bracelets as a christmas gift for michaels coworker #1

#i havent made bracelets in forevar. yippie #the adjustable bracelet im sooo proud of #i got one of the wood burning tools but instead of using it to. burn wood. im just using it to melt the edges of the cording #instead of using a lighter which is sooo imprecise #this thing i can actually just press it down and melt it at the same time. so lovely #brot posts #one coworker down 3 more to go. total of 4 more bracelets #i wanna do 1 fancy stretch and 1 lower key adjustable bracelet per person #i just gotta ask to see what their fave colors are #i made a blue stretch one already i know at least one of them enjoys blue so i just dont know which one its going to #and then the other one. is a guy. and i dont think the sparkly stretch bracelet matches his style #so im just gonna do a lowkey all black adjustable bracelet for him #his is already designed i just gotta restring it 😑#anyway i got melted leather cord smoke in my eyes and i need to be awake in like 5 hours for a 12 hour shift tomorrow #after which i’ll need to make these last four bracelets tomorrow night #so erm well i should sleep now. arugh

you guys wouldn’t believe me if i told you how badly my move yesterday went 😭

#the van man came and everything fitted which was good #(though i had to do all the heavy lifting and him none 🙄)#we had to divert to collect some stuff from cardiff #and that had to be delivered to sheffield #and after that guy took half an hour to fucking come home to receive his shit we were off again #and at this point van man has revealed himself as a conspiracy theorist #and then a burning smell #and then the power steering went #he coaxed the van to the service station #only to realise the tensioner (?) is completely shorn #so he tries to bodge it back together #at which point i call my mom #and my brother drives to help me (from 1.5 hours distance away)#we get as much of my stuff in his jazz as we can #and then i have to beg dad to drive the same distance in his car to get the rest #all the while this guy is trying to use cord and gaffa tape to make the van go #and his solution was for my stuff to be taken back to his in lincolnshire #mark the job as ‘complete’ and then drive it up in his wife’s car #and just trust him that i’d receive my stuff by friday #like um :/#and then he’s on the phone talking to his partner abt reporting the thing as stolen #god.#all the while the main motorway has been shut so dad is being led on a wild goose chase by google maps #suffice to say when he finally rolled up i’ve never been more glad

I'm trying to put white trim on this fucking outfit to make it look more black parade and it's so unbelievably grueling I don't think I can make myself do the top and bottom of each strap. is there an easier way to affix trim like this than just carefully hand stitching bc I'm losing my mind

Sometimes you don't want to do any kind of magic, so you leave Fire to act by itself and carry out its own magic. This last Full Moon in Scorpio 🌕♏ was quite powerful and left me drained. Found the Coolest and Most Awesome cassette player

#Sel talks #Well for one it works #Without issue I might add!#It also plays cds!#Which is a great use for all the cds I burned that don't want to work in my car player #Only issue is that there's no input jack for me to make my own cassettes u_u #But! I did get a bunch of ac adaptor cords and hopefully at least one of them will work in my portable players with input jacks #((Because those fuckers suck batters dry like nothing else and they tend to slow down and ruin my recordings >:/#Kinda want to see if I can get this in the kitchen #I don't see it getting a lot of use in my room since my computer is already in here u_u

There is something really funny to me about nicknaming one cat perfectly for this, only to have a different one nearly start a house fire. The cosmic audacity is so high quality?
