My former U.S. Track and Field teammate Tori Bowie, who was found dead in her home in Florida on May 2, of complications related to childbirth at 8 months pregnant, was a beautiful runner. She was effortless. At the Rio Olympics, I ran the second leg of the 4 x 100 relay. Tori was the anchor. When she got the baton, I remember thinking, “it’s over.” She just accelerated. When she crossed the finish line, I couldn’t wait to run over to her to celebrate. It was her first, and only, Olympic gold medal.
She also picked up a silver (in the 100-m) and bronze (200-m) in Brazil. The next year, at the 2017 World Championships in London, Tori won the 100-m title, earning the title of “world’s fastest woman.” Tori started out as a long jumper. So seeing her thrive as a sprinter was a huge deal. She was just such a bright light, and people were getting to see that.
Tori grew up in Mississippi and had this huge Southern accent. She didn’t take herself too seriously. You felt this sense of ease when you were around her. I last saw her in early 2021, in San Diego, where she was training. She gave me the biggest hug; something about her spirit was just very, very sweet. I felt her sweetness come over me that day.
Tori was 32 when she died. According to the autopsy, possible complications contributing to Bowie’s death included respiratory distress and eclampsia—seizures brought on by preeclampsia, a high blood pressure disorder that can occur during pregnancy. I developed preeclampsia during my pregnancy with my daughter Camryn, who was born in November 2018. The doctors sent me to the hospital, where I would deliver Camryn during an emergency C-section, at 32 weeks. I was unsure if I was going to make it. If I was ever going to hold my precious daughter.
Like so many Black women, I was unaware of the risks I faced while pregnant. According to the CDC, in 2021 the maternal mortality rate for Black women was 2.6 times the rate for white women. About five days before I gave birth to Camryn, I was having Thanksgiving dinner with my family. I mentioned that my feet were swollen. As we went around the table, the women shared their experiences during pregnancy. My cousin said she also had swollen feet. My mom didn’t. Not once did someone say, ‘oh, well, that’s one of the indicators of preeclampsia.’ None of us knew. When I became pregnant, my doctor didn’t sit me down and tell me, ‘these are things that you should look for in your pregnancy, because you are at a greater risk to experience these complications.’
That needs to change, now, especially in light of Tori’s tragic passing. Awareness is huge. Serena Williams had near-death complications during her pregnancy. Beyoncé developed preeclampsia. I hate that it takes Tori’s situation to put this back on the map and to get people to pay attention to it. But oftentimes, we need that wake-up call.
The medical community must do its part. There are so many stories of women dying who haven’t been heard. Doctors really need to hear the pain of Black women.
Luckily, there’s hope on several fronts. Congress has introduced the Momnibus Act, a package of 13 bills crafted to eliminate racial disparities in maternal health and improve outcomes across the board. California passed Momnibus legislation back in 2021. These laws make critical investments in areas like housing, nutrition, and transportation for underserved communities. Further, several pharmaceutical companies are making advances on early detection and treatment of preeclampsia.
Three gold medalists from that 4 x 100 relay team in Rio set out to become mothers. All three of us—all Black women—had serious complications. Tianna Madison has shared that she went into labor at 26 weeks and entered the hospital “with my medical advance directive AND my will.” Tori passed away. We’re dealing with a Black Maternal Health crisis. Here you have three Olympic champions, and we’re still at risk.
I would love to have another child. That’s something that I know for sure. But will I be here to raise that child? That’s a very real concern. And that’s a terrifying thing. This is America, in 2023, and Black women are dying while giving birth. It’s absurd.
I’m hopeful that things can get better. I’m hopeful that Tori, who stood on the podium at Rio, gold around her neck and sweetness in her soul, won’t die in vain.

That's Life - M.S
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A.N: After the stream where Matt said he liked the name June– which has been a name on my baby list for YEARS now – I couldn't stop thinking about this scenario, so I decided to write it. Sorry if it's bad. (I'd also say they are still very young in this, maybe 23/24. But imagine any age you want, I don't really specify.) Hope you enjoy!
summary: dad!matt - a cute snippet of Matt and y/n becoming brand new parents and Chris and Nick meeting their niece for the first time. mainly fluff :')
warnings: none, really. maybe swearing and mentions of blood? (also use of y/n because apparently that is hated? idk)
word count: 2.4k
"Kid, hold her fucking neck." Matt panics as Chris readjusts in his seat on the couch.
"Matt shut the fuck up, I think I know how to hold my own niece." he retorts.
"No, you clearly don't you idiot."
I peer to my left, he holds her with one hand under her head and one hand under her butt, propping her in front of him on his lap. She's perfectly fine, Matt just worries.
"Look she's fine. She's with uncle Chris." Chris looks at her adoringly but Matt cautiously watches, biting his nails.
"How are you feeling?" Nick asks beside me, rubbing my shoulder as I eat my burger. I was starving and the first thing I wanted after giving birth was In and Out, so Matt made sure Nick and Chris brought it for me.
"I'm so tired but just relieved everything went okay."
It was a long labor, almost 20 hours and about an hour of pushing. I waited to the very last minute to get an epidural and Matt almost passed out once he saw what it actually was.
-
"That goes in your fucking spine?" He squeaks, his face turning pale as he nearly keels over.
I'm sat up with the anesthesiologist behind me prepping the needle. I grab Matt's forearms and bring him to stand between my legs so he's hunching in front of me before I collapse my head into his chest and groan.
"Don't fucking look at it, hold my hands." I seethe through the pain as I wait for the contraction to pass.
"I'm so sorry," He says into my ear as they stick the catheter into my spine and I stay as still as possible.
"I want In and Out after this is all over," I breath out, beginning to feel my lower half go numb.
"I'm getting you whatever you fucking want, sweetheart." He looks me dead in the eyes.
-
"It's kinda fucking nuts that she was just inside you, how the fuck did you like..." Chris speaks up looking between the baby and me. "Push her out..." He hesitates and I burst out laughing as Matt throws his arms up and shakes his head at him, stopping himself from knocking Chris' shoulder.
"Well, it wasn't easy." I wipe my tears from my eyes due to my laughter and Nick gives me my water so I don't choke on my dry ass fries.
"Women are the strongest people on the planet." Nick chimes and Matt smiles proudly, crossing his arms over his chest.
"That's fucking right. So much respect after all I witnessed." Matt rubs his eyes, seeming to be mentally reflecting the past 36 hours.
"She's so fucking cute, looks nothing like Matt." Chris comments, a small smirk growing on his face at the playful jab.
"Okay, give her back you're pissing me off." Matt quickly but gently takes her back even as Chris protests and pouts, sulking back into his chair.
"Lost your baby holding privileges," Nick points at him as Chris makes a face and sticks his tongue out, a throaty bellow echoing in the hospital room.
Nick immediately hushes him. "Can you not act like a barbarian? Fucking idiot." He scolds him.
Matt cradles her softly and my heart still melts at the sight of him holding her. It makes everything I went through so worth it. The both of them do.
-
I lay there in shock with a wailing baby placed on my chest. I look up at Matt on my left and he's got his hand over his mouth and tears brimming his eyes, staring at our baby with so much love.
My chest blooms with warmth and I look down at our daughter. Anyone else would look at her and think she was gross, being purple, covered in goop and blood, but she was quite literally breathtaking. Matt blubbers and bends down so he's more level to me.
"Oh my fucking god," he laughs through his emotion, wiping his eyes quickly and placing a hand on her blanketed back, her cries dying down.
"How the fuck did you do that? You're amazing oh my god." He rambles, kissing my sweaty hairline and I shake my head not really knowing how I did this either.
They let Matt cut the umbilical cord before taking her off me to bathe her quickly.
Matt grabs my face checking in on me. He scans all over my face,"You okay? You did so good, oh my fucking god." I nod quickly, feeling my adrenaline still rushing. It's a weird feeling to describe, but I am so happy.
"She was so tiny, did you see her?" I ask him, my voice a little shaky and he nods laughing, tears still shining in his eyes.
"I did, I did. She's perfect. Thank you." He kisses my lips this time and then looks over to the nurses bringing her over to him.
"You want to hold her, dad?" The nurse smiles and he visibly pales but nods nonetheless and takes her into his arms.
He looks at her and begins to tear up again, having to compose himself by looking up shaking his head. When he looks back at me, I'm sent me over the edge into my own fit of tears.
I would relive this day over and over again to just see that look on his face.
-
He walks over to Nick who's still beside me, bouncing her slightly.
"Nick, cmon. You've yet to hold her." Matt nods toward Nick to take her from his arms. Nick immediately shakes his head and steps back.
"No she's too fresh and tiny. I don't want to break her." He declines.
"Chris get him the pillow. Nick, hold her. You won't break her I promise you." I give him a reassuring rub on the arm and his eyes widen.
"I'm scared," He squeals quietly as he sits down in the chair and Chris sets up the pillow in his lap. Nick covers his mouth as he watches Matt walk over to him.
Chris puts a hand on his shoulder, "Nick it's gonna be fine." He giggles at his antics and I stifle my own laughter.
"Dude c'mon, I'm telling you to hold my kid not a bomb." Matt rolls his eyes and Nick flips him off.
Matt places her carefully so she's snug in Nick's arms and he freezes immediately.
"What do I do?" He looks up at me in fear.
"Just that. You're doing fine. See, she's perfectly content in your arms." I tell him softly and grab Matt's arm so he stands next to me.
I kiss his forearm and he looks back at me with a warm smile, wrapping his arm around me and sitting beside me on the bed. He pulls me in gently before kissing the top of my head.
"I'm trying to see any real defining features in her but she quite literally just looks like a baby," he studies her face as Chris takes photos of them.
"She definitely looks more like y/n," Matt says, rubbing my arm lightly before stealing one of my fries from my tray.
"I think she has my nose for sure. She hasn't really opened her eyes yet, maybe you can try and wake her up. The nurse should be coming soon to help me feed her."
"I just realized, what's her name?" Nick asks, lightly rubbing her cheek with the back of his finger to try and wake her.
"Yeah, have you guys finally decided?" Chris sits down next to Nick on the couch.
Matt and I look at each other. We had been debating her name since we first saw her face. Of course we had a list prepared but we didn't want to settle on a name until we could match it to her face.
It was hard agreeing on names at first as we had very different tastes but there was one that kept coming back up in conversation and once we saw her it was a no brainer.
I nudge Matt, "Go ahead, tell them." I lean my head against his shoulder.
"Her name is June," They 'aw' in unison.
"June Iris Sturniolo." Matt tells them her full name and he can't help the smile that spreads across his face.
"I love that, such a sweet name.” Nick smiles down at her.
"Does it have a meaning? Or did you guys just like the name?" Chris pulls back her hat.
"Holy shit, she has a lot of hair." he comments.
"Explains all of my heartburn." I huff and Matt giggles beside me.
"We liked the name and we were looking at lot of nature names, month names, classic names. We landed on June a few times when going over names but didn't want to make it official until we saw her." I start and Matt nods before speaking up.
"Well, we had some music playing during the whole labor and everything but after Y/N started pushing, our playlist ended and started playing whatever. And right before June came out, the song That's Life by Frank Sinatra played. And in the song, there's a line that goes: You're riding high in April, shot down in May but I know I'm gonna change that tune when I'm back on top, back on top in June. Right when we heard that and then we saw her face, we knew that was her name." Matt concluded and I tear up.
"That's so fucking cool,"
"Stop I have chills, oh my god."
"And Iris was my grandmothers name, but we also liked how it sounded with June. It was proven really hard to find a middle name that sounded good with June and Sturniolo." I laugh.
“I love that her name has a cool story behind it that you can tell her one day.” Nick says and I get emotional thinking about telling my daughter the day of her birth.
"Hi June, you gonna wake up for us?" Chris speaks softly to her. She stays put as Nick and Chris look at her expectantly.
"I wouldn't want to open my eyes either if I were just in a a warm dark place for almost nine months and all of sudden I'm in a bright ass hospital room with a loud idiot." Matt speaks looking directly at Chris.
"She must take that after you," I say playfully and rub his chest. He rolls his eyes.
"Aw, a little Mattitude." Chris uses a baby voice, tickling her belly playfully. “Look she even makes Matt’s stank face he does when he’s mad.” He points.
“Oh my god she does,” Nick exclaims.
"Not to be weird, but you are all basically her father since you have identical DNA. Also if you guys have children one day, they'll be genetically June's half-siblings." I state my fun fact and all their faces drop.
Nick gasps, "Wait, that's actually crazy because I was just going to joke around and say 'aw she has my eye-bags'." His eyes widen and I shrug at him proving my point.
