Cave boy Danny has way to much fun fucking with the bats after a while. Jason is too until Danny bites him after some unwanted human contact. Alfred gets a big wave of nostalgia when Danny does it too.
Danny can say that the Waynes have been ridiculously welcoming, all things considered. He still hasn't come clean about not being Bruce Wayne's alternative double, so to throw them off from finding out the truth and have a safe place to crash- he's missed plumbing- he has been invited to the Wayne Manor and has been lazing about when under their watch.
If there was one thing apparent, it was that Bruce Wayne did not laze about. It was mind-blowing to those who knew him to see Danny- a version of Bruce- act like walking across the room for a remote was too much work.
It drove them mad to see such a difference between them, and thus, none of the Waynes noticed Danny's side project to get home.
The Waynes gave him a giant room and helped set up a fake Identity for him while they worked on getting him home. To the public, he was Danny Kane, a long-lost relative recently coming to Bruce for help.
Thanks to the support of Jacob and Kate, they agree to make it seem that Jack Kane- Danny's made-up father- was the result of Bruce's material grandfather having a fling after his wife's death. Jake was hidden from the public eye but had his father's financial support until he was an adult.
Jack was never bitter and told Danny stories of his wayward father, filled with love to prove it. These stories inspired Danny to seek out the remaining Kanes after Jack's untimely death, which led him to Bruce as Martha Wayne nee Kane's son.
The day Danny would be sent home, the Waynes would fake his death, and no one would be the wiser that Danny Kane never existed.
Fine by Danny
. He only planned to stick around long enough to get his ship ready and pinpoint a location that had the vile between the living and dead thin enough to slice his way back to the Ghost Zone.
Unlike Wulf, who could open portals wherever he wanted, Danny had to find points weak enough to punch a hole through. He knows his parent's portal was way out of his set of skills, and he sure as hell wasn't going to give anyone the idea to build their own here. Two percent of portals were already two too many.
He mostly hung around the house- with someone always close by in a poor attempt to hide the fact they were watching him. Most of the time, Danny was either lazing around the house, eating and sleeping, and it felt like a costly vacation.
He refused to help on the coms when the Bats went out to kick ass, even after Dick offered to sit in front of monitors and relay information to the heroes like he was offering the chance of a lifetime.
This seems to disturb everyone else in the house except for Alfred.
If anything, the fact Danny straight-up refused to put on tights and rush into night to fight crime made Alfred adore him. The butler claimed he was worried everyone in the family would forget what everyday life was supposed to feel like.
A few Waynes couldn't seem to wrap their heads around the concept.
"You're not interested at all?" Tim asks, eyes narrowed. He was among the few who thought Danny was suspicious for not wanting to risk his life to fight the corrupted system.
"Nah, man, I'm good here. I got my nachos, I got a movie room and I got the softest bathrobe ever bathrobe." Danny snuggles more profoundly into the pink plush robe that Steph had lent him. "Why would I want to ruin any of these? Sides, I can't even throw a punch."
".....There has never been a single alternative Bruce Wayne that wasn't involved in this life in some way. If not as a hero then he was a villain. Bruce as a villain is one of the most dangerous things that can ever happen across the multiverse" Tim reveals grimly. "We've won every single encounter but only by the skin of our teeth."
"Damn. Let me guess. You guys beat the evil Bruces by sending his kids after him."
"Yes."
"Problem solve. You already know you can kick my ass, so if I try anything, you can take me out, right?" Danny doesn't wait for a answer. He turns away from the teenager to stare at the movie screen showing his picked movie. "I can do nothing but tremble before your bat might."
Tim steps into his line of sight. "I mean it. You do anything to harm this family and will regret it."
"Does that mean I can't bite Jason again? That sucks. It's the only way I can get him to stop trying to drag me to galas. He wants to scare the other rich people with my poor people's manners."
Tim's lip twitches and Danny knows he's fighting to keep his face under control. "You didn't have to lock your jaw in like that."
"I really did. Jason tested me."
Tim tilts his head. "You don't really feel like Bruce. You look just like him at fifteen. Alfred says you act just like him. But for the last three weeks, you've been trying really hard to make it seem like you're okay with doing nothing."
"I am comfortable doing nothing."
"I think you're lying," Tim says, moving closer to stare down into Danny's eyes with frankly a manic glare. Danny's core flares up with the sense of challenge he finds in that dark blue gaze.
Which is a first for a human, and frankly is terrifying. If Tim had been a ghost he would have easily been an Ancient assistant or a baby Ancient. He has to be able to match Danny's power like this. Holy shit.
"I think your parents didn't give you enough love as a child, and now you seek approval from everyone around you while trying to push everyone away because you are too scared to make yourself valuable. You find yourself in an endless loop of self-doubt and self-hate by doing both simultaneously." Danny blurts. He watches Tim freeze, then winces. "Shit, sorry, the psychoanalyze came out as a reflection. Forget that."
Tim is still frozen in a way Danny recognizes as someone hearing something challenging to come to terms with. This is why he needs to break the habit of using Jazz's psyche training as a weapon.
He forgets not everyone insults each other with their deepest insecurities. That's just how he and Jazz love.
"...Do you want to watch the Grey Ghost Marathon with me?" He asks after a long pause. Tim closes his eyes before plumping down next to him.
"I like that."
Neither mention Jason, who is gasping in the last row of seats and attempting to suppress muffled laughter behind the wrist cast that Danny lovingly gave him at the last gala.
On a side note, Danny Kane is called "Rabid Dog." by the elites of Gotham, who watched the boy make three grown men cry after two minutes of talking to him and also witness four Waynes attempt to pry his mouth open screaming, "No Danny drop it. drop it!" while the boy munched on Jason's wrist.
No one has noticed that half of the tech has disappeared.
#omg he really is bruce#cause regardless of if hes interested in it or not it takes lots of perception and smarts to do that#actually maybe more smarts because its not his focus hes *passively* that good#He's also building a way to travel interdimensional in his room#While keeping everyone off his back#It's gonna be so funny when they find out about Dani#A bat kid will make a joke about him having an adoption problem in the future#Then Danny will say he doesn't need to adopt#He already has a daughter#And a son if we count Dan#The shocked silence that will fill the room#Because Danny is like 15-16#With two kids apparently#This further cements the fact that Danny is an Alt-Bruce

OKAY random jon snow and robb stark brainrot but yk how cats become way more cuddly and affectionate with pregnant women? like nuzzling against them, being more alert, snuggling more, and staying close to you? what if ghost and greywind were the same? they're much more protective of you and it's a common behavior in direwolves so as soon as ghost/greywind start growling at jon/robb you guys immediately know 😭 i can just imagine waking up with their little heads resting on your belly or staying much closer to you than usual. and maybe the same with dany's dragons? obviously they're not gonna be like all over you but i can imagine them being a bit more protective and caring than usual!! thanks in advance and love ur works
Anon ur so right also this was fun and cute to do <3<3 (also kind of an AU where Jon stayed behind to be a sworn man to Robb!)
So between the two direwolves, Greywind is the more outwardly protective and aggressive. It's like he sensed something was off from the start - if you weren't aware you were pregnant, you'd be confused in Greywind's sudden interest in you. He'd sit at the doorway and linger while you went about your business, and would side-eye anyone he didn't like getting too close. You and Robb found it odd, by amusing. It all made sense once you figured out your condition.
While you found your fluffy guard dog to be sweet, it was mildly terrifying to some of the servants ... even the ones who had been at Winterfell at their lives were anxious to see a massive wolf wandering the halls like some little Southern dog. You try sending him out during the day, but in the evening, it's being at your side or bust. He will howl and make a fuss, something Greywind normally only did if he was locked away from Robb. He wants to be right at the bedside or on top of the bed, which again is something Greywind has never done, even with Robb. Greywind has never been the most affectionate of the direwolves (that was Lady), but he'd actually rest his huge muzzle on your legs and accept a few pets. Usually, Robb and Jon were the only ones who could touch him.
Your husband is torn between finding it funny and being baffled. He teases about it often. "What have you been feeding him behind my back? I bet she's given you the butcher's scraps, hm? What's gotten into you, boy?"
(Your handmaidens aren't pleased because if they enter the room while you're still asleep, there's a huge direwolf perking his head up and growling at them. You've never been able to train him out of that ...)
If he really must stay out of the bedroom, then he lurks right outside the door. As much as Robb knows it unsettles the servants and night guards, Greywind standing guard makes him feel better about your safety. He tries to keep the direwolf occupied during the day so the servants don't have to worry so much.
When you're outside, regardless if it's a short walk to the Godswood or heading to Winter Town, Greywind follows you instead. The further along in your pregnancy you get and the slower you walk, the more he stays at your side, like he always did with Robb. There are many people who worry about essentially a wild animal being so close to Lady Stark - and what'll happen when the baby's born? - but you see nothing but protectiveness in Greywind's big eyes. He's always alert and wary around you; sometimes you and Robb worry about him never getting a chance to relax.
Now, if you were with Jon, it was Ghost who would be your little shadow. Which was interesting - he was the most independent of the direwolves, often leaving for days at a time to do his own thing. He began to linger closer to Winterfell, and when you'd go outside, you'd see him several feet away from you, following along. By the time you're a few months along, he was walking right at your side. He never went inside the Keep, so when you went inside Ghost would stay in the yard, acting like ... well, a ghost, waiting for you to come back out.
It gave Jon a lot of comfort to know you had a shadow. He couldn't always be by your side because of his duties, especially if Robb traveled, and he was relieved to know Ghost was suddenly so attached and keeping you safe. The direwolf had always been fond of his wife, but in a distant way - maybe once in a while you could stoke his neck or he'd follow you for an hour out of curiosity ... but that was all. Now he was lingering, pressing his nose at your abdomen and huffing, allowing plenty of head pats and ear scratches. Jon is very endeared by it all. He'd sit right at your side, close as possible, and laugh as Ghost huffs and tries to press between you two. White fur absolutely everywhere.
The direwolves being so close and oddly affectionate means you can get away with a lot more - like, say ... sitting them down and letting you brush them, teaching them to sit or lay down, putting food on their nose and having them wait for the signal to eat it. Robb is aghast that Greywind is actually being obedient (until he gets tired of it), Jon just laughs and doesn't expect Ghost to stick to it. He assumes once you have the baby, his direwolf will go back to his adventurous, aloof self. In the back of his head, Robb is a little worried Greywind will get possessive once the baby is born. He plans to bring Greywind with him on his travels, in case he gets too overly protective of you and the child.

