervously and tried to excuse yourself before Lucifer grabbed your hand.
he was nervous and tried to compose himself to talk to you as it had been so long since you two had talked. Wtf was he even suppose to say? He decided to finally speak after an agonizing 5 seconds.
Lucifer: âoh [reader]⊠itâs been so long since weâve last seen eachother! How have you been doll?â
[reader] : âoh Iâve been just fine. Well despite the fact that heaven kicked me out, it feels better here. Like I can actually breathe in this place.â
Lucifer: âgood to hear. Would you mind visiting my palace sometime? Id like to show you some of my latest creations, especially one I made just for you!â
his smile became wider and his eyes seemed more sincere like he really wanted you to visit. I mean after all you guys havenât seen eachother in eons!
before you could reply to his offer, Alastor grabbed your other hand and yanked you away as he chuckled.
Alastor: âIâm sure they would love to visit you sometime, but theyâre busy with me today as I invited her to dinner and they accepted. Didnât you dear?â
you suddenly remembered that you and Alastor were gonna go out for dinner tonight and you nodded your head.
[reader] : oh thatâs actually right! I totally forgot about that for a minute. Well Lucifer would you like me to visit anytime Iâm free if thatâs okay?
Lucifer: oh, thatâs just fine! Just try to make it soon cause I can not wait to spend time with you again!
his smile faded a bit and he seemed to give a glare to Alastor. In response Alastor simply had a wide smile as he continued to hold your hand after yanking away Luciferâs.
After the argument with Lucifer and Alastor over Charlie was done.
âââââââââââââââââââââââ
Finally everyone calmed down after they argued over who Charlie preferred as a dad. Thank god Mimzy barged through the door before another fight broke loose. After a couple minutes Alastor decided to tell everyone you and him would be leaving for dinner about now, you thought it was later but alright!
as you guys left through the door to go to your favorite restaurant, Alastor couldnât help but giggle feeling Luciferâs eyes burning a hole through him. He knew it pissed him off and he was glad that it did. And little did you or Lucifer know the Alastor was making more and more progress to his plan. His plan was to woo you enough so that youâd made a deal with him for your soul.
of course youâd get benefits aswell! Alastor would be at your every beck and call and you would do the same for him. It would just be a matter of time before he proposed the idea to you. He just hopes a certain someone wouldnât mess it up.
part two coming soonâŠ
note: hiii to everyone who read this, Iâd like to thank you all for all the likes on my previous two posts! Iâm going to be working on part two sooner or later. Also sorry is this is a bit ooc, Iâm new to writing fanfics and tried to make alastor manipulative like he is in the show. :)

Chica Medica - Part 7 (Alexia Putellas x Reader)
I know this isn't the final in question but I can't find a gif of it. So have this one instead. Plus who wants to see sad Ale anyway đ This is the final part. this journey has been crazy and long but I can't thank you all enough. I'm glad this one got finished even if it took me like 2 years! Enjoy!
The atmosphere in the stadium was thick with tension. It was the day of the womenâs champions league final, Barcelona vs Lyon. The anticipation had been building for the last few weeks, now it was her and both teams were toeing the line on another historic moment. It was a weight that you could feel even though you werenât a player.
The teams had already started their warmups, which meant the stadium already had that buzz of energy ringing round it. Fans were filling into the seats, drinks and snacks in hand, chants falling from their lips and filling the arena. In the middle of all that excitement, was the nervous energy surrounding the players, you could sort of feel it coursing through you as you did some final checks on players. A lot of the players had been involved in the 2019 game with the same teams, the day when Lyon crushed Barcelona dreams of champions league glory with that brutal 4-1 win. The memory of that loss still lingered, and it hung over todayâs match like a dark cloud.
From your position on the sideline, you could see it in the way the players moved. Some were more focused than usual, pushing themselves harder in the warm-up drills, while others seemed distracted, their minds already on the game to come. Even Alexia, who was usually so composed and steady, seemed a little off.
As warm-ups wrapped up and the team headed back toward the locker room for final preparations, you felt a familiar presence beside you. Alexia had broken off from the group and was making her way toward you, her expression tight but unreadable.
"Can you tape my ankle?" she asked, her voice steady, but you could hear the tension underneath, the underlying nerves that no one else but you and her would know about, even if it was never acknowledged. To the outside world she looked like the normal fearless captain ready to lead her side the best she can and always does.
You nodded and motioned for her to lead the way down the tunnel and past the locker rooms to the medical space. It wasnât the first time sheâd asked you to tape her ankle, it had actually become something of a pre-game ritual for the two of you, but today felt different and was different. The air between you was thick with the weight of the upcoming fixture, and you could sense that there was more to this than just a simple request.
As you gathered the tape and began to wrap her ankle, you kept your movements slow and precise, giving her time to speak if she wanted to. You could feel her eyes on you, her leg resting gently on your knee as you worked.
After a long pause, Alexia finally broke the silence. âIâm nervous.â It was barely said above a whisper as if she was in a room full of people and she didnât want anyone of them to hear her.
The admission caught you off guard. The Alexia Putellas, mighty captain of Barcelona Femani, worldwide superstar, role model for many little girls around the globe, was nervous and admitting it verbally to you. In the quiet moment before the biggest game of the season, she was opening up and letting her guard down for you.
You glanced up at her, offering a soft smile. "Thatâs normal. Itâs a big game. And it important to you."
She nodded, her eyes focused on the way your hands were delicately wrapping tape round her ankles. "I keep thinking about 2019," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper still. "How we werenât ready, how they tore us apart. I donât want that to happen again. I donât want to let the team down. I donât want to let the fans down."
You paused for a moment, your hands gently holding her ankle as you looked up at her. The weight of her words hung in the air between you, and you could see the vulnerability in her eyes along with the fear of failure, of history repeating itself.
"You wonât," you said softly, your voice steady. "This isnât 2019, Ale. Youâre not that same player, and this isnât that same team. Youâve led them through everything this season. Whatever happens out there, theyâre ready because of you. They are ready to fight with you."
Alexia exhaled slowly, her shoulders relaxing just slightly as she absorbed your words. You could tell she was still battling the nerves, but something in her posture shifted. It was like a quiet resolve starting to settle in and the confident captain was stepping back in.
"Youâve always been there," she said after a moment, her voice soft. That little glint she gets in her eyes when sheâs just scored a goal present. "Since the start of the season, through all the ups and downs. I donât think Iâve ever told you how much thatâs meant to me."
You smiled, finishing the last few wraps of the tape around her ankle. "You donât have to. Iâm always here, no matter what."
The noise of the stadium, the weight of the final, the memories of what happened in 2019 were pushed to the back of both your minds in that second. For this one little moment it was just the two of you, in this quiet shared space.
She reached down, her hand gently brushing yours as you finished securing the tape. "Thank you," she whispered, her voice thick with emotion. "For everything."
You squeezed her hand gently, offering her the reassurance you knew she needed. "Youâve got this, Ale."
With a final nod, she stood up, testing her ankle and giving it a small flex before looking back at you. The tension in her eyes had eased, replaced with a quiet determination.
As she walked back toward the locker room, you watched her go, your heart swelling with pride. This was Alexia, the player who carried the weight of the team on her shoulders, but in moments like these, she was just a woman who needed support too. and you would happily always be that support.
The stadium lights grew brighter as the time for kick off approached, and you knew that no matter what happened on the pitch tonight, Alexia would give it everything she had. And so would the rest of the team.
You sat in awe as you watched all the pre-match stuff happen around you. Your eyes found it hard to leave the Barcelona captain once she had led the teams out, and as the songs were playing out, you noticed her glance your way. It was barely a second look but she caught the small smile and little thumbs up you gave her and it gave her that boost she needed to get her head focused, or so she thought.
The opening whistle rang through the stadium, but instead of the usual surge of excitement, there was a quiet undercurrent of nerves rippling through the team and the crowd. The air around the stadium thick with anticipation and nerves around what was to come. Lyon, experienced and relentless, were not a team to underestimate. And within ten minutes, they made sure to remind everyone of that.
You watched from the bench, your heart sinking as Alexia was tackled. Henry standing up from the slide with the ball and driving in field, she took a couple of touches before unleashing a strike you knew Alexia herself would have been proud of and you could only watch on as it nestled into the net. 1-0 to Lyon.
The stadium erupted with cheers from the Lyon supporters, but for Barcelona, the shock hit hard. You could see it in the way the players slowed for just a moment, the disbelief written across their faces. A few glanced toward the bench, their expressions filled with frustration and a rising sense of panic. This wasnât something they were used to.
But none of them showed it more than Alexia. Her eyes were focused, but there was an edge to her movements that you recognized all too well, the tension, the pressure weighing down on her.
As the minutes ticked on, you could feel the anxiety building. Barcelona was chasing the game, trying to press forward, but Lyon was everywhere, cutting off every pass, intercepting every run.
Jenni had a chance or two to put Barcelona level but couldnât quite do anything with the changes, the keeper of defenders dealing with her presence or shots well.
And then it happened again.
A quick one two down the left-hand side, a looping cross to the back post that Panos couldnât quite intercept and a well-timed run from Lyons striker meant they doubled their lead. 2-0 Lyon.
You saw the anguish in the playersâ faces, the disbelief starting to set in. The memory of 2019 was no longer just lingering in the background, it was happening all over again. The stadium felt heavier, the chants of the Lyon fans growing louder, the Barcelona ones dying out a little, and the Barcelona players seemed to feel the weight of every step they took.
Then, in the 35th minute, Lyon struck again. A mistake at the back gifted a tap-in to one of their players. 3-0 Lyon.
The sound of the ball hitting the back of the net was deafening, but all you could focus on was Alexia. She stood frozen for a moment, her hands resting on her knees as she took in the damage. Her expression was unreadable, but you could see the pain in her eyes, the mounting pressure of the game slipping away. She was fighting against the memories of the past, but they were catching up with her.
From the bench, you felt helpless, watching as Barcelona tried to regain some control, but the first half had been brutal. Lyon was dominating, and the damage seemed almost irreversible. The teamâs confidence, which had been so strong coming into the final, was visibly shaken.
Then, just before halftime, Barcelona found a glimmer of hope.
In the 41st minute, a well-timed run from Alexia finally broke through Lyonâs defence. She latched onto a lovely cross from Caro and struck the ball with precision, sending it into the net passed the diving keeper. 3-1.
There was a brief moment of celebration, a flicker of joy in the stands and on the pitch. But it was muted, more relief than anything else. The team knew the damage had been done. As Alexia jogged back to her position with the ball tucked under her arm to hurry the game along, she glanced toward the bench, and for the briefest moment, your eyes met. You saw the anguish behind her focused gaze, the weight of the scoreline still heavy on her shoulders despite the goal.
It was a moment of hope, but it felt small in the shadow of everything that had already happened.
Halftime was tense. The locker room was filled with an oppressive silence, the usual chatter and tactical talk nowhere to be found. Everyone knew what had to be done, but the path ahead felt impossibly steep. You could see it in their faces, the frustration, the doubt.
Alexia sat quietly, her head bowed slightly as she caught her breath. She didnât say anything, but her presence was commanding. The team took their cues from her, waiting, watching. There were no outbursts, no speeches. Just the weight of the moment settling into every playerâs shoulders.
