Can I know more about Ur DA AU? Just the general story or something. Maybe even some basics like when it takes place or like, Frisk's past or something. Hehe. please if it's not too much.

So! Let's start with basics...

This is the "MONSTER valley", a valley created by the once active volcano, Mt Ebott. Monster's call the mountain Sunpeak cuz at high noon the sun sits ontop of it.

The general layout of the "Underground" is changed since it's above ground (it's like but also not like overtale), so snowdin is a lot closer to new home than waterfall (around a two hour walk from snowdin to hotlands). Now, I know what you're thinking "WHERE'S WATERFALL?!?!???" chillax broski

it's the ✨️river✨️

But since the name doesn't make sense anymore there's uhh like, a big waterfall somewhere along the way to hotlands? I haven't placed it yet.

The core basically half revived the unactive volcano and turned it into a power source for monsters AND the barrier.

Barrier?! Wha‽ That's right, there's a migical barrier that an unknown scientist made to protect the monsters from human hunters ever since the war.

What war? THE GREAT HUMAN MONSTER WAR. "Where the angel fell from the sky and lead monsters to the safety of the valley." More like: before they were sealed underground an unknown monster transported them all to the valley.

The barrier essencially just turns humans around so they can't enter the valley, but since it's spread over such a wide area there's a few weak spots. Mainly around the ruins and new home. This reason is why the royal guard was founded: to kill any humans within the valley.

It wasn't until the death of the royal's children did the guard be put into practice and start collecting souls. The reason got collecting souls is so the king can absorb them all and become god (rip the human race ✌️😔)

Wanna know how frisk came to the valley?

No, flowey is not a rose, he's a poppy. Poppy's are usually considered weeds except in places like australia //me home :)// where they hold a cultural significance. They say poppies used to be white until the blood of soldiers forever stained them red. (Wink wink nudge nudge 😏)

Red poppies were usually only found in the ruins but have since spread along the river in a mass bloom. It's a crime to disturb them, a law that was founded by the Queen before she went missing. Monster's generally think it's stupid but the king upholds that law so they follow begrudgingly.

Papyrus is a little more snarky, but pokes fun at people within reason. He's also ACTUALLY in the royal guard due to his strength and not training to be in it. Also, I thought it would be funny is sans gave more "literally just a guy" energy

Chara

Em um rpg com @st4rbenx3 eu desenvolvi uma origem para Chara interpretando elu que agora irei canonizar esse passado em MoonFanchild Tale e MidNight!Tale

A vida de Chara antes do subsolo

Chara tinha uma família como muitos de nós, um pai, uma mãe, um irmão mais velho e uma irmã mas.... Clarice a mãe era esposa submissa e muito fria e o pai um marido tóxico, o irmão mais velho vivia trabalhando nos negócios do pai e era agressivo brigando com o pai e na casa só tinha discussão, a irmã mais velha Marine era louca e gostava de contar histórias sobre os monstros para Chara, a criança mais nova tinha o traço de determinação e as crianças da aldeia faziam bullying com ele/ela e toda a vila julgava Chara pelos seus olhos serem vermelhos

Até que um dia Padre Joseph chegou na aldeia pregando o catecismo e ofereceu a família de Chara uma oportunidade de tornar a alma delu pura novamente. Dentro daquela igreja Chara passou por coisas terríveis e até um dia não aguentou mais e atacou o padre com uma faca arrancando seu olho e ele condenou Chara de bruxaria

Sua mãe defendeu a criança e acabou sendo condenada também e como num último(e primeiro) ato de amor a criança disse pra ele/ela fugir até o monte e Chara queimou aquela igreja e saiu pra sua jornada caindo no subsolo

Sua mãe foi morta naquela noite no julgamento de bruxas e seu pai morreu de tristeza logo depois só restando os irmãos de Chara que mesmo em luto seguiram adiante

Em MidNight!Tale Chara chegou a Cidade da Lua que fica depois do monte encontrando MD!Toriel que fez uma nova pra elu(ele/ela) e só depois de ouvir a história da guerra Chara decidiu ir ao subsolo planejando sua vingança

M!UT!Chara foi ao monte e caiu no subsolo por engano sendo acolhido pela família Dreemur e Toriel também fez uma outra blusa social pra ele/ela, mas Chara ainda queria sua vingança contra a aldeia