"That's so fucking weird." Matt shakes his head in realization.
Chris acts repulsed, putting a hand up. "Yeah, I don't like thinking about that. I'm no one's father, thank God." He does the sign of the cross.
"Yes. Thank God for that." Matt says shortly.
"I don't know, I think Chris will be a good dad one day." I defend him and Matt gives the side eye.
"Thank you y/n," He says with a hand over his heart.
He walks over to me and gives me a side hug. I kiss his cheek, offering him a fry and he takes it appreciatively.
"I'm definitely staying the fun uncle." Nick states, turning his attention back to June. "One day, you'll be big enough to stay at Uncle Nick's and I'll get you anything you want without your parents knowing," he says quietly to her but we can all still hear him.
She begins to stir in his arms and he freezes again.
"Oh no, she's waking up. Is she gonna cry?" he panics. "Matt quick, take her."
"She might want the boob," he says taking June out of Nick's hold.
She begins to fuss and squirm but Matt calmly shushes her and begins to bounce lightly.
"It's her feeding time in 15 minutes, should I try without the nurse?" I look up at Matt and he shrugs.
"I don't see why not. She's clearly hungry now."
"Uh, should we leave?" Chris says awkwardly and I wave him off.
"I'm gonna cover myself don't worry. Unless you want to leave," I say nonchalantly, not having a care in the world after just about everyone in this hospital has seen me naked. But of course I won't be flashing anyone.
"Junie don't cry, here's mama. She's got the food." Matt tells her quietly, bringing her to me as Chris clears my lap for me and goes to sit down next to Nick again.
"My baby," I pout as I grab her and her little cries die down once she's in my arms. "You already know the deal sister, let's see if we can do this." I talk to her confidently hoping I can do this on my own.
Matt stands beside helping me cover up and get June in the right position.
"There you go, all better." Matt speaks to her softly as she latches on and I exhale in relief. "Good job, mama." He runs his fingers through my hair and rubs my neck.
The nurse walks in mid-feed and praises me. "Looks like you've got it under control here." She smiles and checks my vitals quickly before stepping back out of the room.
Once June finishes eating I burp her upright on my lap, facing her towards everyone. At this point she's wide awake and everyone is staring at her.
"Oh my gosh, her eyes are like, gray," Nick says.
"Can she see me?" Chris waves at her, shaking his head and sticking his tongue out.
"Her eyes will most likely change color, they can change up until she's a year." I tell them. "And she can probably see you as a blob, Chris. Stop dancing." I tell him and he stops mid griddy.
"Oh..." He looks defeated and she burps loudly in that moment, making him laugh. "Why does she burp louder than me, she's like 12 hours old." he jokes.
I feel Matt's hand on my shoulder again and he gives me another squeeze. I look up at him and smile tiredly, he leans down to give me a kiss. Something we rarely do in front of others because we hate PDA. But we can't help it this time.
 I hear a snap of a camera and we both look to see Nick with his film camera.
"I couldn't resist. First family portrait." he smiles softly. "I can't believe you're a father, Matthew."
"Believe it, kid."
"Nick, will you actually take our family photos when we get home." I ask rubbing Junie's back.
"The fact that you even asked that," he says looking offended and everyone laughs. "Of course I will, though."

My name is Doaa, and I carry the weight of a family trapped in the crucible of war in Gaza. With me are my husband, Wissam, and our three beloved children: 9-year-old Tala, 7-year-old Sajid, and our youngest, 18-month-old Sanad. Our tale is one of endurance, displacement, and the relentless pursuit of safety amidst the chaos of conflict.
The Prelude to War:
Before the storm of October 7th, our lives in Gaza were a tenuous balance between hope and despair. But with the outbreak of war, our world crumbled beneath the onslaught of bombs and gunfire. For 220 days, we lived in constant fear as the violence engulfed our city, leaving behind a trail of destruction and death.
Tumblr media
A Perilous Journey:
Our journey began In the heart of Gaza City, where we fled our home In search of safety. Seeking refuge, we found ourselves at Al-Rantisi Hospital, where the threat of attack loomed large. When the hospital became a target, we fled once more, seeking shelter in another hospital, where fear and illness afflicted our bodies and those of our children.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Trek to Khan Yunis:
With nowhere left to turn, we embarked on a treacherous journey on foot to Khan Yunis. With bombs raining down around us and no food, water, or medicine to sustain us, each step felt like a gamble with our lives. The 7-kilometer trek was a test of endurance, as we braved the dangers of the road in search of sanctuary.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Displacement and Desperation:
Upon reaching Khan Yunis, we found ourselves thrust into a new nightmare. The danger intensified, driving us to flee once more, this time to Rafah. Here, amidst the biting cold, we found shelter in a tent, our only protection from the elements. But even here, the threat of war looms large, casting a shadow over our fragile existence.
A Daughter's Struggle
Adding to our burdens, my daughter Tala has been suffering from hypothyroidism since birth. Her condition weighs heavily on my heart, a constant reminder of the fragility of life and the need for urgent medical care.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Price of Freedom:
In Rafah, the specter of war still haunts us, threatening to unravel the fragile threads of hope we cling to. The cost of leaving Gaza through the Egyptian Rafah crossing stands at $5,000 per person, an insurmountable barrier to our journey to safety.
Tumblr media
A Cry for Help:
We are a family on the brink, teetering between despair and hope as we navigate the tumult of war. We plead for assistance, for a chance to break free from the cycle of violence and rebuild our lives in peace. With your support, we can overcome the trials that have befallen us and emerge stronger on the other side.
Conclusion:
Our journey is far from over, and the road ahead is fraught with uncertainty. But with your compassion and generosity, we can rewrite the ending of our story. Together, we can pave a path to safety and stability for Tala, Sajid, Sanad, Wissam, and me, ensuring that the horrors of war remain nothing more than a distant memory.

a baby miracle: part 6
Tumblr media
“Where are my little honeybees?”, you smiled at the familiar sound of Benny’s voice. You looked over your shoulder and noticed a giddy smile forming on your baby’s face. A lil´ daddy’s girl. You couldn’t really blame her though, because, in a way, you were too.
Matilda made animalistic noises as she tore the pancakes you had made earlier in big chunks - probably too overwhelmed with the excitement she was feeling upon her daddy’s arrival. You sighed at the mess before you and picked up her little plastic fork from the floor. You wiped it up and set it in front of her again. “Alrighty, Tilly, no more messy hands please.”, you looked at her and poked her chubby cheek. The baby just laughed, almost mocking you.
Warm hands on your waist made you jump a little, the reaction earning a snicker from Benny. “Honeybee being a lil´ troublemaker again?”. A breathy laugh left your lips as you leaned your head back on his shoulder, his lips leaving kisses on your cheek.
“I don’t think she’s a huge fan of pancakes, quite honestly.”, you said truthfully and pointed with a finger at the mess that had yet to be cleaned up. All while Matilda was staring at the two of you with big, curious eyes.
Benny shook his head and unwrapped his arms from around you and silently approached his daughter. Matilda’s little eyes followed her daddy’s movements, even as he squatted down in front of the highchair. Benny picked up a chunk of pancake and put it in his mouth, humming at the sweet taste.
“See, babygirl? Mama made them and they’re so good, yes?”, Matilda instinctively picked up a torn chunk of the sweet and pecked it with her lips. Benny laughed and moved his eyes on you, wanting to make sure you hadn’t missed the moment. You shook your head with a small smile and leaned against the doorframe.
“No, bee, no kissing the pancake. You eat it. Like this, look.”, and he went on to put another half chewed pancake in his mouth.
You crossed your arms on your chest and smiled at the interaction. “You know, honey… I can fix you a quick lunch if you’re hungry.”, your tone was laced with tease, but it made him chuckle.
He glanced your way and smiled. “I’m good eating bee’s food, thank you very much.”, you rolled your eyes as you bit back a smile. You moved on in front of the sink, starting to clean up your daughter’s mess, stealing glances at the two of them every now and then. An inevitable smile made its way on your face, thinking about how far you’ve all come along.
The day you found out you were pregnant was the day you thought you lost Benny to his past and insecurities. The day your daughter was born was the day you thought you lost Benny to the club. The day you brought your little bee home from the hospital was the day you thought you lost Benny to your own mistrusting feelings.
No, he wasn’t right for missing the birth of your daughter and it wasn’t exactly fair to you either, but what was the point of life if we all held resentment to one another? You couldn’t. Especially because you knew that beneath Benny’s rough exterior was a heart of gold. The man worshipped the ground you walked on - also he worshipped every pancake chunk Matilda threw at him.
Life is no easy ride, but that’s why rollercoasters are so fun. Each bump with its ups and downs makes it incredibly unique. And why not experience that rollercoaster with a man like Benny?
“Baby, today is that picture thing at the club, remember?”, you blinked as you were rushed back to reality. You dried your hands with a small towel and hummed, turning around.
“Yes, of course I remember, honey. That's the whole reason why we bought that little denim jacket before Matilda was even born.”, you commented with a smile at the sweet memory.
Benny picked up your daughter and set her on his hip. “And the little pink booties. Let’s not forget those.”, he said in a softer voice and smooched Matilda’s cheek.
Without even being able to step foot in the club, you heard Johnny’s booming voice coming closer.
“Alright, where’s my little niblet?”, little Matilda’s feet kicked in Benny’s hold as Johnny reached his hands out for her. You laughed with your husband at your bee’s silly reaction.
“Oh, Johnny, your hair is looking real nice.”, you complimented. Johnny tickled Matilda and finally took her in his arms.
He did a little jump with her in his arms, making your baby squeal in delight. “Thanks, kid. Betty made sure I looked nice and proper.”, he rolled his eyes. “But look at this little princess with the little jacket.”
You wrapped an arm around Benny’s waist and smiled. “And the pink boots.”, your husband chimed in. Matilda wiggled her little feet as if to show uncle Johnny what her daddy was fussing over.
“Alright, let’s go. Everyone’s waitin´. You’re the last ones to arrive.”
“Benny didn’t know how to style his hair.”, you said teasingly, making Johnny snicker. Benny rolled his eyes and bumped his shoulder with yours.
“Lady Benjamin and her hair. Of course.”
After some swear words were thrown around, at which you scolded them both for, you finally made your way in the club. The guys, their wives and kids all ran over to finally meet and get to know the club’s newest member. Your heart soared at the love everybody already seemed to have for your little bee.
“Okay, now let’s try one more picture. A serious one this time.”, you quickly turned around and fixed Benny’s collar. He smiled and winked at you.
“Well, if you’re fixin´ mine, I gotta fix yours too, no?”, the teasing tone withheld hints of seduction, making your cheeks burn. You shifted Matilda to your right hip as Benny’s fingers pulled at your collar.
“Doesn't seem like you're fixin´ nothing, Benny.”, you said in a small tone.
“Oh yeah?”, the tone in his voice dropped lower, making it incredibly hard for you to keep your composure. Your brows shot to your forehead, wondering what this crazy man had in plan next.
“I’ll show you fixing´ honey.”, and right as the click on the camera went off, his lips were pressed on yours.
Your little girl squealed in your arms, though nobody seemed to notice that the picture wasn’t as perfect as it had to be. You fought the urge not to sigh into the familiarity of that kiss. The kind of familiarity you could never get enough of, because it was all yours.
“I love you, baby.”, you were the one who leaned in for another kiss, but this time it was crystal clear for everybody.
“Lord have mercy. There goes baby number two.”
THE END
A/N: what a ride! I love these two so much 🥺 let me know what your thoughts are on the series & this chapter xx wishing all of you peace and love xx

My daughter Walaa, when she appealed on Al Jazeera to provide insulin, I met her with her mother and her sisters, but unfortunately, she did not have insulin. We bought the treatment at exorbitant prices. The Rafah crossing was closed. No one helped them except God, and then your donations. My children left Rafah for Deir al-Balah and became alone. Thanks to your donations, I bought a tent for them, treatment for my daughter, and some of the necessities of life. Life has become very difficult. Walaa was admitted to the hospital twice due to acidity in the blood, and all of this was due to the lack of appropriate food for her and due to the lack of insulin treatment. It has been two years since her birth and we have not been by her side every day. The tears and the pain of separation are beyond our ability to bear. They no longer have money and I no longer have money to meet some of their needs. Your help and financial support for my children will help them provide treatment and food for them.😪😪
Tumblr media
My little son Hamza, doesn’t he have the right to live and play like the children of the world? Can anyone stay away from his children? Be with us. Hamza dreamed of becoming a doctor.🥼 Will his dream come true if he did not get a safe place or a life like the children of the world or food to be able to get up?🤲
Tumblr media
This beautiful and kind-hearted person who stands with the people of Palestine and Gaza (Andrea) posted the link for my children Hamza. After the war, it is as if he has grown up much older than a year. This sadness and concern for my children is only felt by those who stand with us, even if we start with a nice word. Your support for them is happy to smile at them again, and they will never forget your standing with them in this ordeal.🍉🍉🙏🇵🇸

The little girl with firey hair story starts a little while back. The little girl was no less than two when she we welcomed into the Cullen family. The little girl's mother had died while giving birth to her and her father was unfit to take care of her.