When it was time to head back out for the second half, they rose with quiet determination. No one needed to say anything. They all knew what was at stake, and they knew how difficult it would be to turn things around.
You stood near the tunnel as the team filed out, catching Alexiaâs eye as she passed. She didnât say a word, but there was a flicker of something in her gaze, a steely resolve, a promise to keep fighting, no matter what. Not that you would ever think she could give up.
The second half was a battle, but the damage from the first half was too much. Barcelona fought hard, pressing Lyon, creating chances, but the goals just wouldnât come. Time ticked away, and with each passing minute, the weight of the scoreline became heavier.
Lyon defended with everything they had, and despite Barcelonaâs best efforts, they couldnât break through again. Alexia pushed herself to the limit, running harder, tackling fiercer, willing the team forward, but it wasnât enough.
The final whistle echoed in your ears, the high-pitched sound sending your heart into your stomach. Lyon had won, again. Barcelona had fought so hard to get here again, had overcome challenges but had fallen short yet again, and the heart break was evident. The stadium was alive with the cheers of Lyonâs fans, but all you could focus on was the devastation unfolding around you.
Your players, your friends stood frozen, the weight of the loss settling in. Some dropped to their knees, others stared at the ground, their faces etched with disbelief. The pain in the air was unmistakable, and you could feel it in your own chest, a dull ache that mirrored theirs.
Then your eyes fell on Alexia.
She was on her knees in the centre of the pitch, her hands covering her face as she tried to contain the overwhelming flood of emotions. The captain, the leader, the one who carried the weight of this team on her shoulders, was breaking right in front of you.
You could see her shoulders shaking, her body trembling with silent sobs, and it was too much. The sight of her like that, so utterly heartbroken, tore at you. Every instinct in you wanted to go to her, to hold her, to tell her it would be okay. But the truth was, you werenât sure it would be.
The overwhelming loss was too much for you to bear in that moment. You couldnât handle watching Alexia break down like this, not after everything that had happened between you, not when your own emotions were threatening to pull you under. You could see her lying on her back sobbing even when your eyes were closed.
So, you turned away.
Without a word, you headed toward the tunnel, your heart racing and your chest tightening with every step you took. You could barely see through the blur of tears forming in your eyes as you hurried into the medical room, seeking the solitude you needed to process what had just happened. You couldnât stay out there, not with Alexia on the floor, not with the agony of defeat surrounding you.
Once inside the medical room, you leaned against the wall, taking deep, shaky breaths. You tried to block out the sounds of the celebration from Lyon, it was just another punch in your already beat up heart. But it was hard. All you could think about was Alexia, how broken she had looked, how much this loss meant to her, and how helpless you felt to not be able to comfort her.
On the pitch, Alexia wiped her eyes, the tears still flowing as she tried to gather herself. The pain of losing the Champions League final was unbearable, but it wasnât just that. It was everything combined, the pressure, the expectations, the weight she has carried for so long. And now, the crushing defeat that brought back memories of 2019, a nightmare she thought sheâd escaped, had returned and god did it hurt.
But amid the chaos, something was missing. Or rather someone was missing.
Alexia looked up, her eyes scanning the sidelines, searching for you. She needed you now more than ever. You had always been there for her, a steady presence in the chaos. And in this moment, all she wanted was to find you, to feel that connection again. To feel good again.
But you werenât there.
Her heart clenched, a new wave of panic washing over her. She searched the faces around her again, but she still didnât see you. The celebrations, the commiserations of her teammates, none of it mattered. She needed to find you.
Without thinking, Alexia got to her feet, her body aching but her mind focused on one thing: you. She moved quickly towards the tunnel, ignoring the flashes of cameras, and the questions from some of the staff still by the bench. None of it mattered now.
When she was inside, her eyes darted around, searching for any sign of you. Then, she caught a glimpse of the medical room door slightly ajar. Her heart pounded in her chest as she made her way toward it, hoping, no praying, that you were there. That she could feel something other than defeat.
You were so in your head that you didnât hear the soft creak of the door as it opened. You were seated on the edge of one of the treatment tables with your head in your hands, trying not to fully breakdown. You couldnât face the team right now and you certainly couldnât face Alexia after everything. You felt like you were betraying her in a way by not being out there, but it was just too much.
The you heard it, her soft voice coming from the doorway.
âY/N?â it was tentative, nervous a little, but it was unmistakably her.
You lifted your head, your breath catching slightly in your throat when you saw Alexia standing in the doorway. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying, her face still etched with the raw emotion of the loss. But there was something else in her gaze, something intense, something you couldnât quite place.
She stepped inside, closing the door behind her, and for a moment, the two of you just stared at each other. The weight of the game, of everything that had been left unsaid between you, sat poised in the air, heavy and unwavering.
"Why did you leave?" Alexia asked, her voice barely above a whisper. There was no anger in her tone, just a quiet pain and confusion.
"I couldnât..." you started, but your voice faltered. "I couldnât watch you like that. It was too much."
Alexiaâs eyes softened a fraction, and she took a few steps closer to you. "You think it wasnât too much for me?" she asked, her voice shaking. You couldnât tell if it was from the sadness still surrounding the day or the hurt you have now caused her. "You think losing this, after everything... was something I could just handle on my own?"
You looked away, the guilt rising in your chest, making it harder to keep your emotions in check. "I didnât know what to say. I didnât know how to help you. I didnât know if I was allowed to help you."
"I donât need you to say anything," Alexia said, her voice thick with emotion. "I just need you there. With me. Iâve already lost one important thing tonight. Iâm not losing you, too."
Her words hit you like a sucker punch to the gut, the intensity of them taking your breath away momentarily. You looked up at her, your heart beating out of your cheat as the weight of it all settled between you. The loss, the heartbreak, the months and months of tension between you, it all lead to this moment.
You watched as Alexia took a step closer, her hands shaking as she reached out for your own. âI canât lose you,â she whispered. âNot after everything, I know Iâve pushed you away, I know Iâve made mistakes, but ⊠I want you. No, I need you. I need you with me, and not just because you are a part of this team. As more, with me.â
Her confession hung in the air, raw and vulnerable. You could see the slight fear in her eyes behind the determination, the fear you knew of losing something else, someone else, important.
"Iâm here," you whispered, your voice barely audible as you stood up, closing the distance between you. "Iâm here, Ale. I want and need you too."
And that was all she needed.
Without another word, Alexia closed the gap between you, her lips crashing into yours in a kiss that was filled with all the emotions she had been holding back for so long. It was desperate, intense, and slightly hurried but it was everything. Everything she hadnât been able to say, everything she had felt but hadnât been able to express, was in that kiss.
You kissed her back, your hands sliding up to cup her face, feeling the warmth of her skin still slightly damp from a mix of tears and sweat, and the familiar softness of her lips. The weight of the loss, of the heartbreak, melted away in that moment, and all that remained was the two of you. It was always the two of you.
When you finally pulled back, breathless and wide-eyed, Alexia rested her forehead against yours, her breathing ragged as she whispered, "Iâm not losing you."
You smiled softly, your heart swelling with emotion. "Youâre not losing me. Not now, not ever."
The kiss lingered between you, as did the warmth of being pressed against the woman you loved, there was a mixture of unspoken emotions still on the tip of your tongues but now wasnât the moment. The reality of where you were crept back in when the roar of the crowd could be heard outside, the faint celebrations of the Lyon players. As much as you wanted to stay in this quiet, life altering moment with alexia, you knew she would need to return to the pitch.
A soft knock interrupted the peaceful silence.
"Alexia?" It was Leilaâs voice, quiet but insistent. "We need to be back on the pitch for the medals."
Alexia exhaled heavily, her forehead still resting against yours, her eyes closed as if she wasnât ready to face the world outside just yet. But she nodded, knowing there was no escaping this part. You gently placed your hand on her arm, offering a small, supportive smile.
"You need to go," you said softly. "Theyâre waiting for you."
Alexia pulled back, her eyes still red from earlier, but the strength in them was returning. "Come with me?"
âAlways.â You nodded, squeezing her hand before leading her toward the door.
Leila gave you both a knowing look when she saw the two of you walk out together with your hands connected, but she didnât say anything. Instead, she offered a small smile and gestured toward the tunnel.
Once you all made it back onto the pitch, Alexia and Leila went off to join the rest of the team in the line for the silver medals. The atmosphere was heavy around them, the weight of the crushing loss still taking its time to sink in. but behind that upset and sadness you could feel the determination in the air. Even if they were defeated this year, you knew they would go again next year, and as always, together.
As Alexia stood with her teammates lined up with her, waiting for her medals to be placed around her neck, she glanced at you. Standing off to the side but there, ever present you. There was something softer in her gaze now, gone was the torment of the first goal conceded, gone was the full weight of the loss, replacing it was something that you hadnât seen before.
When the medal ceremony final started and Alexia walked to get hers, she accepted it with a quiet nod, her fingers barely brushing over it before she let it hang loosely around her neck. The team all stood together for the photo they all knew they had to take but all didnât want to. The photo that would remind them of how close they had come. A bittersweet memory captures in a flash.
Once the photo was done everyone started to part ways. Some going to find their loved ones in the crowd, others taking a few steps away to give themselves a quiet moment. Alexia though had one more thing left to collect before she could join the rest of them.
The Golden Boot.
She had been the top scorer of the tournament, her performances throughout the campaign nothing short of extraordinary. But now, standing with the silver medal hanging loosely around her neck, Alexia looked anything but ready to celebrate her individual achievement. You knew she wouldnât have cared for it that much even if they had won the whole thing, but it felt cruel to get it without the win.
As her name was called to receive the Golden Boot, she hesitated, her eyes dark with exhaustion and sadness. She glanced at you, standing off to the side, and you could see it. You could see the reluctance, the pain etched into her tear-streaked face. It broke your heart slightly, even though you knew that pain would fade.
You took a step forward, offering her a gentle smile, but you could feel her hesitation, her body still rooted in place. She didnât want to go. She didnât want to stand there in front of the cameras, holding a trophy when her heart was shattered by the teamâs loss. She didnât want to accept a single award when her team didnât get what she thinks they should have together.
But you knew how important this was, even if she couldnât feel it right now.
So, with that thought you walked up to her, you placed a hand on her arm, your voice soft but full of conviction. "Ale, I know itâs hard to think about right now, but even on the worst day, you achieved the best."
She looked at you, her brow furrowed in confusion, the weight of her emotions pressing down on her.
"You won the Golden Boot," you continued, your eyes never leaving hers. "It might be hard to take in at this moment, but this is a major achievement. You donât want to forget it. And I certainly donât want to."
Alexiaâs eyes softened, her shoulders relaxing just slightly as she took in your words. There was still pain there, still heartbreak from the loss, but you could see a flicker of recognition. Something in her eyes that showed that she understood that even in the midst of defeat, she had achieved something remarkable. Something that in a month or two she would want to acknowledge and celebrate with her team and loved ones, just not now.
She took a deep breath, exhaling slowly as she nodded. "I just... I donât feel like I deserve it right now. Not after this."