Ted Lasso Tickle HC's
Ok, fine. I wasn't in the mood to write a whole fic so here are some headcannons I spent an embarrassing amount of time on lol. Let me know what you think/if you have any headcannons I didn't include
Spoilers for the show Ted Lasso. Not too many I don't think but enough for me to put a warning. Sorry for the formatting I couldn't figure out how to do bullet points on only part of the post.
Jamie Tartt
Such a fucking lee it's not even funny
My touch-starved baby
Always after attention, no matter what kind
Dr. Sharon helps him unpack this and channel his need for attention into more positive behaviors like making people laugh, doing small kind things for others, etc
The team accepts Jamie back as a teammate after the Dubai Air protest. But they start actually liking him as a friend once they figure out how ticklish he is.
In the later seasons, winds Roy up on purpose cause he knows it will end with him howling on the floor with Roy spidering over his ribs mercilessly
Whenever Jamie’s being a prick without getting the signal first, someone on the team will trap him in a bear hug and claw at his tummy
It’s really hard to be mad at Jamie when he’s being held up by a teammate, cackling after his legs gave out after a few pokes
The only one brave enough to poke the bear that is Roy Kent (other than Keeley)
It never ends well for him
Or does it?
Worst spots are ribs and hips
Light bicep tickles als get him really bad, but really only Keeley knows this
Roy Kent
Holy shit
Do NOT piss this man off, he will wreck you
Early in their relationship he would try and tickle Keeley. That stopped pretty quick when he realized Keeley dished it out ten times worse
The only people who know how ticklish he is are Keeley, Jamie, Phoebe, Phoebe’s mom (does she have a name in cannon? Idk) and, oddly, Coach Beard
And he has threatened all of them in order to make sure it stays that way
Roy has no idea how Beard knows and that scares the shit out of him
Beard says that Roy just looks ticklish. Really he was in the office late one night when Keeley came to pick Roy up and saw him jump a foot in the air when she dug a finger into his armpit
Knows that Jamie sometimes riles him up. He lets him because somewhere he knows that Jamie needs this. Also it is quite satisfying. Even better than taking a swing at him to be honest.
Worst spots are under his arms, his neck, and light tickles behind his knees on good days
Keeley Jones
Queen of the lers
Her nails should be classified as weapons
Roy and Jamie both know this
They also know the other one probably knows this. They never talk about it.
She’s the one who let Jamie’s ticklishness slip to Roy
Will let Roy or Jamie get a few pokes in but quickly turns the tables
Rebecca is the only one who knows about the spot being her ears
Colin Hughes
Will absolutely shout, “For Wales!” before pouncing on someone, regardless of whether or not the preceding conversation had anything to do with Wales
His shoulder blades are a death spot
Anything lighter than a firm pat on the back will make his shoulders shoot up to his ears
One of the only people who is allowed to tickle Isaac with few to no repercussions
Generally prefers being the ler, he got enough experience being a lee when he was growing up
Dani Rojas
Sunshine golden retriever man
Loves making people laugh
Will coo at his teammates in Spanish while he tickles them
That’s actually how they find out that Jamie’s been trying to learn Spanish for Dani to make him less homesick. Dani teases him lightly while spidering over his sides, and Jamie BLUSHES hard cause he can actually understand ¾ of what Dani’s saying. Dani tickles him more often after that as a thank you
Sam Obisanya
Ticklish just about everywhere
Doesn’t mind being tickled
Very persuasive - will easily convince people that a certain player needs to be tickled
That makes him dangerous
Excellent reader of people - was the first person to realize that Jamie likes being tickled
Isaac McAdo
Quite a tickle monster in the early seasons
After he becomes captain, is more reserved and conscious that the other guys look up to him
If he ever gets too in his head, Colin is more than happy to bring him back to earth
Also sometimes resorts to tickles to keep the other guys in line
Will sneak in neck and ear tickles to each guy’s haircut every season
Jan Maas
The absolute best at teasing but only because he’s so naturally blunt and honest
“This spot is much worse than your sides.”
“You are very ticklish. Does it ever become a problem?”
“Are we supposed to pretend that we don’t know you are enjoying this?”
“You squirm as if you want to get away, but you do not push away my hands.”
“You are a professional footballer, it would be very easy for you to get away.”
He strikes me as someone who just isn’t ticklish, which Jamie whines is unfair
Coach Beard
Knows where everyone is ticklish and is super scary about it
Rarely actually tickles people. Its bad enough that they know that he could. The one exception is Ted, who he tickles all the time when they’re alone/don’t have an audience, with a completely straight face

Some reactors just finished the red wedding and they were devastated because like who do they root for?! Jon isn’t a stark really and they were like hopes on Arya as in being a leader and fighting and leading armies and stuff, getting revenge and winning against lannisters since they are always winning. And it just reminded me again on how everyone probably was rooting for Arya to get even and get the revenge and be in power later on regardless what because she is the only Stark they were rooting for and jOn for any sort of win. And how the show just practically tried to gaslight us that sansa is the one stark that we were rooting for and hope for revenge and power because she is the starkest stark. the writers really did everything for the dudebros to love sansa. her being anti dany and being neDs dAuGhteR to speak up against the ViLLainS and for the north bc jon is dumb and pussy stricken and arya doesn’t give a fck and bran is just there.. like the absolute fuckery and clownery.
What's funny is that even from the beginning they were showing their favoritism towards Sansa, and yet Arya was always the more popular character. There was only so much they could change and while they were sticking to the books, Arya has always had a more proactive arc that was rooted in her identity as a Stark. It just made more sense that she would be the one more heavily involved in the North, which was proven with how much they had to change things to have that switch to Sansa. They didn't find her book arc interesting enough (which is something her stans also think) so they just lifted one related to other characters and then couldn't even do that right! At most it increased sympathy to her character because of what she went through but it took a wrecking ball to existing plot lines and characterizations.
And you can really tell who the Key Five are just by watching the show. Arya, Dany, Jon, Tyrion, and Bran were all reduced to flat, one-dimensional characters to make room for Saint Sansa and it was ultimately the downfall of the show. D&D thought that their personal preferences were more important then anything else. The plot lines didn't make any sense, the characters were inconsistent, and there was barely anything going on because they didn't have the skill to handle complex story lines and characters.
Why people still think, or want, the books to follow the show I'll never know. Fans of the actual story are (im)patiently waiting for the books to be finished so we can see the actual ending.
#ask#anon#arya stark#asoiaf#anti got#anti sansa stans#sorry this took so long I was sick and lost so much energy 😭#show stans are gonna be mad when (yes when I believe) twow comes out and we get the real story

I read a very long meta on Sansa-Jeyne-Arya. The writer isn't an Arya stan btw. While I agreed with some parts, I rolled my eyes at this -
This years Sansa month dedicated an entire day to Jeyne Poole.
Someone who is not very well acquainted with the books would probably assume Jeyne Poole is a very important girl in Sansa's narrative based on that information. They'd probably be surprised to find out that, since the two girls were separated, Jeyne Poole is remembered a total number of four times by Sansa Stark.
They then go on to acknowledge that Sansa finds its painful to think of Jeyne but
"Probably! I don't oppose that interpretation, it's very possible. People often suppress painful memories. But I can still disapprove of that coping mechanism. Would you like it if you suddenly disappeared form the face of earth in extremely mysterious circumstances and your friend wouldn't even ask about what happened to you? I don't think I would feel loved and treasured if I were to know that."
INTREPRETATION???? BROO IT'S RIGHT IN THE TEXT
SHE WAS A HOSTAGE. How on earth would someone be able to look at "hmm these people just beheaded my dad, of course that means they'll take me to my best friend!" Where is the logic?????
They're also contradictory
I think there are class issues and inferiorities to be explored. I think Sansa is true in her affections for Jeyne, she loves her and sees her as a friend, but she is also diminishing and tends to look down on her, and regardless if it is a coping mechanism or not, she shows no interest in finding out what happened to who she considers her "truest friend".
Like which is it???
Like I'm sorry but I just find it so funny critiquing fandom for having a day that celebrates Sansa's friendship with Jeyne and yet this is the same fandom who will dedicate a day to Dany and Sansa and act like they will be friends or Arya/Dany when these girls haven't met yet in the books!!!!
They also claim that Sansa was a better friend to Margaery/Myranda. And I'm like what makes you think she wouldn't do the exact same for Jeyne?
Also this person calling Jeyne "prolematic fave" was just weird to me. How on earth is she a problematic fave??? Because she called Arya Horseface???
Anyway I'm really sorry to dump this all in your inbox. It just reminded me why I don't seek out Jeyne or Arya stuff
People determined to find fault with Sansa generally have to break out the shovel and dig deep for material. No wonder the end result looks a bit wonky.
I suppose we could at least admire their dedication to their goal.
We could.
If we wanted.
If.