The soul residents of small town in Alaska became concerned for the red-head child which led her in the hands of the chief of police. This was Beyond the cop's knowledge, so of course he called Carlisle Cullen who was head of the hospital he worked at the time. He had brought the small red-head girl to the hospital and Carlisle was in aw as the small girl stared at him with big doe eyes, almost too shy for her own good.
Carlisle knelt down to her hight and offered his hand. He smiled softly as the little girl approached him carefully. She was clueless to the situation but she knew she could trust the blonde doctor with gold eyes.
Alice had a vision of the red-head girl with freckles but the version she saw, Carlisle and Esme adopted her. Alice's visions had never been so wrong...
Not even the 300 year old vampire could explain what happened that day. As the little girl wondered around the bright house she curiously walked up to Emmett. He was setting in the living room playing video games when the small girl poked his knee a mumbled a small word...
“giant”
It was the first time they heard her talk and they were not disappointed. Emmett chuckled at the smell girl as she hugged on his giant leg. She didn't shy away from him. She did the same with Rosalie.
The family have never seen her this happy. She had gotten home from late from a shopping trip that same night and she was in love as soon as she saw the little girl's fuzzy red hair and beautiful freckles setting on Emmett's lap.
“who's this?” she smiled. The little girl waved at Rosalie and had a big cheesey smile. Rose loved every part of the little girl. In her eyes she's was perfect, from her red hair to her freckles.
The little girl stayed for about a week before the family made the decision of what would the future would be. As that week passed Rosalie grew more and More attached. She would always make sure she ate well and would do her hair everyday. Just like a mother would.
As for Emmett he was slightly afraid to be around the small human. With his bone crushing strength and everything else that came with being a vampire he would never forgive himself if he hurt her.
Of course that didn't stop the little girl. She would giggle and follow him around where ever he went. If he was working on his jeep she would laugh and crawl under it with him. If he was playing video games she would crawl into his lap begging him to read her a story.
All that two year old understood was, this was her home and the people around her was family. She was so young her brain told her Emmett and Rosalie was Mommy and Daddy. Which led Rosalie to life aultering decision after that one single word that fell out of Little red's mouth.
'mama'
Edward nor Jasper could even put into words how happy she was. When she heard that she was glowing with happiness as she held the little girl.
“mama loves you darling” she mumbled. After that the family knew she had a home there and they also knew Rosalie would fight tooth and nail for that little girl.
That night Rosalie layed on the couch as the little girl slept soundly in her arms. Emmett quietly joined her with a huge grien. “okay” he simply replied.
“okay?” she chuckled not really catching on.
“she's ours Rose” his smile only got bigger as he watched his mate hold the little girl with nothing but pure happiness.
“your mommy and daddy love you so much little y/n” Rosalie said kissing her sleeping head.
And that's how the little girl with red hair and freckles became y/n Hale-Cullen. The little girl brought so much joy into the family and each family member ment so much too her.
Emmett and Rosalie of course were #1 in her eyes but as she made herself comfortable in the family she also made meaningful relationships.
She was a listener and an observer so she quickly caught on that carlisle and Esme were her parents 'parents'. She would often call carlisle, Car or pops. When she was little she couldn't properly say his name which lead to Car and pops. Carlisle became close with the small child as well, he loved her personality and loved it when she'd ask about being a doctor. Then Esme. Y/n grew close with Esme immediately, if she wasn't with rose then she was with Esme.
Her Aunts and Uncles were the same. She'd never say it out loud but Jasper was her favorite uncle. Jasper would say y/n was the only thing pure in his life, but that was true for all of them.
Then there's the who vampire thing. Y/n wasn't stupid and of course she wanted to know why mom and dad never ate gold fish crackers like she did and she wanted to know why when ever she had a bad dreams mom and dad weren't in bed asleep when she ran in for comfort.
She was about six years old when she found out. She knew she had to keep it a secret and she was very good at it. This also led to Rosalie's fear of her becoming a vampire. Of course she wanted her daughter to be around Forever, but her heart broke eveytime she thought about the opportunities that would be tooken away from her. Which is why she's now 16 and looked the same age as her uncle Edward.
Y/n would never say it out loud but she was sick of it. She wanted to be like her family and it was hard for her grow up while everyone else in her family remained the same ages. She wanted her mom's gold eyes and her father's strength... She just wanted to feel normal in what she felt was a normal family but here she was, now 16 going to High school with her parents and her Aunts and Uncles.
Just livin' the dream...
--------( ....... )--------
So far Forks was y/n favorite palce to live. She's been just about everywhere, that came with being a Cullen. But something about this town was special to her. But the down fall was all the curious eyes. She didn't like the attention her family received. She hated how people would watch them... She hated how people watched her and that made her have second thoughts about the thing everyone loved about her.
She's was going through a 'phase' at least Emmett and Rosalie hoped it was. Her phase was she didn't like how her hair looked, no matter how many times Rosalie or Esme would tell her how beautiful she was. But no matter what she did with it everyone still seemed to be in aw about it.
Especially the boys at Forks High...
As I said before she hated how people watched her. Her beautiful hair is the reason why people watched her. She started to resent it no matter how many different ways Rosalie or Alice styled it or how many times Carlisle would say how beautiful it was. She just hated the attention. She hated the attention the high school boys gave her.
“Hey, y/n” Mike Newton said one day as she was leaving her English class.
Y/n wasn't a socializing type, hell she was shy. She would just mumbled a small hello with a smile. Mike continued to walk with her and eye her up and down.
“your hair is pretty today” Mike smiled. It was a nice thing to say, yes but as he said it y/n passed her uncle Jasper.
“Hey I was wondering if-”
Jasper slammed his locker shut in anger as he felt impure feelings the teen felt for his niece. In Mike's defense he truly liked her but he would never be her type. Jasper took on the role of the big brother he played at school and walked up to the two.
“hi y/n” he said glaring at Mike. Y/n rolled her eyes as milk gulped.
Jasper continued to walk down the hallway with the two as he intimidated Mike. Y/n sighed and looked down in embarrassment but at the same time thankfull it wasn't her father. Emmett would have made it ten times worse.
“Hey Mike, weren't you gonna say something?” y/n asked softly as they walked to their next class with Jasper.
He shrugged. “I honestly don't remember” he said staying silent in fear of what Jasper would do. They then walked passed Alice and Rosalie in the hallway he recoiled even further as he felt Rosalie's percing eyes. Rose didn't say anything though, she knew her daughter was safe with Jasper. She also knew Emmett would have a cow if he found out.
Despite the angry eyes of the Cullen family, Mike couldn't stop looking at her beautiful red hair. He loved the way the curls perfectly framed her face and bounced as she moved gracefully. But you just don't look at y/n Cullen like that. No matter if you have good intentions or not.
So Mike failed and so did a handful of others at school. Jasper of course kept it a secret like y/n asked but his mind would wonder and if it wondered to that one faithful day Edward would find out. And Edward refused to lie to Emmett or Rosalie when it came y/n.
This would lead to Emmett putting the fear of God in Mike dispite his daughter's pleas. Yes she found him annoying but the kindness Esme and Carlisle had tougher made her fear for Mike.
Tyler was the only one who was close to even getting a date with her. She actually liked him at one point but then he moved away. But after that y/n stopped showing interest in the boys of her school. She stopped even if they still loved her and her red hair.
Those human boys never mattered to her. There was no possible future due to her life style and family. They especially stopped mattering after she found her mate Benjamin...
The first thing Benjamin noticed about her was her freckled covered cheeks as she smile. He couldn't help but smile with her. He was in love with her firey red hair and couldn't stop staring at how it perfectly layed on her shoulders or how it reminded him of the sunsets at his home.
All the things she grew tired of because of the boys at Forks High, she grew to love because of Benjamin's genuine compliments and love he had for the things that made her stand out.

Please may we have a part 2 for breaking up with Shanks but realizing you still have feelings for him?
Part 2/ Breaking up with Shanks but realizing you still have feelings for him
Okay I’m really sorry this took so long. But I hope you guys like it!
Warnings: Sad emotions I guess(?), childbirth
Part 1 / Part 2 / Part 3
Your leg kept bouncing up and down in a nervous manner, you were sat in the doctors office. `Soo…you`re now in your third semester. To me everything looks just fine, have something been bothering you?`. You looked at the woman, then shook your head. She smiled at you apologetically, because she knew, everyone knew. You were alone, no man at your side. Everyone kept giving you these looks, these pity full looks, there was this rumor that your man left to sea anf left you alone. The worst part of it all was that he didn’t leave you. You left him. “Thanks doctor.” You smile at the middle aged woman and stand up. “Take care” she smiles and you walk out of the hospital, you’re not headed home yet. It doesn’t even feel like home, so you take a seat on the beach. Your back hurting from the baby growing inside you. The baby is strong and healthy just like their father. You sigh and close your eyes. You miss him so much.
“Y/n!” You turn your head an annoyed sigh escaping you. “What?!” You shout from your lounger, you just layed down to tan a bit but your big baby of a boyfriend didn’t seem to be able to survive a second without you. “Where are my favourite pants?!” His scream seems panicked. You sigh again and stand up, with an annoyed expression you walk towards your shared cabin. “Can’t imagine how he would survive without you” jokes Yasopp and you smile a bit. You arrive at your shared cabin. Shanks is rampaging trough his closet in the search of his favourite pants you know he is about to visit whitebeard, you never stood on deck of the moby dick but the giant of a man still scared you. “They are hanging on deck! I washed them yesterday for you!” You cross your arms looking at your boyfriend. “Ooooh!” He gives you a sheepish smile. “Sorry love! Can’t imagine what I would do without you!” He presses a kiss to your temple and rushes to deck. You sigh and start organising his clothes again.
You open your eyes again when you feel the baby kick, you loved coming to the beach to think about your good times with Shanks. You still don’t understand yourself, what has gotten into you. How could you break his heart and your own so easily. Of course Shanks was a lot of trouble and of course dating him was tiring, but if you couldn’t handle such things, were you really to love such a free soul? You sigh again and stand up. Your swollen feet carry you to your ‘home’. Arriving home you take a seat on the sofa, you body hurts, being pregnant really is exhausting you. Another sigh escaped you, a habit you developed over the months of pregnancy.
You’re exhausted.
“Push! Push!” Screams your midwife. “AUGH!!” You scream and push. Another scream escapes you and another. You cannot think of anything but your desire for Shanks. For him to hold your hand and be here for the birth of his child. Another scream. Minutes feel like hours your body aches from pain, it hurts. Feels like every bone in your body is breaking over and over again. “AHH!” You scream again. The minutes pass and the pain finally stills, you hear your baby scream. “Congratulations! It’s a girl!” Says your midwife and puts your red baby on your chest. She’s still all dirty and covered in something and she screams with her eyes closed, but you can’t help but smile as you hold her. Your little bundle of joy, your little daughter. She has this bright red hair, just like her father. You smile and sob.
You’re happy.
“Come on say it! Say ‘ma-ma’ “ you look down at your little daughter. She’s laying on your lap while you play with her and want her to say mama. She’s four months old and just can’t stop blabbering, she truly is like her father. So active and eager to explore. You smile at her again. Her red hair is down in two cute piggy tails while she wears a pink onesie. She truly is the spitting image of her father only her eyes are yours. You pick her up. “Time to sleep don’t ya think?” You smile at your daughter again and carry her to her little bed. You woo her into slumber and walk away from her room, shutting the door silently. You sit in the kitchen, rethinking your life choices as per usual. You cannot stop thinking about Shanks and how he missed so much of his daughters life already and you know if you call him he won’t forgive you but you should let him know of his child. The debate inside of you going back and forth. You just can’t call him. You stand up and walk into your daughters room, you lay down in her bed and press her small body against yours as you silently cry.
You’re conflicted.