You stepped closer, your voice steady and reassuring. "You deserve it more than anyone. Youâve worked harder than I have seen from any other player, and no one can take that from you, not even Lyon. This is your moment, Ale. Your incredible achievement. Own it."
For a moment, she just stared at you, her eyes searching yours for reassurance. Then, slowly, she nodded again, a soft, appreciative smile tugging at the corners of her lips. She couldnât appreciate this now, but she knew you were right, and she would later, when the sting of the loss faded.
With a gentle push from you, Alexia stepped forward and made her way towards the podium. The cameras flashed as the Golden Boot was handed to her, and she accepted it with grace, even if her heart wasnât fully in it.
She held the trophy in her hands, but her eyes were still tinged with sadness, her tear-stained face a reminder of the battle she had just lost. But even as the pain lingered, there was a quiet strength in her, an acknowledgment that this achievement mattered, well would matter just like you said. That it was something to be proud of, no matter how bittersweet the moment.
As she was asked by the photographers to pose with the trophy, her mind ran back to the loss. The sadness in her eyes captured forever for people to see. She caught your gaze, saw the pride and quiet admiration in your eyes and that gave her the strength to square her shoulders and smile slightly.
With a deep breathe she held the Golden Boot in front of her, ignored the flashing of the cameras that were capturing the moment forever. And although the smile on her face was faint, it was there, a small demonstration to everyone that despite the heartbreak of the day, she had achieved something worth smiling for.
When she made her way back to you after the photos, you could see the sadness was still the major emotion clinging to her, but alongside it was gratitude.
âThank you,â she said softly, her voice thick with emotion. âFor being here with me. For reminding me.â
You smiled, reaching up to gently brush a stray tear from her cheek. âAlways.â
The flight back to Barcelona was going to be quiet, the exhaustion from the match and the emotions of the night weighing heavily on everyone. The plane hummed softly as the team settled into their seats, some player lost in their own thoughts, some chatting quietly about the match and what they could have done to change it. Â
You had planned to sit quietly somewhere near the back, giving the team space to process the loss. But as you made your way down the aisle, Alexiaâs hand gently caught yours, stopping you in your tracks.
"Sit with me?" she asked, her voice soft but sure. âPlease.â
You hesitated for just a moment, glancing around the plane. The team was scattered in their seats, most of them already focused on their phones or staring out the windows. No one was really paying attention, but this felt... different. Public, in a way that you and Alexia hadnât been before. Even if it as only the team you both knew and cared for so much.
But Alexia didnât seem to care. Her eyes were soft, vulnerable in a way you hadnât seen around the team. She was letting her guard down, and this time, she wasnât trying to hide it.
With a small smile, you nodded and slid into the seat beside her. As the plane took off, you felt Alexiaâs hand slip into yours, her fingers lacing together with yours in a quiet, intimate gesture. She leaned her head against your shoulder, the weight of the day finally catching up with her. You rested your head on top of hers, letting her know you had her.
For a while, you just sat there in comfortable silence, the hum of the plane a soft backdrop to the steady rhythm of her breathing. You could feel the tension slowly melting away as she relaxed into you, her body finally giving in to the exhaustion that had been building all night.
At some point, Alexiaâs breathing became deeper, more rhythmic. She had fallen asleep on your shoulder, her head nestled against you in a way that felt so natural, so right. You smiled softly, your heart swelling with affection as you carefully adjusted your position to make sure she was comfortable. Letting her head tuck further into you and away from the prying eyes you knew were to come.
And you were right, the peace didnât last long.
From across the aisle, you spotted Mapi grinning mischievously, her phone in hand. She was clearly taking a photo of Alexia asleep on your shoulder, her eyes glinting with amusement. You rolled your eyes playfully and stuck your tongue out at her, quickly raising your hand to cover the part of Alexiaâs face that was visible.
Mapi chuckled quietly, snapping the photo anyway before mouthing, "Too late!" She gave you a cheeky wink before turning back to her seat, clearly pleased with herself. Ingrid obviously smacking the woman upside her head that just tore more chuckles from the blonde.
You shook your head, but the moment was too sweet to be annoyed. Instead, you glanced down at Alexia, still peacefully asleep, and let the warmth of the moment settle over you. It didnât matter if the team was starting to notice, Alexia had made it clear that she didnât care they would notice. She wasnât hiding this, and neither were you.
The flight continued, and for the first time in a long while, you felt a quiet sense of contentment. The pain of the loss still lingered, but in this small moment, with Alexia resting beside you, it felt like everything was falling into place. Maybe just maybe you could stay as Alexia Chica Medica.

day 7: threesome with sampo and gepard from hsr
warnings: threesome, dacryphillia, overstimulation, praise, handjob, oral (gepard receiving), fingering, squirting, voyeurism
notes: both characters are the subs. traditional momma nobu style
heavily inspired by @icaruienâs sub suguru fic!!! go check it out!!!!
never would have sampo expected himself to see the captain of the silvermane guards like this. the very same captain who diligently catches criminals left and right. the very same captain who keeps him on his toes. the very same captain who has fans and admirers of any age and gender.
the very same captain laid all bare on the bed as he cries and trashes about, moaning about how it was too much for him. he could see your hand working on his cock, angry red and weeping cum and pre from his slit and skillfully making the captain orgasm again on your hand. yet your hand doesnât stop itâs ministration. if anything it only continues on with itâs former job, picking up the pace, making loud lewd squelching sounds alongside gepardâs whines to get louder in the dimly lit hotel room.
sampo recognized you. how could he not? you were one of the co-founders of the wildfire. a strong fighter, fearless leader and a great shoulder to lean on. the conman had a sort of a crush on you. you got his ass out of trouble many times without asking for anything back.
yet never would have sampo thought that he would see someone so professional and cold faced like yourself, here in the hotel room, making the captain of the silvermane guards whine and sob deliriously. he could feel his pants getting tighter by the sight, gulping down some of his saliva as gepard cries loudly only to be silenced by your lips.
was it wrong to watch? was it wrong to get hard from seeing the captain get absolutely debouched? was it wrong to.. wish that it was him there, being taken care of you instead of gepard?
âsampoâ your voice suddenly calls out, catching the two men off guard. one was preparing apologies on being caught watching you get intimate with someone else while the other was burning up in shame but also arousal.
âcome in here. i need your thought on somethingâ you commanded, leaving no room for the conman to refuse as your hand stops fucking gepardâs weeping dick. swallowing, the blue haired man steps inside the hotel room as you ordered, locking the door behind himself.
seeing the captain being so red in the face, spread out all bare on the bed with tear stains on his cheeks and drool slipping from his lips made sampo all the more jealous. yet he doesnât get it. why was sampo feeling jealous over gepard? you had no connection with him nor gepard. not that he knew offâŠ
âour lovely captain here thinks that he canât cum again but i say he can. what do you think? should i keep going and prove him wrong?â your voice calls out, snapping the thief from his daydreams of being the one instead of gepard.
briefly, the conman steals a glance towards gepardâs face and the two met eyes. he could see how deep down the captain had fallen into this hazy whirlwind of pleasure. there were tears gathering in his eyes, baby blue eyes looking all glazed over. fuck, sampo was hard.
ây-yes. i think he can. gepard has always been an overachiever, he can get anotherâ the words are let out in an almost squeak of a voice, the one who said it trying to keep himself together while the one on the bed lets out a loud whine of betrayal.
smirking at sampo, you gently shush gepardâs whines. wiping away his tears with a gentleness the two never saw or heard of you before as you place a kiss to the captainâs forehead.
âsampo come hereâ the thief only nods. obeying your commands without a second thought. you give him another few sets of orders. getting on the bed, opening his mouth and to suck gepard off. sampo doesnât know why but he follows along your orders.
âeeengkâ! s-sampo! canât⊠canâtcanâtcanâtââĄïž!â he could briefly hear gepardâs pleas as his thighs shut around his head, legs spasming and shaking violently from the former how many orgasms youâve wrung out of the poor man.
you shush gepardâs cries with another kiss to his temple, before slipping a cum covered finger into his puckering hole. at that, gepard only trashes about even more, feeling the burning feeling in his stomach coil and tighten more.
âsampo, suck on his tip and press your tongue to the underside of his tip, okay?â you gently coo despite the two men whimpering and sobbing in the hotel room. oddly calm and collected even as gepard pleads for your mercy.
the thief does just as heâs told. sucking on gepardâs girthy tip, pressing his tongue to the vein on the underside. not too long after, gepard was squirting into his mouth with a loud keen.
aeons, if sampo was good enough would you do the same to him as well? if sampo got on your nerves enough, would you finger him? fucking his already weeping cock into your fist and make him squirt?
âyou did good. both of you did goodâ you hum, pushing sampoâs head away and placing a kiss to gepardâs cheek gently. once the poor captain was taken care of and wiped clean with a warm towel, you turn to him with a certain glint in your eyes.
âi havenât forgotten about you yet, pretty boy. pants down, on my lapâ fuck, he could barely keep himself together before heâs stripping himself naked, climbing onto your lap with an eagerness of a puppy.

The Caged Bird & The Leashed Dog
Sandor Clegane x reader
+:âż Chapter - 7 âż:+ Fork In The Road.
1-2-3-4-5-6-_-8
Summary: You are the daughter of Jon Arryn, you and your father travel to King's Landing with the intention of arranging a marriage for you. You catch a glimpse of The Hound during your first night in Kings Landing and it creates a mutual fascination even if he won't admit it.Â
CW: SMUT MDNI, afab reader, cock warming, P in V sex, unprotected sex (Wrap it up), Fem Dom (if you squint), VIOLENCE, misogyny, angst, emotional unavailability, emotional vulnerability, The Hound being abrasive, mention of death, blood, threats of violence, mentions of arranged marriage,Â
A/N: this was part of a much longer chapter so the next chapter should come out pretty soon too teeheehee.Â
Word Count: 4437
You remembered the first night at kings landing alone. without your fathers protection, you missed, no matter how futile it might have been.Â
you wanted to scream and cry âfather keep me, father stay with me, father hold meâ but you couldnât. you couldnât make a sound. you felt numb, if someone had sliced your hand open with a blade youâd not have noticed. sometimes tears would fall from your eyes straight into the ground and youâd not even noticed you were tearing up.Â
thatâs the hardest part of being so hard was that when you cracked it shattered more than you noticed. more than youâd be comfortable admitting even to yourself.Â
when you mother and brother died your father feared youâd be turn mute for good.Â
thatâs what intrigued Sandor most.Â
you suffered silently. you suffered with expertise.Â
once heâd known your heart. your loyalty, devotion, and your fearlessness was when his fascination turned into something deeper. He thought it was obsession and maybe it was, but it was more personal than that too. Poets would call it love. Heâd call it nothing. Heâd never spoken of it therefore it had no language. It was just what he felt, he knew he cared that was it and that was all heâd admit.Â
A day had past since your escape. You both were hungry, he especially.Â
You were beginning to enjoy the freedom that came with this new way of life, however. There were downsides. The constant exposure to the elements, the lack of food, hot water, and the lingering fear. Fear of being caught, fear of what was happening now to your cousin, and what Loras would think of you leaving.Â
But you had freedom, no more hand maidens pawing at you the moment you woke up to the moment you fell asleep. You no longer had to endure the torment of the Lannister's. No longer had to marry a man you didnât love, not really anyway.Â
As you rode that day, you stopped to water the horses. As you did, a group of five men were riding down the trail behind you. You looked back at them as you heard the sound of their horses trotting.Â
âDonât look at emââ Sandor grumbled, not looking at you. You looked back to, Lika.Â
You pet Lika, trying to distract yourself as you felt a pit in your stomach. A pit of dreadful anxiety. You always felt that same anxiety every time you knew something terrible was coming.Â
âDonât fuckinâ look at emâ." He grumbled even lower this time as the men came closer. You looked at him and he was looking right back at you. Until his gaze went back to the water Stranger was drinking from.Â
It was a large watering hole, so it wasnât surprising to Sandor when the five men stopped there as well to water their horses.Â
As soon as they did, Sandor walked closer towards you, guarding their view of you with his form.Â
The group of men were a little rowdy, and they looked over to you and Sandor.Â
âHello there, friends!â A bald man shouted, and your stomach dropped.Â
Sandor looked over at the man, show him that permanent scowl on his face.