Hey, while searching through ao3 I came around "My Other Half " and I just loved it (and I kind of finished really fast). Do you have some kadewave hc?
I'm really glad you enjoyed it! I never really expected anyone to pay much attention to that fic with such an out-there premise, but it means a lot to me that people did/do.
Sorry for the late response, but this got looooong.
My thoughts and headcanons for Kadewave are kind of all over the place because I've shipped these two practically since I first started watching Rescue Bots, and their dynamic changes so much over the course of the series that I think a lot of the specifics of how they get together and what their relationship is like depends on when it all happens in relation to the series and how canon compliant things are
Some headcanons I tend to hold regardless of all that:
Kade and Heatwave are monogamous. I think the idea of polyamory being normalized in Cybertronian society is pretty neat, but it's still not for everyone, and these two just strike me as the kind that would stand by one partner at a time
Heatwave is the jealous type. This is just canon, I think. (Blades: "Kinda scary, but I'm rethinking the whole Kade partner option." Heatwave: "Rethink again.") He's pretty good at reigning it in except for a snappish comment here or there, so Kade mostly finds it funny
Kade has more experience with relationships. It's not necessarily good experience--he messes up a lot in his relationships and/or falls for the wrong people--but he has dated more. While Heatwave has lived longer, even after accounting for stasis, he's kind of the "married to the job" type and spent too much time playing leader and eldest-brother-figure to the rest of Sigma 17 to really do all that much dating
Heatwave can still be a tease, though, especially after they get together, because it’s fun to rile Kade up
We know, from when Cody and Frankie time traveled, that Griffin Rock is more progressive with regards to racial issues than much of America has been, so I tend to think GR also has less of a homophobia/transphobia problem, so Kade doesn’t have to struggle so much with the gender/sexuality aspect of being attracted to Heatwave. The “He’s a giant alien robot” part still took some work, even after they start respecting each other more as firefighting partners
Most of the resistance on both sides to their feelings was still more about how stubborn/hotheaded the other one is
Heatwave does worry over Kade a lot. Like, it’s one thing if Kade stubs his toe or gets a paper cut because of his own stubborn carelessness; Heatwave will just roll his optics or huff some kind of, “Why do you always do that?” But if it’s even the littlest bit more than that--if Kade catches a cold or gets a burn on the job or something--Heatwave will obsess over it and what he could have done to prevent that
Usually, I think there isn’t so much a first to confess or realize their feelings; they just sort of gravitate towards each other over time. The exact timeline or AU could change that, and I can see either one of them spitting it out in a fit of passion after a tense scene, but especially in more canon compliant timeline, it’s just something they kind of...fall into, whether or not they actually talk about it
Neither of them are good at talking about their feelings in either universe. They eventually get better, but they rarely if ever say they love each other around other people/bots, even in timelines where they don’t go through massive misunderstandings before getting together. They’re excellent at showing each other they care, though
Their relationship isn’t 100% an Everyone Can See It situation--some people definitely assume they’re just Buds--but a few people can pick it out. Usually the rest of the extended family, but some faster than others: Cody, because he’s perceptive; Chief Burns, because he’s a Wise Dad; Dani, because she’s a romantic but also because she knows the difference between her own sisterly mocking of Kade versus Heatwave’s metaphorical pigtail pulling; Blades, because he and Dani love to gossip; and Blurr, because whether they mean to or not, Kade and Heatwave trying to train his recklessness out of him definitely results in them dad-ing him
Like I said, a lot of this plays out differently on timeline/universe points. For most of these, I’m going to either assume Kade and Hayley break up or ignore that they got together in the first place, though the polyamory or Kade cheating on Hayley angles are still valid for other people who want to explore them. It’s just for me personally, I really only see Kadewave happening if Kade isn’t with Hayley.
The most canon-compliant version is also probably the most laid back and chill version of them getting together. It wouldn’t happen until late in season 4 or after, because Kade is still dating Hayley through most/all of that season in canon, but by that point in the series, Kade and Heatwave have really mellowed out. Listen to them talking about Blurr at the beginning of “Need for Speed” (Heatwave: “He’s as stubborn as you are.” Kade: “And as hot-headed as you.”); just the way they say it, Heatwave’s done with Blurr’s shit but Kade shoots back all amused and kind of fond. They bicker and trade barbs, but it’s in that “Close enough to argue” (or, if you prefer, Old Married Couple) kind of way where how much they like each other still bleeds through, and by this point in the series, they aren’t arguing about important things like how to do their job any more. It’s smooth going. So, Hayley and Kade split, and after a little while, Heatwave and Kade move from, “Hey, actually, I like this guy,” to, “Oh, hey, I like this guy,” and that’s that.
My Other Half/The Parts of Me I Hide mostly follows that track but with the complications of 1) being set in an AU where sparklings can happen (and interspecies sparklings, specifically, can happen) and 2) Kade getting horribly, terribly broken-bones-and-blood hurt. It turns what could be a simple slide into a relationship into a dramatic mess via bumping against all their issues of not talking about their feelings and Heatwave reacting to Kade getting hurt etc etc.
If we go way back to the first season up through season 2′s “Changes,” this is where Kade and Heatwave are in full tsun4tsun mode. Neither of them wants to admit even to themselves that they like each other, even after they get over the initial friction of their introduction. This is deffo in the zone of, “If they get together, it’s probably after some kind of blow-up fight,” and even then it’s not likely because they’re both too busy going No, absolutely not, I do not find this aggravating creature attractive no matter how many dangerous situations we face down together. “Changes” definitely marks a shift in their relationship because Kade has to acknowledge that Heatwave does actually like him as much as the reverse (”Heatwave cherishes your partnership,” anyone?). It might still take him a while to process what exactly he feels and whether or not Heatwave cares about him in the same way, but it’s definitely the crack in the damn that makes him stop lying to himself that he doesn’t like Heatwave somehow.
Season 3 is the awkward middle ground where they know their own feelings, they have to know that the other likes them to some degree, and while they aren’t really pretending about it anymore, they aren’t ready to say anything about it, either. It’s this dance around it, and all it would take is one little slip to tumble head first into a relationship and--oh hey, new recruits! Let’s deal with getting them integrated into life here rather than deal with whatever we’ve got going on
Some My Other Half/The Parts of Me I Hide specific headcanons:
Heatwave is mad at himself for the first class of recruits hurting Kade because he thinks he should have been there to step in sooner. It might or might not have actually affected the outcome, but he blames himself a bit all the same
This was an exchange I had in mind for the fic that got cut, but Heatwave and Kade definitely had an argument about The Incident that included an exchange along the lines of “What if you’d lost a leg or an arm?” “I’d say I’d be the first amputee fire fighter, but someone already beat me to it. Guess I’d have to settle for the first in Milford.”
Their second sparkling is a daughter named Spitfire
“So, if we’re dealing with a universe without sparklings, where DID Kade go?” Yeah, I’m still working my headcanon for that one out myself.

Oh and ANOTHER thing. Anyone else think it's funny that chick that keeps showing up (?) and speaking in riddles, telling Dany to go back, is called "Quaithe". Like. In a book with a talking raven. Quaithe.... Quoth. Of Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven fame. Quoth the Raven etc. Where the narrator is driven to madness asking when he will see his lost Lenore and receiving only the same answer over and over, "Nevermore."
Aka the poem that's referenced at Dany's absolute lowest moment (in Daenerys IX, AGOT) where, after already having committed to righting the wrong of Eroeh's enslavement and rape (because she's projecting onto her), she finds that the only power she currently has at her command (sex, as taught by Doreah) is utterly useless, and she is left, as the narrator of The Raven is, bargaining with futility:
"And when the bleak dawn broke over an empty horizon, Dany knew that he was truly lost to her. "When the sun rises in the west and sets in the east," she said sadly. "When the seas go dry and mountains blow in the wind like leaves. When my womb quickens again, and I bear a living child. Then you will return, my sun-and-stars, and not before."
Never, the darkness cried, never never never.
The musicality of the end of that second paragraph, ending on an "-ore" syllable, and the repetition of "never" bring to mind the word nevermore, and the darkness crying out also indicates this poem, as it's the darkness that speaks first in it, not the raven itself. And it's also accompanied by another literary reference from which we can infer that Dany's state of mind in this moment is similar to how the narrator of the poem ends up too
Inside the tent Dany found a cushion, soft silk stuffed with feathers. She clutched it to her breasts as she walked back out to Drogo, to her sun-and-stars. If I look back I am lost. It hurt even to walk, and she wanted to sleep, to sleep and not to dream.
This bolded section is a a reference to the "to be or not to be" soliloquy from Hamlet (specifically the line "to sleep, perchance to dream"), which is a mediation on suicide, where the speaker ultimately decides not to die for fear of "dreams" (here meaning his fear of hell). But funnily enough Dany is not religious. And shortly after this she walks into a fire.
It's safe to say that regardless of if Quaithe is ever real (at least after Quarth) the visions of her that Dany has are functioning as a reminder of this moment, at least to the reader, and of the true reason she did it. Not to save the world, but because there was no place in it for her as she was.
This "Never never never" phrase is used only one other time in the books too, for the other Very Magical child, all the way across the sea, who is also selected for a special "destiny" and who is not at any point in a position to reject it either:
"I am told you were quite the climber, Bran," the little man said at last. "Tell me, how is it you happened to fall that day?" "I never," Bran insisted. He never fell, never never never. "The child does not remember anything of the fall, or the climb that came before it," said Maester Luwin gently.
Wonder what would happen if Dany ever truly remembered how she got those dragons. Because just like Bran, before she flew, she fell.

Another one down. I was annoyed for like the first half of the chapter😭
My blood pressure every time the Red pal was mentioned 🔼🔼🔼
Cass has my full support on the dislike of their presence in the castle. SAME. The joy when I read that they finally left...
Anyway.
DANIELA
Daniela, tell me about the lily. What does the lily mean?
Pls her unintentionally killing her lovers coz she's not aware of her strength and the fear she'll hurt Reader too :(
This is always such a sad and heart-aching trope.
You out there doing god's work and giving the sisters different body types <3
But Dani being insecure :( like no, ma'am you're beautiful and perfect just the way you are. This little fly deserves all the reassurance and worship in the whole world 🛐🛐🛐
When you told me about sweet Dani scenes I didn't expect THAT 😳
But I'm not complaining, it was all really sweet indeed and had such safe and comfort vibes and like yes ✨communication ✨
Idk it warmed my heart. It wasn't like the usual stuff I come across in writing.
After the last chapter I was afraid that all the progress made with Cassandra was ruined and that it'd take some time to regain her trust and get on her good side again :/ but what a nice surprise it was that she and Reader talked and Reader even told her about the stuff with the other reality and Lunatic (even if she may think of them as crazy but they already seem like insane so ssdggh). It's good they opened up about it.
If it comes to it, perhaps Cass will be able to at least save her mama and sisters :(
What an even nicer surprise it was when Cass kissed them like oh my god ~200k words, ~30h of waiting for that very moment and it happened in quite unexpected circumstances considering Reader just fucked up badly a while ago.
And Cassandra was so cute with her kisses. Slightly confused about what she's supposed to do, unlike her sisters pls I love her.
It's so nice to see a different interpretation of her character😭
Anyway that was so mean of you to throw that argument with Alcina right after the moment with Dani 😐
Ginger Snaps? Reader Snaps. And comes out as a bird🐥
Wings huh, a symbol of everything Reader hates. Funny how everyone else loves them. Maybe they'll help Reader accept who they are. Because it doesn't define them as a person but can work as an advantage.
^me waiting patiently to hear your lovely takes on what's going on
*AW NO, NOT ANNOYED LMAO. fair though, that was some shit that went on
*you're going to learn very quickly why we don't like Red in this house :D
*listen Cass has the BEST vibe checker, and Red simply does not pass it
*HEHE FINALLY DANI!!
*i really feel like, with the excitement of having another sister/daughter, no one warned her that she was a hell of a lot stronger than she used to be, and that caused... issues, obviously. the main reason she wanted Reader to "take control" (she's a power bottom, cmon now) was so that she would have a much less chance of hurting them. poor baby can't stand the thought of hurting anyone she actually likes :(
*hehe, i tried my best to make them a little more realistic <3 with how much she copies her sisters, i wouldn't be surprised to find she also compares herself to them, and considering they actually have different body types in TPtM... unsurprising she would be insecure and wouldn't have given anyone else the chance to reassure her
*we love communication here! Dani strikes me as the one to communicate literally everything to her partner (where to touch, what feels good, etc.), regardless of what it is or how significant it actually is; the trouble is getting her to not ramble about flowers or rocks or whatever else is on her mind during spicy time
*it was definitely supposed to be a much softer moment as compared to anything else they've done with each other up until then :D
*listen, i could literally never do that (i'm on pc so imagine i put a crying face). i feel Cassandra is too mature for that, and with her already knowing what was going on but wanting Reader to admit to it, i don't think she'd completely give up everything over an accident/misunderstanding
*i think lots of people were surprised to read that Cass was the first to know about everything going on. she probably wouldn't have poked it out of them had it not been for the fact she saw them talking to someone that wasn't there, but it is good to finally have at least one person they can rely on through it all :o
*ahaha... aha.... haha.... about that-
*she has had a week basically to herself to figure out what she's feeling, why she was so upset to find them outside with Daria, why her heart flutters in her chest when they smile at her... all the fun, totally straight stuff you experience, yknow
*listen. listen. i genuinely don't like horndog Cass and feel it can be very bland to write her that way, even as much as she teases others about it (or how she sits on Reader's lap, pins them to the bed, etc. without actually meaning to go further), so i thought... what if... Reader was basically her "first"... her first kiss, her first "human" she's actually cared about... pls she's so awkward i love her
*i have said it before and i'll say it again: Alcina can be a toxic lover. when she wants information, she will get it one way or another, but i think i did write that she apologized for pushing them that far? she's pushed their buttons again and again before, just never to that extent. i can understand her frustrations, but Alcina, pls
*mm, it was nice to write that Reader hates that part of themself and what it means, what it represents, while everyone else thought the wings were cool as fuck. i don't think anyone even mentioned how similar they were to Miranda's (yet? it's been a minute since i've even worked on TPtM), and i feel that's a step in the right direction, distancing themself from her/her influence
definitely looking forward to how you'll react in chapter thirteen, and i will warn you that it's a doozy. be prepared. you may hate me after LMAOO <333
#asks#to promise the moon#speaking of i do have to work on tptm#i had a different thing to work on but i didnt even get halfway#eh#always tomorrow#why be productive when i can write about homosexuals