“Mama!” Your little girl finally says it aside from her blubber. You smile everytime she says it. “What is it my sunshine?” You ask as you dry your hands from doing the dishes. You come to sit on the sofa she’s laying on. She laughs and reaches for you with her little hands, desiring to be picked up and you oblige. You hold her in your arms. “You missed your mommy?” You ask in a teasing voice. “Mama!” She says again and you can’t help but smile. You put your babygirl back down and walk back into the kitchen. You do the dishes and glance at the transporter snail seated on the windowsill, you can call him. “Just promise me. You will call me if anything that brings you in danger happens. Please promise me.” You promised him, but the promise didn’t include telling him about a pregnancy right? You sigh, guilt plaguing your sould. You hate yourself for what you are doing for not giving your baby a father and complete family and for not telling him. He deserves to know, you repeat that to yourself day to day and still you cannot gather the courage to call him. To tell him.
You’re afraid.
It’s night. You cannot sleep, your now 5 month old daughter is deep asleep in her bed. You sit in the kitchen and stare at the letter you received. You cannot believe the sender. You’re scared to open. It’s from Benn. You cannot gather the courage to open the letter. Does he know of the baby? Did something happen? Are they coming for you? Is he just checking up on you? After one final sigh you take a deep breath and open the letter. It’s short. Relief washes over you as you recognise Benns handwriting, so it’s not from Shanks.
Dear Y/n,
I’m not good with formalities so I won’t ask how you’re doing. Not after what you did. I write this letter to let you know that Shanks is devastated. He drinks like never before, he’s truly a mess without you. We don’t know what to do to bring back our captain. The one who enjoyed life at sea. The one who wanted to explore the world and the one that loved you. He loved and still loves you, so I write this letter with one request. Call him. Bring us back the captain that we miss.
A shakky breath escapes you. He doesn’t hate you? You read over the letter a few more times. You start crying. You’re a mess, guilt eats you from the inside and so you collect yourself and go over to the kitchen. You take the transporter snail with you to the sofa. After a few minutes of hesitation you call. You don’t know what you will say. If you will tell him everything or not. You just want to give Benn what he asked. The seconds pass and you’re scared of him picking up. You wanna stop and just break off the call when suddenly you hear him picking up. Silence. Neither of you speaks, but you gather the courage. “Shanks?” You say in a shakky voice. “Yes? Y/n? Are you in danger?” Your heart fills with so much emotion when you hear his voice, tears escape your eyes. “No no, I’m fine.” You say in your shakky voice. “Are you crying?” He asks, he sounds tired. You can’t forgive yourself, you have to be honest with him. “Yes” “Why? What’s the matter?” You take a few deep breaths. “Uhm..how have you been doing?” You decide to ask him that, you truly want to know. “Well..I could lie and say I’m fine but I’m not. I miss you” silence again. You hear him shuffle and then you hear him purring liquid. “Please don’t drink” you say “Why not?” He asks as a dry chuckle escapes him. “Not like you really care..” he mutters and more tears escape you. “That’s not true” you say and hear him chuckle again. “Why did you leave me then ?” You knew you hurt him. Badly. You should have never left. “Shanks. I’m not calling to ask for forgiveness and for you to take me back. I think we both suffered from my dumb decision. I-“ he cuts you off. “Both? How did you suffer? Did you have fun alone? Met someone cute? Be honest are you calling out of pity?” You sigh. “Shanks, stop drinking please.” “Why? Not like you care.” You cry more at his words. You hurt him, so he tries to hurt you. “Shanks this is serious” you say still in a shakky voice. “Tell me then” he says and you take a few deep breaths. You stabilise your breathing. “Please don’t hate me.” You plead and he only hums. “You’re a father” Complete silence until his glass breaks you flinch from the sound. “Are you alright?” You ask Shanks. He doesn’t answer, you only hear him calling for Benn, then he hangs up. You’re in shock. Is he headed here? What is going on? Is he gonna take your daughter away? What is he planning. You walk to your daughters room. You lay in her baby bed once again. You hug her tight.
You’re scared.

Love You More
Ana-Maria Crnogorčević x Reader
Word Count: 2.1k
A/N: I told y’all what the plan for this fic was but I didn’t tell you about the twist :)
Everything Has Changed (Part One)
[WOSO Masterlist]
It’s not a competition, you like reminding yourself. Allie has two moms, double the love, double the everything, but it is not a competition.
Mornings where you wake up to sweet kisses on your cheeks, a sleep mused Ana holding your baby girl to your chest is a reminder of why you play the game you play. The family you have waiting for you every single day is worth the early morning wake ups, the long days training on the pitch. With Ana’s soft smiles and Allie’s infectious joy, what more could you ask for?
So it’s not a competition, the love the two of you have for your daughter.
Only…
It is.
What do you expect when two professional athletes have a baby together? Everything’s a competition.
Even something as simple as dress attire.
---
One--
Post-maternity leave training is grueling.
You thought getting back into shape after being sidelined from a broken ankle was hard enough, but giving birth to a whole-ass human? Yeah, that took the cake.
But despite all the pain and grumbling from your side, you did it. With Ana and Allie cheering you on all the way, the day’s finally here.
Your first game back as a mom.
Ana’s rushing around the house downstairs, pots and pans clanging as she quickly cooks up some food suitable for the three of you. The two of you slept in late, not noticing the time until Allie woke you guys up with a hungry cry. After scrambling out of bed, Ana was put on food-making duty while you were in charge of grabbing everyone’s clothes, including dressing Allie up into a suitable gameday get-up.
Holding Allie in one arm, you make your way down the stairs. Tickling her stomach, the blonde gummily squeals back in excitement, more than ready for another adventure to Meadow Park.
That’s something you’ve come to love about your daughter. Although you love everything about her, her striking resemblance to your wife definitely takes one of the top spots. Despite you being the one to push her out of your body, Allie somehow had more features of Ana than she did of you.
Making the last couple steps down the stairs, you hurry to plop Allie down in her highchair. Pressing a kiss to Ana’s cheek in thanks, you scoop up your coffee as she gives Allie her food.
You only have two seconds of peace until you hear an offended sounding-- “Excuse me, what is that?”
Blinking, you follow Ana’s hands to where she’s tugging at Allie’s shirt. Scrunching up your eyebrows you frown. “Uh, an Arsenal jersey? We do play for Arsenal, babe.”
“No,” she huffs, gently lifting and then turning your daughter around so that her last name is on display. “That! Allie wore my jersey last time! It’s your turn.”
Allie reaches out to poke at Ana’s cheeks in excitement, immune to your playful argument around her.
Ana’s lips twitch as she tries not to smile, but confronted with your daughter’s delighted grunts, it’s hard for her to keep a straight face.
You lift your coffee to your lips, more than content watching Ana pull goofy faces at your daughter than to meet her clear demands. Distracted, it takes a couple seconds before Ana remembers why she’s holding Allie in the first place. Putting the baby down in her seat with a kiss on her head, Ana turns back to you with her arms crossed.
“I thought we agreed to take turns on claiming our daughter?”
You scrunch your nose up at her words. “And I thought we agreed to stop making it sound like our daughter’s a puppy at the pound.”
Ana rolls her eyes, handing you your toast and eggs without you even asking. You mumble your thanks as she settles in beside you, both of you watching Allie happily snack on her cheerios across the counter.
She’s such a happy baby, always has been from the moment you brought her home from the hospital. Ana always jokes that she doesn’t know where Allie’s got it from, both of you being pretty feisty on the field, but you know she secretly loves it. Ana always turns to mush when Allie lets out a squeal of happiness, something you’re also at fault for but also happily tease Ana for doing.
Nudging Ana, you give her a look. “How about I make you a deal?”
Ana rips her eyes away from your daughter to raise an eyebrow at you.
“You let our daughter show her love for you today and we can let her wear my last name next game.”
Ana’s instantly protesting. “You said that last week!” An arm is wrapped around your waist before she starts peppering your face with kisses.
You try to shrug off your wife to no avail, laughing at her attempts to change your mind. “Ana, we’re going to be late for my first game back if we don’t leave soon.”
“That’s exactly why Allie should be wearing your jersey. It’s your first game back!”
“Ana!” you groan.
“(Y/N),” Ana mocks right back.
.
Kim doesn’t look impressed when the three of you rush into the locker room late, Allie wearing her number thirteen Wälti jersey.
---
Two--
A part of you feels empty.
Waking up alone in bed, no sleepy wife to cuddle with, no bubbly baby to attend to, you’re at a loss.
You and Ana decided pretty early on that you would not be hiding your love from the world, your daughter included. A part of this meant exposing Allie to all your football families, whether it be club or country. And when it comes to country…
Let’s just say when there are 44 aunts eager to spoil your child, the two of you have to plan for trading who gets Allie during international breaks.
And this time Ana is the lucky mom.
Even with your pouting and puppy dog eyes, Ana simply gave you a kiss and waved you goodbye with Allie propped up on her hip when Leah came by to get you. You’re lucky enough that the round of friendlies were in England this time round, but nothing could combat the damper of being away from your little girl.
At this point your late night phone calls are the only thing keeping you sane.
Tonight Lucy had given you the room for privacy, opting to go wrangle some girls for a game of cards in Millie’s room. The first couple days the others had tried getting you to join whatever late night activity they were whipping up, but they quickly abandoned their quest after you nearly took Rachel’s head off for asking you to skip “just one call.”
“Just one call,” you had scoffed, angrily huffing at the way Ana laughed at you when you told her the story. “Ana, our family calls are not ‘just one call.’ Stop laughing at me!”
Safe to say you ended that day’s call early.
But today’s has gone differently so far.
You’d even go as far as to say you’ve enjoyed it, all Swiss teasings put aside.
Ana’s laying it on thick, the charm, the pizzazz, everything that made you fall in love with her in the first place. Having a baby clone of herself plopped onto her lap definitely doesn’t hurt either. You’re stuck constantly gushing over how cute your daughter looks, while also throwing some compliments your wife’s way.
All is going good, the two of you managing to ignore the fact that Switzerland and England are set to play the next match when… Ana let it slip that Allie’s wearing English colors tomorrow.
“I’m sorry, Allie’s doing what?!”
Ana blinks, owl-eyed as she realizes her mistake. “… I think your connection is bad, you’re breaking up.”
“Ana-Maria Crnogorčević-Y/L/N--”
“That’s quite a mouthful,” she interrupts, secretly loving the way her full name sounds coming out of your mouth.
“Ana-Maria!” you huff, ignoring her tease. “Don’t you dare--”
Ana sticks her tongue out at you before shoving the phone into your daughter’s face. You’re treated with a close-up of your gleeful one-year-old before you hear a “Tell mama goodnight!” and then the screen goes dead.
Lucy has to dodge the pillow thrown at her face when she comes to investigate the scream that makes it all the way to Millie’s room.
.
The Swiss girls try not to give Ana weird looks as she parades around the dining room with Allie dressed head-to-toe in her Lionesses gear at breakfast.
---
Three--
“Your moms are weird,” Lia whispers to Allie, holding the small blonde in her arms.
Sat on the floor of your living room with your daughter, your wife’s best friend has no choice but to watch the two of you glare at each other across the kitchen counter.
The four of you were set to go out for lunch at a new place recommended by Beth and Viv. Lia even triple checked the time, knowing you to be a stickler for being on time. Despite arriving early, Lia walks into your house to find you two seconds from strangling Ana, a delighted Allie clapping her hands from her high chair.
Grabbing her goddaughter for some cuddles, Lia settled in, waiting to see how long it would take the two of you to notice her.
Through bits and pieces of your conversation Lia has figured out three things. First, Ana has hidden all of Allie’s Crnogorčević jerseys. Second, you might actually blow an aneurysm if Ana doesn’t “stop being the biggest cheater in the whole world.” And third, she really needs to get new friends who aren’t so sickeningly in love.
When the clock ticks closer and closer to one o’clock, Lia’s had enough. Unable to stay quiet, she raises her hand like a child in a classroom. When the action does nothing but urge Allie to stand on her leg (one of Lia’s hands bracing her back, of course) and try high-fiving her outstretched limb, Lia clears her throat.
“Or!”
Your conversation instantly comes to a stop, both you and Ana turning to the brunette.
Shooting Ana a quick look, you cautiously repeat the word. “Or?” you gently urge Lia to continue.
Lia lets out a breath, dropping her hand to the delight of your daughter, who doesn’t hesitate to start playing with Lia’s fingers. All three of you try stifling smiles as Lia struggles to stay on track. She gives Allie a pat on the head, trying not to grimace when Allie instantly goes to gnaw on her fingers. “Why don’t you guys just get her a jersey with your last names hyphenated? That is your guy’s legal last name.”
Although a sensible solution, Ana’s instantly shaking her head, nose scrunched up in denial. “Crnogorčević is long enough.”
You nod, backing up your wife. “I don’t think adding my last name would fit on the jersey.”