âI know you, youâre the hound, Joffrey's Dog.â A man with longer hair shouted again.
âHow far til Saltpans?â The hound asked ignoring the mans comment.Â
âI reckon a day. Maybe another if youâre unlucky.â The bald man said.Â
Sandor took the answer and left it at that. Looking away.Â
âWhatâre you doing out there? Far from Kings Landing.â The Stout man said.
âI heard Joffrey's hound ran from the battle of the blackwater.â A tall and dark man said, he seemed angrier than the other men.Â
His tone made Lika spook slightly.
âEasy.â You whispered to Lika, stroking her snout.Â
âPretty creature you got there.â the stout man said, you had the feeling he wasnât talking about Lika, his eyes were on you.
Sandor stepped in front of the mans view of you, âYouâve got food there?â The men had sacks of what looked like food, and a lot of it. âBring me it.âÂ
âYou got something to trade for it?â The tall man asked
âNot a thing.â The Hound said, it made you want to roll into a ball. He was aggressively confident.Â
âNow Dog, we know that ainât true.â The tall man said tilting his head to get a better look at you.Â
âYour cunt friend speaks like that again and Iâll cut out his fucking tongue.â The Hound hissed
âOh but heâs right the crowns offering a pretty penny for you my friend.â The bald man said.
âAnd you think youâre the ones to collect it?â The Hound asked with his eyebrows raised.
âFive of us, one of you, and the girl.â The taller man taunted.
âTell you what, weâll make a deal with you. Itâs been a long journey for the five of us. We donât want the trouble. Weâll let you go even give yeâ some of our food⊠for a go at your pretty friend there.â The stout man tried to âreasonâ with the group.
âFuck you.â You said with the same ever present venom in your voice.Â
The group of men began to laugh at your words, but when the Hound stepped forward with his grip on the tilt of his sword made their laughter falter.Â
âYe have any fuckinâ sense youâll drop the food and leave.â The Hound spoke coldly.
âYou donât seem to understand the situation.â The tall man spoke.Â
âI understand if any more words come pouring out any one of yer cunt mouths, Iâm gonâ have to kill each one ye.â He stepped forward once more
âYou gonna die for some broken in whore-â The stout man wasnât able to finish his sentence before The Hound stormed towards them. The men caught off guard were late to draw their swords.Â
The first to go was the closest to him, the bald one. Unable to draw his sword in time, the Hound cut him down, nearly in half with one blow. Youâd never seen anything like it, no, you had. It was like when Gregor cut his horse in half with one blow. You could stew on that thought long before he moved on to the next man.
The tall one, who at that point was able to draw his sword. Their swords clashed together, the Hound kicked his knees in, making the man drop to the ground. That's when he plunged his sword into his chest. He huffed as he retracted it from the mans body.Â
He moved forward to the next man, a man with long hair. He seemed startled by the whole scene unfolding. He threw his sword to the ground and raised his hands up quitting. Sandor rolled his eyes and huffed in frustration, he lowered his sword and punched the man so hard his neck must have snapped.Â
As the man hit the ground Sandor approached the stout man who said the final words that broke him. The stout man tried to climb his horse but Sandor pulled him down to the ground. Sandor loomed over him as he began to beat him with his hands.
âSay it again!â he shouted again and again as his fist plummeted into the manâs face again and again.Â
You were so entranced by this violent dance unfolding in front of you, youâd hardly realized heâd only killed three men, the fourth was under his fist now, and the fifth wasâŠÂ
âSandor!â You shouted as the fifth man jumped onto his back. The man was able to cut the Hounds cheek with his nails, deeper than one would expect. The man tried to strangle him from behind, but Sandor was too tall and too wide for the man to. Sandor got ahold of the man, as he did Sandor managed to snap his neck.Â
He turned his attention back to the stout man who was still breathing. Â
Sandor took out his knife and stabbed it into the mans heart, wiped the blood on the mans sleeve.Â
He approached you, he was covered in blood. Huffing and puffing, he put his blade back in its sheave. He picked you up by your waist and sat you on Lika.Â
âSandorâŠâ You mumbled as you looked down at your clothes that he inadvertently smeared blood on.Â
He grumbled something that sounded something like âSorryâ, as he walked back over to the bundles of food still attached to the abandoned horses. As he untied each one, and carried all of them back to your horses, you couldnât help but admire his strength. One man would struggle to carry just one but he could called all three without struggle.
ê° àšà§ âă»â ê±ê±
You had washed your pants, your wool sweater, and Sandor's armor, in the water after the attack. They laid out on a near rock as they dried. You two sat beside one another in front of a warm fire.Â
Sandor sloppily shoveled meat and bread into his mouth with his large brutish hands. You watched him, in awe. How he could have killed five men and less than an hour later be eating like a king.Â
âEat.â Sandor said with a mouth full of food. you shook your head, âFuck-â He hissed under his breathe, ripping a piece of meat off and holding it up to your mouth, âIâm not that imp lord, I wonât let you starve. You can eat it or I'll make you eat it.â You pouted a little, looking from his eyes to the piece of food in his hands. You took his wrist and moved his hand closer to your mouth as you ate in as he wished, from his fingers.Â
As you chewed it your face scrunched up, âItâs-âÂ
âShitâ He said shoveling more into his mouth.
âHardly worth dying for.â You said as you grabbed some bread, hoping itâd be better than the meat.
âThose cunts didnât die for the fucking food.â Sandor grumbled,Â
You stopped chewing for a moment and looked at him. His words, brutal but in some indecent way romantic. Heâd kill five man for simply insulting you.
You watched him eat, in... adoration? Awe? Who knows. You watched him eat, and noticed the cut on his face still bleeding.
âYour face-â You said reaching out to touch his cut cheek, he grabbed your wrist stopping you, âStop it.â You rolled your eyes as you commanded and he actually gave in, letting go of your wrist. You ran you hand against his cheek, he looked down, avoiding your eyes. He pushed away his food, âcome here.â You spoke softly. Instead of him coming closer he pulled you onto his lap. Wrapping his arms around you.
You used your sleeve to tap the blood away from his cut. Dapping at it trying to stop the bleeding.
âI told you⊠no one is ever gonna hurt you again.â He whispered, looking into your eyes.
âI donât want you hurt either.â You said still trying to stop his bleeding,
âToo late for that.â He grumbled.
You leaned in and kissed his lips incredibly gently, running your hands against the sides of his face, letting them run down to his neck.
âI donât deserve this,â He rasped as your lips parted,Â
You kissed his nose, âToo late for that.â You gently rubbed your nose against his own just before you kissed him again.
You kissed him deeper, but softly. His hands ran through your hair. He admired the length of it, the texture of it, the color of it, and the smell of it.Â
You moved you leg over his lap. He kept at petting your hair, his hands traveled down to your lower back, the other to your thigh. You knew he was going to push you onto your back. So you stopped him, moving his hands to your hips. âGentleâ You whispered into his mouth.Â
You began to rock your hips back and forth against his now stiffening cock. He groaned into your mouth. Your kisses still soft and gentle, but now increasingly sloppy.Â
You felt his hands begin to ready himself to flip you on your back again. So once again you stopped him. âA mans meant to fuck his woman.âÂ
âIâm your lady?â You teased him with a subtle smirk as you kissed his jaw
âWell, youre not anyone elseâs that for fuckin' sure.â
You pulled his cock out, grinding your clothed cunt against it, rocking your hips against it making his thighs flex involuntarily. He began to paw at your small clothes.Â
âIâll fucking rip these off you if you donât take em off.âÂ
You grabbed him by his jaw with both your hands forcing him to look you in the eyes. âI told you to be gentle.â Your grip softened as his hands wrapped around your back. âLet me be sweet for you.â You whispered into his mouth.Â
You moved your small clothes to the side and pushed his cock inside of you, slowly. You were wet, but not wet enough for it to not sting a little.Â
You winced a little, âNphmâ You whined a little.Â
âThats what happens when you donât let me-â You cut him off by kissing him again,Â
Once his cock was in you, just barely brushing your cervix, you stopped moving. You just held him while you kissed him.Â
He bucked his hips, hitting your cervix in a way that made you arch your back. Â
âDonât move,â You whispered in his ear, licking and nibbling on it lightly.
âThe fuck are you doing-â he growled but then let out a small moan from your tongue on his ear.
âShut up.â You said into his ear in a breathless moan as you felt yourself getting wetter. Fitting him better, molding around his now familiar shape.Â
It made him growl under his breathe, gripping onto the plushness of your hips.Â
âYouâre playing a dangerous game, woma-â You cut him off again kissing him deeply, sucking on his tongue. He moaned into your mouth, and he bit your lip.Â
You lifted your tunic over your head, tossing it beside you. You still had on the top half of your small clothes.Â
Sandor leaned down and began sucking at your breasts through the fabric, his hands caressing them gently. But his grip tightened as you let out a moan and he felt you tighten around his cock.Â
He growled into your breasts, the vibration from it made you even wetter, soaking his cock and only making it easier for him to sink in deeper, pushing against your cervix.Â
He then discarded his own tunic, âTake that off-â His voice rumbled, so you did. You took off the top half of your small clothes. His mouth returned to your breasts, swearing against your skin, you could feel him pulsing inside you. You couldnât take it anymore, you needed to fuck. Not be fucked, but you needed to fuck.
You rolled your hips and it made him bite down on the plush skin of your breast which made you mewl. You stopped after moving just the once,Â
âYou want more?â You asked petting the hair on his head
âFuck do you think?â You grabbed him by his jaw and chin, forcing him to look at you.Â
âI wonât do it if you donât ask.â your hand trailed from his chin to his throat, squeezing it a little before dragging your nails down his chest. He bit his lip smirking a little, not letting allowing himself to ask, his pride stopping him. âNo? Alright then.âÂ
âPlease..â He said through gritted teeth,Â
âWhat was that?â You teased him,
He grabbed your throat and pulled you to his mouth, âpleaseâŠâ He said again this time biting your lip.