Playing hot and cold (or 'cold and freezing' as Danny had once put it, to groans from Sam and Tucker) with their ghost sense wasn't the fastest or most efficient way for Danny and Dani to find each other across Gotham, but it was the most fun, and it was Danny's vacation, so there. If it gave Danny the opportunity to scare the crap out of some muggers, too, Batman wouldn't mind. And if he did, he could deal.
Regardless of how territorial Batman was or wasn't, that's how Danny spotted one of the Robins on the roof of a building, throwing things - Batarangs? Birdarangs? Honestly, some heroes were worse at naming things than Danny's parents - at a mannequin with a photograph of one of the other Robins taped to its face.
Danny didn't know the Robins well. Sure, they'd teamed up a few times, after Danny had joined the League, but Amity Park, small as it was, was a full time job. Natural portals to the Ghost Zone were bad enough, but those weren't the only side effect of being a thin spot in reality. The only reason Danny was taking a vacation now was because he'd bailed Constantine out of-- Well, that was another story entirely, but the man was extremely leery of owing anything to Danny, and had insisted on paying off his debts right away.
He was probably regretting that decision, right about now.
Point was, Young Justice, Teen Titans, whatever, those guys were more Dani's friends than his, so he had no idea of this was normal. It how Robin would react to Danny suddenly being there.
As Danny watched, debating getting involved, Robin stalked over to the mannequin, tore off the picture, and replaced it with a picture of yet a different Robin. He walked back to where he'd been standing before, throwing things at this new picture and growling imprecations under his breath.
Okay, normal or not, this couldn't possibly be healthy.
"Uh, Robin?" Danny ignored the weapon that sailed through his intangible body. "You okay?"
"... Phantom. I've told you not to sneak up on me like that. One day, I'll be testing anti-ghost gear."
Danny didn't remember Robin saying anything like that to him, but it wasn't like Danny had a photographic memory or whatever, so he just shrugged.
Robin went over to the mannequin and started to pick up his weapons, either ignoring or forgetting Danny's earlier question. Probably the former, since All of the Robins did seem to have photographic memories. Fair enough. Danny had startled him.
"Robin?"
The other boy whirled. "Apparently, I'm not good enough to be called that," he hissed, "between Hood and the brat both trying to kill me over it--"
"Whoa, whoa, wait," said Danny, holding up his hands. "Kill you? Your siblings are trying to kill you over your name?"
Robin (Or not-Robin? Danny was unclear.) scowled at him. "It's more than a name. It's a title."
"That's... just a different kind of name. Unless it comes with, like, powers or a job or something. Are they kicking you off the team?"
"What? No. They've got their own things going on."
"I guess I don't really get the situation, then."
Robin ran a hand back over his hair, which made it stick out in funny directions.
"Red Hood was Robin before me."
"Sure." And Nightwing had been Robin before him. Trading around identities wasn't all that uncommon in the superhero community.
"He wasn't too happy that I took his place when everyone thought he was dead. He beat the crap out of me, told me I wasn't good enough, tries to get me to quit. But I didn't."
Danny was pretty sure, from the few times he'd run into him, that Red Hood had been more than 'thought' dead, but that wasn't the point of this conversation, so he just nodded.
"And now the demon brat comes out of nowhere, pushes me off the dinosaur, tries to stab me, and Batman's going to take Robin away from me and just give it to him."
"Okay, um. That's a lot to unpack." Danny used his telekinesis to scoop up the rest of the birdarangs, because he was starting to worry that Robin would cut himself on them, his hands were shaking so badly. He shuffled them together in a neat stack. "I obviously don't know the whole story here, but have you guys considered sharing?"
Robin huffed and took the birdarangs from Danny. "You don't understand, it's--"
"Hey, Danny, what's up? Oh, hi, Robin," Dani added as a birdarang sailed through her body and embedded itself in the wall she was half phased through. "Someone is jumpy tonight."
Robin yanked his birdarang out of the wall as Dani flew the rest of the way through it. "Didn't I just tell you to stop sneaking up on me?"
Dani shrugged. "What are we talking about?"
"Just about to explain to Robin how we share our names," said Danny.
"I get the point you're trying to make," said Robin, and Danny just knew he was rolling his eyes behind the white cutouts of his mask, "but it's different. You two are the same person."
Dani gave Robin a look of disbelief. "Sure, and Kon is the same person as Superman. What happened to you tonight that you're spewing anti-clone crap?"
Robin went very still. "Clone."
"Uh, yeah, it's not exactly like I've been hiding that. Wait. Rutabega."
"Airplane."
The conversation paused for a minute as Dani, Danny, and Robin went through the 'we have not been replaced by shapeshifters' call and response.
"Okay, so if you aren't a shapeshifter, what gives?" demanded Dani.
"You know that clones are different than duplicates, right?"
Danny and Dani looked at each other, then back at Robin. "You thought we were duplicates?" they asked, together.
"You're not?"
They burst out laughing.
"Did you somehow not notice that we look different?" asked Dani, gesturing to her hair and Danny's. "It's not as if we're identical twins."
Robin was blushing. "You're shapeshifters! We thought you were genderfluid!"
"We are," said Danny, "but that's unrelated."
"Wait, but you always seem to know everything we tell the other--"
"There's this really awesome thing called verbal communication," said Dani, dripping in sarcasm. "I know your dad isn't big on it, but it's a whole thing."
"Hey," said Danny, realizing something. "What did you think was going on with Dan if you thought we were clones?"
"He's not you?"
"Okay," said Danny. "Okay. That's just- that's offensive. I'm offended."
"Then... he's your genetic donor?"
"Ewww," said Dani and Danny.
"Then what?"
"He's--"
Danny put his hands over Dani's mouth. She licked him, but he was wearing gloves, and he got way worse things on those then little sister spit, so joke was on her. "Think about how funny it will be if he has to figure it out on his own."
Dani stilled, then nodded. Danny released her.
"Anyway, I don't see why you and your siblings can't share the name."
Robin glared at them. "I'll admit, it seems to have worked for you... somehow. But in the field we need to know who is talking to who."
"Then take turns."
"Or numbers."
"Adjectives."
"Or whatever the Flashes and the Green Lanterns do. There's always like a bajilionty of them."
Danny sighed. "So many Flashes, and they all find their own unique way of screwing up the time stream."
"I did mention that the demon brat tries to kill me over this, right?"
Dani shrugged. "And I was part of a kill and replace scheme. There aren't a lot of nice reasons to clone a teenage superhero, you know."
"It was a very trying time. I don't hold a grudge."
Robin pinched the bridge of his nose. "Can we just drop this until... later. A lot later. I'm still wrapping my head around you being three different people."
"Sure," said Danny. "Want to get burgers with us?"
"... Fine."
Hi Yes We Just Share
Danny Phantom, looking at the batfam member funny: What do you mean you almost killed each other for the title of Robin? You can just, share it???
Batfam member: no you don't understand-
Dani Phantom, popping up through the floor: hi Danny what's cooking.
Danny Phantom: Hi yourself Dani. Just explaining how we share our names.
Batfam member, not liking the implications: you're not... duplicates?
...
For the purpose of this one I think the Phantoms is with the YJ, probably. So they're talking to Tim?
Also like, they're both Phantom. At the same time. They didn't try to hide it at all, everyone else just assumed they're the same person because duplication is one of phantom's known powers. And because they usually called each other by name, and have chronic under-explaining things syndrome, and does things in sync a lot, and look almost identical.
So in their teammate's eyes Phantom is one single entity, just casual with his duplication power and also genderfluid. Even when Dani occasionally calls Danny template, people think of dupes before clones.
...Which leads to the next hilarious situation where Tim only tell the other members there's more than one Phantom, making them questions every dupe they see.

it’s funny how candy was on her “Caroline is hated for being feminine” bullshit, when she hated Sansa stark, who was loved by feminist tumblr but who was hated outsider of tumbr, allegedly due to her femininity. maybe it’s because candy considered Sansa more “palatable” to male audiences, because she was sweet and polite and “virginal” and used “soft power” to survive. I’m not sure if I entirely agree with Sansa stans that Sansa was hated for being feminine though. Like people will see that Daenerys and Arya are more popular than sansa because Sansa is feminine and Dany and Arya are a badass dragon queen, and a badass tomboy respectively. I think that Sansa hate has more to do to her actions in season one and audiences being unwilling to forgive female characters who fuck up. Like with Sansa I do think her being hyper feminine on a show with a large male audience lead to her being hated, but there were other factors too, her not being as “cool” as Dany and arya, not having any badass moments until the later seasons, and being hostile to Arya who is a fan favourite. It’s kind of wild that candy considered Sansa a “popular” character, when Caroline, who she considered the fandom underdog, was a million times more popular than sansa. Anyways Sansa became more popular in the later part of the series and gained an incredibly loud and annoying fan base, who hated on Dany and Arya in really gross misogynistic ways, and shipped Sansa with Jon, the shows only shippable male character, which lead to the Sansa vs Dany ship war
maybe it’s because candy considered Sansa more “palatable” to male audiences, because she was sweet and polite and “virginal” and used “soft power” to survive.
Definitely. I think that's definitely the case.
I think a lot of what candy saw in caroline that she thought was what made her unlikeable to both the characters in the show and the audience is that she was a "slut". I remember a lot of her arguments surrouding elena and the sirebond were that the fandom was enraged because elena was not "that kind of girl" so her being be sexually abused is enough to draw people's ire while caroline "deserved it".
Like people will see that Daenerys and Arya are more popular than sansa because Sansa is feminine and Dany and Arya are a badass dragon queen, and a badass tomboy respectively [...] Like with Sansa I do think her being hyper feminine on a show with a large male audience lead to her being hated, but there were other factors too, her not being as “cool” as Dany and arya, not having any badass moments until the later seasons, and being hostile to Arya who is a fan favourite.
See, that's the thing, it's all so relative LOL
The same femininity that might make Sansa more "hateable" than characters like Dany or Arya, might be what makes her more "likeable" (because she's not a whore aka men wanna fuck her?) LOL it's so weird.
Bottom line is that misogyny is a thing and female characters will be hated regardless of how they present. Trying to find reasons for why some might be more hated than others is ultimately useless because it solves nothing and all it does it pity women against each other, creating a competition over who are the ones that "deserve" to be hated and who are the ones that deserve to be defended and "vindicated" in canon.
It’s kind of wild that candy considered Sansa a “popular” character, when Caroline, who she considered the fandom underdog, was a million times more popular than sansa.
Haha yes! This is further evidence that this is all relative and dependent on whose point of view were talking about. All female characters suffered from misogyny of the fandom and even from said feminist fans. Candy just appropriated the criticisms women of colour, especially black women made with regards to the treatment of black female characters to elevate her white faves and shit on their perceived "rivals".

