Richie being a dj at a rave like in the boiler room/just dj in general headcannon

-the whole group would come to support him although Stan wouldn't stay the whole night cause it just be too damn loud for him

-They all dance in the bit of floor behind him and the decks one occasionally popping along to hand him a drink

-Eddie dancing the closest to him giving him kisses occasionally

-Eddie in general is just there at the forefront of most of his set dancing and keeping the vibes going along with Beverly

-everyone is dressed really cool but especially Eddie and Beverly with bev in a tiny mesh dress and Eddie wearing a glittery crop top

-At one point Mike trips and falls at which point Richie stops and looks and mikes being a bit of a messy drunk but everyone picks him straight back up and all is fine

-Richie is just fucking vibing so much and Is pretty much hyperfocused his whole set

-Though occasionally he looks around to check everyone is actually enjoying his music- and when he sees they are he smiles and it's back to hyperfocus

-Richie gives Stan a hug to say goodbye when he goes

-Bill offers to leave with Stan but it's hard to hear stans reply so he types it out on his phone "you stay and have fun! :)" Bill grins and gives him a kiss

-Ben's just beating his hands to the air the whole set and then he switches over with Richie and does the next set

-Then Richie gets to have a proper dance with the rest of his friends

Your argument’s making you seem like even more of a rebound, honestly.” Smolder had the audacity to laugh in his face after saying that.

i was originally gonna reply to this in the post itself - but realized it probably would get too long. but out of all the popular jin ships - it's probs the one i care least for. (otherthantheobjectivelybadincestonesthosearetheworstofcourse) but like you, i just never really saw it. i've had someone who liked their dynamic try to explain it to me, and i could see what they were getting at. but i still don't care for it - their two personalities just don't mesh well for me.

but anyway. they pointed out how jin technically saved her in TK3 by killing ogre (since ogre was brainwashing her.) and it's like - that's true. but at the same time, since ogre was going around absorbing souls of the tk2 fighters - then it could be said jin saved many other fighters, too. and they also pointed out how in the (noncanon) 2017 comics - she was able to calm him, they pointed out like she was the only one able to do this tho. but like it's not as though dj has completely taken over (who xiao has been seen in other noncanon things able to get thru to) - i feel like most people could just say "hey jin, look at me - please calm down." as long as they're not being a jerk. and i guess they both hate the mishimas, i guess.

so. i can kinda see why they'd see potential in it. but as i said - it's just something i don't care for. because i enjoy the xiao and jin ship because of their history. also because their characters are a bit opposites - xiao is the short fun optimistic one, jin's the tall brooding serious one. despite their opposites - they also share things in common; jin shares xiao's compassion and good natured heart. i also like the hwoarang and jin ship also because of their history, and they're also like opposites, too - jin is the stoic one who doesn't care for arguing or fights unless necessary, meanwhile hwoarang is the louder, openly emotional and argumentative one. they also share things in common, though; both were in their first tourney because of their missing parental figure, and both also deal with anger issues albeit just differently.

with nina and jin - i just don't really see that same dynamic with them as the other ships. and also, i feeeeel jin and nina would likely get into disagreements, especially moral ones. as nina's an assassin, and jin (if we forget the mess that is tk6) only ever seem to have gone to the option of Murder if it's an absolute necessity. and even then, he's been known to be merciful (as with tag 1, tk4 - and even in the noncanon project x zone)

i do believe the majority of other shippers of them probably do just like them because of tk6, and because they both look "badass"