Com MD!Chara não foi diferente mesmo sendo amigo de Moon Flowey(Zaki) e Asgore ele/ela/elu ainda quis vingança a humanidade principalmente depois de ouvir toda a história

O final de ambos conhecemos e essa foi a vida de Chara antes do subsolo tanto em M!Undertale quanto em MidNight!Tale criada por mim em um rp

boundhearts chara - brief backstory behind their design, theyre a half human half monster now becquse their soul has been mixed with monster essence, so thats why they have monster elements to their design. they had a history of being experimented on , its tied to their revival too which i will go in depth soon

after their revival, they lived with Toriel for a while in he ruins, until she got killed by one of the fallen humans, leaving them to look after the ruins all by themself, they dubbed themselves a "guardian" of the place, so das why there wearing the Delta Clothes, its a way of honoring their late mother too.

Se você não leu o post de ontem falando sobre a minha au aconselho que leia primeiro antes desse porque esse é uma continuação daquele post

Por que o nome "Cidade da lua"?

O nome vem por causa da Cidade da Lua que é onde fica o orfanato e os humanos monstros criada por Zaki para proteger os híbridos na guerra e serviu de esconderijo na segunda guerra mundial para os híbridos também e o título da au é no plural porque a o reino de Raj se chamava "Cidade do Sol" ou seja, os humanos vivem em uma cidade e os híbridos em outra até o Raj encontrar o irmão e atender seu último pedido após o matar

Os olhos de Zaki

Eu no outro post o desenhei sem olhos e com os olhos fechados para dar um ar de mistério, mas ele tem olhos sim e como é dito no post são prateados assim como sua coroa de louros

MidNight!Toriel já conheceu o M!Ink no orfanato

Mya Comyet como eu disse no post do M!Ink no Instagram abandonou o filho em um orfanato, ainda não se sabe o porquê ela fez isso, mas quem criou M!Ink foi MD!Toriel e as famílias que o adotaram e o devolveram sendo a única que ficou com ele foi o M!Top Gaster

Ele chegou no orfanato antes de C!Frisk e nunca chegou a conhecer o mesmo, mas já viveu durante a guerra e depois cresceu e virou adulto e MD!Frisk seguiu seu rumo sem nunca o conhecer mas M!Ink sabe da existência dele mas nem se importa em o conhecer

Por que o MD!Frisk não fez a rota genocida?

MD!Frisk no final original faz a rota neutra e a pacifista mesmo tendo forças e armamento para fazer a genocida direto, então por que ele não fez?

MD!Frisk não é uma pessoa má ele só é alguém machucado e mesmo no final alternativo que ele faz a rota genocida foi por sobrevivência pra tentar sair daquele lugar e no final genocida que ele dedura foi por vingança ao orfanato pelo bullying que ele sofreu lá dentro

Eu fiz esse desenho seguindo uma referência que achei no Pinterest, mas o MD!Frisk só fica assim após seu desejo de sobrevivência ir sumindo e sua vontade de matar ir aumentando aí nessa rota ele se torna um viciado em L.O.V.E

As diferenças e paralelos de Chara de MidNightTale e de M!UT!Chara

MoonFanchild Tale é um am baseado na história de um au que é MidNight!Tale o tornando um multiverso alternativo com espécies puras e híbridas como nesse au, essa divisão ocorre da escolha da MD!Toriel de ficar na superfície cuidando do orfanato e da M!UT!Toriel de ser jogada no subsolo e aí a história não muda

As/Os dois Charas não tem muitas diferenças exceto que MD!Chara é melhor amig@ de Moon Flowey/Zaki e primeiro chegou ao orfanato e depois ao subsolo e Chara é melhor amig@ de Asriel e caiu no subsolo direto já que não existia o orfanato

MD!Chara ficou com o cabelo cacheado nas pontas por causa da aura de Zaki que vivia dentro de Moon Flowey e deu @ elu um pingente de coração roxo

Ambos passados del@s não se sabem, talvez seus pais morreram, talvez tenham fugido de casa, mas ambos tem o sangue de Raj Lazyell correndo nas veias por serem parentes distantes dele

Lazyell morre com a culpa de ter matado o irmão mais novo e sua determinação passa pra sua filha que deu início a linhagem de Chara

MD!Frisk é um garoto demi-boy então as vezes flui pro neutro e MD!Chara assim como no original não tem o gênero revelado dando a entender que é neutro

This is a list of every new boss darkener in my deltarune chapter 3 take!