Winchester meets the Phantoms Ch. 9
By this point in time Danny has gotten very use to the feeling of being summoned, so he had some sense of what was going on. Except the large blue light, and waking up not dying was a new one. Also waking up in the middle of woods with no sense of who summoned him was also very very strange. And that's coming from a half human half ghost hybrid with a clone, traveling with a pair of hunters who have an angel.
"Dean? Sam!" Danny called out, pulling himself up. Danny paused, eyes trained on the knife he found looped on at his waistband. That was new. And that's a zombie. Danny watched quizzically as the corpse stumbled in his direction. It wasn't rushing at him, or actually trying to eat him if he was taking the lazy movements into consideration. "Danielle?!"
The loud gunshots the resonated through the forest pulled, not only his, attention away. His head snapped to the direction the noises were coming from, the corpse turning to look in a different direction. It's dazed steps became more frantic walking the direction it thought it was going. Confused, Danny turned running towards where the shots were coming from with one thing in mind.
Sam Winchester has woken up in many different places before, in many different circumstances. So, waking up in the middle of a random woods isn't that much of a panic inducer. However, waking up to an animated corpse trying to chew his face of was a new one. The spray of blood that followed a gunshot drew his attention to his very much confused and pissed off brother.
"Zombies Sammy, fucking zombies." Dean grounded out, taking aim and shooting at another one that stumbled out of the woods. Sam proceeded to pull himself up, taking the gun out of his waistband and helping his brother take down the more that found it's way into small area they were in. "I thought we were done with zombies after the bobby incident"
"But how?" Sam called over the gunshots, taking the down the last corpse. "Where are we, and why is the dead rising now?"
"Dean?!" A call came from with in the trees, pulling the brother's attention to there. It took Dean a moment to realize where he knew that voice from.
"Danny?" Dean sighed, pulling the teen into a hug. "Fucking hell, do you know what's going on?" Dean questioned, motioning to the now lifeless corpse.
"No clue, I was hoping you guys could tell me." Danny sighed, shoving his knife back into the hem of his jeans. "Do you guys remember anything? I just remember a flash of light."
"I remember we just finished with a case on vampires." Sam chimed in, placing his gun in the back of his jeans. His eyes taking a quick count of what they had and who was there before realization dawned on him. "Where's Danielle?"
"Shit." Danny groaned, dropping to the ground. He ran a hand through his hair, before looking up at the two confused brothers. "One time for a prank, Danielle sent Tuck and I to the Vampire Diaries. A show we both absolutely hated. Almost got us killed too."
"And you think that's what she did." Sam dawned, sharing a look with Dean.
"So, what show are we in?" Dean asked, looking over at the exhausted looking teen.
"I think I know..." Danny trailed, mhis voice low but eyes trained behind them. When they turned they were met with two people. Each wielding a weapon...
"We're where?" Dean asked, eyebrows raised.
"The Walking dead." Danny responded, tilting his head towards the two men eyeing them from the side. "Tuck's obsessed with this show, I've seen every episode so far. I can't tell were in the series it is though but we need to play it like we know the dead has risen for a while. Also call them walkers or roamers." Danny added as an after thought.
"Do we take up their offer to go with them to camp?" Sam asked, glancing over at the others. "What do you know about uh, Daryl and Rick over there?"
"Rick was in a coma when all this started, and he was a sheriff deputy before all this happened. Has a son and wife, but his wife dies when they are at the prison and he gets a toddler. Don't mention any of this. Relate to him as law-enforcement is the best route." Danny explained, shooting a look to Dean before looking over at Sam. "Daryl's a classic redneck I guess. He's a hunter, a plain one, and had a really rough childhood from what the show gives off. He has a brother, died a while after rick's wife, he goes missing before hand." Danny finished.
"We're going with them?" Dean asked.
"We're going with them." Danny responded, nodding. "Follow my lead for the most part, we don't need to fuck everything up, or die."
"Yea, okay." Sam nodded, turning to the duo. "I guess we'll come with you, check out your camp before we fully decide if we'll stay." Rick and Daryl shared a look before nodding.
"How many walkers you killed?" Rick asked as the group walked through the woods, on their way back to their camp.
"Lost count." Danny answered before the other two could, getting a glance back from Rick, an odd look in his eyes.
"How many living you killed?" Rick countered.
"More than we'd like to." Dean answered this time.
"Why?" Rick asked, looking over at the older Winchester.
"Same reason as most, survival." Sam chimed in this time, sharing a look with his two companions.
"How'd the three of you meet?" Rick asked, wanting as much information on the trio he found before he took them back. "What'd you do before all this?"
"Sammy's my brother, I worked law before hand." Dean answered.
"Really?" Rick tossed over his shoulder. "I was a sheriff deputy."
"I was just a rookie, blue suit." Dean offered. "Shifted to law enforcement after Sammy here went to law school."
"What'd you do before?"
"Mechanic." Dean mused.
"We could actually use some help with an RV." Rick called over his shoulder, as the group neared a fenced area. Danny bit back a sigh realizing just how early they were in the series. "Dale's been looking into it, but he's not a mechanic."
"I have no problem looking into it." Dean grinned back, offering a nod.
"What about the kid?" Daryl was the one that chimed in this time, side glancing at the quite teen trailing behind.
"I ran into them a few weeks after this all started." Danny answered, glancing at the hunter. "Been with them ever since, it's only really been the three of us since."
"Here we are." Rick mused as the group entered through the gate. A small group of people gathered around and whispers ensued. "Guys, these are Sam, Dean, and Danny. We ran into them on our search." The sympathetic look he threw to her only helped Danny pinpoint what and where they were.
"I know when we are." Danny told them the moment Rick was swept away by his wife and best friend to discuss the new people. "This was early on, looks like Carl survived his gunshot wound, and they are still looking for Sophia. Carl's the kid in the sheriff hat, and Sophia is the grey-haired woman's daughter. Careful with your anger around her." Danny informed, eyes scanning the small crowd that still whispered to each other.
"What are they talking about?" Sam asked, while Dean was too busy checking out Maggie and Andrea.
"I think we're in." Danny responded, keeping his eyes trained on the two but ears trained on the conversation. "No surprise Shane doesn't like use very much, but because apparently you guys have a twelve year old with you, their letting us stay." Danny glared as the Winchesters concealed a laugh.
"Let's say your fifteen than." Dean mused, a smirk on his lips. "Not that much of a leap."
"Dean, stop." Sam chastised, glaring at his brother who was clearly checking out the Farmer's daughter. "We can't step on any toes here."
"Nobody said anything about looking." Dean smirked, looking back to the knife he was starting to sharpen.
"He seems to have a problem with it." Sam nodded towards Glenn, who was 'secretly' glaring at Dean from his spot with Dale. "Besides, you should play nice. Go over to Rick and see if you can help with the cars." Dean sighed before putting down his knife, and walking from their make shift camp.
Sam sighed, looking around the camp. His eyes catching Danny talking to Daryl, Dean bumping into Shane, Lori talking to Rick and her son, before landing on Carol. The mother was sitting solemnly, cleaning away at some clothes. Making up his mind, Sam made his way over, hoping to ease some of the older woman's pain.
"You've tracked?" Daryl asked. Danny scratched the back of his head at the lack of belief in the older man's voice.
"I know somethings." Danny shrugged, looking over his shoulder at the camp. "Everyone's a bit too family for me I guess, besides I'll do better than the stomping around Rick was doing out there." That dragged a smirk from the man, who nodded.
"Okay, let's have a test trial." Danny grinned, glad he was able to get in a bit more with the closed off man. "Will you friends be alright with that?" Daryl questioned, throwing his crossbow across his back and motioning to the two Winchesters mingling with the group.
"Oh, yea. They won't really care." Danny nodded.
The duo walked in silence, quietly keeping an eye on all the tracks and drags in the ground. Daryl kept shifting between the multiple different worn tracks, looking for any sign of Sophia, or at least of any game.
"Hey, I think I found something." Danny quietly called over, keeping his voice low as to not disturb the silence they had settle over them. "Looks promising?" He questioned, watching as the experienced tracker crouch by the trackers.
"Good find." Daryl responded, pulling himself into a stand and following the tracks. "Look like a kids." Danny felt his heart sink at the hint of hope he heard in the older man's voice. He knew they weren't going to find Sophia until it was to late, and he knew just how much it was going to affect the hunter. He wished he knew where the little girl was so that he could have one thing go right for him.
It took Danielle a lot longer than the others to figure out where she was, and what the hell had gone wrong with her spell. What she was glad for was the little bag she had set up for a return spell when they were ready to get home. Along with the knife, that was a nice bonus added considering she woke up to three zombies stumbling around. Oddly enough, none of them went for her... She'll just chalk that up to being scientifically created.
It took a lot of aimless wondering and looking around to figure out just where she was, and what show. Zombies was a big clue considering all the shows and movies that include them. Z Nation, Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, Waking the Dead, World War Z, and so on. The biggest clue she ran into, or more it ran into her, was none other than a little girl. One that almost had Danielle tearing up at the reminder of who it was, and her faith...
Well her faith before Danielle showed up, because there is no way in hell she was about to let this girl die on her watch.
All things considered, Dean was actually having a damn good time. Yea maybe the beer he was drinking wasn't cold, maybe he wasn't in his universe, and maybe the dead were walking and they were in constant danger. But when was Dean Winchester ever not in danger? Exactly.
The bright side was that he had a beer, he was working on a car, and chatting away with Dale. Dale reminded him so much of a less vulgar Bobby, which considering this wasn't even his world to begin with, he wasn't going to complain.
"Is the kid Danny all alone?" Dale question after a moment of silence, watching Danny and Dale enter the camp again.
"You could say that." Dean responded, glancing to Danny. "He's has an older sister out there, highly likely she's still kicking." Dean mused, he figured with how well they did with the FBI Agent, they could easily lie through with this group.
"Kids growing up in a world like this isn't right, this isn't a place for kids." Dale mused, dropping his attention back to the car.
"Yea, but what can you do?" Dean responded, and that seemed to be the end of the conversation. They shifted to talk about the car, Dean telling the older man things do check and do if the car ever smoked up or broke down.
Sam was the first one to notice her. It did leave Carol a bit confused when Sam suddenly left the table they were talking at, but when her eyes landed on the two figures making their way to the farm, it clicked into place.
Danny was the second one, considering Sam had called out his name, followed by Dean. By the time Rick and the others gathered around, Danielle was swamped in hugs...
Most that's an excuse for the other three to threat Danielle to send them all back before shit goes down. Danny did feel himself tear up, not that he will every tell anyone, when he saw Sophia running into her mother's arms, and saw the attempted hidden smile on Daryl's face.
Maybe this trip wasn't all that bad.
"I absolutely ban you from every using this prank every again." Danny groaned, flopping back onto the motel room bed. "And you get to sleep on the couch tonight." Danielle groaned, but took a sit at the couch nonetheless.
"Hey, my plan was to send us all to the X-files not a zombie apocalypse." Danielle countered, pulling a grown from the two Winchesters.
"As much as that would be amazing, I'm to exhausted." Danny rolled over, looking over at the TV. "I wonder if any of our changes stuck."
"You could check-" Sam started, only to be cut off by Danny.
"I'd rather not, I'd like to think Carol got her little girl back."
"You know one thing?" Dean called from the motel kitchen, coming out with a beer. "We weren't gone for long, but I sure as hell missed a nice cold beer."