Lia groans. “Guys-- You know what, that’s fine. Allie can just wear my jersey from now on, capiche? No more arguing, no more stupid ‘I want the baby to love you more’s. I just want to go out for some food now.”
If looks could kill, Lia would be six feet under. It takes the reminder that Lia’s holding your daughter and Ana wrapping her arms around your waist to stop you from rounding on your best friend.
“Excuse me, whose child is she?”
“Get your own kid, Lia. You can’t claim ours,” Ana agrees beside you, a similar frown on her face.
Sighing, Lia has no choice but to watch the two of you turn back to one another and start another round of attempting to convince the other one of why Allie should wear the other’s jerseys. She stays silent because she knows it doesn’t matter. The two of you love each other too much to really let something as simple as a jersey do too much damage to your relationship.
And it’s not like nine times out of ten Allie doesn’t show up in her little Wälti jersey when the two of you can’t agree on what she should wear anyways.
.
Years later when Allie is old enough to be choosing her own number for her youth team, you and Ana are left to glare at a smug Lia when your daughter enthusiastically chooses the number thirteen.

HAPPINESS QUESTION
Will Missus have a home birth for this baby? Or go to the hospital again?? I can imagine having a baby by yourself after not seeing your husband for near a year would be traumatizing 🥺
TEEHEE 🫶 god i love happiness questions i eat them up
happiness tid bit time 🫶 (next part of this drabble here)
Tumblr media
“You’re not serious about this.” Simon looked down at you as you crossed your arms over your round belly. “A home birth? You’re crazy. You’re not doing it.”
“I do what I want, Simon. And you’re going to be here for it.” You answered, resting your feet on the arm of the couch. “I want to be in the comfort of my own home, I was uncomfortable in the hospital last time.” Your hand massaged the side of your belly, nervously awaiting your husband’s answer.
“What if something happens?” He said, kneeling beside you and placing his hand on your stomach, eyes meeting yours again. “I can only do so much, I don’t know how to do…this.” He gestured to your belly again. “We need to be somewhere where if something happens to you or the baby, you can get life-saving treatment.”
“It’s thirty minutes away.” You answered, head hitting the pillow behind you. “I want to be here with just you. You can call the surgeon from his office in town if something happens, but I am not staying in a hospital again.” Your hand reached for his, he took it.
He sighed, glaring at you before resting his cheek on the side of your belly - if he tried, he could hear his third baby’s heartbeat. “I am not comfortable about doing this here.”
“Then call the midwife, Simon.” You answered, annoyed that he wasn’t going with whatever you said. “I don’t care. We are not having this baby in a fucking hospital. End of story.”
“I can’t lose you.” He spoke, voice quieter than before. “Please.”
“Simon.” You groaned, hand then resting on his head, eyes staring at the ceiling. “I really don’t like having anyone’s hand up my vagina that isn’t yours.” He sort of laughed. “I want to have my baby in my home where I don’t have to starve for 47 hours like I did last time.” You looked back down to your husband, eyes staring at yours with emotions you couldn’t place. “If it goes wrong, it goes wrong. It’s a learning experience- and if it does go wrong, which it won’t,” You pet the side of his head gently. “You can say ‘I told you so’.”
“I can’t do it.” I can’t hold your lifeless body.
You merely smiled. “I know you can.”
He placed a kiss on the side of your stomach, putting his ear to it. He closed his eyes then, smelling your sweet perfume as he tried to listen for that little heartbeat. He had three more months before his family of four turned into five, and he was anxious.
He heard the thunder of little feet, the squeal of his second daughter as she tumbled into his chest, flinging her arms around him and giggling. He opened his eyes and looked down at Mellie, the girl in pigtails and a toothy grin with a curious glare. He pressed a kiss to her forehead, to which she squealed with delight, babbling as she pressed her little face into his chest.
Simon felt your hand card through his hair, he smirked back at you. You had a small smile on your lips. “I hope the next one loves me this much.”
“All of your kids love you more than me, this one is mine.” Your hands moved to cradle your belly, as if to protect the baby from him. He smiled, kissing your hand.
“Well, it’s hard for them to love you more than I do. It’s just impossible.”

A Well Kept Secret Part 3
Spencer Reid x fem!reader
1.3k word count
Summary You and Spencer have been in a secret relationship for a year. When you unexpectedly become pregnant it becomes harder to keep that secret.
fluff
Part 1 Part 2
Tumblr media
A sudden warmth spread through your jeans, stealing your breath. Panic clawed at your throat, but you forced it down. Grasping your phone, your fingers fumbled across the screen, finally hitting speed dial.
"Dr. Reid," Spencer's familiar voice filled your ear, a grounding presence in the sudden chaos. Relief washed over you, so intense it almost rivaled the fear. "Spencer," you managed, your voice thick with a strange mix of terror and exhilaration, "my water broke."
Morgan's voice, gruff with concern, crackled through the phone a moment later. You could hear him bark questions at Spencer, the urgency in his tone mirroring your own.
The world narrowed to the insistent beeping in your ear and the frantic pounding of your heart. Minutes bled into an eternity before the apartment door swung open, revealing Morgan's worried face and Spencer's tense form beside him.
The car ride to the hospital was a blur of flashing lights and Spencer's hand, a warm anchor in yours. A memory flickered in your mind, a stolen kiss, a promise whispered under the cloak of night. The consequences, both terrifying and exhilarating, were now cradled in your womb, about to make their grand entrance.
At the hospital, the whirlwind intensified. Nurses bustled around you; their faces grim. A memory surfaced. Twins. The word hung heavy in the air, unspoken but understood. Relief, laced with a sliver of fear, washed over you. At least they were alive.
The sterile white of the operating room swam before your eyes. A prick, a burning sensation, then blessed oblivion.
When you came to, a soft weight rested in each arm. Tears welled in your eyes as you gazed at the tiny faces, impossibly small and perfect. Two beautiful girls, their skin a canvas of soft pink, forever marked by their unique bond.
"There you go," Spencer's voice, rough with emotion, drifted in from beside you. He cradled one of the girls, his gaze fixed on the tiny face. Your heart ached with a love so fierce it took your breath away. He might not have planned it, but there was no doubt in your mind – he would be an amazing father.
You reached out a tentative finger, brushing it against the soft cheek of the baby in your arms. A tiny hand, impossibly small, grasped your finger with surprising strength. A choked sob escaped your lips. These were your daughters, a part of you, a future you hadn't planned but now embraced with every fiber of your being.
"Penelope Jane and Jennifer Emily," you whispered, the names feeling perfect the moment they left your lips. Spencer looked up, a flicker of surprise crossing his face before a warm smile spread across it.
"Those are beautiful," he agreed, his voice thick with emotion. He carefully placed the other baby, presumably Jennifer, in your free arm. "Which is which?"
You studied the two tiny bundles, so identical at first glance. But then you spotted it - a faint birthmark marring the otherwise flawless skin on Penelope’s right cheek. "The one with the birthmark is Penelope," you said softly.
A wave of exhaustion crashed over you. The ordeal of the birth, the weight of the revelation about the twins, the overwhelming love that bloomed in your chest – it all threatened to pull you under.
"You did amazing, y/n/n," Spencer murmured, squeezing your hand gently. His touch, calloused from years of fieldwork but surprisingly gentle now, sent a comforting warmth through you.
The sterile silence of the room was broken by the soft coo of one of the babies. Jennifer instinctively turned towards the sound, your maternal instincts kicking in with a ferocity that surprised even you.
Just then, the door creaked open, revealing a parade of familiar faces. Hotch, ever the stoic leader, offered a tight smile. Morgan, usually the life of the party, looked unusually subdued. Even Garcia, her hair a riot of colors as always, seemed uncharacteristically quiet.
"Wow, you got Garcia out of her office," You rasped, a weak attempt at a joke.
Morgan snorted. "It wasn't that hard. Spencer, can I talk to you for a sec?"
Spencer hesitated for a moment, his gaze lingering on you and the babies, before nodding curtly. He followed Morgan out of the room, leaving Melody alone with the team and a secret you knew wouldn't stay hidden for long.
You watched them leave, a knot of apprehension tightening in your stomach. The team had already noticed the tension between you and Spencer, the unspoken truth hanging heavy in the air. You glanced down at the twins, the delicate features calming your racing heart.
"You must be tired," JJ's voice, laced with concern, broke the silence. You offered a small, reassuring smile. "Why don't you get some rest? We can hold the fort for a while."
You nodded gratefully. The exhaustion was finally catching up to you, a wave threatening to pull you under. As you drifted off to sleep, the hushed murmurs of the team filled the room, a comforting presence despite the unease gnawing at you.
When you awoke, a sliver of sunlight peeked through the window, painting the sterile room in a warm glow. Spencer sat beside you, his brow furrowed in concentration as he stared intently at a medical journal. The air crackled with unspoken words.
Rossi, his normally jovial face etched with concern, stood at the entrance. "Mind if I have a word, kid?" he asked, his gaze flickering between you and Spencer.
You felt trapped, the truth caught in a tangled web of unspoken words and simmering emotions. With a resigned nod, you allowed Spencer and Rossi to step outside, the weight of the secret growing heavier with each passing moment.
The sterile hospital room seemed to shrink as the door clicked shut behind Spencer and Rossi. JJ and Garcia exchanged a worried glance, the playful banter they usually brought to any situation replaced by a concerned silence. You wanted to scream, to break the suffocating tension, but exhaustion kept your voice a mere whisper.
"Do you want us to stay, y/n/n?" Emily asked, her voice gentle but firm.
Melody looked at the two godmothers-to-be, a flicker of gratitude warming your chest. "For now," you rasped, your throat dry. "But maybe… maybe you could give them a heads-up? Let them know things might get a little… heated out there."
The weight of the secret pressed down on you like a physical burden. It was time to come clean, but the fear of losing Spencer, of jeopardizing this fragile new family you were building, was paralyzing. You glanced at the twins, their tiny chests rising and falling in a peaceful rhythm. No, for them, you had to be strong.
A few minutes later, the door creaked open and Spencer reappeared, his face a mask of controlled emotions. Rossi followed close behind, a comforting hand on Spencer's shoulder. The tension in the room was thick enough to cut with a knife.
"Y/n," Spencer began, his voice tight. "Rossi knows—"
You cut him off, the words tumbling out in a rush. "It's Spencer. I lied. He is their father."
A collective gasp filled the room. Emily's eyes widened in surprise, while JJ and Garcia exchanged a knowing look. Hotch, ever the stoic leader, simply raised an eyebrow, a flicker of something akin to amusement crossing his usually stoic face.
Spencer stared at you, his expression unreadable for a moment. Then, a slow smile spread across his face, a smile that reached his eyes and crinkled the corners. Relief washed over you, warm and sweet. Maybe, just maybe, this wouldn't be the disaster you'd envisioned.
"Well, Agent Reid," Rossi boomed, his voice gruff but laced with a hint of amusement, "looks like you've got yourself a whole new team to manage."
A nervous giggle escaped your lips. This wasn't exactly how you'd planned to reveal the truth, but seeing the acceptance, even amusement, on everyone's faces calmed your racing heart.
"Let the interrogation begin," Spencer said with a playful glint in his eye, stepping closer to the bed and taking your hand. He looked down at the twins, his voice softening. "Welcome to the world, Penelope and Jennifer. We've got a lot of explaining, and even more loving, to do."

modern AU Luffy x reader. pregnancy when you broke up. Pure Fluff
Tumblr media
Inspired: season 8 episode 24 of FRIENDS; @portgasbru
trigger warning: swearing and description of birth
I know Luffy's a little of out character, but I thought that in the modern world he would be a little less childish and a bit of a burnt out adult. A person that was a very energetic and silly kid, but grow up in a not so free feeling world. Unlike his anime.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Deep breaths. Deep breaths." Luffy repeats, soothing her back and rubbing her forearm.
"MY BREATHS CAN'T GET ANY DEEPER!!!" She shouts out despite being out of breath. "Help me out of bed, I need to walk." She demands, holding out her hand for him to grab.
He springs out of the bed and helps her feet onto the floor. Grabbing into her side and her arm, they start pacing around the hospital room, Luffy holding her close.
Her pants and groans of pain, die down just a little bit as they both rub her swollen belly and take slow steps.
"Oh good Lord!" She whines out, the sweat on her forehead causing her hair to stick to her face. "Luffy, I swear to fucking God, I hate you so much!"
"What did I do?!" He asks, dewildered.
"You did this to me!!"
"Well, it was really a team effort." He jokes, rubbing his neck for self comfort.
She stops in her tracks and glares at him, taking a deep breath as her contraction stops for the moment.