You began to grind yourself on his cock. At this point you were so wet you did it with ease, it was all pleasure. You moaned into his mouth as he kept his grip on your throat.Â
âFuckâ He cursed into your neck as he licked and nipped at the skin, âAtâs it-Â fuck me-â He whispered against your bruising skin.Â
âNmm- Ah! Sandor-â You moaned into his ear as you clawed at his back.Â
âTaking me so-â He grunted, gritted his teeth âSo fucking good!â He struggled to say without grunting.Â
Your legs began to feel weaker, and weaker, shaking. Fucking was a new skill youâd obtained and this part was just as new. You knew you couldnât keep bouncing yourself on his cock alone. But rather than admit failure, you licked his ear, and moaned into it âSandor, mmmphm, please, I need you to fuck me,âÂ
Without hesitation his hands went to your ass, bouncing you on his cock. âAh!â You moaned again and again, your breasts bounced against his chest, making you only that much wetter. You pressed your cheek against his, constantly moaning directly in his ear. It drove him mad. You could feel yourself coming undone, âIâm cuming!â You whined against his face. He turned his head slightly to kiss your cheek sloppily,Â
âGood, do it, cum on my cock, Birdy.â He groaned into your ear.Â
You felt your legs spasm, and you wrapped your arms around his broad shoulders, squeezing down his shoulders tight, digging your nails into his skin. You buried your face in his neck as you reached your peak, you moaned so loud, it couldâve been a scream.Â
He took your face from his neck, holding it so youâd look him in the eyes, he brushed the hair from your face, âHowâd that feel, Birdy?â Strangely gentle. You kissed his lips sloppily,Â
âKeep going,â You panted into his mouth. To which he obeyed, pumping in and out of you with an increasingly erratic pace.
He looked down at your cunt sucking him back in, the thick ring of cream you created around his cock, the way your thighs were shaking, it was beginning to be too much for him.
His hand tangled in your hair, foreheads resting on one another, moaning into each others mouths, the way his hands made you feel safe.Â
âSandor,â You couldnât stop the words from coming, âI love you.â You moaned breathlessly, you hoped he didnât hear but he did, it sent him over the edge unexpectedly.Â
He melted in you, you felt the heat spreading in your core.
As you laid against his chest, sweating, panting, exhausted, he said, so quietly you almost didnât hear it, âLove you..âÂ
ê° àšà§ â ă»â ă» â ă»â â ă»â â ă»â ê±ê±
The next morning you woke in his arms. You both got dressed, and no real words were spoken.
As you readied Lika, Sandor came up behind you.Â
He put a piece of bread in your hands. As you looked at it, he wrapped one hand around your waist and leaned down to smell your hair.
You just smiled to yourself, looking at the piece of bread.Â
He patted your behind quickly, âHurry up, got a long ways to go.âÂ
Just as you were about to mount Lika, you and Sandor heard the sounds of at least twenty horses galloping closer and closer, and the sounds of men.Â
Sandor wasted no time picking you up and putting you on Lika.
âGo, take off that way and donât stop-â He growled at youÂ
âI canât leave you-â You tried to plea with him,Â
âDid it sound like a fucking question? Get the fuck out of here!â He shouted at you,
âNo!â You shouted back with the same ferocity as he did.Â
âStubborn bitch.â He said under his breathe, âTake this,â It was his dagger. âThat ways North, keep going til I get you or you get to the Starks.â He said,
âSandor-â You began but he hit Lika and yelled, making her take off with you on her. You couldnât get her to stop, all you could do was look back and watch as a group of men surrounded the man you loved.Â
ê° àšà§ â ă»â ă» â ă»â â ă»â â ă»â ê±ê±
It was miles til Lika was calmed enough to respond to your commands. By then it was no use. No point in going back, you knew if he needed help you werenât able to give it.Â
Once you found a small creek you decided to stop let Lika drink.
As she drank, you sat there, wondering what to do.Â
Who were those men? Where they Lannister men? Raiders? Should you wait for him? He said heâd come, was he trying to give you hope? Unlikely, he wouldnât be so cruel. As you were contemplating,Â
âMy Lady Arryn!â It startled you, no one had referred to you as a Lady in so long, much less your house name.Â
You turned to see a older but handsome knight, in pretty silver armor. He had a blue cape. And was riding on a large Brown horse.Â
âWho are you?â You held out your dagger at him,
âSer Varys Cole of the Vale, my Lady. I didnât recognize you in those clothes, but how could any knight forget such a vision once heâs seen it.âÂ
âSer Cole? You served my father.â
âIndeed I did, My Lady.â You eyes still watched him like a⊠well a falcon, âSo perhaps given the circumstances, you could lower your weapon?â He said with a smile,
So you did, trying to play the cards in your hand. âSer Cole, I require your assistance, I need to find Robb Stark.âÂ
He looked down regretfully, âMy Lady, I am afraid I cannot assist you with such a task.âÂ
âWhy not?â You pressed,Â
âI am under the order of Lord Baelish to bring you to him directly.âÂ
âThe Vale is under the direct protection and order of the Arryns as it has been for generations, and you take your order from Baelish, not I?â You asked with furrowed brows and beady eyes,
âI am afraid so my lady.âÂ
You looked at him with disgust, you walked back towards Lika. âLeave me then, I shall find my own way.âÂ
âI am afraid I cannot allow that, my Lady.â He said, you looked back at him with a harsh gaze.
âYou can, leave me. Just go and I wonât speak a word of it.âÂ
âMy Lady, your father would want me to see you to safety.âÂ
âYou believe safety is with Little Finger?â You questioned him like he were a child.Â
âItâs not out here.â He said looking around, you hoped Sandor would ride up and cut him down. âMy Lady if you do not come willing I have orders to take you in ropes. Iâd prefer you untied. So would your father.â It only angered you more that he mentioned your father so much.Â
You wanted your dog.
âI will not go to Kings Landing.â You said sternly, gripping on to your dagger.Â
âNo my lady, Iâve been instructed to take you Lord Baelish.â He said as if it were an improvement.Â
You held the dagger in your hand. your thumb brushing the handle of the blade. You contemplated it. You could kill him. maybe. steal his armor, his sword. Travel north until you got to Winterfell. But thatâs all to say you could take the armored man in combat, and that no one else along your journey would try to kill you either.Â
âHow far?â You asked, hoping heâd say itâd be a two days journey to him. So you could run at night.Â
âLord Baelish is occupying an Inn near by. He had a feeling youâd be around this area.â He was lucky you got separated from Sandor in that case.
He got off his horse and walked towards you, âYou can go on your horse, My Lady. Or you can go in ropes.âÂ
âRopes.â You said, you pulled your dagger our and stabbed him in his leg, but he grabbed your wrist before you could remove it.Â
He gritted his teeth, âThat was not necessary, my Lady.â
He pinned you on your back and tied your hands together. Placed you on your horse, then tied your horse to his own. All the while limping.Â
âForgive me, My Lady.âÂ
He said as he rode on, you prayed to all the Gods, old and new, for Sandor to be around a tree. For him to come up the rode, for him to kill this man, for him to untie you, and be in his arms again.Â
But no.
ê° àšà§ â ă»â ă» â ă»â â ă»â â ă»â ê±ê±
As you arrived at the Inn, Ser Cole carried you off your horse. You wanted to kill him for even touching you. He placed you on the ground and guided you to Little Fingers chambers.Â
âWhat is this? Untie the girl!â Petyr ordered,
âYes, My Lord.â Ser Cole did as he asked.Â
âLeave us,â
âYes, My Lord.âÂ
Ser Cole left the room.
You rubbed your wrists and stared daggers at Baelish, you wanted to kill him right then.Â
But the knight outside the door would have killed you too, youâd have to wait til you had your dog.
âA sight for weary eyes, my lady. Even in rags.â He said with a twisted grin.Â
âDonât take me back there, to Kings Landing.â You asked, but it sounded more like a command.
âIf you wished to escape why wouldnât you have asked me, you know I would have done anything-âÂ
âYou had ample time to help me and chose not to.â You interrupted him,
âYou and Lord Tyrion seemed contented.â
âAnd you seemed contented to watch.âÂ
âI know he has been positively bereft in your absence.â You felt your stomach drop. Youâd wondered on him, for a moment, but you assumed heâd be fine.
âLord Tyrion is a decent man,â You said with concern in your voice.
âThen why not marry him?â
âBecause I am not a decent woman.â You blurted out with venom, âI rather you kill me then go back there.â You threatened.Â
âIâd never do such a thing,â He ran his finers against the skin of your forearm. Sandor would have cut his fingers off for it, you thought. You raised an eyebrow at him. âI asked your father for your hand, did you know this?â
You swallowed, âI did.âÂ
âDo you know why I did?â You felt sick, a pit in your stomach, that same pit of dread.
âYou want the Vale-â
âI wanted you.â He said as he leaned in and kissed your lips. Your lips did not move and your eyes stayed open. Sandor would have cut his throat for that, you thought.Â
As he pulled away you pressed your lips together and looked down.Â
âYou arenât taking me to Kings Landing are you?â You whispered.Â
âNo, no my lady I am not.â
NOTE: Hey all you cool cats and kittens, sorry if you had to wait a little for this one. It is a longer chapter so I hope it satisfies you or a lil. Also I know, I know, the ending is a bit of a bummer, reading angst is never as fun as writing it but distance makes the heart grow fonder or whatever. I also gave you sub Sandor so likeâŠ. You're actually so welcome.Â

WHO ARE YOU BECOMING NOW?
Hello, Pile 01, and welcome to your reading. Currently, you are becoming someone with overflowing cups. You have much love and happiness to give and share with others. It feels like you are aligning with who you are and what brings you joy, which leads to fulfillment and a sense of belonging. I see harmony playing a huge role here. You are finding your balance and being at peace with yourself. This new version of you that you are growing into is collecting a lot of good karma. Things are moving and developing in your favor. You are in the midst of a transformative stage that leads to a lot of luck and positivity. You are going to become someone who welcomes change and strives to move with integrity. You are sharing your wealth, and you are swimming in your own passions and good fortune. It's so interesting to me because, essentially, this describes a creator, someone who is open to new experiences and open to trying and creating new things that others have not done before. It also reminds me of cycle breakers. This new version of you holds a lot of empathy and grace. You are learning and unlearning a lot right now, and I feel like you are going to be smart with the knowledge you attain. There is still a sense of distrust here, meaning that while, yes, you are growing into this person with an abundance of love to give and happiness to experience, you are not yet fully trusting that reality. Meaning that you are still in the beginning stages; it's new to you. You have figured out a lot of things, and positivity is already manifesting for you, but it feels like it has not been long enough and you have not collected enough positive evidence vs. the negative experiences. It feels fragile still. You are, however, being a lot more gentle with yourself. The person you are becoming right now wraps everything in love. Your first go-to move is to meet the situations you encounter with tenderness and compassion. You are healing right now with the power of love, and the person you are growing into can see the light and good in all things and situations. The reason is that you are finally seeing your self-worth, and you're acknowledging your grace. Beautiful.Â
WHO ARE YOU MEANT TO BECOME?
