I needed a pencil case or bag to corral my embroidery supplies. Then I found one meant to be cross stitched in the clearance school supplies!

I went trawling through Spriters Resource for something small enough to fit and Pokémon Pinball's Pokédex mugshots worked pretty well.

I wish the “fabric” was aligned a little better. But, to be fair, I’m sure they never meant for me to put a near full coverage cross stitch on there. Also the plastic needle they included snapped XD;

I have a terrible habit of putting projects on hold at 85% - 90% completion, but this being the last season of Oxventure with this particular group of doofi lit a fire under my ass to finish my cross stitch and get it sent. I still need to mount and frame this so hopefully I don't choke and stop doing anything for another 8 months

Stitchtober day 28: Delloso de la Rue

Pattern from here with some modifications bc 1) i fucked up and decided to go with it rather than frog everything i'd done so far and 2) i started running out of the dark green and had to improvise. Also i added a background, which was a bitch to do bc i couldn't find one i liked so i had to make it up.

Anyway. Them❤️ I am so very normal about this character.

I spend so much of my time doing folk embroidery, which is generally easy to find for free, that I’m rarely tempted to purchase a pattern. But I fell in love with this one and needed it.