Luffy holds (y/n) by her waist and looks over her stomach, he sighs anxiously, "this baby sure is takin' its time."
"No kidding."
Near the end of last year, Luffy and (y/n) broke up, and as fate would have it, about three days after, (y/n) found out she was pregnant.
Despite all that happened, she told Luffy, he is the father, it was in his right for him to know. (Y/n) Of course made it clear she didn't want him to do anything he didn't want to or become a part of something so sudden with hardly any preparation, but he wanted to be in the baby's life and she did always wanted children.
Thus, they agreed to have the baby, and share custody. Nothing more, nothing less. They could be parents and not have to be forced to date again.
Nine months later and after some preparations, her water broke and they rushed to the hospital. Now waiting for her to fully dilate in a semi private room, at the moment, no other person was in the room.
Luffy sets himself next to (y/n) and carefully wraps his arms around her, placing loving hand on her belly and laying his head on a pillow.
"...Luffy? Can I tell you something?" She whispers.
"Yeah?"
"I'm really scared right now."
"Scared?" He repeats, raising an eyebrow.
"Everyone and their mom's been telling me horror stories of deliveries gone wrong and yeah, I know pain was always gonna happen, but now that it's actually happening, im-im scared."
Luffy glances to the side, licking his lips as if the confession wasn't shocking at all. "It's ok, bab-(y/n). Everythin's gonna be fine."
"You don't know that." She whispers, crossing her arms in a self hug.
"Yes I do. Everythin' will be fine. This baby will be happy and healthy-well. Maybe not happy, babies come out crying right? Healthy then. Definitely healthy." He reassures, getting a little sidetracked.
She giggles, rubbing a circle on her stomach, "yeah?"
"Yeah. I promise."
The two smile and stare at each other. (Y/n) Awkwardly giggles and looks away.
"...you know what we haven't done?" She asks, changing the subject. "Agree on a name."
Luffy's expression immediately drops and he crosses his arms, turning away from her, "I'm telling you, Solo is an amazin' name."
"We are not naming our-could-be son after Han Solo!!"
"HE'S SO AMAZING!!" He raises his arms to his side in protest. "And we are not namin' our-could-be daughter Persephone."
"I don't like Persephone anymore." She confesses, placing a soothing hand on one of her swollen ankles.
"Good!"
"I was thinking, if it's a girl, Céleste?"
"Céleste...." He repeats in a whisper. "Yeah, I'm good with that."
"And if it's a boyyyy...." She trials off tilting her head to the side as if it follows her sentence. "Ace."
Luffy snaps his head around and raises his eyebrows in an annoyed expression, "that's not funny."
She laughs softly, running a hand through her hair. Her sweat wetting her palm. "It's a little funny."
He doesn't reply, but leans against the headboard, "Arie." He deadpans, staring down at the foot of the bed. "If it's a boy, Arie."
"....Arie," she repeats, smiling to herself, "ok, Arie it is."
"Welp, that took us longer than it should have." He chuckles, combing his hat hair with his fingers.
She takes notice, biting a nail, a habit she hopes doesn't pass onto her baby. "Luffy? Why did you take off your hat?"
"Huh?"
"Your hat." She points to his signature straw hat sitting on the beige night stand next to the bed.
"Oh, um-"
"You don't like taking it off. You wore it to our first date. Hell, you wore it when we were conceiving this thing." She chuckles, gesturing to her belly.
"Hehe, yeah, that thing's seen a lot." He whispers, a light blush on his cheeks.
"Why'd you take it off?"
Luffy pauses, and scratches his neck for the possible millionth time now, and glances around the room to not meet her eyes.
"Uh, the doctor looked at me kinda funny when she saw me wearin' it."
"So? I've seen you wear that thing with a full fancy suit."
"Well, I..I need to mature a little, don't you think?"
"What?! No! Where is this coming from? Who are you?! Luffy wouldn't say that!"
"I'm gonna be a father now, (y/n), I need to start actin' my age-"
"Don't ever say that again." She pouts, glancing down at his shirt to avoid eye contact, "I like that you're immature, you've always made me laugh and it's admirable how you're never afraid to be yourself in any situation. Why would you want to change that?"
He pauses, taking his head off the headboard and putting his arms between his legs, his elbows resting on his knees.
"Please, put it back on." She tucks a hair behind her ear, "It makes me anxious when you take it off."
"Huh? Why?" He raises his head a little.
"Because! It makes you look serious, especially when you're frowning. How am I supposed to be less scared, if you look like your getting ready for something bad?"
Luffy sighs, seeing her worried expression. Without saying anything, he reaches towards the nightstand and places his hat back on his head, not bothering to adjust the string.
(Y/n) Also stays silent, laying her head right under his shoulder, her fingers gently adjusting the string to tighten perfectly around Luffy's jawline.
He let's her, not speaking or moving, not even watching, instead focusing on the outside world, right through the room window. Watching as the people walk by, probably none of them having to deal with an accidental pregnancy or the complicated feelings it brings.
"Can you....talk?" She asks, softly, lowering her hands from the string and placing them on her lap.
"What?" He snaps his focus back to her, forcing his gaze away from the couple below sitting in a park bench as they drink coffee together. A bittersweet nostalgia feeling eating at his heart.
She frowns softly, her eyes feeling with a bit of anxiousness. "Talk. About...anything really. I love hearing you talk." She whispers, remembering all the times she used to ask him to talk in order to fall asleep.
"Anything?" He snorts, "don't get me started." He crosses his arms and titles his head, thinking of something to say that would help her forget about basically pushing out a nine pound bowling ball.
"I saw the trailer for a movie, but I don't remember what the movie was called. So I made Zoro drive me to the movie theater, to see if I could recognize it by the poster. Turns out it wasn't a movie, it was an ad for car insurance."
She laughs and grabs his arm, "how do you mix that up?"
"Ads are becoming movie level, (y/n). Don't judge me!" He giggles, playfully scolding her. "Anyways, I bought popcorn and then me and Zoro went to go see Oppenheimer instead."
"Is it good? I haven't watched it yet."
"Yeah, it was. Really loud though." He explains, rubbing his ears as if he can still hear it perfectly.
"I wanna see sonic three!" She states, bouncing her feet on the bed slightly.
"Oooh, me too!" His eyes lights up in excitement, the exact way she likes them. "Let's go see it when it comes out!"
"Uh, when it does, we'll have a seven month old."
"We'll take 'em with us!"
" I don't think the other people there would appreciate that." She giggles.
"Oh, right. Fuck." He exclaims, scratching his leg while thinking of a new solution.
She smiles brightly at him, reaching towards his hat and fixing it to balance better on his head. The action causes Luffy to pause and watch her as her eyes glance at him more times than actually needed.
She puts her hand on the bed, in the space between the two. He clears his throat and rubs his cheek.
"I've...I've been thinking." He starts, placing his arm across her back, rubbing his leg nervously.
"You can think?" She jokes, Luffy only ignoring it.
".....I think-"
The door opens, causing (y/n) and Luffy to turn. The doctor walks in, putting on clean new gloves. "Nineteen hours." She exclaims, stopping right at the foot of the bed, "How you doing?"
"Like if this baby doesn't come out now, I'm gonna cut my stomach open and make 'em." She deadpans, causing Luffy to widen his eyes.
The doctor nods in understanding, checking her dilation, an action (y/n) unfortunately became used too. "Welp, you're in luck."
"I'm sorry?" Luffy asks, getting off the bed in shock. The contraption pain forgotten for (y/n).
"You're fully dilated. Let's go have this baby." She proudly announces, calling in nurses to help move the bed.
"Wait-wait. No-what? What. What!?" She panics, as they roll her away into the hallways, Luffy right next to her, holding her hand. "I'm not ready for this!"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK!!" (y/n) Sobs out, inhaling rapidly.
"Ok, we stop in five seconds." The doctor announces. "Five.......four-"
"Threetwoone!" (Y/n) Whines out, immediately stopping and laying her head on the angled bed. Panting and crying.
"You're doing great, (y/n)." Luffy praises, moving the hair from her face. Her sweat sticking to his finger. His other hand wrapped around her leg, helping her keep them open.
"Take a break, alright? breathe and we start again in ten minutes." The doctor explains, pushing her chair away slightly.
"No. No. No. I can't. I can't push anymore." She whimpers, covering her face with a hand as she cries.
"Yes, yes you can, (y/n). You're the strongest woman I know." Luffy reassures, adjusting his grip.
"Talk. Talk. Talk. Please. Luffy, please." She pants. Grabbing onto the sheets and she pushes herself up more.
"Uh-um. I-I don't know what to say." He awkwardly laughs, whipping the sweat from his palms on one of the pillows.
"What were you gonna tell me? Back in the room, you were gonna tell me something."
"Oh. That, um. Can that wait-"
"Please. Please. Please. I-I need a distraction." She begs, closing her eyes tightly.
"I ... I was just gonna say that.... I think we should try again."
"Try what?" She asks, turning her head to look at him.
"Us." He exclaims, "when-when we broke up. I-I actually died. Like my chest hurt and I couldn't get out of bed. Then when you told me you were pregnant, I immediately thought that we should get back together." He confesses. "But you know, you told me you didn't want that, and I wanted to respect it, but after all these months, I kept missing you. You were right there, but I couldn't call you mine anymore and I missed it."
He glances at the floor and gulps, "I-I think we should try again. We have a kid now, we should be a family. I want to be a family. And I think you do too." He pauses, "I know I didn't say it enough when we were together, but I love you. I love you a lot and I don't think it can ever go away, because it can barely even fit in my body."
(Y/n) Stays silent, looking up at him with a wide eyed expression, her sobs causing her body to shake a bit and her tears still spill out of her eyes.
Luffy glances around the room, and clears his throat, "can you say something?" He whispers.
"...I don't know what to say." She confesses.
".... Say you still love me too."
"I do still love you." She breathed, "and honestly? When I found out I was pregnant, I hoped that it meant we got to try again, but I was scared, because what happens if we get hurt again and our baby gets in the mix."
"We won't get hurt again." He insisted, "I know I'm an idiot and pretty dumb, and I don't make good decisions, but it's okay, because you're amazing and perfect and i would learn calculus for you. I know with all my being we'll do it right this time. You deserve it, I deserve it. They deserve it."
They both pause and stare at each other in full love and tenderness. Leaning in, they smash their lips together in a passionate kiss. The hat sliding backwards a little and he places his hand on her cheek, they continue the kiss for a few more seconds.
The doctor places her hand on her heart and cooes. "I'm gonna call my baby daddy after this." One of the nurses whispers. The other three nod in understanding.
"Ok, if you guys are ready let's finish this up." The doctor pushed her chair closer, placing her hands on the bed.
The two pull away and turn back towards the doctor, "yes, please." (Y/n) Exclaims, the pain intensifying as another contraption starts. Luffy wraps his arm around her leg again and hold her hand with his other.
"Ok, now. Push."
She continues to push and cry, repeating the action for the next hour, when finally. The room is filled with baby cries.
(Y/n) Screams and sobs for the last time as she watches Luffy cut the umbilical cord. The nurse holds up the baby in front of them. "It's a boy." She says softly, before taking him away.
(Y/n) And Luffy smile at each other, he wipes away her tears, and she traced the scar on his cheek, a small action she didn't know she missed doing.
The nurse gives back the baby, now wrapped in a blue blanket. (Y/n) Takes him and places him perfectly in her arms. Luffy kisses him in his forehead as (y/n) admires him.
"Do we have a name?" A nurse asks, her hands on her hips, admiring the baby as well.
"Arie." Luffy and (y/n) reply in union, before glancing back at each other. They smile brightly, before sharing another kiss, the hat falling off this time, the string tugging on Luffy's neck a bit.

Valentine
Content: Elias Walker x Daughter! Reader, good ol' daddy-daughter fluff, all wholesome Word count: 2.7k Note: People with daddy issues are gonna love this (I hope) lol. Enjoy!
Elias thought that having two boys was enough children but when Mama Walker wanted to have one more, he thought "well, why not make my wife happy?" and so they tried again.
Nine months later in the delivery room, the nurse announced gleefully that Mama Walker had given birth to a girl.
A girl!
Elias was pleasantly surprised. He thought he'd have another boy, but a girl... His mind was buzzing when the nurse brought the swaddled baby to him. He took the child in his arms, carefully holding her just like he did his two little boys who came before her. But holding her was different. It was a girl. A sweet little angel. He stared at the newborn with awe. A girl. He'd never considered what having a girl would be like. He was a guy's guy, rough and tough officer in the military. But now, he was face to face with a little girl; her tiny little face and her even tinier hands and feet, and her wail signifying life. His heart melted.
