Everyone who loves The Daltons should follow highchaparralsweden on Instagram. It’s a Wild West theme park in south Sweden with a few known Wild West characters, among them Lucky Luke and the Dalton family. There are a few really funny Dalton-sketches there (although in Swedish. Sorry to everyone who don’t know Swedish, but they are probably funny anyway).

I was there a few years ago and had a blast! I met Luke and the Daltons and I gave Averell a sweet! The best thing tho was overhearing a few kids trying to explain to Joe what TikTok was and Joe misunderstanding them the whole time

Wenclairtober 2024, Day 10 - Missing Scene

Shortly after Wednesday receives the messages from her stalker, a group of conspirators meets in at a secret location somewhere near Nevermore.

Conspirator 1: Our plans are in motion. That bitch won’t know what’s coming.

Conspirator 2: Do you think she liked the sticker? I hope she liked it. It took a while to animate.

Conspirator 3: Shut up, Glicker. No one cares about your sticker.

Joel Glicker: Oh yeah? Well no one cares about your missing nut!

Conspirator 3: Say that again, you little shit!

Joel Glicker: Little shit? I’ll eat you alive, you dumb normie!

Conspirator 3: Like I’m scared of a scrawny pussy of a zombie.

A roiling ball of fire bursts into existence between the two, sending them reeling back.

Conspirator 1: Back down, Dalton. Save your toxic masculinity for our true enemy.

Dalton: R-Right. Sorry, Aman— I mean Lady Buckman.

Amanda Buckman: Good. And Joel is a ghoul, not a zombie. Just like you, he lost any chance at a normal life. All because of her.

Dalton: Right. Yeah. I’m uh— sorry, Glicker. What you said about eating me. Kinda triggering, ya know?

Joel Glicker: *winces* Oh shit, my bad. I forgot that piranha ate your… fuck, yeah, I’m sorry.

Dalton: *shudders* It’s cool, man. And um— I’m sorry about the ghoul thing. It sucks that Addams scared you to death on cursed ground.

Satisfied by the reconciliation, Amanda snaps her fingers and extinguishes the pyrokinetic flame.

Amanda Buckman: We must stand unified if we’re going to get our vengeance on Wednesday Fucking Addams. We each owe her.

Amanda Buckman: *to Joel* For lives ruined.

Amanda Buckman: *to Dalton* For respect lost.

Amanda looks down at her hands, watching as flickers of flame briefly trace along her fingers.

Amanda Buckman: For making us outcasts.

The room falls silent for a contemplative moment.

Dalton: *suddenly* I can’t wait to wipe that superior look off the bitch’s face.

Joel Glicker: Yeah! I fucking hate that look. Like she thinks she’s better than us.

Dalton: *grits teeth* And those dead eyes. Fucking creepy!

Joel Glicker: *growls* And those stupid braids! I want to rip them out.

Amanda Buckman: *hisses* And her plush, perfect lips. I just want to bite them.

Dalton: What?

Joel Glicker: Excuse me?

Amanda Buckman: 😳

Amanda Buckman: OFF! Bite them off.

Dalton/Joel Glicker: 🤨🤨

Amanda Buckman: *clears throat* Dalton, your fake identity is ready. Your interview with the Jericho PD is early tomorrow morning, so get some sleep.

Dalton: Uh. Right. Got it. Thanks. *leaves*

Joel Glicker: Guess I’ll head back to Nevermore and finish packing.

Amanda Buckman: Before you go, I have another job for you.

Joel Glicker: Yeah?

Amanda Buckman: Get me everything you can on that Enid Sinclair. School records, social media, medical history. All of it.

Joel Glicker: Her roommate? How come?

Amanda Buckman: She’s gotten too close to Wednesday. Can’t have some dumb blonde getting in the way of what’s mine.

Joel Glicker: Um.

Amanda Buckman: OURS! What’s ours. Just— just send me what you can by the end of the gay— DAY. End of the DAY.

Amanda Buckman: *flushes* Oh for fuck’s sake— just GO.

Amanda follows the first eruption of flame with a second for emphasis.

an au where Luke married Dalton and they have to visit dragonstone and Driftmark. it's in a written contact Rhaenyra and Corlys had made bc they refused to have Luke just disappear to the iron Islands. once they visit Driftmark (Luke flies with Dalton cling onto him for dear life. Arrax of course thinks it's a game and does his tricks scaring Dalton to death) when Luke gets pregnant and is walking around fat and round he has little egg and vis trailing behind him while he eats mangos. Joffrey is trying to properly speak high valyrian but Jace and Luke and keep making fun of him. meanwhile Dalton and daemon are egg hunting for future grandkids and baby visenya. baela also finds out she's pregnant and Rhaena's egg hatches.

more about french andersons:

— jeffrey and todd grew up in a bilingual family their mother wanted them to speak her national language, so she spoke to them in both french and english when they were little. oh, she also sang to them in french, french lullabies <3

— they know french as good as english, the whole family speak both languages at home, it depends on their mood, sometimes they just mix it together (bonjour y’all vibes)

— jeff randomly starts speaking french when he’s very excited, on other side todd speaks french when he’s pissed off

— the poets didn’t know about todd being half french unless once when jeffrey came to visit him at welton they started to argue in french

— they still don’t know about what they were arguing, but they were absolutely amazed that the anderson brothers know how to speak french

— since the poets know that todd can speak french:

knox asks him to translate the poems he writes to charlie chris in french, because french is more romantic

meeks is the one who started studying french because of todd, he likes learning new things, and the fact that the could speak with todd and todd would help him with the pronunciation of the words? just amazing.

cameron found out that todd speaking french is a really really relaxing sound, his voice is calming, so when he’s too stressed about school him and todd just lay in the bed and todd tells him about the day or about something from his childhood/past, he won’t understand anyway (give me some cameron + todd content, i love them)

pitts and todd started listen together to french songs, sometimes pitts asks him what the song is about, sometimes they just sit there and listen drinking hot chocolate ((i love french music))

and finally neil who is simply amazed about the french thing. once he and todd get into a fight, todd started talking to him in french (cause he was frustrated), neil just started at him and he forget why he was mad at him. he find the french language extremely hot ((just like me))

just wanted to say that i’m not french, i do not speak french, but yes i’m totally obsessed with this language and rn duolingo wants to kill my family bc I won’t do his lessons, anywayyy part 2???