You are meant to be a seeker, someone who keeps searching for new ways and new opportunities. You are not meant to sit idle; instead, you are supposed to become a person who is continuously striving for new ways and solutions. A thinker and a pioneer. You are meant to dream and implement. To move past illusions, find multiple ways and solutions to problems and situations. You are meant to be a dreamer and an idealist. Someone wise and diplomatic. Holding a lot of compassion and being devoted to the good and beautiful things in life. You are meant to become a person who can balance the head and the heart. Being of service to yourself and others is your cause and purpose in life. You are meant to use your knowledge and creativity for that. You are meant to help and support those around you who are hurt by bandaging them up and guiding them towards empathy. Helping others confront themselves and their lack of compassion and grace for themselves and others. You are meant to let your head and mind reach to the stars, yet stay grounded on the earth. Listening to your inner knowing and your attained wisdom to guide others through their journey. You are meant to be a guide because you have learned a lot and know a lot.Â

WHO ARE YOU BECOMING NOW?
Hello, Pile 02, and welcome to your reading. You are becoming a person with a lot of stamina, capable of persevering through challenges and competition. You can protect yourself; you are willing to work on yourself and do the difficult things if it means that it helps you progress and grow. You are not backing away from a challenge; instead, you are running towards what scares you. I see you becoming someone who is disciplined and who creates stability and success. You can rely on yourself, and you take charge and control over your life by putting in the action needed to move forward. Truly impressive. You are also becoming more observant; you are taking in the information you can collect, and you are opening up your vision to any signs around you, guiding you, and relaying a message to you. It's like you have gotten rid of the blinders that kept you from seeing, and now you are going through life with 20/20 vision. You can determine your priorities and focus on them by eliminating any distractions. You are being honest with yourself and working with who you are instead of against you. You are aware of your 'weaknesses'. Honestly, the work you are putting in right now is truly valuable and opens up a bright future for yourself. You are allowing yourself to succeed. The person you are becoming is not afraid anymore of success, and you are stepping out of your way, ascending to new heights. Whatever limits you might have had before, you are transcending them. You are developing your willpower and strength of spirit, which makes you honestly unstoppable. You are now seeing your unseen potential, and you are wearing that crown without any hesitation.
WHO ARE YOU MEANT TO BECOME?
You are meant to be someone who is in harmony, in alignment, and able to pivot when need be. The person you are meant to become is a winner; you are meant to experience success, win, and gain public recognition for your efforts and fame. You are meant to progress, grow, and move forward. The person you are growing into is confident in themselves; you are meant to walk with your shoulders straight and your head held high. You are destined to be someone! The fame aspect can be global or related to your industry or community, but either way, you are meant to be acknowledged. You are predestined to be an inspiration. I feel like this heavily relates to childhood dreams and innocent intentions. You are meant to be someone joyful, someone who looks back on your life with happiness. You are supposed to be someone who holds a lot of goodwill and can reach out their hand to others with positivity and appreciation. I see you being meant to be a protector. You are destined to master finding life's flow and to be in harmony with the rhythm of life to unfold your path. You are supposed to become a hard-working person who perseveres. Your mastery of yourself will protect you and lead to a lot of happiness and fulfillment. You are meant to inspire others to put compassion into action as well as be an advocate, someone who uses their public attention and recognition to channel it into growth. To advocate for important causes that allow humanity as a whole to move forward and transform. Through your connections and through your words, you are meant to lead with vulnerability and honesty. With the feather pen, a part of this pile is certainly meant to become writers or public speakers of some sort. Some might become poets or musicians, too.Â

A, A, O, N, Aries, Mercury, 9th House
Song: is it new years yet? - Sabrina Carpenter
CARDS
Tarot: 9 of wands, 5 of wands, Knight of wands, 3 of cups
Oracle: dragonfly, mystic, the founder, owl, don Juan, the dancer
WHO ARE YOU BECOMING NOW?
Hello, Pile 03, and welcome to your reading. You are currently becoming resilient. Nothing can stop you as you courageously persist through whatever challenges you are met with. You are mastering setting boundaries, and you are guarding yourself and your peace. I do feel like you are becoming someone who does not shy away from conflict or opposition. Instead, you are welcoming diversity and opposing opinions to strengthen your muscles. What's interesting in your pile is how magic plays a big role both in who you are becoming now and who you are meant to become. The owl and the dragonfly are both associated with that keyword. You are openly embracing transformation and change. And you are courageously letting go of the past, allowing the magic of nature that is in you to highlight your brilliance and your blessings. I also see you embracing the divine more intimately in your life; take this however it resonates for you. For some, this talks about religion; for others, it talks about spirituality; and for another portion, it relates to practices such as tarot, etc. Either way, you are growing closer to the divine and embracing your inner wisdom. I see you also building something valuable and stable. You are founding something and birthing something brand new to you that has not existed before. I see you laying sustainable and stable foundations and building yourself a community that will last. You are heavily investing in your "village.".Â
WHO ARE YOU MEANT TO BECOME?
Who you are meant to become is someone inspiring and energetic. Your future self is supposed to take inspired action and follow your intuition. You are meant to be impulsive and adventurous, spontaneous, and take on any challenge that presents itself to you and that you find interesting enough to face and engage in. I see you being meant to play an integral part in a community of people that you have built, creating new things together, brainstorming, and birthing something essential in union with other people. It could very well be a community of something. Either way, it's magical and relates to your inner vision and wisdom. You are meant to choose to see the truth and see through deception. You are destined to let the past go and make room for a better life, so you can experience the good life. The person you are meant to become is supposed to rise because magic and wisdom are your birthright. I also feel like you are meant to lean into your seductive qualities. You are charming and persuasive; own that. You are destined to be free and to dance to your beat. Self-expression and inner strength are really big factors in who you are meant to become. To show up authentically in a one-size-fits-all world takes a lot of courage and strength, and you are destined to do exactly that. Show your true self and follow your intuition; it will never lead you astray.Â

Your ongoing support means the world to me! Reblogs are a fantastic way to help spread the word about my work. I'll do my best to reply to all your comments. Thank you for your continued encouragement!
In the heart of the military training ground, you, a seasoned Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) technician, stand poised amidst a group of nervous soldiers. Among them is Private Jameson, a newcomer with trembling hands and apprehensive eyes. With unwavering composure, you take charge, your voice steady as you address the group.
"Today, we're covering the basics of bomb disposal," you begin, your tone reassuring yet firm. Turning to Private Jameson, you offer a patient smile.
"You, Private. What's your name?" Despite his nervousness, Private Jameson responds, and you guide him with a calming presence, instilling confidence as you impart your expertise.
"Jameson, take a deep breath," you instruct softly but firmly. "Remember, focus is key. You've got this." Private Jameson nods, his eyes locked on your reassuring gaze.
As he examines the device, you watch attentively, offering guidance with each movement. When he finishes, you nod approvingly. "Well done, Private. Now, let's move on."
As Private Jameson continues under your guidance, the other soldiers watch with admiration. They've seen you in action before, witnessed your dedication to the mission and your willingness to put yourself in harm's way for the greater good.
"Ma'am, what if the situation calls for immediate action?" Private Reynolds interjects, reflecting the group's curiosity.
You acknowledge the gravity of the question. "In a real-world scenario, there may not be time for thorough examination," you explain calmly. "Trust your instincts and make split-second decisions."
Private Jameson glances at you, newfound respect shining in his eyes. "But you always seem so calm under pressure, ma'am," he remarks admiringly.
You smile humbly, reflecting on the countless moments of uncertainty you've faced. "It's not about being fearless, Private," you reply earnestly. "It's about pushing through fear for those counting on you."
Your words hang in the air, a silent reminder of the sacrifices made by soldiers like you every day. With renewed determination, Private Jameson nods, his resolve strengthened by your example.
As the door of the training facility echoed with a sharp knock, you exchanged a puzzled glance with your comrades. The abrupt interruption stirred a sense of unease within you, a foreboding whisper of uncertainty.
"A lawyer wants to see you," the soldier at the door announced, his voice tinged with urgency.
You furrowed your brow in confusion. "Me?" you repeated, your mind racing to grasp the sudden turn of events. "Hmm, he sounds British," you mused aloud, your instincts sharpened by years of training.
With measured steps, you followed your comrade through the maze of corridors until you reached the visitor's area. There, standing before you, was a figure from your past, a familiar face veiled in the somber cloak of time.
"Miss," the lawyer greeted you with a solemn nod, his voice carrying the weight of unspoken truths.
Your heart skipped a beat as you recognized him, the memories flooding back like an unstoppable tide. It had been fifteen years since you last saw him, a lifetime of distance and estrangement separating you.
"I assumed something bad happened?" you ventured cautiously, your tone laced with concern and apprehension.
The lawyer, Cedric, nodded gravely, his expression betraying the gravity of the news he bore.
You and Cedric found a quiet place to talk. "Something's wrong?" you inquired, noting the somber expression on Cedric's face as he adjusted his glasses.
Cedric remained silent momentarily, his gaze fixed on the ground before meeting your eyes. "Duke Rupert died two days ago," he finally uttered, his voice laden with gravity.
Your heart clenched at the news. Duke Rupert was your stepfather, and the thought of his passing filled you with a mix of sorrow and apprehension.
Cedric continued, his words weighed down by the weight of the news. "On his will, he wrote that he wants all the family to gather. I came here as soon as I could. And you could attend the funeral too. He probably wants it too."
You nodded, absorbing the information with a heavy heart. The sudden loss of Duke Rupert had thrown your world into disarray, and the prospect of gathering with the family only added to the uncertainty swirling within you.
Taking a deep breath, you steadied yourself, determined to face whatever lay ahead with strength
You nodded in response to Cedric's words, a mix of emotions swirling inside you. "I'll gather my things," you said quietly, steeling yourself for the task ahead.
As you packed your belongings into your bag, Private Jameson approached you, his curiosity evident in his voice. "So, it turns out you're a noble," he remarked, his tone tinged with surprise.
You chuckled lightly, shaking your head in response. "I'm not. It was my step-dad. There's no noble blood in me," you explained, a hint of self-deprecation in your voice.
Jameson furrowed his brow, his curiosity piqued. "We've been working together for years, but you never mentioned anything about this," he observed, his tone filled with genuine interest.
You zipped up your bag, pausing momentarily before meeting Jameson's gaze. "It's just family stuff. Nothing interesting," you replied cryptically, a hint of sadness flickering in your eyes before you turned away, ready to face the uncertain future that lay ahead.
After a grueling 12-hour flight, you finally arrived back in the UK. As the car pulled up to Evergreen Abbey, your childhood home, a rush of nostalgia washed over you. The manor stood proudly, its historical façade unchanged by the passing years.
Stepping out of the car, you took a moment to absorb the familiar sight before you. The memories of your upbringing flooded back, filling you with a sense of belonging despite the years of absence.
As you entered the manor, you were greeted by the sight of a middle-aged woman wearing a classic black dress adorned with a string of pearls. Her youthful aura belied the years that had passed since you last saw her. It was your mother, Susan.
"You're back," she exclaimed, opening her arms wide to envelop you in a warm embrace. The familiar scent of her perfume brought tears to your eyes as you returned her hug, feeling a sense of comfort and homecoming wash over you.