Mama Walker, in the hospital bed, wished she would have taken a photo of the sight.
He'd keep looking at his little baby girl every day from her first sight to her first steps to her first words. He doted on her like a mother hen, beaming at Mama Walker and their two sons at every milestone. Being a girl dad, he loved it more than he expected.
Watching you grow up was bittersweet. You'd cry about mean boys and girls in your class, and then worry about pimples and period stains and cramps, about your grades, about crushes that didn't like you back. It was a rollercoaster of emotions raising a little girl to become a young woman.
But the most painful thing for him to see was you sad or crying.
Valentine's day had come and both your elder brothers had left the house to go on dates with their girlfriends, leaving you at home lonely and sad. It was a huge blow to your esteem that no boy ever looked your way, and so you sat in your room, sulking and playing video games to distract yourself.
Elias had just walked out of your room after checking on you and he sighed heavily as he stepped downstairs, thinking of what he could do to cheer you up. He saw Mama Walker in the kitchen, taking care of some dishes. Pursing his lips, he called out,
"Honey, I'm going to the store for a bit. You want anything?"
Mama gave him a small list of things and he set out.
Not too long later, while you were now reading a romance novel in bed throwing yourself a pity-party, there was a knock on your door.
"Come in," you called out unenthusiastically.
"Open the door for me, will you?" came your dad's voice.
You lazily hauled yourself off your bed and opened the door. "What's up-"
Your words stopped in their tracks when you saw your dad right in front of you, suited up, his grey hair neatly combed, and holding a bouquet of flowers in his hand. He looked a little embarrassed, but determined.
"You wanna go on a date with me?" he asked, grinning widely.
Your jaw laxed as you stared at him. "What...?"
"It's Valentine's day," he replied, standing up straight and resisting the urge to cross his arms and shift his weight on one leg to hit the dad pose, "I want to take you out."
A smile broke your tired, sullen face. "Take me out?" you asked teasingly, poking his shoulder, "You're not talking about those training sessions where you take us out, are you?"
"No, no, not at all," he shook his head, chuckling. He was about to order you to get dressed but he cleared his throat and instead asked as he held the bouquet out to you, "So, what will it be? Do you want to go on a date with me?"
You accepted the flowers with an emphatic, "Yes!"
Elias headed downstairs to wait for you while you got dressed in your best outfit. He whispered to Mama that the plan had worked and she couldn't help but give her husband a big fat kiss for being the sweetest.
When you finally came downstairs, your mother gushed at how beautiful you looked. Elias stood up from the couch where he was seated, watching you descend; he was almost transported back to the 90s when he was dating your mother, for you looked so much like her.
"Dad?" you called, wondering why he looked so dazed.
He blinked, snapping back to reality. "Oh, sorry," he inhaled, smiling, "I was just thinking of how much you look like your mother," he explained, fondly looking at his wife, who smiled back at him. He turned back to you and stepped closer, held your face in his calloused hands and gave you a loving, fatherly kiss to your forehead, before putting his hands on your shoulders and exclaiming, "You look wonderful."
You could only smile and grin. Mama watched fondly, finding it funny how he roughhoused his sons but treated his daughter like she was gold. He had a soft spot for his boys, but an even softer spot for his girl.
After taking a photo of both of you, Mama saw you and Elias at the door. "Have fun, both of you!" she called, smiling as she watched her husband escort their daughter to the car and open the door for her.
"See you soon, mom!" you waved. Your dad also waved at her and then drove off.
"So, where are you taking me?" you asked, grinning excitedly.
"Sit tight, darling. You'll see," he chuckled at your enthusiasm. "Consider this a date, but also consider this an example of what you should look for in a good man, do you understand?"
You nodded. He smiled at you and then turned to the road, sighing. "You're growing so fast..." he said in a tone that was bittersweet.
"Daaaad," you chide him playfully, "Come on, we're out here to have a good time, not a sad time."
He let out another chuckle. "Sorry, I just..." he looked at you again and pinched your cheek lightly, "You'll know when you're a parent yourself."
You rolled your eyes, smiling at how much he doted on you. Sitting back, you watched the lighted lamp posts fly past you and then glanced at your father, who was concentrating on the road. The brief silence was comfortable, and you felt so lucky to have a father like him. He had his shortcomings, but you knew he had your best interest in mind. And to see him go out of his way to take you out when he didn't have to just showed you how much he cared.
He soon pulled into a parking spot in front of a rather fancy looking restaurant. He stopped you from opening your door, and quickly got out of his seat to open it for you, just like a proper man should.
You smilingly got out and he held out his arm to you. You giggled as you slipped your hand into his arm. "You're going all out, aren't you?"
He nodded emphatically. "Of course. You must know how to identify a good man who will care for you," he began to lead the way to the restaurant, "And if he doesn't at least go out of his way to do little things like these, he's no good. Have some high standards."
You took mental note of his advice as he opened the door for you, gesturing you to enter first. It was wonderfully gratifying to you to experience this; you'd see him treat your mother the same way, and you longed for someone to do the same to you. Even if it was just your father for now, it made you beam as you entered.
Elias was relieved to see your change of mood. He led you to a table which he thought was the best ventilated, lighted, and had the best view of the outdoors, hoping it would make you happier. It did. You loved the window seats.
As both of you scoured through the menu, he said, "Get anything you like. Now, because I'm your dad, I'll buy you whatever you want from this menu, but remember, on an actual date with a guy who is paying for the meal, be considerate and never order the most expensive dish. Order something that would be reasonable." He paused, looking through the prices of the dishes, "Unless he's rich and insists on you getting something else." He gives you a playful wink.
You chuckled, nodding. After both of you had placed your orders, you sat back and asked, "Should the guy always pay for the meal on a date?"
He took a thoughtful sip from his glass of water. Letting out a sigh, he said, "Well, I was raised traditional, so I would say that the man should pay for the meal on a date, since he's the provider." He paused and crossed his arms pensively, "On my dates with your mother, I always paid, even if she insisted on paying sometimes. It didn't feel right to me, because I wanted to show her I could take care of her.” He then looked at you. “But times are changing. I hear that women want to pay for dates too. That should be something you decide with your future partner.”
Your meals soon came as the conversation continued over them. Your dad thoroughly enjoyed his medium-rare steak, veggies, and mashed potatoes, approvingly nodding and humming. When he saw you slowly getting through your meal, he asked,
“Too much?”
You shook your head.
“Another piece of advice,” he said, smiling widely, “choose a man who can finish your meal for you when you're full.”
You snorted. “Is that why mom married you?”
He laughed. “Of course! Your mother has always been conscious about wasting food, so I reassured her by eating whatever she couldn’t eat. And besides, being in the army is a lot of work, so you need a lot of food anyway.”
After the meal and a lovely dessert, both of you headed out, arm in arm again. When he asked you where you wanted to go next, you told him that you wanted to go to the park.
“The park? Are you sure you don’t want to go to the mall and empty my wallet?” he asked teasingly as he strapped on his seatbelt.
You pouted at him and he laughed, remembering the same pout on you whenever he pulled your leg as a toddler. Nothing’s changed, he couldn’t help but think.
He drove you to the park. It was late in the evening, and there were only a few people lounging about and walking around within its confines, and so the two of you comfortably strolled around, enjoying the cool air.
You made a beeline to the playground and situated yourself right on the swingset, looking at your dad with sparkling eyes, begging him to push you like he always did.
“You’re a spoiled little brat, aren’t you?” he said with an affectionate scoff as he tramped on the sandy playground and stood behind you, grabbing the thick chains and pulling the swing back.
“That’s all your fault,” you answered with a cheeky smile.
He laughed. That was true. He doted on you and spoiled you rotten, all because you were the youngest and his little girl. He pushed you as hard as he could, and relished in your giggles as you swung high up in the air.
He pushed again, smiling to himself. He was a Captain, commanded many soldiers with military strictness and nobody could move him; his word was law. But there were only two people in the world who had him all wrapped up around their little fingers: his wife and his daughter.
His mind turned him back to reality and he was still pushing you on the swing, and you were having the time of your life. He soon decided to ease up on the pushing, and then settled on the swing right next to yours, watching your swing lose momentum.
“Thanks, dad,” you said with a grin, “That was fun!”
He smiled back fondly, watching you gently rocking yourself on the swing once it had slowed down completely. There was a moment of comfortable silence between both of you, until you looked up at him, taking in for a moment how weathered he looked under the harsh white lights of the park, reminding you of how long he’s lived.
“Dad?” you called.
“Yeah?”
“Do you think it’s weird that a grown girl like me still wants to play on the swings?”
He chuckled. Grown girl. You were a teenager, still a little child to him. But he couldn’t deny that you were growing. It would only be a matter of a couple years before you became a young woman ready to tackle the world. He shifted slightly in his seat.
“I guess some people who are no fun would think it’s childish,” he answered, “But I don’t think so. I think it’s good to have and retain some childlikeness even as you grow up…”
His voice trailed off for a moment to think, and you didn’t interrupt him, sensing that he had more to say. He smiled.
“I know as a teenager, you tend to care about what other people think. But trust me, the sooner you forget to do that, the better. You’ll live life so much better that way.”
“That feels so hard to do,” you shrugged, “It’s like… I feel so inferior because I’m not like the others… and even more so now that nobody asked me out on a date for Valentine’s day.” Your hands gripped the chains of the swing slightly, “Maybe the boys think I’m too childish, I don’t know.”
He sighed and gently swung himself, using his feet to push against the ground. “The thing about teenagers, darling,” he began, “a lot of them care about appearing grown and mature, which is expected- they’re growing up, obviously. But what’s not obvious to them is that they’re still children. They will have some childish beliefs that they will eventually wean off.
“Remember, a real guy who truly loves you will not shame you for loving these “childish” things. Any man with real sense will understand that there’s a reason why you love the things you love, so don’t settle for less.
“And besides, I’d rather you grow up a little more before you date. I would not stand to see you dating any of these little, immature boys who would break your heart,” he huffed.
You playfully pouted. “You’re no fun, dad.”
He scoffed. “No fun because I’m looking out for you?”
Both of you shared a laugh, and you couldn’t help but feel so happy that you could safely confide in him and playfully jab at him without being judged or scolded. After a little more conversation, your dad looked at his watch. He slapped his knees and got off the swing with a grunt.
“Right then, I should take you back home before your curfew,” he said, holding out his hand to you, “Because a real man gets you back home at a reasonable hour without worrying your parents.”
You chuckled, taking his hand. “You’re a real man.”
“That’s why your mom chose me,” he bragged, “Take notes.”
It made you giggle, thinking of how your mom would sometimes gush about her husband to you and your brothers, making the three of you roll your eyes and laugh. The years passing only made them love each other more and more, and you could not have asked for better parents than them.
Arm in arm once again, he escorted you to the parking lot. As he got in the car after you and strapped on the seatbelt, he asked,
“How about we make this a tradition until you get yourself a boyfriend?”
You smiled widely. “Sure.” Your eyes lingered appreciatively on your father and you said, feeling a surge of affection for him, “I love you, dad.”
He beamed, a bright smile gracing his weathered face. Those words made all the effort and toil he took to raising you worth it. He ruffled your hair.
“Love you too, kiddo.”

I need to see Papa Wolffe doting on his child rn—
A New Addition
Summary: Wolffe gets to meet his newborn several hours after she's born.
Pairing: Commander Wolffe x Reader
Word Count: 700
Warnings: Discussions of mother's dying in child birth (what do the clones know about natborn births, after all)
Tagging: @trixie2023 @n0vqni
A/N: So. Not exactly him doting on his kid, but a first introduction is not a bad way for the story to go, right?
Tumblr media
You stir awake at the light knock on the door, and you smile at the familiar face that pokes into the room. Familiar, in part, because Wolffe has millions of identical brothers, but also because he’s Wolffe, and you’d recognize your riduur even if he was dressed identically to his brothers.
“Hey, can I come in?”
A warm smile crosses your face, “You don’t have to ask, love.” You reply gently.
He slips into the room, silently closing the door behind him, “Just making sure.” Wolffe crosses the room and takes a seat next to you, and then he immediately reaches out and smooths some hair out of your face, “How are you feeling, cyare?”
“Exhausted.” You reply with a small smile, “But also, really good.” You lean into his touch, “How are you?”
“I wish I had been here for you.”
You hum softly, “Not your fault.”
“I still feel bad,” He takes your hand in his and brings your joined hands to his lips to press a light kiss against your fingers, his gaze is locked on the small cradle next to your hospital bed, “Is that her?”
You laugh softly, “It is. Our Ellie.” You extend your fingers to brush against his cheek, “Go on and introduce yourself.”