I be giving a summary of each of the characters above from left to right, below

Scare E:

Scare E got her name by looking... well, Scary!

She's actually quite polite and well mannered

Her appearance often frightens other darkeners away, makes sense considering she can take off her own head

However Tenna sees her frightening appearance and gives her a great opportunity

She now stars in several dark world horror films

Her light world object is a ripoff lego person

Chefstago:

The fantastic and slightly crazy sous chef

Chefstago snaps if anyone ruins his masterfully made dishes

The other chefs both respect and fear him

He's the only one allowed to make meals for Rook

He once sold 1 thousand cook books in a day

When Spamton was still permitted in the tv world, he tried to make a deal with Chefstago, unfortunately since Chefstago is crazy, he misinterpreted the deal and ended up charging Spamton for 1 thousand cook books

He's a snail because it's a reference to the snail pie in undertale hard mode

His light world object is a cinnamon butterscotch pie

Da Boss:

Da Boss is da boss of da Shadowmen

Da Boss cannot say the word "the" instead he replaces it with "Da"

He isn't very bright

In fact he can be easily tricked

His hat obscures half of his vision but he refuses to fix it since he thinks he looks cool like that

He's trys to be threatening but he fails

His light world object is one of the figures on Toriel's windows

Phanta:

They're a shopkeeper

They tells you where to find the ShadowMantle

They can't take off their mascot costume anymore

They're very disfigured because, along time ago they got into a confrontation with Elephanto because they want to leave which caused a fight between them, Elephanto easily won which left Phanta badly damaged, but don't worry! Elephanto used his string powers to stitch them back up, unfortunately they're now permanently stitched into her suit

...

That got really f#%king dark, didn't it?

There light world object is a broken CD

Elephanto:

I'm sure you got a positive view on him after that last section

Elephanto wasn't always his name, it use to be Filmin

Filmin use to record shots for movies and shows backstage for Tenna

One day Tenna gave him his own chance to shine as the main actor in Elephanto's show

He dressed up as Elephanto and got so much joy from bringing happiness to children across the globe

Until one day colored shows came out and Elephanto's ratings got lower and lower until his show was canceled

After this he started to spiral into madness

He started to believe he was Elephanto and he'd never want to take off his costume

He'd start getting very angry over little things

Eventually at his door a script arrived, he couldn't read the symbols but once he looked inside it, it sent him over the point of no return

He refused to let any of his actors leave the show or take their costumes off

He blocked off the outside world from entering or exiting

And he obsessed over putting on a show so good that'd "BREAK-THE-4TH-WALL!" once and for all

He had almost given up on this until he saw an old friend of his, Kris

Elephanto is the secret boss of my chapter 3 take

He uses the purple soul

He's hesitant to hurt kris in his 2 battles, even throwing in healing bullets in his 1st fight

In both his fights he will not kill you, if your health's low enough in the 1st fight the battle will end and in his second fight he'll always only go after kris once susie and ralsei are down, ending the fight if they're down and kris is at low enough hp, however you don't win it just puts you back to the previous room and restarts the fight when you walk back in

He can only see in black and white

His light world object is a nanny cam

Mike:

Mike is a master of disguise

He use to happily work for Tenna until Rook showed up and took over

He's trying to take down Rook for good

He was once best friends with spamton he even convinced Tenna to let him do tv commercials

Mike would contact spamton everyday to help him until Rook showed up which lead to Mike going into hiding

Tenna thinks Rook killed Mike because he hasn't see him in ages

Mike just wants to have his old happy life back

He help the party out a lot in the chapter

In the light world he's a microphone

Tenna:

The host of the tv world!

Tenna is very charismatic on stage and very fatherly off stage

He gets into arguments with toriel because he believes he raised kris better than her or asgore

His staff can't talk, it can only play sound effects

He tries to be as nice and kind as he can be to kris and the others but unfortunately, The evil Rook can control his mind as he hides behind the scenes

The main plot of chapter 3 is to seal the fountain and free tenna from rook

Tenna will often give the party free items as gifts just because he can

He casts Kris as the hero in a lot of shows throughout the chapter because he genuinely wants kris to be successful

He didn't want to kick spamton out of the tv world but Rook forced him to, making him look like the bad guy in spamton's eyes

In the light world he's a TV

Rook:

Rook hides behind his henchmen

He's a genuine scumbag

He uses his power over Tenna to get whatever he wants

Everyone's afraid to stand up to him because everyone who does "disappears"

