A bullsh*t (fake) way of communicating (representing) with others to make sure no one gets offended. 

Right, brilliant. So we're no longer real with people cause we can't be asked with the aftermath. Everyone gets easily offended nowadays I get it. So this means we have to keep our opinions to ourselves or not express what we're really thinking in a genuine way to make sure the feelings of others don't get hurt? I call that bullsh*t. People gotta learn how to take  the truth, whether they like it or not, be real with them. If they don't like, then change it, and if they can't change it, they should just accept it. 

Stop hiding the truth from people and be upfront with them. We're ruining society by giving people false hope or misleading information.