He starts, “Am I allowed?”
A slightly louder laugh falls from you, “She’s your daughter, Wolffe. Of course you can.”
He releases your hand and stands to walk around the bed. Once he’s at the small cradle he just stares into it for a moment, “She’s so…small.”
“She’s only a couple of hours old, riduur.”
“The Tubies never looked so small back on Kamino. Is she healthy?”
“She is. Just small. My fault, I’m afraid.” You reply with a small smile. And your smile grows as you watch him reach into the cradle to scoop the infant into his arms.
“She looks like you,” Wolffe murmurs as he cradles Ellie in his arms.
“Really? I think she looks like you.” He turns to sit on the edge of the bed, bringing Ellie into reach. She’s still asleep. “Those Fett genes run true,” You joke quietly, as you brush a light finger against Ellie’s dark cheek, and then up through her dark curls.
“My coloring, maybe.” Wolffe allows, “but she has your features. A perfect mix of us.” He pauses, “Cyare,” He admits, his voice quiet, “I don’t know anything about being a parent-”
“Shh. Neither do I. We’ll learn together.” You smile at the baby, and then up at Wolffe, “We’re going to be fine, I know it.”
“Well, if you say so then it must be true.” Wolffe teases as he leans in and kisses your forehead, “My brothers and General Koon are in the lobby, can I take her to meet them?”
You hum thoughtfully, “Why don’t you give Ellie to me, and then you can bring them in here to meet her?” You offer.
Wolffe flashes a small grin, “Even better idea, I know they’re worried about you too. Cody made the mistake of asking General Kenobi about natborn childbirth, and they were convinced that you were going to die.”
“Well, not on Coruscant.” You admit with a tired smile as you take your baby from him.
Wolffe blinks, “Wait, what?”
“Women generally don’t die in childbirth on Coruscant unless something goes really wrong.” You clarify as you adjust Ellie on your chest, “If my midwife had been concerned, I would have reached out to the temple for help, Wolffe. So, no need to worry.”
“...okay. I’m going to go and get the others.” He kisses your forehead once more, and then he ducks his head to kiss Ellie’s head, before he circles the room again, and steps into the hallway.
Only minutes later, the room is flooded with people. General Koon immediately takes a place next to the bed to quietly talk to you while Wolffe shows Ellie off to his brothers.
And when they leave an hour later, Ellie’s picture has been taken a dozen times, and she’s been officially named as the Wolfpack’s mascot. And also the mascot for most of the other Battalions as well.
After all, she is the first niece.

😱Arwen Traime dorm uniform card and Backstory!!!!
Tumblr media
Cringe alert ! If you proceed here then you agreed to read this, i don’t take criticism for my OC lore, please be nice 🫶
Arwen backstory
Arwen's birth was not merely a happy event; it was the culmination of her parents' fervent wishes and hopes, heralding her arrival as a fortunate child embraced by a host of well-wishers. Yet, on that fateful day, while the world celebrated her life, she teetered perilously close to death's shadow. Born with the ominous burden of Thyra's Curse, Arwen should not have survived her entrance into the world. And yet, against all odds, she lived.
The first years of Arwen's existence unfolded within the sterile confines of a hospital. Her days were filled with the mechanical whir of ventilators, the sharp sting of needles, and the constant intrusion of IVs. Doctors and nurses shuffled in and out, their faces masked by a veneer of professionalism, devoid of warmth or empathy. As the eldest daughter of the illustrious Traime family, Arwen was treated like a fragile artifact, and no one dared to breach the invisible walls set by her noble lineage. From her parents, she received little more than hollow affections and perfunctory glances. In this clinical environment, Arwen became a stranger to true human connection, with only the cold detachment of professionalism as her companion. An intense hatred for her circumstances filled her heart, yet still, she persisted—barely living.
By the time Arwen reached the tender age of eleven, her affliction had intensified, tormenting her frail body. Her parents, desperate to save their firstborn, scoured the realm for any signs of hope, summoning the most skilled healers, doctors, scholars, and even mages—yet all efforts proved futile. It was during one weary moment of despair that her father stumbled upon a glimmer of a solution: a young, gifted mage stationed at the Eastern border, renowned for her Unique Magic that could cure ailments that others could not. With newfound hope igniting a spark in his heart, he took Arwen along on a journey to that tumultuous region, masking their true intentions under the guise of resolving a simmering conflict.
Upon reaching the Eastern border, against a backdrop of conflict and chaos, Arwen met Hestalia. The girl bore bright blue eyes that sparkled with warmth and kindness, her red hair cascading gently down, framing a face graced with a radiant smile. Hestalia’s presence felt like a warm ray of sunshine breaking through the gloom, bringing life and hope where there had been only despair.
From the moment their paths crossed, an inexplicable bond formed; Hestalia claimed they had known each other in another life, a connection forged through deep, unspoken love that transcended the limitations of status. With tender care and unwavering affection, she enveloped Arwen’s heart in a gentle embrace, melting the ice that had long encased it. As days turned into weeks, Arwen began to heal—not just from her physical afflictions, but emotionally as well. The warmth of Hestalia’s love dissolved the cold walls built around her heart, nurturing Arwen in ways she had never imagined possible. Though the world around them deemed their relationship forbidden, they defied the odds in secret, cherishing the stolen moments they had together. With every passing day, Arwen's health flourished, and for a fleeting glimpse, the shadows seemed to recede—
But then, calamity struck. The delicate negotiations disintegrated, and the Eastern army unleashed a brutal onslaught that claimed her father’s life, shattering the fragile peace. Caught off guard, scouts were unable to warn their companions in time, and chaos erupted within their camp. In a desperate bid to protect Arwen from the chaos, Hestalia drew upon every ounce of her magic, casting a powerful curse—a spell that would shield Arwen from illness for ten long years, all while praying that a cure would be found. With fierce determination, Hestalia rejoined her unit, rushing into the fray, leaving Arwen hidden and alone.
The devastation was unimaginable. When the surviving scout, Lucasta, stumbled upon the scene of destruction, shock gripped her heart. The camp lay silent, a cacophony of chaos and death, with only Arwen—delicate and fragile—still breathing amid the ruins. Understanding the gravity of their loss, Lucasta and Arwen found solace in each other's company, tears mingling with unspoken grief.
As the sound of reinforcements echoed in the distance, the two were rescued from the remnants of tragedy. In the aftermath, Arwen petitioned to adopt Lucasta into the Traime family, for she was a tangible fragment of Hestalia’s memory—a reminder of the love that had once flourished. Together, they returned to the lavish yet suffocating halls of the Traime mansion.
Determined to honor her father's legacy, Arwen resolved to take up the mantle of her family's affairs. As she plunged into the complexities of diplomacy, her brilliance and fortitude began to shine through. With each achievement, she forged a path in the world, earning the title of “Lady of the Rain.” Despite her youth, she became one of the most influential figures in Twisted Wonderland, a beacon of resilience rising from the ashes of despair.
( oh bc of the event, Arwen have PTSD and survivor guilt bc she thinks that it’s her fault that Hestalia died, which is true tho lmao)

Austin and Me
“Don’t tell me bye, bye”
“Wife to the ‘king’. Icon to the world, Destined for more.”
Tumblr media
Summary: At 18 years old, she fell in love with Austin, at 20 years old, she became his wife, by 22, she was his doll. In which Cynthia’s life changed drastically after falling head over heels with a man that promised her the moon and the stars. She takes us down the memory lane of what could’ve been— the perfect marriage.
Inspired by the book: Elvis and Me by Priscilla Presley.
I do not condemn any of the portrayals I decide to do about certain people, it’s just fanfiction. And it would be divided in parts.
English isn’t my first language so I’m trying my best!
Part 1, Part 2, Part 3, Part 4
Our daughter, Lori, was born at 1:30 that afternoon. I couldn’t believe she was mine, that I had birthed this child. She was so tiny, so beautiful. Austin came into the room and kissed me, thrilled that we had a healthy baby. He was already in life with her. He watched her in awe, her hair color, blonde as his, her blue eyes like ours. He watched us both with a twinkle in his eyes.
“We have a little girl.” He whispered to me.
“We sure do.” I whispered back with a slight chuckle.
I asked him if he wanted to hold her. He looked at me petrified, but then he started to touch her. He played with her small hands, her small feet. He was in complete awe.
“I can’t believe I made part of this beautiful child.” Austin always knew he wanted the baby to have light hair. “Even her hair color is right!”
We stayed close to each other for a while, caressing our infant and each other, we were just a young couple happy for the birth of their baby and the pleasures of parenthood.
Two days later, I got discharged from the hospital. I tried looking my best, I had teased my hair to make it even bigger, I did my ever-so-black eye makeup, I got dressed with the help of the nurses. It was a pink shift dress, I had some Pearl-colored heels. Austin wearing blue outfit, I could see the disapproval on his eyes. I had noticed quite lately that he was not on-board with my whole aesthetic.
“Is there something wrong?” I asked as I placed a golden cross necklace around my neck.
“Isn’t it too much?” He said as he fixed his blue turtleneck. “I mean the hair and makeup.”
“I’ve always looked like this.” I said, not understanding his rejection now.
“Yeah but— to get out of the hospital? Your hair is too big. You might as well put a whole bird nest on it.”
He didn’t understand how much his mocking affected me, so I just chuckled awkwardly and he didn’t even notice!
“I like it.” I said confidently, but he was making me feel self conscious.
His sister, Ashley, was there and she was taking pictures of us as we held our baby girl. I was a bit down already— he made me feel insecure. I smiled as the picture was taken, I then looked at him dearly. He sometimes did all these weird comments and then act as if nothing happened.
When we were back home, he had already gotten a cook, a maid and a nanny, which I accepted in our house dearly. But still— postpartum depression got me and no one really ever told me how bad it got. But I was still trying to keep myself together.
————————————
Maybe it was the stress or just the peer pressure of being a new father but he was up and down lately, he’d ignore me all the time or be very loving. Sometimes I just didn’t recognize him, and it hurt.
“Cyn!”
He called me into his office, he did his research for characters there. I was getting dressed, fixing my gold bracelet. I picked up the small Lori in my arms, I walked to his office “Yes?”
“Cyn, I’ve been thinking. I-I have to have time to— think. Things aren’t just going good between us. It’ll be okay if you and I took a little time off, like a trial separation. Be apart from one another for a little while.”
I wanted to kill myself, my eye twitched a little bit, I had literally our week-old baby in my arms right now. This was not the man I knew,
“What? What did I do?” I asked, it had to be a joke.
“Nothing, you did nothing wrong, baby. It’s not you. It’s just that I’m going through some things. I think it’d be better if we took a little break.”
A break? I had just given birth to our baby, a break would make me sink in more into my melancholia. But it he didn’t want me now, then he’d get so. I nodded, finding a bit of strength on being the actual mother of his child.
“You’ve got it. You just tell me when to leave.” I said as I walked out of his office. Instinctively, Austin shot up from his office chair, he knew he had fucked up big time.
“Cyn! I didn’t mean so!” He shouted from his office. I just didn’t understand him, did he want me or did he want me not? He confused me a lot and during that postpartum time, it really hurt me. He made me cry a lot.
I ignored him calling my name and went upstairs to our room. I don’t think he ever intended to leave me. It wasn’t his style. Two days had passed. The idea of a trial separation was never mentioned again. We both acted as if nothing had been said, it was during times like this when I wished both Austin and I could actually have good communication, that we’d confront our insecurities, fears and frustrations instead of pretending they weren’t there.
I could not escape the impact his words had on me, leaving me with a sense of doubt.
————————————
I often cooed Lori, she was so small, I’d talk to her softly. It was like she had sunlight in her hair, stars upon her eyes, she was perfect. On the locket Austin gave me on out first Valentine’s Day together, I placed a small picture of Lori too, so I had her and Austin near my heart.
While I was getting ready for bed, Austin cleared his throat from the doorframe.
“Can we talk, baby?” He said softly. I simply nodded as I finished combing my hair. “I’m so damn sorry bout what I said a few days ago. That wasn’t me— my thoughts and frustrations got be best of me.”
I looked at him, why was he making me so emotional? Maybe it were the hormones? I couldn’t guess but I couldn’t stay mad at those beautiful blue eyes. Especially when he unintentionally made pouty lips.
“It’s okay— I’m also very down lately. I’ve been holding myself back from snapping at anyone close to me.” I chuckled, I shouldn’t be so forgiving because that would come back to bite me.
We fell asleep together, our baby in between us, I’ve never felt this sort of loving before but that’s what happens to me. When I’m happy, I think it’ll last forever.