This is probably an unpopular opinion, and y’all know I love Jonerys with all my heart, but...
I usually don’t like Modern AU jonerys fics unless it’s like, where they’re both really damaged. Because the entire thing that makes JonxDany epic and beautiful is the grandness of it and their journeys leading to each other and offering healing and renewing the hope in each other. Without that... it just doesn’t do it for me.
Like, if we’re looking at a coffee shop or high school or any modern AU where each of them hasn’t suffered tremendously... then honestly I’d prefer a RobbxDany pairing
#like modern jonerys just doesn't seem plausible to me#because I just don't think a dany who hasn't been what she's been through would ever go for the broody jon#and I can't see jon as anything other than the moody broody dark hipster that he would be regardless of context#and a dark hipster jon if it doesn't have a tragic reason is just pretentious#and that is NOT dany's type at all#and she likes confidence but needs it grounded in humility or gentleness#but like I feel like a modern Dany who hasn't lost everyone and been raped and sold etc. would be the happy positive funny spunky girl#that we get glimpses of in the books and shows in slower or safer times when she can forget her troubles/trauma/responsibility for a bit#and that dany I just think would gravitate towards robb#and they're both too pretty to not be attracted to each other#and brave and carefree enough to go for it#caitlyn rants#in an attempt to justify my current writing of a robbxdany modern au#after reading jonerys modern aus and wanting her to spend more time with robb instead#because broody jon isn't fun or romantic when not in a fantasy setting#but maybe that's just me#but hopefully it's not?#because I'd really love to find some robbxdany fics#especially ones where it's not just temporary and used to set up jonerys later#because those usually paint robb as a dick and idk what book y'all read but my boy was a sweetheart#a product of his society and upbringing definitely#but point out a moment that he was ever malicious or intentionally cruel#i'll wait#so yeah he and dany would either be bffs or bf/gf in modern au and you can't change my mind

How do you see brittana's relationship after season 4 finale, before they get back together? Do you headcanon them calling, texting often or not so much? But also do you think brittana would've gotten back together sooner if Heather were available during the first half of season 5? Actually, do you think Brittany and Sam would've broken up if Heather didn't have to leave the show? (I maintain that as lovely as those scenes were everybody crying and just being super sad about Brittany leaving for MIT made zero sense lol especially Santana, hey Britt you're moving to a state right next to mine, damn I'm so sad you're leaving Ohio)
My heart says yes, they'd text and call, but canon evidence says otherwise. Brittana are best friends, first and foremost, and I think the main reason behind their breakup was to safeguard that before it ends on bad terms and they lose that bond. But the sad thing is, it seems to weaken regardless in season 4. Part of it is just the nature of the TV show, so of course we'll see them have convos on occasions when Santana is in Lima rather than implying that they keep in touch. But Santana also heard about Bram from Tina and then we see no hints of interaction between the two until 4x22, when Sam tells Santana about something not being okay with Britt. Again in season 5, it looks like Brittana haven't talked or at least not honestly since Brittany left for MIT. And again I can say this is because their plot was confined to those two eps so having convos before then is just inconvenient for the plot and the structure of the show, but it's still the way it goes.
I think, if they had remained apart for longer they would have bounced back to being best friends but they don't seem to have that in season 5A. I guess it was beyond the Glee writers to imply something small like the two sometimes calling but still it wasn't there. I think 4x22 marks an important milestone in their dynamic, specifically broken-up dynamic, which I'm happy to elaborate on in another post. For now, let's just say that I think they get past the initial post-breakup post-Bram awkwardness there but thinking about each other still hurts too much to keep in touch too much. I think while Santana's with Dani she feels less of a temptation, too, at least that's what she tells herself. SO all this to say that, based on what the show gives me, I assume they rarely ever talk beyond the occasional funny cat meme. They're both pretending to be someone they're not, essentially, during this time, and try to convince themselves it's the right path. And when they meet again, they find themselves again, too. Season 5 Brittana rights.
As for production perspectives and Heather's pregnancy, phew, anyone's guess. This is a tricky thing because there's a different version for every scenario. I wasn't there so I don't know, but I'd assume whether Heather was ever coming back was very up in the air. Had they known that she would for sure be up for returning and on a semi-permanent basis after her maternal leave, hmm. Well, I believe Ryan Murphy stated/at least implied Brittana weren't gonna get back together. Purely speculation on my part but I think Cory's death changed a lot of things about the show's direction. So I think it was when they were doing the end of season 5A that they decided what Brittana's fate would be.
Here's the thing: if Heather was available during season 5A, that's pretty much a "she never left" scenario for me. Let's say she didn't get pregnant at that time, maybe only years later. Brittany would stay part of the Lima storyline. She and Sam would still break up because it ran its course, just for a reason other than MIT. I think the writers would still decide, ultimately and affected by Cory's death and the restructuring, to get them back together in the 100th/101st. Say, in a version where Brittany goes to MIT but Heather is still available at least as a guest star, she might make appearances in season 5A but I still think Santana's storyline is fairly intact and the 100th goes much the same way. It just makes sense, you know? With the way things turned out, for Brittana to get back together then. I don't see it happening sooner even if we change factors like Heather's pregnancy/availability. Only if we change Cory's death, which sadly we cannot - not that we can change the others but, you know.
As for your point about Brittany's goodbye scene, well, yes. I think we have to consider the production side of things here. While yes, Brittany is only going to Massachusetts, Heather is leaving potentially for good or at least a long while. No one knew for sure when or if she'd ever come back, right? So that bleeds into it and personally I don't mind that, she had the second-longest streak of episodes at that point and that's a pretty big deal. Even if we ignore the Heather side of things, I still think the emotional truth of the scene makes it make sense. Like yeah Anon we can say "she's just going to Massachusetts, this makes zero sense!" lol but I think that's being a bit harsh on the scene 😅
Even just as Brittany the character, I love that scene for her. I love this whole episode, actually. No one ever expected her to go far, bar Santana. She was the dumb blonde, the hot cheerleader everyone liked but no one really saw. She was given a voice in that choir room, she fell in love there, and she found people she could call a family. She was doing her second senior year, on the brink of believing everyone who ever called her stupid and now things are moving so fast and it's scary and exciting but also sad because she's leaving all this behind. Even if she's only going to MIT, this is her graduation. Except she doesn't get the gowns and all because she missed her chance and now it's all happening all at once. (Some noise for the Santana getting Sue to include Britt with the 2013 seniors scene, thank you very much.) This is her goodbye, no matter how far she's going physically.
In regards to Santana and MIT being closer to New York, actually, well. I guess this circles back to them keeping in touch in season 5A which I don't believe they really did. Because it's not about the physical distance, it's about the moving on portion. Santana has already moved on from Lima and it broke them apart. Now Brittany is leaving too, and it's bittersweet but it's a fresh start. A fresh start for both, separately. Until, as mentioned, they realize they needed each other to stay true to themselves.
#anon#glee asks#brittana asks#brittany asks#interesting things to ponder#i really do love 4x22 and s5 brittana#i think they /could have/ been close in s5a#there's a timeline like that out there#but this wasn't it#long post#did you expect anything less#gleewrite