You nodded as Susan spoke, absorbing the news of Duke Rupert's accident with a heavy heart. The realization that your stepfather had passed away hit you like a wave, stirring emotions you had long buried.
"I'm so sorry. What happened?" you asked, your voice filled with genuine concern as you reached out to grasp Susan's hand for support.
Susan sighed her expression a mixture of sadness and frustration. "That silly old man's, I told him not to ride a horse, but he insisted and he fell," she explained, her tone tinged with regret. "Rupert always well-prepared, but I don't know why he really insisted on riding a horse that day."
Before you could respond, the sound of another voice broke through the somber atmosphere. "Thank God you're here," the voice exclaimed, drawing your attention. You turned to see your stepbrother, Charles, standing before you.
But your breath caught in your throat when you saw him wearing priestly attire. "Charles?" you uttered in disbelief, your eyes widening in surprise.
Charles opened his arms and enveloped you in a warm hug, his presence comforting despite the unexpected change in his appearance. "I'm glad you're here," he said, his handshake firm and sincere as he greeted you.
You were speechless, your mind struggling to process the transformation before you. There was a warmth in Charles's eyes, a genuine kindness that seemed to radiate from within him. He was different from the last time you saw him, and you couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the sight of him in his new role.
"Are you wearing a cassock?" you finally managed to ask, your voice filled with curiosity as you glanced at Charles's attire.
Susan gently pinched your arm, her expression amused yet reproachful. "Silly girl, this is why you should reply to my letters, phone calls, and emails," she chided gently. "Charles has become a priest."
"I know you will find it hard to believe. But I went through a miracle that made me fully believed in God." As Charles spoke of his newfound faith, you struggled to reconcile this revelation with the memory of Charlie, who once hurled harsh words at you.
Then you heard a familiar voice, cutting through the tension like a knife. "You're here."
It was Charlotte, Charles's twin sister. Her gaze bore into you with the same disdain it always had, unchanged after all these years.
Charlotte was never one to hide her feelings about you. From the moment your mother brought you into their lives, she had seen you as nothing more than an unwanted burden.
Your mother's marriage to the Duke had brought you into a world of privilege and resentment. While your stepfather had become a father figure you'd never had, it came at the cost of your relationship with your own mother. Susan was desperate to fit into her new role as Duchess, and you were often left feeling like an outsider in your own home.
The Duke's children, Charles and Charlotte, had quickly formed a bond with your mother, leaving you feeling like an intruder in your own family. They resented you for stealing their father's attention, and the tension between you had only grown over the years.
Living at Evergreen Abbey had always felt like walking on eggshells. That's why, as soon as you came of age, you left for the United States and joined the army, seeking refuge from the suffocating atmosphere of the manor.
Charlotte's cold gaze was a painful reminder of the resentment that had always simmered beneath the surface. "Let's get this over with, please," she said, her words dripping with disdain.
"What does it mean?" you asked, scanning the room for answers but finding only silence and the weight of years of unresolved conflict hanging heavy in the air.
You couldn't believe your eyes as Charles stood before you, now a priest leading your stepfather's funeral. Rupert's passing seemed surreal, and as they closed the casket, you had a chance to see his face one last time.
His face looked different, smiling unnaturally due to the glue used to preserve it. It starkly contrasted the smile you remembered, and you regretted not seeing Rupert one last time before this moment. Placing a red rose near his casket, you whispered, "I'm going to miss you."
During the burial, your gaze wandered, and you noticed a little boy standing near your mother.
But someone standing alone amidst the gathering of family and guests caught your attention. Who is he?
After the burial concluded, the house filled with guests offering condolences. The strange man also disappeared. Susan and Charles gracefully accepted their sympathies, while Charlotte's whereabouts only God knows.
Amidst the crowd, you heard a gentle voice call your name. "Y/N?"
Turning around, you saw Eddie standing there. "Eddie? How are you?" You greeted him with a side hug, grateful for the familiarity in the midst of the somber occasion.
Eddie hugged you back, offering his condolences as you shared a moment of solace amid the chaos of the gathering.
Eddie's inquiry about your military service brought back memories, including a long-kept secret: you used to have a crush on him. It was partly why you joined the army, sharing a dream of serving alongside him. "Yeah," you answered, still groggy from the day's emotions.
"What about you? Did you join the army too?"
Eddie chuckled. "I did, but I left to pursue a business."
You nodded, finding it fitting for him. "You're looking more like a duke these days."
Taking a sip of water, Eddie revealed a surprising truth. "I am. I became a duke after my father passed."
Your shock was evident. "I'm sorry, I didn't know."
Eddie's chuckle held a hint of understanding. "Yeah, after you left, you sort of cut contacts with everyone."
You hesitated, recalling the mention of a will by Cedric. "What about your family tradition? Isn't your older brother supposed to be the duke?"
Eddie's expression shifted slightly. "It changed after my father's will."
Your unease grew as thoughts of Rupert's will resurfaced. Eddie noticed your worry and reached out, touching your hand. "Hey, if you need me, just call me."
Grateful for his support, you managed a small smile. "Thanks, Eddie."
########
As everyone sat waiting for the lawyer, a new presence entered the room. A little boy, perhaps around 10 years old, joined the gathering, taking a seat beside Charlotte. He stole occasional glances in your direction, his curiosity evident in his wide-eyed gaze.
Unable to contain your surprise, you turned to Charlotte and asked, "You have a child?"
Charlotte rolled her eyes in response, her annoyance palpable, while Charles chuckled softly at the exchange.
Feeling a familiar pinch on your arm, you turned to see Susan giving you a reproachful look. "This is why you should've answered my calls. He's your brother," she scolded gently.
Your eyes widened in disbelief. "Huh?!" you exclaimed, your mind struggling to comprehend the revelation as you glanced back at the little boy sitting beside Charlotte, a newfound sense of connection dawning within you. Now his face and future look similar to yours.
You found yourself at a loss for words, grappling with the sudden revelation of a long-lost sibling. The realization that you had cut off all contact when you joined the army weighed heavily on your conscience, leaving you with a profound sense of regret for the years of missed connections and lost opportunities.
Running a hand through your face, you let out a weary sigh, the weight of the past 15 years bearing down on you like a heavy burden. "Will there be another surprise?" you wondered aloud, the question hanging in the air as you braced yourself for whatever other unexpected twists fate had in store for you.
A few minutes later, Cedric, the lawyer, strode into the room with purpose, placing his briefcase on the table before retrieving the file. With a solemn expression, he began to read aloud the contents of Duke Rupert's will.
"Everyone will get a share of his insurance and investments," Cedric announced, his voice measured and professional. "Except Y/N."
You couldn't help but feel a twinge of resignation at the news, having expected as much given the strained dynamics within the family. Glancing around the room, you noted the acceptance in your mother's and the twins' expressions, as if they had anticipated this outcome.
But then, Cedric's next words shattered the calm facade that had settled over the room. "For the Evergreen Abbey Manor and the title, I hereby give it to Y/N L/N," he continued, his voice resolute.
Your shock was palpable, the expletive escaping your lips before you could stop it.
'HUH?!'
"What the fuck?" you exclaimed, unable to comprehend the sudden turn of events as the weight of Duke Rupert's decision settled heavily upon you.
As Charles let out a disbelieving "Hoo," and Charlotte expressed her relief with a curt "Great, not my problem anymore," the tension in the room seemed to escalate.
'Wait. The twins aren't angry?'
Your mother reached out, gently squeezing your hand and offering a reassuring look, her silent support a comforting anchor amidst the chaos unfolding around you.
"Why do I feel like I'm carrying a bomb in my hand?" you muttered, the weight of Duke Rupert's legacy pressing down on you like a heavy burden.
Cedric adjusted his glasses, his expression grave as he spoke. "When you became the Lady of this house... Your grace, pardon me that I have to tell you this," he began carefully. "The former Duke had debts, and he was involved in what we might call 'creative' work."
"You mean drugs, gambling, and the like?" you interjected, your voice laced with disbelief.
Susan shot you a warning glance, her lips forming a silent reprimand. "You shouldn't say that word in front of your brother," she whispered, her tone urgent.
Turning to her younger son, she leaned in closer, her voice barely above a whisper. "It's not drugs, but weed," she clarified softly.
"Oh, wow. Now I feel relieved," you replied sarcastically, the absurdity of the situation not lost on you as you struggled to come to terms with the unexpected revelations about Duke Rupert's illicit activities.
You ran a hand through your hair in frustration, the enormity of the situation sinking in. "How much is the debt?" you asked, your voice tinged with apprehension.
"8 million pounds," Cedricbreplied solemnly, his tone grave.
Charles made the sign of the cross a gesture of disbelief. "Oh Lord," he murmured under his breath.
"And he wants me to repay the debt when I never took a single cent?" you exclaimed, incredulity coloring your words as you struggled to comprehend the injustice of it all.
"Was he high when he wrote the will? Why me?!!"
Sighing heavily, you turned your gaze towards the imposing manor, its grandeur now overshadowed by the weight of Duke Rupert's debts. "Can I just sell this manor?" you wondered aloud, desperation creeping into your voice.
"It will take months or years, Your Grace. And the debt has to be paid by the end of this month," Cedric explained, punctuated by a sense of urgency.
But before you could act on your impulse, Susan's voice cut through the air, her tone laced with urgency and apprehension. "You can't sell the manor," she interjected, her gaze pleading with you to reconsider.
Confusion flickered in your eyes as you turned to face her, a mix of frustration and resignation bubbling up inside you. "Why not?" you demanded, your voice tinged with exasperation.
Susan's response was swift, her words carrying the weight of years of pent-up frustration and resentment. "If you sell the manor, I would lose my title as a duchess," she explained, her voice quavering with emotion.
The realization hit you like a punch to the gut, stirring up memories of the strained relationship that had defined your interactions with Susan over the years. Her obsession with upholding the image of a perfect duchess had driven a wedge between you, leaving your relationship fraught with tension and resentment.
As you stood there, grappling with the weight of Duke Rupert's debts and the expectations thrust upon you by your title, you couldn't help but feel a sense of bitterness creeping in.
You let out another sigh, resigned to the reality of the situation. "I need a drink," you muttered, the thought of seeking solace in the most potent alcohol near the lake seeming like the only reprieve from the turmoil raging inside you.
As you sat by the lake's tranquil waters, the weight of the situation bearing down on you, regret began to seep into your thoughts like a creeping mist.
Coming back here had seemed like the right thing to do at the time, but now, faced with the reality of Duke Rupert's debts and the burden they placed upon you, you couldn't help but wonder if it had been a mistake.
Taking a sip of your whiskey, you allowed the warmth of the liquid to wash over you, momentarily easing the turmoil in your mind. But even the soothing embrace of alcohol couldn't dispel the unease gnawing at your insides.
Lost in your thoughts, you were startled when a small figure approached, breaking the silence that had settled over the lakeside. You glanced up to see your little stepbrother, Hugo, standing before you with a tentative expression on his face.
"Uh, hi. Hello. I'm your older sister," you greeted awkwardly, the words feeling foreign on your tongue.
Hugo returned your greeting with a shy smile. "Hi, step-bro. Hugo. Ten years old," he introduced himself, his voice soft and uncertain.