And by disappears I mean gets put in a jail cell but Rook makes it sound like he kills them

Rook is the main antagonist of the chapter

He's only seen at the very end kinda like King

In the light world he's a remote

Perfect Rook:

After beating Rook he has one more trick up his sleeve

He transforms into Perfect Rook by merging with Tenna

Mike brings out a mech suit he's been saving for when he goes after Rook and gives it to Kris to help with the battle

You fight Perfect Rook in a Street fighter/ mortal kombat styled section with every attack feeling like a different anime reference

After you beat him, you free Tenna from his control once and for all and lock up Rook with King in the castle town jail

This is the final boss of the chapter

Oh my god this took like 40 minutes to write I'm so damn tried and i still have 4 more chapters of these to do.

✨Undertale: Glamour and Royalty✨

Undertale: Glamour and royalty, é uma AU (alternative universe) do famoso rpg eletrônico Undertale e é baseado em uma das “rotas neutras” (nem boa, nem ruim) que temos a opção de fazer no jogo. A rota Neutra escolhida para a AU foi a que por falta de pessoas “importantes para assumir o trono” o Mettaton vira o rei do subsolo (já q Asgore, Toriel e Undyne “Desapareceram”). A AU conta a história de Max o humano (alma da coragem) que sofria constante bullying de seus “amigos” por ser medroso, tentava se mostrar corajo, até que em um dia chuvoso, ele sem querer cai no subsolo. Mettaton a princípio está mais egocêntrico e “mandão” do que nunca, com o poder lhe subindo a cabeça e secretamente recebendo conselhos de uma florzinha peculiar… Mettaton enche o saco de todos no subsolo, com propagandas e comerciais sobre ele, e quem o desrespeita acaba preso e sendo forçado a trabalhar para ele na produção de seus produtos. A princípio Mettaton queria fazer Max virar fã dele, mas Max acaba o desrespeitando dizendo que queria ir embora, o que faz Flowey dizer a Mettaton para colocar a lei de morte aos humanos de volta a tona. Undertale: Glamour and royalty tem como objetivo trazer uma jornada de crescimento para o personagem e de autoestima e superação de medos.

Folks! I have beeg news!

I’m... not actually finished with the spritesheet. But I have enough sprites to at least account for all of Asriel’s appearances in the Ruins (assuming he doesn’t show up in Toriel’s house)

Ta da! Look at my boy! (S, A, D, and W refer to directions, down, left, right, and up respectively. Cuz, y’know, keyboards)

I figured, when you talk to him after the Toriel fight, as he laughs maniacally he should be melting just a little bit, both to set up that there is something much more sinister about him (since he’s got that DT from the True Lab), and because it looks cool. Once he regains his composure, he literally recomposes himself. I imagine when we encounter him at the start of the Ruins, when he laughs as he tries to kill us, he melts a little bit then too, but that’s something that’d show on the battle sprite, rather than the overworld one, and I don’t think I’m mentally prepared to touch the battle sprites just yet

No sprite of him holding Frisk’s hand, because even though he offers it, Frisk very naturally declines, having zero trust for the guy that almost killed them

I don’t yet know how I’m going to handle the sprites of him following Frisk after the Ruins. I reckon he walks away from the conversation after the Toriel fight, and back into the Ruins, rather than sneaking away as Amalgamate goo, because he doesn’t want anyone to know his true nature yet. But afterwards, those occasional scenes corresponding to when Flowey follows you around but quickly hides. I think the equivalent of that in this AU would be something like, you could see maybe his head poking out of the ground for a frame or two, before melting quickly into the ground, leaving the player to simply think “wait, was that-? But, there’s no way, right? Or maybe? But how?”

And then, and then! After the True Pacifist Ending, he would probably be initially standing close to the exit room, part of the semicircle with all of the other bosses of the game, from Toriel to Asgore. But when we go back all the way to the first room, the one with Chara’s grave, maybe he’s finally comfortable enough showing himself to Frisk as he truly is. He enters the room not by walking in, but as a bunch of Amalgam goo coming out of the ground, that then takes the shape of Asriel Dreemurr. And then he and Frisk talk. I think that’s a really nice concept, and I really want to make the sprites to make that possible, so that’s next on my to-do list (okay, 2nd next. First next is him releasing the Human SOULs to shatter The Barrier)