BNHA X DP Crossover HCs
After the long wait and finals, here are my ideas for all the quirks/occupations and other concepts I devised for the DP characters in the BNHA universe. This was just for fun and for inspiration towards others interested in this crossover au in general.
Tagging the people that were looking forward to this post based on the replies: @qoinq-qhost, @floralflowerpower, @tgfangirl4eva @goodfish-bowl, @whitehairglowinggreeneyedcrush and more.
Anyways, happy reading, folks!
Mr. Lancer
Hero name: Mr. Scholastic
Quirk: Bookworm
Involves his iconic usage of literature titles & quotes for swears to become abilities corresponding to the novel’s contents/themes. Course, he is limited to only books he has read and can quote accurately. Additionally, his voice gets very raspy past two or three quotes as well.
Occupation: Homeroom Teacher for Class 1- A; He’s very dedicated to his new students and teaching the fundamentals of being a pro hero and more! Course, I don’t think his chamomile tea with a wedge of lemon is enough to help him relax from his students (*cough* Danny, Tucker and Poindexter) from their antics at times.
Danny
Hero name: Phantom
Quirk: Ghost core (Ok, @coffeecakecafe had the best name for this one gotta give credit here)
Able to do anything a ghost is perceived to do. Go through walls, disappear and fly. This is a one of a kind quirk as it was obtained from Danny’s old quirk being altered by a machine his parents made that would repurpose/alter an individual’s quirk based on their past family members' own metahuman genetics.
Danny is doing his best and trying to understand his new quirk without causing too much attention to himself while doing so but it seems like its been doing the opposite as of late. Thankfully, he won’t be doing it alone with all his classmates around to help him!
Sam
Hero Name: Black Dahlia
Quirk: Overgrown
Able to create any plant that she knows the biological makeup and content of in almost any environment. However, it is important for her to drink lots of nutrient rich water and take in enough sun if she plans to create larger versions of these plants.
Tucker
Hero name: Tech Master
Quirk: Tech Core
Located on his chest/heart area is a special energy core capable of powering electronics at a rate faster than anything made-man could ever hope to achieve. As a kid, Tucker would tinker away in his family’s garage on a suit that would harness his power to the fullest extent and lead a new era of support tech in the hero world.
Valerie
Hero name: Red Huntress
Quirk: Electromagnetism (Someone I’ve been trying to find their post on my blog had posted this idea and I fell in love with it ever since)
She’s like Static Shock but with a dash of magenta/ruby lasers she can create through focusing her electromagnetism through her finger tips. She is an expert with her quirk and has the best handle of her quirk than most of her peers. She is the most frequent visitor in the support equipment workshop next to Tucker, Poindexter and Danny. It’s how she built the hoverboard she has in the show that utilizes her electromagnetic abilities for both offensive and defensive maneuvers. (Also, I enjoy the idea that Bullet is Val’s uncle on her mom’s side and is her biggest supporter alongside her dad, Damien Gray).
Jazz
Quirk: Serenity
Helps calm individuals and give them a sense of safety/security when they’re around her in a 10 feet radius. Though, anyone out of range cannot be affected by her quirk and she needs to be conscious in order to use it.
She planned on becoming a pro hero but felt her powers were best suited for her dream profession as a psychologist. She has used her quirk a lot when Danny was overwhelmed with his studies prior to UA. Course, a phone call and sibling chat over the phone certainly does the job for Danny now when it comes to preparing material for exams. (Course, its up to you guys to decide)
Dash
Hero name: Rager
Quirk: Strength Magnification
Improves his physique and stamina by a large percentage for a set amount of time. Needs to be careful of how much/long he magnifies his body or else his body will become immensely sore.
Kwan
Hero name: Rallier
Quirk: Team Rally (50/50)
Able to duplicate himself 3-4 times while being able to power-up allies’ quirks or stamina with a rally chant to help the team. The more duplicates there are the rally effect multiplies/stacks on the individual but it can lead to dangerous outcomes for their quirk output.
Kwan is the class representative for 1-A, he’s the best at the job and was more than thrilled to be the one leading his class in more ways than one.
Paulina
Hero name: Enchantress
Quirk: Charm
If the opponent is flustered by her taunts or flirting, their vision will become altered and start seeing things that are not there. It works better on men than women and the opponent can snap out of it with enough willpower or if they’re not interested in her.
Star
Hero name: Ms. Meteorite
Quirk: Comet
Similar to Gran Torino’s Jet quirk except faster and she can create an explosive impact on where she lands. Similar to a meteorite landing on earth, she also learns to use this as a long distance move by punching fast enough as she descends to create wind pressure punches.
Poindexter
Hero name: Tex (like in Tex Avery; Danny gave him the idea!)
Quirk: Slapstick
His appearance is black and white just like an old timey cartoon character as well as having the durability and cartoon powers of one. However, his quirk can only work as long as what he does with it is funny in the circumstance it’s used for. Sort of like “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” rules in a sense.
Sidney is part of Class 1-A just saying, I don’t care, this is Poindexter’s time to shine here to be the coolest/funniest person in the class. Also, Tucker’s most loyal friend/tester for new support items.
Wes Weston
Hero name: Vigilance
Quirk: Deduction
He is able to deduct people’s identities to flaws/weak points for him to use against them and exploit against problems.
Class 1-B Representative and the most annoying/terrifying person that Danny has dealt with in his life. He was able to figure out that Danny’s quirk is not his own or more so that it's not natural and takes every opportunity to state this regardless if anyone is listening or not.
Amber Mclain
Hero Name: Ember
Quirk: Fiery voice (50/50)
Her quirk uses the vibrations in her sining voice to conduct intense heat waves onto opponents or utilize to rumble the structures around here and even put out the flames from her quirk. Its like a combination of Present Mic and Endevours quirk but it leaves her with a strained or inflamed vocal cords with overuse.
Third year student or an upcoming rock star that has certainly gain huge popularity after her song “Remember” was a nationwide hit amongst the younger generation. She’s striving to be the top hero while making her next hit to become the 1# song on the listings.
Dani
Hero name: Phantwo (lol jk; unsure what her name would be)
Quirk: Poltergeist
Similar to Danny’s quirk “Ghost”, except she has the additional ability to melt herself to a slimy puddle and use her ectoplasmic slime to trap or surprise opponents.
Clockwork
Hero Name: Clockwork
Quirk: Time Keeper
Clockwork’s quirk allows him to stop time for 5 to 15 minutes and be able to rewind it in the same amount of time. It can be one to multiple objects as long as he touches them in order to interact with them.
Principle of UA in this au. He’s quite a reserved man but still manages to visit and congregate with students throughout the school during lunch period.
Flynn Fenton/Flynn Walker
Hero Name: The Green Knight
Quirk: Mineralization
His quirk allows him to manipulate the minerals and inorganic materials in the atmosphere to create into crystalized constructs that are almost stronger than diamond. Luckily, the crystals have no value so he doesn’t have to worry about that aspect of his quirk. He does have to worry about his skin becoming dried out as a result of his quirk usage.
Flynn is a third year student that loves to check up on his cousin, Danny, any chance he gets bc of the amount of work he does with his internships.
James Walker (or James W. Hausermann)
Hero name: Warden Wraith
Quirk: Plasma Apparatus
His quirk ionizes the electrolytes in the blood system into plasma. His entire body is composed of plasma giving him his skeletal appearance. He can create plasma chains, teleport from point A to B and more as long as he focuses and has enough energy at use. Course, he can have minor to severe dehydration and imbalance in his electrolyte levels from overuse.
Occupation: CEO of an infrastructure security company/Provisional License Examiner just like Gang Orca. The ghost prison guards become his backup/helpers for the exam phases. (They’re just trained stuntmen with combat or military experience for the occasion).
Also, I like to think Walker has kids in this au who are in the Class 1-A group; they’re not hard to spot they take after their father with their skeletal complexion.
Skulker
Villain name: Quirk Hunter
Quirk: Tracker
The moment Skulker makes eye contact with his target he will be able to hunt them down and find them anywhere no matter how good they are at covering their tracks. He can lock on to only one target, but he will be able to know their heart beat, quirk, be able to place a tracking/scent line that only he can see and will lead him to his target’s location. It lasts for over a day or a half.
Occupation: Skulker is known for capturing, info-detailing or “retiring” newcomer pros or specific quirk users for his clients that pay him handsomely for their targets, dead or alive. Thanks to Vlad, Danny was strictly intended to be captured alive by Skulker but sometimes he gets too thrilled by the hunt to not have a memento. Trust me, it's more of a dangerous
Nicolai Technus
Villain Name: Technus
Quirk: Technopathy
A genius in his own right, even if he’s a little crazy, with the best ability possible for a man of science and innovation. As long as he knows the makeup and attributes of the machine, Technus is able to completely repurpose or change a machine’s qualities for offensive and defensive qualities. Whenever that be for a mech suit or hacking a high tech system for entry, he’s able to do it as long as he knows what it is and how it functions. An example is repurposing a slot machine into a submachine gun that shoots coins at the target.
Vlad Masters
Name: Vlad Plasmius
Quirk: Vampire
Can do anything a vampire can supposedly do. However, he was able to manifest an additional aspect of this quirk which is the ability to copy any quirk users ability. Based on the type of blood he ingests decides the amount of time he can use the copied quirk for.
Occupation: CEO of his own hero firm, he is extremely selective with the interns he has that there is a major waitlist to be even consider for Masters Inc. Course, imagine the surprise Danny must of felt when he received an offer from Vlad right off the bat after the Sports festival.
Bruce Guiles (Bullet)
Hero Name: Bullet
Quirk: Sphyraena or Chimera Fish
Able to do anything a barracuda can do or the quirk is a 50/50 mutant quirk in which he has both the traits of a barracuda, Chimaeras and a touch of piranha from his parents being of one of these fish species hence Chimera. Bullet can do anything those fish can do overall but he can’t go too long without hydration from water. Water quality and its oxygen content also affect his abilities by a noticeable percentage but he still remains quite formidable as a quirk user.
Occupation: Captain of a coast guard team, he’s a strict military man with an amazing record of saving people from any disasters both on land and sea. Him and Walker are best buddies ever since they went to school together.
Vortex
Hero Name: Vortex
Quirk: Storm Warning
Vortex can utilize any variation of a natural disaster depending on the environment he’s in. Hurricanes, tornadoes, thunderstorms, you name it he can create it for his use. However, despite his amazing control over his quirk it is still possible for him to create these disasters if he lost control or magnify another pre-existing one if he loses focus.
Occupation: Storm-chaser/Forecaster; His control and knowledge in combating/predicting these natural disasters has led to him to be part of a storm chasing crew and they’re the best in helping disaster prevention teams evacuate citizens as a result.
Petra Eris
Hero name: Pandora
Quirk: Butterfly Effect
Can manipulate or prevent a chaotic event to happen if she was in proximity and present to prevent it to happen. Or even give a little chaos to the opponent to deal with during battle.
One of the top ten heroes and most beloved heroes in the country. She is the best strategist in any team and has a way to predict any event before they happen given the necessity of it for her quirk to work in her favor.
Johnny
Vigilante name: Johnny 13
Quirk: Unlucky
Johnny manifests his bad luck into a shadow that will latch onto opponents and cause unfortunate events to occur more for that individual as a result. However, the shadow cannot exist in complete sunlight; it can only remain if there are already shadows in his general area or it’s nighttime and its effects are strongest at that time obviously.
Occupation: Johnny is the leader of a biker gang or de-facto leader of said biker gang who loves to raise hell and helping folks that need saving whenever he’s around or is up to the task. Kitty tags along with him to help him out of jams and bc she loves him. :3
Kitty
Vigilante name: Kitty
Quirk: Lovesick
Kitty sends a smooch towards her opponent which if it makes contact causes the individual to have nausea or become disoriented for around 10 minutes. It can also have a chance of lasting longer if the individual was sort of infatuated with her regardless of gender.
Pariah Dark
Villain name: King Pariah
Quirk: Ultimate Adaptation
Similar to all for one except with the unpredictability for both the user and opponents. Pariah can manifest any type of quirk needed to defeat anyone that stands in his way both one-on-one and in groups. Course, drawbacks are the learning curve to some of the quirks and that multiple adaptions he utilizes at once will destroy his cells in the process.
Pariah is a former follower of all for one who had unique quirk that All for one augmented to help him succeed if both Shigaraki and Tomura failed in their own conquest for the world. But now Pariah has his own plans to succeed where they failed and become the leader who shapes a new world order with an iron fist.
Frederick Kingsmen
Villain/vigilante name: Fright Knight
Quirk: Burning Energy Infusion
Able to form/infuse objects with his own burning energy life force that is capable of burning or slicing through any in his sight. The sweat he gives off is what provides the material needed to ignite his unnatural flames despite it causing his body to overheat still.
Fright Knight is Pariah’s second-in-command with a loyalty to him as strong as his control over his power. Fright Knight has faced many pro-heros as he carried out the smaller phases of Pariah’s plans and most of them barely came close towards defeating or leaving as much as scratch on the knight.
Rodolfo Gonzalo
Hero name: Wulf
Quirk: Werewolf + Portal creation (50/50?)
Can do anything a werewolf can supposedly do; somehow it allows him to create portals with his claws to locations he has marked with them or visited in the past.
Wulf was abducted on by Pariah’s forces and sent into the Nomu labs for experimentation to force on another quirk and instill complete allegiance to their cause. Course, Wulf broke free as a result of that new additional quirk allowing him to escape their clutches and his previous one helping him survive the endeavor. However, he lost his memories in the process and could only remember his native language, Spanish, and his hero name Wulf.
Overgrown
Villain/vigilante Name: Overgrown
Quirk: Plant Manipulation
Can manipulate any pre-existing plant matter or create new vegetation if water and soil is present for the process or he understand the biological makeup of the plant in question.
Occupation: Pro-hero or eco-terrorist who is tired of humanity from abusing the environment from quirk battles to industries using the land for their own benefits and none others.
That’s all I have for now! I hope this was worth the wait, guys. As well as, inspire ideas for your takes with a DP x BNHA Crossover!