An awkward silence hung between you, the gap between your worlds feeling vast and insurmountable. Sensing the tension, you made an effort to bridge the divide.
"You want to walk?" you offered, gesturing towards the path that wound its way around the edge of the lake.
Hugo hesitated for a moment before nodding hesitantly. "Hmm...," he murmured, his eyes brightening with a hint of curiosity as he took a tentative step forward, ready to embark on this uncertain journey with you.
As you and Hugo began to playfully throw stones into the lake, the tension between you gradually dissipated, replaced by a sense of camaraderie born from the simple joy of shared activity.
"So, Hugo, do you know what's happening at the household?" you asked, choosing your words carefully. You had learned in the military that children often possessed an innate honesty that could shed light on complex situations.
Hugo paused in his stone-throwing, considering your question for a moment before responding. "Walls have ears, and the workers always gossip," he replied cryptically, his voice tinged with wisdom beyond his years.
Impressed by his insight, you couldn't help but smile. "Wow," you remarked, genuinely impressed by Hugo's observation. "Do you want to share?" you prompted, curious to hear his perspective on the goings-on within the household.
As Hugo shared his insights, you listened intently, surprised by the depth of understanding hidden behind his youthful facade.
"Charlie doesn't want to take the house because of the debt, and he wants to become a pope," Hugo explained matter-of-factly, his words carrying a weight of resignation.
You responded with a puzzled "Huh?"
"And Charlotte doesn't care since she's going to marry a prince. She doesn't want anything related to Dad's 'creative work.' It will ruin her image."
"Her image? She's marrying a prince?" you interjected, your incredulity evident in your tone.
Hugo regarded you with a knowing look. "You're really ignorant, huh?" he remarked bluntly, his words stinging with a hint of playful teasing.
Feeling a pang of embarrassment at being corrected by a child, you cleared your throat awkwardly. "Hey..." you started, but Hugo continued without missing a beat.
"Sis Charlotte has quite millions of followers on social media," he elaborated, his voice tinged with a hint of admiration. "If her name is connected to weed and family debtâ"
"It will ruin her image, and she'll have to pay the penalty," you finished, the implications sinking in as you processed Hugo's words. "Wait, how old are you again?" you asked, feeling a mix of surprise and amusement at the maturity of his observations.
Hugo raised both hands, a playful grin spreading across his face. "Ten," he replied, the innocence of his youth juxtaposed against the weight of the knowledge he carried.
You chuckled softly, taking another sip of your whiskey as you observed Hugo with newfound respect. Children were indeed frighteningly perceptive these days, and you made a mental note to tread carefully around him in the future.
You looked at the lake and sighed again. No wonder Charlie felt relieved upon seeing you. He wouldn't have to worry about these things. If his past caught up with him while pursuing his path to becoming a pope, it would ruin everything for him.
As for Charlotte, nothing ever seems to be enough for her. If her future in-laws from the royal family were to find out about this business, they would likely cancel her marriage.
So it's obvious they were relieved when Rupert chose you as the heir.
As both of you made your way back home, your senses went on high alert as you spotted a black Range Rover parked near the entrance. The sight of the familiar car sent a chill down your spine, and you felt a sense of unease settle in the pit of your stomach.
He's the man who watched Rupert's funeral from afar.
"Hugo, go inside," you instructed quietly, your voice tinged with urgency as you gestured for him to retreat to the safety of the house.
The man who emerged from the car was none other than the same individual you had seen at the funeral. James Barnes, or "Bucky" as he preferred to be called, approached you with a confident stride, his demeanor exuding an air of authority.
"Sorry to disturb your afternoon walk," Bucky began, his voice smooth and polite. "Allow me to introduce myself. I'm James Barnes, but you could call me Bucky."
You nodded in acknowledgment, your guard instinctively rising as you braced yourself for whatever news he had come to deliver. "How can I help you, Mr. Barnes?" you inquired, your tone guarded yet polite.
"It's difficult for me to say while you're still grieving," Bucky admitted, his expression sympathetic. "But the former duke owed money to us."
You resisted the urge to roll your eyes, pinching the bridge of your nose in frustration. "You see, Mr. Barnes, I just got here two days ago after 15 years," you explained wearily, the weight of Duke Rupert's legacy pressing down on you like a suffocating blanket.
Bucky raised an eyebrow at your revelation, his interest piqued. "Yeah, Rupert mentioned it a couple of times," he remarked casually.
"Did he?" you muttered under your breath, feeling a surge of annoyance at Duke Rupert's apparent penchant for gossip.
"Let's continue this at the office," you suggested tersely, eager to put some distance between yourself and the unsettling presence of James Barnes.
As you stepped into Rupert's office for the first time, a wave of nostalgia washed over you, mingling with the lingering scent of his cigar and the familiar musk that seemed to permeate the room. It was a scent you had grown accustomed to over the years, a reminder of the man who had once occupied this space.
Pouring another whiskey for yourself and a glass for Bucky, you couldn't help but feel a pang of melancholy as you reflected on the memories associated with this room. Duke Rupert's presence seemed to linger in every corner, his larger-than-life persona casting a shadow over the space.
Bucky took a moment to savor the whiskey, his expression one of appreciation. "Your step-dad always did have a good collection of alcohol," he remarked, a hint of nostalgia coloring his words as he raised his glass in a silent toast.
You nodded in agreement, acknowledging the truth in his words. Despite the complexities of his character, Duke Rupert had always taken pride in his impressive selection of drinks, a testament to his refined taste and penchant for the finer things in life.
Taking a sip of your drink, you cleared your throat, breaking the heavy silence in the air. "Do you have business with my step-dad?" you asked, your tone cautious as you eyed Bucky across the desk.
Bucky's admission hung heavy in the air as he spoke, his words carrying a weight of responsibility and obligation.
"I lent him my money and I protected him," he explained, his tone tinged with a sense of duty.
"Why? His weed business didn't work out?" you asked, curiosity piqued by the revelation.
Bucky shook his head, a rueful smile tugging at his lips. "It was successful. But he had a change of heart and wanted out. And his boss didn't like it. That's where I came in," he elaborated, his expression grave.
"Eight million pounds. Is all because of you?" you queried, the enormity of the debt now beginning to make sense.
Bucky tilted his head, his gaze meeting yours with a solemn intensity. "The price of the damage I got for protecting your step-dad. I gained more enemies," he admitted, his voice tinged with regret.
Setting down your whiskey glass, you felt a sense of relief wash over you. Despite the tangled web of intrigue and deceit surrounding Duke Rupert, at least his involvement in the weed business was not the cause of his debts.
You let out a heavy sigh, the weight of the situation pressing down on you like a suffocating blanket. Options seemed limited, and each path forward appeared fraught with challenges and uncertainties.
Glancing at the bank statements and stock reports spread out on the desk before you, a sinking feeling settled in the pit of your stomach. Duke Rupert's financial situation was far from ideal, and the prospect of producing eight million pounds seemed increasingly daunting.
Your mother's reluctance to sell the manor only added to the complexity of the situation. Despite the financial burden it represented, the estate held sentimental value for her, serving as a tangible connection to Duke Rupert and the life they had built together.
The twins' indifference to the predicament only further highlighted the sense of isolation you felt in confronting this dilemma alone. But then your thoughts turned to Hugo, the youngest member of the family, and the realization dawned on you that the manor held a special significance for him as well.
Selling off the artwork and alcohol collection was a possibility, but the process would take time, and the prospect of navigating the complexities of the open market and taxation only added to the uncertainty.
With few options left to consider, you knew that your best course of action was to confront the man himself. Despite your reservations, you couldn't ignore the fact that Bucky held the key to unraveling the mystery of Duke Rupert's debts.
As the desire to return to the U.S. gnawed at you, a sense of urgency washed over you, driving you to seek resolution as quickly as possible. But with time ticking away and the weight of responsibility bearing on your shoulders, you knew the road ahead would be fraught with challenges and sacrifices.
You sighed heavily, the weight of the situation settling upon your shoulders. "What options do I have?
Bucky's smile was almost too slick, his finger pointing at you like a loaded gun. "I really like your attitude, Your Grace. Straight to the point," he remarked, his voice smooth as silk.
As he unbuttoned his suit and slid his hands into his pocket pants, a sense of foreboding settled over you like a dark cloud. "I'm also intrigued by your career as an expert in bombs," he continued, his words sending a chill down your spine.
A knot of unease tightened in your stomach as you braced yourself for what was to come. "Go on," you replied tersely, the tension crackling in the air between you.
With a calculated gesture, Bucky brought his hands together, the glint of gold rings catching the light and adding an air of menace to his demeanor. "I will make the debt of 8 million pounds disappear. If you help me," he declared, his tone dripping with promise.
Your heart skipped a beat at the audacity of his offer, the implications of his words sinking in like a lead weight. "What do you want?" you asked, your voice barely above a whisper, the gravity of the situation weighing heavily on your shoulders.
Bucky hesitated for a moment, his gaze flickering with uncertainty before he finally spoke. "I've got more competition after I helped Rupert. Thinking about it gives me headaches. That's where you come in," he explained cryptically, his words laden with hidden meaning.
Raising an eyebrow, you regarded him with a mixture of curiosity and apprehension. The silence stretched between you, thick with tension, until Bucky finally broke it with a chilling revelation. "I want you to create an explosion. To get rid of them," he stated bluntly, his eyes boring into yours with unwavering intensity.
"Fuck!"
Cursing under your breath, you cast a wary glance at the painting of Rupert hanging on the wall. His eyes seemed to bore into you, judging your every move. As an army EOD technician, the thought of making a bomb for a criminal to pay off a debt filled you with a sense of dread.
Regret gnawed at you like a festering wound as you grappled with the weight of the decision before you. Coming back home had seemed like the right thing to do at the time, but now, faced with the reality of the situation, you couldn't help but wish you had never returned.

So for anyone who maybe feels like the show has misrepresented Thalia when Annabeth says that she had to earn Thaliaâs love I would like to remind you all that Annabeth is simply speaking from how she perceived things.
Spoiler warning for the PJO series and HOO as I explain.
Iâm sure Thalia cared about Annabeth like THAT!However, it makes sense Annabeth might not see it that way. Think about it like this: Thalia is a girl on the run, barely able to keep herself alive, who also just lost her baby brother. She is struggling to survive every day. Even caring about Luke is hard. And then this kid shows up. This little 7 years old girl, who is one hell of a fighter, but sheâs still just a kid, and Thalia and Luke are already barely scraping by. Thereâs no way this kid is gonna live. So what is Thalia to do, openly care for the young girl only for her to die while Thalia is once again unable to do anything to stop it. I bet Thalia put up her walls and pretended she didnât care and hoped that would be enough to protect her heart from another loss.
But I bet it was hard, nay impossible, not to love Annabeth. This sweet, strong, brilliant little girl who is so fearless. This little girl who is trying so hard to earn Thaliaâs respect and love. Who reminds Thalia once again of what itâs like to have a younger sibling. And thatâs why on that hill, right outside of camp, Thalia makes that final stand. Because of course she loves Annabeth, and itâs completely likely she always has.