Why Daenerys Should've Stayed Longer in the North Than Attack Cersei Too Soon (Which is a dick move, really) PART 2
This is a continuation from my other post, as promised. Here’s the link to Part 1 here.
ALLIES FROM THE SOUTH
The Stormlands. With Dany recently legitimizing Robert Baratheon’s last living bastard, Gendry (Yay!), and appointed him as the new Lord of Storm’s End, I think he had pledged his loyalty and full support to her.
Now since the Baratheons are the overlords of the Stormlands, it ultimately makes the Stormlands part of Dany’s new rule in Westeros. And if the Stormmen questioned Gendry’s legitimacy, there are two people who can back him up: Ser Davos Seaworth, a landed knight, and Ser Brienne of Tarth, literally the heiress to Evenfall in Tarth Island. Both of whom are from the Stormlands and have served the late Baratheon lords, Stannis,
and Renly, respectively.
TV show-wise, Gendry had taken over Edric Storm’s plotline. Edric Storm was another one of Robert’s many bastards and it was him who Ser Davos saved from being killed by Mellisandre in the books, not Gendry. Gendry himself was grateful to Davos for saving his life and he sort of stepped up as his own parental figure. I also think Gendry reminded Davos of the son he lost during the Battle of Blackwater Bay.
As for Brienne, she and Gendry never shared a conversation in the show, but in the books, he even saved her life. Brienne came from Tarth, an island in the Stormlands, where her father Selwyn Tarth is lord and one of the many bannermen of the Baratheons of Storm’s End. Brienne came across Gendry in the Inn at the Crossroads while she was searching for the Stark girls. When she saw him, she literally thought he was Renly because of his striking resemblance to his uncle. Their exchange went something like this:
Brienne: Oh my god, Lord Renly?!
Gendry: Uh, what? Lord? Lol no, I’m just a smith.
I wished it happened in the show, it would’ve been funny.
Dorne. There isn’t much plot regarding Dorne in the show. (Again, f*ck D&D for ruining a great sub-plot of the story!) But in the books, the Martell heiress, Arianne was the ultimate feminist icon. She supported and fought for Myrcella Baratheon’s claim to the Iron throne over her younger brother, Tommen, and she hoped that the rest of Westeros would follow after Dorne’s right of inheritance regardless of gender and order of birth. But no! They disregarded that seemingly important plot that even George R.R. Martin was disappointed about the changes. (We hear you, George!) Nevertheless, Arianne would’ve supported a queen, yes. But between Daenerys and Cersei, she’d probably go with Dany mainly because of their family ties. In case you forgot, Rhaegar’s late first wife, Elia Martell, was Arianne’s aunt. Also, because of what happened to Elia and Oberyn Martell in King’s Landing, the Martells practically loathed the Lannisters. In the show, Oberyn Martell’s paramour Ellaria Sand, and his bastard daughters, the Sand Snakes, hated the Lannisters, that’s why they sided with Dany. But with all of them dead and House Martell now extinct, I think the new prince of Dorne would’ve allied himself with a tamer ruler, not one who plays with wildfire. (Note: this is when Dany stayed in the North and did not march south yet.)
Spies. In the Art of War, the use of spies implies gaining knowledge of the enemy, knowing their motive and their next move. With Lord Varys the Spider in Winterfell, who’s still serving under Daenerys, has its advantages. Vary’s networks of spies or as what he called them, his “little birds” are literally scattered across the seven kingdoms.
His little birds are actually children, and appearance-wise, cannot be easily identified as spies. With his intel, they could easily formulate a plan to defeat Cersei.
DEFENSE AT SEA
If Cersei couldn’t do it by land, she’ll go by sea. Which, Daenerys of course, have the appropriate fleets to defend, covering both the Narrow and Sunset Seas. Here's a map:
(Source: pinterest.com)
Enemies to the East. If Cersei will be stupid enough to attack through the Narrow Sea by sea, Daenerys has the fleets to defend. The Northern fleet, a.k.a the Manderly Fleet of White Harbor and the Arryn Fleet in Gulltown in the Vale will join forces.
Enemies to the West. And if they invade through the Sunset Sea, they’d have to pass the Iron Islands, where Yara Greyjoy’s Fleet will intercept them, with the help of the Mallister Fleet in Seagard.
Who would win depends. The only other person that’s probably as good as Euron at sea is his niece, Yara. The rest of Dany’s fleet would have to get lucky or outnumber the number of ships in a fleet.
At this point, you’ll probably be like, oh, what if they steer clear from the fleets and enter the North’s weakly defended areas? Okay, that job falls to the castles nearest to their borders. The northernmost castle is the Last Hearth, the seat of House Umber, which is practically already deserted. On the south is Greywater Watch, which has the strongest defense out of all four cardinal directions. On both east and west hold the seat of two branches of House Flint, with Widow’s Watch on the east, and Flint’s Finger on the west (Again, refer to the map above). Once they see Cersei’s fleet, they’ll inform the people in Winterfell.
People tend to forget that Daenerys has the only air support with her dragons. So when she hears about this, she’ll easily burn the enemy fleet with one dracarys away.
That is, if Qyburn hadn’t installed that big-ass crossbow in one of the ships, then she’ll have to be better at dodging them. It gets better if Jon’s willing to help her with Rhaegal, but we’ll never know.
OUTNUMBERED AND SURROUNDED
The map shows the Crownlands and its neighboring kingdoms of the Vale, the Riverlands, the Reach, and the Stormlands. (Source: pinterest.com)
Territories. With Cersei sacrificing Casterly Rock to tighten her grip on the Iron Throne, she technically had also sacrificed the Westerlands, which meant everything north of King’s Landing is Dany’s territory now. With Dany’s army and territories secured, the Crownlands, where King’s Landing is, is technically surrounded by the Vale, the Riverlands, the Reach, and Stormlands. I included the Reach because, well, she roasted the Tarlys and took the remaining men to her cause with a choice, bend the knee or die in a blaze of glory.
Armies. Dany has the combined armies of North, Vale, Riverlands, Westerlands, Reach, Stormlands, and maybe Dorne, plus, the Unsullied; fleets of the North, Vale, Riverlands, and Yara’s fleet from the Iron Islands; and the only air support, her two remaining dragons. Cersei on the other hand, just had the army of the Crownlands, King’s Landing’s City Watch, the queensguard, plus, the Golden Company without elephants; and Euron Greyjoy’s fleet.
I think it’s obvious that Dany outnumbers Cersei’s army, by a lot. And at this point, Dany has enough allies to lay a siege on King’s Landing.
DAENERYS VS. CERSEI
Let’s discuss the difference in the personalities and motives of Daenerys Targaryen and Cersei Lannister.
They both have blond hair, are the only girl among three siblings, and are queens in their own right. But that’s where their similarities end.
Cersei currently sits on the iron throne, and she is loving the perks that came with it. Endless Power, which meant she can do whatever she wants and not care about what people think, like sleeping with her brother. With the news of Dany coming back to Westeros, she sees her as a threat and wanted nothing more than for Dany to disappear so she could stay in power.
Daenerys, however, claims that being the queen of the seven kingdoms is her birthright, as it was the Targaryens that reunited the whole continent of Westeros. Of course, it’s still power, but at the same time, she sees it as a responsibility as well. (With great power, comes great responsibility. Wow, I’m quoting Spiderman now.) She believes that as a queen, it’s her job to take care and provide for the needs of her subjects and even makes an effort to hold court as she listened to their demands. She also thinks that slavery is a big no-no, so she freed them.
The key to becoming a great leader is finding the balance between being loved and feared by your subjects. Cersei is more likely feared than loved. She also doesn’t care about her people, a fact that she admitted to her brother, Tyrion once. Daenerys most likely had the scale tips on balance, with her being equally loved and feared by her subjects. She’s loved because she actually takes time to listen to the people’s needs, and feared because she could take you out using her dragons with one word.
If Dany did lay siege on King’s Landing (again, we aren’t counting her major mad queen moment), the only thing Cersei can use against Dany is the people living within the city walls. Cersei might have heard that Dany’s been freeing slaves in the cities surrounding Slaver’s Bay, and figured out that she has a soft spot for the common folk.
In conclusion, if Daenerys had simply waited out and took her time planning and gathering allies and supplies against Cersei, she would’ve been successful in her campaign to retake Westeros. But then again, we aren’t the writers for this show. In the end, they had Jon battling through himself while he chooses to reply with either of his two favorite lines, She’s my queen or I don’t want it. Or that Sansa and Arya doesn’t like Dany at all and think that she’s a power-hungry, dragon-riding bitch. Or that Bran doesn’t give a f*ck about anything. So, yeah. What do you guys think?

You know Targ Stans now are kinda like Lannister stans back in the day when even the show wasn't out.
They keep jumping on Stark stans
They keep ignoring the books and Grrm words
And they keep repeating Lannister stans outdated crack theories about:
Starklings dying.
(A time for wolves foreshadows that Starklings will die in the end because Grrm likes trolling people.)
Three heads of dragon 🤣
Dragonrider Tyrat Lannister, warrior tyrat will fight the others alongside Dany and becomes lord of winterfell after Dany becomes queen, Falls in love with Sansa or does some other heroic deeds You name it.
Good boy Jaime will find redemption and becomes savior of the world.
Good bros laime and Tyrat uwu👁️👄👁️
And
early day ANALYSIS about villain Starks, bully Sansa, northerners being unwashed barbarians, Starks are dumb and so on....
Somehow Lannister stans grow out of their crack phase(some didn't) but Targ stans picked it up where they left.
Their theories and analysis got recycled by Targs and people who hate Starks ( which is the other half of this fandom since everyone are so obsessed with hating them rather than staning their faves...)
Now regardless of who is repeating those theories they were debunked so many times that even their original writers came to conclusion that they were wrong but Targs just refuse to understand and they are going to have a rather rude disillusionment again when the books come.
Recycling terrible ideas that have long been debunked seems like something a Targaryen fan might excel at. Recycling terrible ideas is essentially how that monarchy operated.
This is juicy, anon! Thank you for giving me this window into the past. I had no idea there were Lannister vs. Stark fandom wars back then. Isn't that funny? Lannister fans don't even bother me. Damn, I am a Lannister fan! Well, minus the stupid one - the actual stupid one. You love to hate them!
